Boehner Treason?

According to a poll performed by Phineas J. Whoopee and Associates, House Speaker John Boehner did indeed commit “Treason” by inviting Bennie Nintendoyahoo to deliver a speech before the 114^th United States Parliament without permission from the White House. TREASON: the crime of betraying one's government. So is Boehner still a free man? Of course, as with all the other members of Parliament absent and away on “stump summits”, only Mitch McConnell was left to fend for some semblance of Constitutional “conviction against eviction”, and like we have witnessed through time...I am the walrus, goo, goo, g'joob along with elementary penguin, well “We the People” have been brain-washed again.
