Look, this nation is a "WAR MACHINE" on steroids, and even after Barack Obama tried his best to keep our young troops-in-boots out of harm's way, by frowning away from engaging in military operations not fit for what this nation stands for and based on what our Founding Fathers said “we shall not”, all we hear is Hillary serenading what she and many think is a failed diplomacy and a Christmas wish the ISIS brigade maintains its fortification. Don't laugh, as there exists a faction of political perverts bent on "WAR" is best for this nation. Yes, condoning "WAR" for political reasoning. Hey, 28 kids have died this year alone in the continuation of George's "Yellow Cake" fantasy. OK, in comparison we mourned at 58-thousand kids coming home in a wooden-box tomb when we went engaged in Vietnamman - and casualties of war totaled 1-million after we were faked out with the “Gulf of Tonkin” fib. Look, Johnson lied as was Nixon good with a straight-face “Trust Me”. Clinton lied under oathwhile kid Bush whacked us silly with lies, so it appears that the 2016 “I swear to NOT tell the Truth so help me ISIS” may bring us another “I did not have sex with that whore”! And with "Yellow Cake", about 10-thousand kids found an early death for a fight with no reason the “mission accomplished”, and to date over a million collateral damage casualties, for what? See, "WAR" becomes a "bad thing" when our kids die in droves for no reason, so today's perpetrators find control over wars that keep the kid death count low - but the innocent bystanders bludgeoned to death keeps climbing and we are so far removed from the horrors of war, we let it continue on day after day after day. Why? It's a business venture! WAR makes money! It has nothing to do with "DEMOCRACY". So look to see the possibility of more "Daddy Warbucks" Wall Street investment loot heading to the be-headers in efforts to fortify the Apocalypse now - so the cha-ching call for more of that "WAR MACHINE" be heard from sea to shining sea. It's an erection year coming up, and the prey-planned increase in "Terrorism" tests our souls, as many of the perverts in the 2016 race run on a "War Machine" mentality. Funny how "Terrorist" attacks seem to increase when it can be used as a talking and advantage taking point. It's planned, get the point! Obama is a One-Man ARMY, bent on “Peace” and one day we will realize that “WAR” was and is a waste of not only human sacrifice, but when our hard earned income is used against our will – as this “WAR” is against Obama's will – we as a nation fail. Here it is in a nutshell. WAR is no longer vogue, as it takes away resources we need to expel from export abroad and Barack has tried and succeeded to lite the fuse for "Peace", and only Bernie Sanders maintains a "mission" to continue this trend.  Public Enema Number One, it is this “WAR MACHINE” in disguise as a saving grace weapon against terrorism, camouflaged to hide the true identity of perverted investment opportunities. People from across the oceans “Hate” us for a reason, we like to “KILL” because it makes $money$! Yes, it is time we destroy the American "WAR MACHINE", and with that we will once and for all reap the benefits of, "Brotherly Love". It is so simple an equation! Look, we have nothing to fear but fear itself, and if the terrorists don't disappear when we destroy our own “Terror Machine” that perpatrates this madness of an eye-for-an-eye, then I invite them here - as we still maintain a “Well Regulated Militia being necessary to the security of a free State” that does not care to hear that cha-ching for protecting the “Homeland”. That is in our blood, not the present day mentality of supporting making a buck for “Daddy Warbucks” - a.k.a. Military Defense Contractors. Wow, IMAGINE what a $trillion$ bucks kept here in the “Homeland” could do to the ailing infrastructure, creating thousands of jobs instead of $million$ dollar bonuses to wives of the “WAR MACHINE” CEOs. Yes, today's “WAR MACHINE” has become a lucrative business, a “Gold Mine” for the Wall Street, and it is time  “We the People” tear down that “WALL” as the blood thirst of this mindset is, well look at your palms - it's not sweet sweat, but blood and tears as we are all guilty this “WAR MACHINE's” prosperity! In ending, “War is over, if you want it”, something Barack Obama came very close to achieving but neo-conservative madness that was formulated during the PNAC venture with Wall Street - Project for a New American Century – it holds the upper hand and 2016 will be a choice, for “Prosperity of Peace” or “Horror of Unnecessary WAR” and the playing fields those wanting to lead this nation backwards towards more blood-shed, well like mentioned before only Bernie Sanders can carry the Obama torch to the victory finish line wherein a “Peace Initiative” is the goal. Got Revolution?

A recent Zuckerberg Poll indicated that 99% of Americans believe this nation needs another "Revolution" to fix things and bring us back to terms the Founding Fathers foundation for life, liberty and that pursuit of happiness. And just yesterday, Bernie Sanders-2016 was awarded the endorsement from the 700000 strong membership "Communication Workers of America". And this "VOTE" was based on Sanders' call for a political revolution, and according to the CWA "is just what America needs"! By this time next year, Barack Obama will be packing  – after a successful Presidency. How best to articulate that sentiment of success upon how well Barack the 44^th performed, with so damn little? Said again with gusto, with so little help - he was like a "King" of Democracy with no help from a Congress running on empty. How best to get the "so little to work with" point across for history's sake? Like the Jimmy Hendrix Experience! Take 3-guys that could sound off like a full blown orchestra behind a “King” accomplished by the taming of the electric guitar - when played right side, upside and down any way accompanied by some bass and reverberating skins in between sonic notes. Singing Dylan to Lennon, yet providing no degradation the intent and power-flating the message. Yes in a nutshell, Obama finds the same image as Jimmy in control "mission accomplished" oh say can you see. From “Hell-Fire Red” skies his 1^st day in the “Oval” office, Barack was confronted with a “get out of Dodge” sabotage by the neo-conservative “Right”, mind you a pre-mediated plan that in more civil nations would have found the perpetrators “jailed” as it was a “Mutiny”. It started off with a failed economy, wherein the rich – including the Bush family – made $billions$ on scams devised to deceive the salt-of-the-earth Americans and had it not been for the “SOS Stimulus Program”, this nation would have been by now a war torn Armageddon no different the scenes of horror found along the Israeli & Palestine borders. Even though that program, the “American Reinvestment & Recovery Act”, found ridicule upon ridicule calling for a “Presidential Impeachment”, it limped this nation along through Barack's 1^st term as the 1^st “Afro-American” Commander-in-Chief. But it was an SOS plan of attack by a Constitutional scholar with enough gusto and fortitude to get this nation back on track, especially with an infrastructure that was falling apart – due so much of the resources going abroad to fund un-necessary war trying to take over the “yellow cake” trade. But after 5-years wherein a majority of the “Stimulus” went towards upgrades upon the transportation system, that allowed the local economy to prosper – as it created many jobs from the engineering sector to the hand labor movement. From sea to shining sea there was evidence of a “New Deal” dealing with the GOP sabotage. Texas – wherein the majority of voters “hate” Obama – that state was close to bankruptcy extinction, and even though Rick Perry ridiculed the $18-Billion earmarked by Obama for the "Lone Star" state alone, Mr. President could easily put this fanatic mockery based on the "color of a man's skin" by the wayside - as he had a nation in diarrhea straits to care too. Perry sent Obama a nasty letter  when the $check$ arrived, but we never witnessed a "Return to Sender" - like we can't surrender! And during this time, those neo-conservatives that chastised Obama for the recovery program bailout, this was a smoke-screen akin to a pervert, as they knew what was really happening behind the scenes – it was working to bail this nation out of that premeditated “mutiny” orchestrated by the Bush “Dysentery Dynasty”. Yes, Dick Cheney used the puppet to wreck havoc upon this nation and testament as too why we no longer have balls, as Dick is still free to play golf. But through thick and thin due “Oath of Fidelity”, Obama kept strumming that Fender loud and clear like Jimmy and this nation recovered from the “Purple Haze” of Democracy heading down a no-return dead-end street called "Destruction". Now when the “Right” wing saw that it was working and their constituents were buying groceries due a Johnny come lately paycheck, well they bit “thy” tongue as it was definitely a Mobius Strip phenomenon. Can't have your cake and eat it too? But the attacks didn't end, as then came the ridicule over subsidizing the solar industry as continued frustration upon the merits of a boost upon the infrastructure with jobs - it was inaction by words from the cowards opposed to Obama as any action to actually derail was like cutting one's own throat, as everybody was enjoying this revival! See, a majority of businesses are GOP, so it meant work for the crews and profits for the owners. But that was cowpie still fresh in the face for the brats these continued attacks, especially against Obama's “Green Team Machine”. And today that industry has gone wild and includes “utility” sized ventures providing “giga-watts” of renewable energy so prosperous that it is one of Warren Buffets best investments for the future prosperity of Wall Street. Yes, everybody is enjoying this Obama "Bailout"! Solar is an industry employing “thousands” of laborers and no longer subsidized, but a self-generating money making “Green Energy” machine! So those in Congress that continue to ridicule, what for? Because many cannot stand the fact that a “Black Man” bailed us out a serious dilemma left over by two rich white bastards. The “Litmus Test” finds success and Obama also made in-roads into bringing home the war torn weary troops and for the most part, well there have been no “Homeland” attacks like we were accustomed to when Bush was asleep at the helm. And one day the history books will attest to this genuine “True Grit American”, and like the Jimmy Hendrix Experience, the notes reached will reverberate forever more reminding us of just how great this man in the White House was as a “President for All Americans”, put aside the “Hatred”. But I fear that before his time is up, the neo-conservative idiocy will try to convince a faction to wreck havoc on this nation, just to burst Obama's “Good Sheppard” bubble. And that is why we see ISIS so powerful, as it is the Frankenstein of all weapons brought to life by the assholes that really find hate with America – the Cheney scammers and the list of saboteurs goes on and on and on. So no matter what happens from now till then do the Obama's part, rest assured I can say that I voted for the “Best of the Best” of loyal statesmen of my time, Barack Hussein Obama! GUN CONTROL – Made Simple

When there exists a question the wording of the “Original” U.S. Constitution in competition amendments made in haste along the way, the U.S. Supreme Court will unanimously decide an “opinion” based on the intent of the “Founding Fathers”. With respect to “Gun Control”, any legal owner of any type of weapon of arms by virtue of the 2^nd Amendment is a member of the “Well Regulated Militia”. That in itself bears witness the reasoning behind the “right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed”. And when the Militia Act of 1903 was passed, there came a separation of government and state, with the so-called “Reserve Militia” and that of the “Organized Militia” as two separate enlistment entities. The latter being defined as the “National Guard” and somewhat under government control already by virtue of federal support. The Commander-in-Chief has control over the “Organized Militia” today. Even though such government control over a state with respect to the “Guard” has been tried, Uncle Sam rests its case the winner. So anybody that owns or conceals a firearm not part of the duty as an “Organized Militia”, by virtue of the 2^nd is inclined to be included in the “Reserve Militia”, as that keeps in tact the “Well Regulated Militia” clause which has found unanimous acceptance without compromise even the NRA. Now with respect to “Gun Control” speeches following the San Bernardino attacks and Barack Obama's Sunday “Terror in the Streets” speech, did he invoke the reality that the next step if ISIS in the “Homeland” cannot be defeated, the orchestration of U.S. Constitutional Article 2-Section 2 – Presidential Powers? “The President shall be commander in chief of the Army and Navy of the United States, and of the militia of the several states, when called into the actual service of the United States”. See, our troops will be busy fighting ISIS in the Middle East theater of war, so will many National Guardsmen be part of that deployment, as the entire quagmire will find escalation as Syria finds too many bed wetting fellows, like Russia part of the equation. It appears the “Holy War” is upon us and when the smoke clears, maybe we can get back to some semblance of civility all humans no matter what color or religion. IMAGINE, what we could do by “Coming Together”! So back home, well the sitting President can exercise his option of calling to duty the “Reserve Militia” and with that, every gun owner will now be under the reach of the “Commander-in-Chief”. And if invoked, allowed court-Martialing for those refusing that front-and-center call to actual service. So yes, for those “gun owners” between the age of 17 to 45, guess what...Gun Control made “SIMPLE” for a reason! And maybe this is what it takes to calm this nation's nerves, a Commander-in-Chief doing his job to make sure this out-of-control nonsense with guns finds some semblance of control, as it appears we have allowed the “Terrorists” the same damn rights that were supposed to be ours only, because we allowed our “Rights” to be trespassed upon through “Fear” - not from the evil terrorists, but “Fear” from our own government. Remember, “We the People” defines that “government”!

Day One Impeachment

In October, this year, you were quoted the following response with respect to Hillary Rodham Clinton's use of a “private e-mail server” to conduct official business.

“I don't know, off hand, whether her(Hillary Clinton) commission of these offenses is a legal barrier to running for president”

It appears many want “jail time” for Hillary, or in your case an “impeachment” hearing on Day One if that be the case Hillary wins the general election. I am a Democrat, but also believe strongly that she did violate that “oath of office” with the use of such device and what appears to be self-incrimination before the Trey Gowdy Benghazi Committee. Everybody seems to want “blood out of a turnip”, looking for violations that amount to possible “espionage” act concerns, through possible breach of classified documents. Hillary is not going to jail, we all know that “immunity” reaches very far out when high ranking officials violate the “Trust”. But there exists a “Law” already that finds Hillary Rodham Clinton “disqualified from holding any office under the United States”;

18 U.S. Code § 2071 - Concealment, Removal, or Mutilation generally: (b) Whoever, having the custody of any such record, proceeding, map, book, document, paper, or other thing, willfully and unlawfully conceals, removes, mutilates, obliterates, falsifies, or destroys the same, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both; and shall forfeit his office and be disqualified from holding any office under the United States. As used in this subsection, the term “office” does not include the office held by any person as a retired officer of the Armed Forces of the United States.

The fine for violations the above Code rests at $2000USD. Yes, this can be considered a “simple mistake” crime, but it is the caveat of “be disqualified from holding any office under the United States” that finds merit as to why the GOP should be trying its best to find closure this issue by using “simple” tactics that provide far reaching consequences, and then we would not have to worry about an “impeachment” hearing, as a “disqualification” is knocking at our doors – just need somebody to answer that knock!

When our efforts seemed out-of-control, except this time down in Colorado Springs – where the wing-nut “Family Fellowship” finds roots and seems to be a Church within a Church coexistent with the Pope's message and “mission statement”. Yes in bed bred with each-other, in the way the religious freaks are teaming up to challenge something they have no idea the “Truth” upon - what it is like to take on the role of the “Blessed Virgin Mary”. That freak that stormed into “Planned Parenthood” to unleash his Ak-47 Armageddon, he was just the “Deliverance” man, but the trigger this tragedy finds many as accomplices this murderous spree that left a young dedicated “Peace Officer” who now “sleeps with the fishes”, well it means another graveside sermon worth nothing but more wasted time wrestling over what is happening here in the “Homeland”, from sea to shining sea. Remember, “This Land is your Land”, not the Pope's! Here is what I am getting at as too why we must start to point fingers for justice where justice is due, at the root cause. This deadly attack is not a weakness the 2^nd Amendment Right totally, as there exists conditions that provokes this mentality to “pull” the trigger - conditioning the mind over what really matters! When Gabrielle Giffords was gunned down to near death back in 2011, we had the opportunity to protect the 2^nd and at the same time protect the 1^st Amendment, but we did nothing. Had not the Jarad Lee lunatics found Gabrielle in the Sarah Palin cross-hairs, the “Internet” message was clear as was the intent so clear – well she got away with it as an accomplice the crime. And today, the Catholic clergy seems to behave in the same damn manner of disrespect human life – yes this blood is on the Papacy's hands, the same hands that baptize are the ones seeding the pulling of the trigger! See, we are letting abuse ruin both the 1^st & 2^nd Amendments. Once this gets towards the no turning back point - and we are so close today - we are doomed as a nation proud. Abuse cannot and should not be tolerated, else we loose our “Rights”. Take the 1^st Amendment for instance. When States' “Rights” come into play, a “state” constitution can trump the “Almighty” U.S. Constitution if it furnishes greater “respect”, goes one step further in that pursuit to life, liberty and happiness. Archbishop Schnurr - who initiated the Palin “cross-hairs” excitement with the words having the same effect - is from Ohio, which finds a clause that makes him and the Catholic Church accomplices to this latest shooting spree:

DEFUND PLANNED PARENTHOOD!

Recently released videos in which officials of Planned Parenthood traffic in human organs, tissues, and body parts from their abortion clinics are chilling and appalling. They display a callous disrespect for human life. Staff from the Family and Respect Life Office of the Archdiocese took part in “Women Betrayed” rally at Planned Parenthood’s Cincinnati clinic on July 28 to protest this outrage.

However, we need to do more than raise our voices. I urge Catholics and all people of good will to write to their representatives in state and national government, asking them to stop the flow of your tax dollars to Planned Parenthood. The United States Conference of Catholic Bishops has supported defunding for many years. Planned Parenthood received more than $1.3 million in state funds from Ohio and $500 million in federal funds in fiscal 2013-2014.

Dear Honorable Barack Obama, 44^th President of the United States;

The following petition requests the White House under the Obama Administration take into serious consideration the necessity to indict & thus exonerate forever Hillary Rodham Clinton. This request relates to troubling matters of concern the use of a private server and the transport and receivership of e-mails under the umbrella of government custodialship during said subject's term as Secretary of State(SOS) from 2009 through 2013. Exoneration is also requested in the context that the administration find Hillary Rodham Clinton guilty of a simple “mistake” consistent with 18 U.S. Code §2071. Under the existing public law a violation of this “Code” extends a fine of $2000 USD. Upon this “Citizen's Petition” to address and arrest a violation under “Public Law” by a high ranking executive under your watch and during your Presidential tenure, there comes now no request any imprisonment time as may be allowed under this “Code”. That effort is un-warranted and would warrant inappropriate waste of valuable resources as appeals would surround any such law enforcement efforts and are not appropriate as the breach upon this “Code” while under oath did not bring itself to the level of “criminal” obstruction of justice - wherein the violation requires incarceration as a punishment. Come now the citizens of this Great Nation before you for consideration this request and petition for relief, Now and Forever hold our peace.

History and Discovery in Support this Petition:

Hillary Rodham Clinton was the Secretary of the State from 2009 through 2013 and received and recited in “Good Faith” the “Oath of Office” on January 21, 2009 and then again on February 2, same year. On October 22^nd, this year, before the Congressional Select Committee on Benghazi chaired by Congressman Trey Gowdy, Hillary Rodham Clinton under oath swore the existence and use of a “private server”, used while in the position and capacity as Secretary of State. Under oath also the self-incriminating fact revealed that the “private server” data containing “government records” was erased upon termination of “sworn” duties. It is well known and admitted through testimony that such server was used in the course of routine government business as well as “private” correspondences deserving “privacy protection” while Hillary Rodham Clinton was in the capacity of SOS. The erasing of information and or data without a 3^rd party referee having oversight jurisdiction to differentiate personal information against U.S. government information not yet of “record” falls under the “Concealment, Removal and Mutilation” wording found in 18 U.S. Code §2071 as a violation:

18 U.S. Code § 2071 - Concealment, Removal, or Mutilation generally: (b) Whoever, having the custody of any such record, proceeding, map, book, document, paper, or other thing, willfully and unlawfully conceals, removes, mutilates, obliterates, falsifies, or destroys the same, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both; and shall forfeit his office and be disqualified from holding any office under the United States. As used in this subsection, the term “office” does not include the office held by any person as a retired officer of the Armed Forces of the United States.

It is noted that this “Code” does not necessitate “Classified Information” as the evidence of a violation, as “Any” documents fulfill that sense of this law and the “Sense of Congress” upon the origination of this all important policy making by our Founding Fathers. Hillary Rodham Clinton was so “entitled to have the custody and charge of all records“ under the umbrella as Secretary of State. According to text of record the U.S. Constitution:

SEC. 4. And be it further enacted, That the Secretary for the Department of Foreign Affairs, to be appointed in consequence of this act, shall forthwith after his appointment, be entitled to have the custody and charge of all records, books and papers in the office of Secretary for the Department of Foreign Affairs, heretofore established by the United States In Congress assembled – as APPROVED, July 27, 1789.

CHAPTER Ⅳ - An Act for establishing an Executive Department, to be denominated the Department of Foreign Affairs.

Section 1. That there shall be in the said department, an inferior officer, to be appointed by the said principal officer, and to be employed therein as he shall deem proper, and to be called the chief Clerk in the Department of Foreign Affairs, and who, whenever the said principal officer shall be removed from office by the President of the United States, or in any other case of vacancy, shall during such vacancy have the charge and custody of all records, books and papers appertaining to the said department.

Sec. 3. And be it further enacted, Oath of office. That the said principal officer, and every other person to be appointed or employed in the said department, shall, before he enters on the execution of his office or employment, take an oath or affirmation, well and faithfully to execute the trust committed to him.

Sec. 4. And be it further enacted, Secretary to take charge of papers, &c. of foreign department. That the Secretary for the Department of Foreign Affairs, to be appointed in consequence of this act, shall forthwith after his appointment, be entitled to have the custody and charge of all records, books and papers in the office of Secretary for the Department of Foreign Affairs, heretofore established by the United States in Congress assembled.

Before the adoption of the Constitution of the United States the following resolution was adopted:

Resolved, That the Department of Foreign Affairs be under the direction of such officer as the United States, in Congress assembled, have already for that purpose appointed, or shall hereafter appoint, who shall be styled, “Secretary to the United States of America for the Department of Foreign Affairs;” shall reside where Congress or a committee of the States shall sit, and hold his office during the pleasure of Congress.

That the books, records, and other papers of the United States, that relate to this department, be committed to his custody, to which, and all other papers of his office, any member of Congress shall have access: Provided, That no copy shall be taken of matters of a secret nature, without the special leave of Congress.

That the correspondence and communications with the ministers, consuls and agents of the United States, in foreign countries, and with the ministers and other officers of foreign powers with Congress, be carried on through the office of foreign affairs by the said Secretary, who is also empowered to correspond with all other persons from whom he may expect to receive useful information relative to his department: Provided always, That letters to the ministers of the United States, or ministers of foreign powers, which have a direct reference to treaties or conventions proposed to be entered into, or instructions relative thereto, or other great national subjects, shall be submitted to the inspection, and receive the approbation of Congress before they shall be transmitted.

That the Secretary for the Department of Foreign Affairs correspond with the Governors or Presidents of all or any of the United States, affording them such information from his department as may be useful to their States or to the United States, stating complaints that may have been urged against the government of any of the said States, or the subjects thereof, by the subjects of foreign powers, so that justice may be done agreeably to the laws of such State, or the charge proved to be groundless, and the honour of the government vindicated.

He shall receive the applications of all foreigners relative to his department, which are designed to be submitted to Congress, and advise the mode in which the memorials and evidence shall be stated in order to afford Congress the most comprehensive view of the subject; and if he conceives it necessary, accompany such memorial with his report thereon; he may concert measures with the ministers or officers of foreign powers, amicably to procure the redress of private injuries, which any citizen of the United States may have received from a foreign power or the subjects thereof, making minutes of all his transactions relative thereto, and entering the letters at large which have passed on such occasions.

He shall report on all cases expressly referred to him for that purpose by Congress, and on all others touching his department, in which he may conceive it necessary.

And that he may acquire that intimate knowledge of the sentiments of Congress, which is necessary for his direction, he may at all times attend upon Congress, and shall particularly attend when summoned or ordered by the President.

He may give information to Congress respecting his department, explain and answer objections to his reports, when under consideration, if required by a member, and no objection be made by Congress; he shall answer to such inquiries respecting his department as may be put from the chair by order of Congress, and to questions stated in writing about matters of fact which lie within his knowledge, when put by the President at the request of a member, and not disapproved of by Congress; the answers to such questions may, at the option of the Secretary, be delivered by him in writing.

He shall use means to obtain from the ministers and agents of the said United States in foreign countries, an abstract of their present state, their commerce, finances, naval and military strength, and the characters of sovereigns and ministers, and every other political information which may be useful to the United States.

All letters to sovereign powers, letters of credence, plans of treaties, conventions, manifestoes, instructions, passports, safe-conducts, and other acts of Congress relative to the department of foreign affairs, when the substance thereof shall have been previously agreed to in Congress, shall be reduced to form in the office of foreign affairs, and submitted to the opinion of Congress, and when passed, signed and attested, sent to the office of foreign affairs to be countersigned and forwarded.

If an original paper is of such nature as cannot be safely transmitted without cyphers, a copy in cyphers, signed by the Secretary for the department of foreign affairs, shall be considered as authentic, and the ministers of the United States at foreign courts may govern themselves thereby, in the like manner as if the originals had been transmitted.

And for the better execution of the duties hereby assigned to him, he is authorized to appoint a secretary, and one, or, if necessary, more clerks, to assist him in the business of his office.

Resolved, That the Secretary for the Department of Foreign Ahhirs, and each of the persons employed under him, shall take an oath before a judge of the State where Congress shall sit, for the faithful discharge of their respective trusts, and an oath of fidelity to the United States, before they enter upon office.

By an act passed September 15, 1789, chap. 14, the Executive department denominated the Department of Foreign Affairs, was declared to be, thereafter, denominated the Department of State.

The signatories of this “Citizen's Petition” sponsored by A WELL REGULATED MILITIA, such petitioners in “Good Faith” believe the simple violation concept and the fine are justified and will close forever the concern over the use of a “private server”, while Hillary Rodham Clinton was entrusted in conducting official business for the “People” of the United States as “Secretary of State”. The fact that there is accessed a “simple violation” with no imprisonment time fulfills the “Sense of Congress” and when approved by the Obama Administration, either through an “Executive Order” or through inter-departmental jurisdiction as can be applied for relief the Department of Justice, it will end this broad-reaching concern and America can get back to work less this sidetracking menace. Please take this “Citizen's Petition” under serious consideration in efforts to bring towards justice and closure the Hillary Rodham Clinton private server/e-mail concern. A WELL REGULATED MILITIA believes strongly that this concern be brought to “closure” and through a simple violation the end justifies the means. This is A WELL REGULATED MILITIA's tiered approach and attempt starting at the top with the Obama administration to end forever the debate over Hillary Rodham Clinton's “Private Server” as well as any inappropriate use and as some seem to acknowledge “abuse” when “sworn to an oath of fidelity” but by no means an end seeking “Justice for Americans” if your administration cannot furnish the American Citizen's such justice. Until closure this issue with some semblance of punishment, A WELL REGULATED MILITIA will use all legal and peaceful means at its disposal to find Hillary Rodham Clinton “guilty” under violation of 18 U.S. Code §2071 and with that find success in making sure that Hillary Rodham Clinton is forever “disqualified from holding any office under the United States”, as is demonstrated under penalties for violations upon this “Code” as formulated by our “Founding Fathers”. Because “a well regulated militia” is under your control by virtue of Article II – Section 2, we feel strongly that this affiliation warrants our action to request relief from the Commander-in-Chief, as this appears to be what the “Founding Fathers” had in mind the “U.S. Constitution”.
