Dear Honorable Statesmen, Chief Justice John Roberts and Honorable Associate Justices of the United States Supreme Court;

        I am not a lawyer, and have No understanding the proper ways and means to address "This Land's" high court, but classify myself as an ordinary everyday concerned American needing your attention, please hear me out this simple request.

        I am asking that the United States Supreme Court engage itself in an "Emergency Session" before January 20th, 2017, to find Donald John Trump in violation of 18 U.S. Code §2381 - Treason.

        On December 18th, this year, in the capacity but for the United States President-Elect, not sworn to oath of office wherein NO Constitutional immunity yet exists, Donald John Trump surrendered the "will of the people" under Barack Obama to favor the Chinese government under leadership of Xi Jinping, the current General Secretary of the Communist Party of China and the current President of the People's Republic of China.

        This occurred in a well published @realDonaldTrump "Twitter" that read as follows: "We should tell China that we don't want the drone they stole back - let them Keep it!" Since Mr. Trump's "Twitter" has far reaching consequences and finds world-wide widespread distribution, he cannot deny this "surrender", nor can he deny this violation of Treason.

        When the Chinese confiscated a U.S. NAVY drone being used in contested waters, a research device deployed by an unarmed marine vessel, by virtue of this action alone only an adversary defined "then" as an "enemy" would perform such a risk taking action, as it provokes possible conflict depending on the outcome and how far diplomacy can assist any escalations. By that virtue alone and Mr. Trump voicing an opinion that could have future serious consequences to "let them Keep it", it falls under the umbrella of "giving comfort". Words sometimes can find an ulterior meaning, motives and unwanted consequences.

        According to 18 U.S. Code §2381 and re-iterated here not for the court's convenience but for all American citizens an understanding of the violations I request relief upon: 18 U.S. Code §2381 - Treason. Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere, is guilty of treason and shall suffer death, or shall be imprisoned not less than five years and fined under this title but not less than $10,000; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States.

        As the U.S. President-Elect, Donald John Trump owes an "above & beyond" allegiance to the United States. China is an adversary, to the extent it can be considered an "enemy". Donald John Trump, adheres to that "enemy", giving aid and comfort, even if only by word alone under the 1st Amendment Right, regardless it should be construed as a violation under the "Code" in question. That "right" should never circumvent the merits of such law of "This Land", it cannot excuse the intent of such mischief.

        Please take this under serious consideration that on December 18th, 2016, Donald John Trump did violate 18 U.S. Code §2381 and should be held accountable to the fullest extent possible under this law. I am not asking the "High Court" to assign such sentencing, just asking the United States Supreme Court Justices to find guilt a violation under this code, and then let the United States Congress to furnish a remedy.
