An armada of Chinese war
ships hounded the Bearing Sea coast of Alaska during President
Obama's visit. Since most of Alaska's "air space" and
intentionally claimed waters went restricted during the visit, very
few pictures of Xi Jinping's fleet have been made available to the
public. This is a rare photograph of one of the vessels that came
very close to shore, as it is an Amphibious Assault Vessel and
pictures made available through the HRC server that filters out any
"Classified" restrictions to government documents.
