Hillary Clinton on
Secretary of State: “Obama said I want you to
be my secretary of state. And I said, Oh, no, you don't. I said, Oh,
please, there's so many other people who could do this, it will be a CIRCUS if I take this job"
On
January 21, 2009 Hillary Rodham Clinton was sworn in as Secretary of
the Department of State: “I, Hillary Rodham Clinton, do
solemnly swear that I will support and defend the Constitution of the
United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will
bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this
obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of
evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of
the office on which I am about to enter. So help me God.”
Not
once, but Hillary recited the “Oath” twice, again on February 3rd
in front of Joe Biden. And according to those that “break the
oath”, as the use of a private server is “evasion” as so
defined in that “Oath”, Hillary can no longer hold any office
under the United States. There is nothing criminal her actions or
inactions, just the fact that she broke the “Oath” and with that
suffers the consequences of never again holding a public office as
outlined in the following “Public Law” doctrine:
18
U.S.C.: §2071 - Any custodian of a public record who "willfully
and unlawfully conceals, removes, mutilates, obliterates, falsifies,
or destroys (any record) shall be fined not more than $2,000 or
imprisoned not more than three years, or both; and shall forfeit his
office and be disqualified from holding any office
under the United States."
Enough said.....
