Politics is “dirty laundry” business, no doubt about it. But the realization that Bernie Sanders is challenged by a huge Hillary Rodham Clinton fan club base, the “dirty laundry” response can find “clean laundry” as a ways and means to help Bernie to victory. Case in point is my attempt through “COME TOGETHER” to have Hillary Clinton sanctioned under 18 U.S. Code §2071: Concealment, Removal, or Mutilation Generally - (b) Whoever, having the custody of any such record, proceeding, map, book, document, paper, or other thing, willfully and unlawfully conceals, removes, mutilates, obliterates, falsifies, or destroys the same, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both; and shall forfeit his office and be disqualified from holding any office under the United States. Clinton has already publicly admitted guilt to records mismanagement, and is using the “Classified Information” trump card that amuses a lullaby that she didn't know that mismanaged documents were “classified, which allows no acceptance of responsibility. That is true under §1924, but not so under §2071 - Hillary cannot escape from the obligation derelict under this latter mentioned code. I am not asking for help in this matter, but we must use all means civil to distract Hillary Rodham Clinton's run against Bernie Sanders. The fan club that Hillary has amused will be coming out in full force to vote her in as the DNC choice, and non-deserving, not when we have before us an individual like Mr. Sanders. So our only hope is a simple indictment under §2071, wherein she is fined $2000, no jail time but must then face the consequences under a violation of this code, namely “disqualified”. Dirty politics, dirty pool, NO as the “LAW” was broken and the consequences speak for what the “Founding Fathers” saw fit. Thanks for your time, as I have been a Sanders supporter for many years, too bad Gabrielle Giffords was not still with us to become his running mate, or is that still a reasonable expectation? She deserves it...please feel free to distribute the e-mail link this correspondence was delivered from, for those interested in getting involved with “COME TOGETHER” to make sure Hillary Clinton is so disqualified from holding any office under the United States, as it may be Bernie's only hope - and this Nation's saving grace! “COME TOGETHER”, it means both the “Left & Right” in a fight for an indictment against Clinton under §2071, an easy task...
