HELP WANTED: Constitutional Lawyers

There is no 5^th Amendment Right in exercise against “self-incrimination” with the Donald John Trump “minions” that planned his “coup coup c-goob” of January 6^th. As that Insurgency”R”us “Attack” on the U.S. Capitol and its forever stamp wound on “Democracy”, it required President Trump calling to duty his “Militia”, as is privileged by the sitting Commander-in-Chief as found under the U.S. Constitution. And maybe Trump had permission for this “coup coup for cuckoo thugs”, through the “WAR Powers Act” as it was still a Republican “Senate” under the leadership of a bonafide “Confederate” and the “House” being a non-continuing body in governance, well Nancy's side of the 116^th was “Closed for Business” as usual and would not turn on the “sworn-to-duty” lights until January 20^th, well after this planned “Coup”. OK, it may not meet the “bar” as a “Coup”! Yes, through the WAR Powers Act, the reason Trump called off that “Militia” after only 8-hours as he has only 48-hours to inform Congress his intentions to use “force”. So more than likely, Trump’s WAR room called to duty this “Militia” in preparedness to march on the Capitol on January 4^th. Yes, it was his “Militia”, get over it! And that is wherein the 5^th Amendment finds an “exception”, when a “Militia” is involved as Donald Trump and his failed bid for a 2^nd-Term-of-Endangerment warranted this self-inflicted wound action, to what the psychopath perceived as a “public danger” culminated through election fraud. It does not matter though his state-of-mind, it happened the “Militia” was mobilized. So to all this hype with the Steve Bannons and the Mark Meadows and the rest of the “Executive Militia Morons” thinking they can jump bail by pleading the 5th, well “We the People” are dumfounded that they are being treated by Nanny Nancy LousyLollaPelosi’s House “Select Committee” like it is OK to engage in “Treason”. 

With no 5^th to brag about, with the power of “Inherent Contempt” bestowed upon the Congress to “attach” individuals - aka having the Sergeant-at-Arms make an ARREST - why these “Turncoat” bastards, including Donald Trump are still free, well John Lennon may be saying move over “Woman” and instead singing out loud that today “Democracy is the nigger of the world”. Yet with the way the U.S. Supreme Court Jesters are treating that “woman” in abortion rights fading away like so is the Founding Fathers’ Democracy, “yes she is, think about it”.
