Request for Cease & Desist Against Representative
Devin Nunes
In a January 24th
correspondence to Devin Nunes, Chairman of the Permanent Select Committee on
Intelligence, Mr. Nunes was warned that the release of information under
jurisdiction the “Committee” could be deemed “extraordinarily reckless”. Any
release must be stopped before any adverse and irreversible effects upon this
nation’s sovereignty. Due this urgent matter that which could compromise this
nation’s national security this abuse of power by a faction of Congress that
has politized the state of affairs surrounding the “Nunes Memo”, this is a request
for a Cease & Desist to be served upon Devin Nunes to deny any such
disclosures. It is requested that this remedy be so honored immediately to
arrest any advances any disclosure that which will demonstrate “extraordinarily
reckless behavior” and unbecoming a “sworn to oath” representative that is
supposed to protect the U.S. Constitution. This request is but for a “Temporary
Cease & Desist Restraint” until such time the normal course of wait-out time
has expired and relevant information then becomes available through the normal
course, like through a FOIA request wherein any disclosures can be deemed safe
for publication. Since the controversial disclosure of the “Nunes Memo” could
aid and abet the enemy, this “Cease & Desist” request is warranted to
protect this nation’s inalienable right of sovereignty.
Respectfully submitted,
