From
the crypt of Theodolite Stevens:
So a Palmer attorney “misappropriates” a dead
client's money, in the tune of $20000 and gets a sentence of
“disbarment”? This is theft, and because of the amount, a “Class
C Felony”. And should mean a mandatory 2-year sentence in the
slammer as a deterrent, no grave-side community service allowed!
Doesn't the Alaska Supreme Court know its own rules and regulations,
as it rendered a 24-page “disbarment” recommendation but forget
about a criminal indictment? It's a CRIME, not some lame
“misappropriations” excuse. Where in hell are the Alaska State
Troopers, too busy getting make-up applied for that “Reality”
boob-tube crap wherein stereotyping “Drunk Natives” is
dramatized? This preferential treatment for one of their own is
beyond good sense. Poor guy is dead, and cannot defend himself,
that's where the state has the obligation to take over and punish the
“Witch Bitch”! In fact, how about a crime of “Grave Digging”,
as this lawyer sure fucked a dead guy – Necrophilia ring a bell?
Really, I am a little puzzled at what we are finding out, theft it
is, look no other direction. But maybe “shoving it under the rug”,
well out-of-sight and out-of-mind. Look, the state can by its
sovereign powers take ownership of this “estate” as a warden,
even if the owner is dead since nobody else has claim to the “estate.
What other evidence does one need to indict? Just because he is
6-feet under doesn't mean his rights have been buried over! This
attorney stoled money from a client, admitted it and finally when
called to the carpet conveniently paid it back? It's theft? This is
access device fraud, wire fraud and probably a bunch of other hideous
crimes - what am I missing here? Nothing accept this is what has
happened to the justice system. Pure unadulterated filth! Imagine if
every damn shoplifter had the opportunity to have shoplifting called
“misappropriated goods” and given years to pay back Fred Myer's
for that rib eye that was “misappropriated”? Get the point, why
such preferential treatment is in itself a crime. That is why today
we have a justice system that can no longer, indict a ham sandwich! I
guess if one wants total immunity, just become a lawyer and “North
to Alaska”!
