Congress, yes our beloved
“Do Nothing” 113th United States Congress has
succeeded in “Doing Something” while AWOL! At last, all hope is
not lost. Yes, the United States Congress has been awarded a
“Patent Pending”, applied for by some guy named Boehnerfide – spelling
was a little fuzzy and the patent was scribbled on a sanitary napkin.
But today the U.S. Patent Office issued the following Intellectual
Property Certificate: #472562007876 and is titled “Representation”
and so defined as “The packing of 2 pounds of shit
in a 1 pound bag”!
