So if an investor takes $1-Million and bets on the right stock option and sees a return on that investment within 2-years of $20-Billion, wow! That means a Return-On-Investment of 20000. And would be the envy of any Wall Street firm. For the “brats” that invest other's loot for a living, it would make them $millionaires$ overnight! Is it possible in this day and age to make mega-dollars on the penny arcade? Well Barack Obama is betting that it is feasible and not at all afraid in using the “U.S. Taxpayers'” loot for this gamble. The odds, well it all depends on what side of the dense phase fence MoanaLisa MurCowpiefly and Don Young and newbie Dan Sullivan rest their case as to whom they represent. See, Obama's new budget unveiled yesterday includes that $1-Million investment, to once again fund the “Federal Pipeline Inspectors Office” to coordinate and oversee the management of any natural gas pipeline project in Alaska. The history of this office and its oversight started back in 2004, with the “Alaska Natural Gas Pipeline Transportation Act” becoming “Public Law”. In actuality, it started under Jimmy Carter who inherited the idea from Gerald Ford and was then re-enforced by Ronald Reagan. Now that office was funded for the last, well 10-years to make sure any and all projects that were designed to transport “Alaska Natural Gas” that was exploited North of 62-Degrees Latitude, well there came some stipulations due the fact the original “ACT” was based on energy security for the lower-48. So when the House and Senate approved “Obama” budget came to be back in December to fund government through October of 2015, it was missing – money for the Federal Coodinator? NO not “chopped” as a cost saving mechanism, as many government appropriations for critical things are an automatic - like had occurred for the past budgets approved. It would have meant purposely eliminated. And when asked why this money was not included, which is a minor charge in comparison to the “$Trillions$ required to turn the wheels of progress, well it was like out-of-state out-of-mind with Alaska's Congressional Delegation. Instead of the usual temper tantrums that we have become accustomed too by our delegation, especially when someone tries to mess with our “pork”, it went without fanfare along with a lackadaisical attitude like, “Who gives a Rat's Ass”. Senator Mark Begich was the only one that seemed concerned, but he had been kicked out of office – so didn't really care either. And Dan Sullivan was still trying to pack up his belongings in Maryland in efforts to move to D.C. to take over Begich's job under the influence of Koch, so he had no idea what was going on – and had not been sworn in as of yet – so it was Don and MoanaLisa only that, well they didn't give a rat's ass for a reason. So the office is preparing to “CLOSE” by the end of this month. Surely had MoanaLisa or Don wanted this “oversight” to continue, with MurCowpiefly's sorority and Don's senility, it was like a phone call away. So was it overlooked due some other convenient reason? Sure it was, and the reason I am glad to see it coming back, in fact if that office finds no funding from now until next October, the State of Alaska should fund it - as with a $51-Billion “Reserve”, hey this is wherein it is OK to raid that penthouse. See, there is a sinister reason why that position of authority was cut out of the budget, but it appears the crocks may have been identified. With interest finally in “un-stranding” boat-loads of natural gas from up north, a project on the drawing board is estimated at a cost of between $45-Billion and upwards to $65-Billion, for an LNG project that will be the biggest of record to date to export gas from Alaska. That gas was supposed to find a pipeline to market within 5-years of the original “Oil In” on the Trans-Alaska-Pipeline – that was some 30-years ago by now! As years floated by, well the costs have continued to escalate. Now this project has already found DOE approval, it now needs FERC approval and that will come when the interested parties – which includes “Big Oil”, like EXXON & Trans-Canada, along with the State of Alaska as a 50% partner – agree on a final plan. Now, there is a big difference, from low-ball to a high-ball, as the difference of total costs somewhere in the neighborhood of $20-Billion, that's a lot of extra beans! Celebration with a high-ball will come when the partners can bring that construction cost down to the $45-Billion scenario. And how is that done? Well, first get rid of the “Federal Pipeline Inspectors Office”, which was designed to not only streamline the permitting stage and save the interested parties $millions$ in environmental permit requirements, but that oversight was designated to instill the “Sense of Congress” to make sure “Americans” benefited from such a mega-project. And this doesn't mean to the benefit only of “Corporate Profits” wherein the State of Alaska as a partner would reap in EXXON like profits also. Now Obama has already said that he would allow the office to engage in the LNG project, as he is finding an interest in this project. Doesn't he have better things to do then to worry about a far away office on its own and funded by 1/40000^th of the budget? See, when the Alaska delegation went around Obama on the DOE permitting phase for this project that allowed lifting the “export ban” that called for this gas to be part of “America's Reserve”, it pissed Obama off as it was his watch – not Ronald Reagan at the helm. See, Don Young along with MoanaLisa MurCowpiefly and then Senator Mark Begich, well in efforts to side-track the “Commander-in-Chief” they used a memo dated back to 1988 in pursuit of the DOE “Export” approval, which was fundamentally sound but things have changed since then and the delegation along with many Alaskan state senators and business leaders, well they should have minded their own business P's & Q's and given Obama the courtesy to weigh in his approval or objections. By going around the “Chief”, well you just don't do that kind of foolishness – just another lame excuse that the GOP uses to say they can't work with Obama. They don't try and it will backfire! Anyway, back in December, with the XL Keystone Pipeline gaining momentum, MoanaLisa was asked by her “Hardy Lobby” constituents to strip out the “Sense of Congress” requirements for that “pipeline”, which was already DOA. But that was paramount as a precedence set for the big Alaskan project. See, the “Sense of Congress” requires several notable features. First and foremost the steel used for such projects must be “Made in America” and for the Alaska project, it required a “Labor Agreement” for the construction phase – not a “Union” per say, but wages comparable to what a union trade & craft worker would take home, with benefits. So it meant a “Union” as the 302 was already set-up to hire “qualified” residents. So the “steel” requirement was stripped out of the Keystone, by Alaska's MoanaLisa MurCowpiefly. And by terminating the “Federal Oversight” on this Alaskan LNG mega-project, it meant the "Sense of Congress” was but a moot point. So then the project sponsors - said again the State of Alaska was a partner - they could opt to utilize steel made in non-FTA nations wherein “slave labor” is permitted and at the same time use “slave labor” in Alaska to build the damn pipeline – and low and behold it could then be built for that low-ball of $45-Billion, maybe less! Get the point of what is going on with Congress? So, the funding for this critical office was cut for a reason, to screw over the “American Spirit”! Now Obama is on to what is going on in Alaska – especially the madness with Alaska's delegation - due all the “King George” threats because he is looking out for our own good, and has re-instated that office which brings back the "Sense of Congress” to make sure America does indeed benefit from this project – maybe not due the energy source, but what it means for U.S. steel and labor. So, with the Alaskan LNG project, just the fact that Obama is re-instating the “Pipeline Inspectors Office”, that means that the "Sense of Congress” in encouraged and under Obama, well if that pipeline gets the “Green-Light” from the investors it means “Made in America”. So by funding that office in the tune of a measly $1-million bucks and change, it means an infusion of $20-Billion in “America Jobs”, manufacturing and materials. You figure out what it means! According to Mr. Obama: “My job is not to trim my sails”. Wow, someone who truly cares about this nation and is not about to let Congress, well get in the way of that “American Spirit”!

Senator Giesselzilla

Is there something wrong with the air or water down there in Juneau? Like did Pete Kelly and Click Bishop bring the water and air pollution from Fairbanks back to the capital, so they could feel right at home? Maybe so, and it is having an adverse effect on Senator Cathy Giesselzilla. See, she wants Obama to close off New York City for development, in reference to the chief wanting to “Lock Down” ANWR for any future oil and gas exploitaion. Dear Giesselzillatoid: Obama lives at 1400 Pennsylvania Avenue, you should have remembered that when Sarah Palin was invited to give the opening ceremony prayer down there in cesspool central. What the hell does NYC have to do with anything connected to Obama's wilderness protection mandate? Look, sure I think it's a good idea, and you should immediately suggest that NYC takeover to Obama and maybe it is something Dan Sullivan can get attached and play with, as he sure isn't getting any helpful advice from MoanaLisa MurCowpiefly or Don “Beanie Cap” Young. I honestly felt bad for Dan the other day when he was forced to side with MoanaLisa and Don at the King George awards. I bet if he hadn't already unpacked his baggage, he would have already been back home to Maryland. Anyway, about your advise and idea for Obama to lock up NYC for development. See, “WE ALASKANS” would be harmed by such a move, as whether you realize it or not like most Alaskans have not a clue, we “ALASKANS” own property in New York City – at the tune of $375-Million, invested as part of the Alaska Permanent Fund Corporation's investment strategy. Yup, a 42-story high-rise and retail right next to Central Park! But being a Giesselatoid and always running away from danger – a.k.a. truth – I am sure you had no idea what or where the state invests its resource loot, so just give it away! Yes, “lock” it down, and then the property values will crash and Alaska would loose a bunch of our future inheritance. In fact, did you realize that Alaska owns over $6-Billion in real estate and over $75-Million in tobacco stocks? No wonder the legislatures allows for that “Reality” crap to commercialize “smoking”, it kills our kids but makes a bunch of loot. So please Miss Chatterly, don't try to out-stupid Click and Pete, as didn't we get rid of the imbeciles when Weasel's husband was sent to prison?

As I have blog-bloated many times in passing, Barack Obama will go down as this nation's “Best of the Best”, fit above and beyond duty as a statesman like President and will be up in the high rankings also as a Commander-in-Chief – as long as he keeps the troops home for we have lost our appetite for “yellow cake”. In fact, we should be celebrating his leadership and terms of endearment today, why wait? “They're dancin' in Chicago - Down in New Orleans - Up in New York City.” Barack can already claim the Nobel for “Peace” and maybe deserving the same for “Economics”, maybe not due some collegiate dissertation for PHD bragging rights, but just look around you – as the proof is in the hasty pudding. Especially in consideration of what ruins were left by Bush & Company when run out of town. See, Bush was like Sarah Palin, a quitter. The only difference Palin did understand her limitations – don't laugh! It is sad, that “Dubya” to this day has no concept of why that “Town in Texas” was indeed missing an idiot and to this day profiting still – the number one selling shirt to foreigners. So today in celebration of the continuation of his legacy to care about “America”, Barack Obama will introduce the “United States Operating Budget” to the 114th “So Far Doing Nothing” Congress, in the tune of an enormous amount consistent with inflation including an additional $478-Billion – the latter bundle earmarked for a 6-year infrastructure projects update. Yes update, as this “infusion” is a continuation of the “American Recovery & Reinvestment Act” started back in 2009. Anybody remember that far back? And that “Stimulus” - OK, so now you remember as that “stimulus” was like the “Perils of Pauline” to Congress - it lasted for 5-years and since it was successful, the proof runneth-over theory has allowed that “success” to make it all the way, well through this month! The “Project” actually ended in 2014, yet the Uncle Sam funded “obligations” lasted until just before Super Bowel XLAX – Cheaters 28, Seattle 24. And look what the original $805-Billion stimulated – the highways and byways which were once falling apart under Congressmen Don Young's Te-Lue legislation, well today with upkeep from the “Stimulus” along with 2-buck gasoline it means driving Miss Daisy and checking out all the damn highways named in honor of officers killed in the line of duty! Maybe we should start naming inner-city basketball courts after...Anyway, another problem we will get a hold of someday – when NRA LaPierre takes a drive to see what his pathetic abuse upon the 2nd Amendment is doing to this nation, from sea to killing sea! Anyway, back to a man that cares! So within 1-month of Obama taking over the “Oval Office” and realizing that the Bush Dynasty didn't even have the courtesy to leave a single pen behind – as a Cheney joke over “Executive Orders” – well the new president realized things were not good and this nation was on a crash course. Imagine what this would have done to the Obama race, as this was the plan of the outgoing administration – it was a planned coup d'etat upon the economy and a plan of disgrace upon our 1st “Black” President! Sure it was planned by Bush, as here we had a turd vacating the White House and needed something to cast maybe a ground-hog's shadow of “Approval”, which was at an all time “low” for any and all presidents on record. See, had Obama failed at “Economic Resuscitation 101”, Bush could have found some credibility – it didn't work and Obama is bathing in the limelight of success, so is this nation. But that “Stimulus” program was well crafted, with a ways and means to “trump” Congress if in the future those trying their best to attack Obama's legacy did take over control. And today the GOP is in control and Obama now has the opportunity to use those built in mechanisms to keep the economy running and at the same time cause turmoil within the “Do Nothing” obstructionist's institute – including democrats that have sided with the “Turncoats”. Look, Obama doesn't need Congress and saw the writing on the zealots' facial expressions during the last “State of the Union” – like with Mitch McConnell and John Boehner who came out and recited an unknown oath of office, “To Destroy Obama's Legacy”. These two “Turncoats” have done nothing but throw hurdles in the way of progress, as anybody who makes it clear and convincing it is their duty to cause harm upon this nation, well they both should be in shackles. So has our “Do Nothing Congress” done nothing for America but at the same time done everything to undermine the Obama administration's “mission”, so “Dubya” could maybe find some semblance a positive approval rating in comparison? See, Bush's “Disapproval” rating doesn't look good at his library's entrance! Well Obama went his own way, way back in 2009 to make sure the plan to move forward could not be derailed by the Paul Ryans. Do we need a Congress today – NO! But that all depends on the President, if a true statesman under oath to secure our Constitution without bipartisan canker soars, then Congress can continue to play games. Anyway, the “Stimulus” program was designed to favor Obama when the Congress found a GOP controlled “goon squad” - which is what we have today and was so predicted way back when. It was inevitable due the racism that came out of the woodwork with Obama's swearing in ceremony. Now Obama is asking Congress to approve $478-Billion, for a continuation of the “Stimulus” and is upwards $117-Billion above original “infusion” estimates. And this “budget” is for the next 6-years, which benefits all “Americans” as Obama will be retired by that time and we have no idea what kind of animal will end up taking over. Look, Obama has Congress by the balls, and if McConnell and Boehner want to deflate, it will deflate only their own egos – and they know it. See, the additional deficit of $117-Billion, well guess who will pay for that? That's wherein the “Foreign Corporate Tax” havens will get raided. Like I have said, this is one hell of a slam dunk play for Obama. If you thought that interception at the Super Bowel XLAX was one hell of a play, you have not seen anything with how Obama is about to trump, well the “turncoats”! Now if Congress approves the budget and tax upon the wealthy, it will cause all kinds of headaches. But it is a necessity, as without and through budget handouts, come about January of 2017, well that's when Obama leaves town! Look, what goes around comes around. Obama was handed a piece of crap economy by Bush, but through careful planning that benefited everybody – the “Stimulus”, well this nation avoided an Armageddon. Look, I believe with statistics and super-political forecasts, the Obama administration saw what was coming, maybe even instrumental in paving the way for the GOP to have such control – as like with Bush trying to sabotage Obama's legacy which for Bush & Cheney failed miserably, Obama can only benefit form what is going on today – and so can our nation as we have been so treated regardless of side taking dramatics, yes “We the People” have benefitted through his entire duration and the remaining time will be on the rich bastard's dime and all will be fine! With Obama, it is what matters to this nation over what matters at Tea-Time and someday soon, Obama will be able to enjoy a well deserved “Tee-Time”. Look, Obama can't loose, and if the GOP continues to play hooky its responsibility, well it will end the GOP, it will end the other side and maybe then the “Independents” can come to...well not the rescue but continue on what Obama has started – it is called “AMERICANISM! And when one looks at what is captured here in a nutshell, as the entire “Stimulus” plan was very complicated and convoluted with emphasis on what is happening today in politics, well a keen businessman named Mitt Romney knows all about what is going on. He is not a fool, and realizes what it all means for the GOP's future and that meant “signora” for 2016, as even he knows what it takes to keep things going and he couldn't support an agenda that was different then what Obama has put into practice – it is that simple why Mitt has walked away! Bottom-line, there is a self-destruct mechanism upon the GOP if Congress continues to fight with Obama, and when we have a devoted leader that is doing his job above and beyond, maybe such mechanisms were inherent in the Constitution!

What we know. Factoid #1 - The first out-break of “measles” was at Disneyland in California. Factoid #2 – the supposedly infected person carrying around the “virus” was a visitor, from another country. Since then, over 100-reported cases across the nation and growing wherein the Center for Disease control is issuing some warnings about a massive outbreak - originating from Mickey Mouse land! So, was this a ways and means for “Terrorists” to get even, by attacking places of family worship with a cheap-ass threat that causes major fear? Imagine, what a simple weapon wherein the “Terrorist” have infiltrated a “loophole”, wherein many Americans refuse to become inoculated so susceptible to becoming infected carriers – right into the hands of a plan! Just recently, the eradication due vaccinating against “Rubella” was celebrated. So, with complacency that it was no longer a health issue or stubbornness that Uncle Sam doesn't know what is best for me and my religious cravings, has such become a vulnerability now challenged by those bent on causing pain, suffering and humiliation upon our nation? Look, biological warfare has been a concern ever since it was realized that several corporations had provided Iraq with some nasty things, back in the late 80s and in the name of “Science”. And now we have this measles outbreak, that could be cause to ignite an economic disaster – if it gets to the point wherein we must stay home and visitors stay away also. Look, for almost a decade we have been living with fear of some asshole with a strap-on, walking through a crowd and boom. It happened in Boston, but the assholes behind that sabotage realized one-thing, don't mess with Americans – especially that young terrorist that thought he could sail away with 15-mental virgins on a boat in dry-dock! And with half of the nation carrying or concealing, the reason we have so many trigger happy kids, has the intent to cause this nation harm found a new life? This would be sick, but when one looks at the “chemical and biological” weapons that were sold to Iraq many years ago, was “rubella” one of those things? Maybe it was easy to find on the “Black Market”, as money can buy anything, even inflated footballs. Look, like selling weapons, it is “strictly business” for some, and they think not of the repercussions – just like the jerk that sold all those weapons, including a “grenade launcher” to the cartoon killers in France, but think only of what's in their wallet. Money, money, money, MONEY! So, this is something our nation best equip itself to combat, as the underwear bomb went nowhere, and we have been somewhat safe for the past several years. And economic doom, or fear is maybe the weapon of choice for this ISIS. Who in hell is financing that outfit, almost like the Iran-Nicaraguan Contra backing – new uniforms, new trucks, weapons beyond a home-grown garage groan militia? Anybody seen Oliver North? And “What's in Your Cart”?

Awesome Wells broadcast from Juneau: In line with Texas, Alaska has adopted Monday-February 2^nd as “Varmint” day(instead of Groundhog Day) in ceremony of Chris Kyle, the “American Sniper”. Alaska State Senator Click Bishop has entered for-the-record a “Declaration” in the form of Sarah Palin’s “Green Eggs & Ham” speech, as was delivered at the Iowa Voyeurs Summit held just last week in honor of Reverend Ted Sleaze. The “Bishop Declaration” honoring Kyle was adopted from Johnny Logan Spencer’s poem, “The Sniper”. There is rumor that “Patriot-in-shackles” Schaffer Cox along with Congressman Don Young may deliver the official “Declaration” during a special legislative event on Monday, but there appears to be some confusion over Click’s “Declaration” and it is being investigated by the United States Secret Service – for possible “threats against a protectee".  According to John McCain, just “low life scum”!
