Wake Up America - It’s TREASON

So now “We the People” are sent into the abyss, with this “Impeachment”. See, as a defense the Fucking Moron and Melanomia Klaus Fuchs as “despicable me” White House imposters, they have a team of “Hypocrisy Now Nongressmen” at Democracy’s disposal - aka American Flag Burners Alumni, what is known as “desecration” or for the GOP Femdom Freedom caucus “Miss Liberty Necrophilia”. Please take the matches away from Devin Nunes and Jim Jordan’s “blow-hard torch”. But White House lawyers are basing a claim against any “Impeachment” scenario some lame excuse that “Bribery, High Crimes and Misdemeanors” is not defined in the Constitution so is moot. They are right, as it is anybody’s guess what the Founding Fathers meant or defined as derelictions awarding those definitions a jurisdiction. No worry, as “We the People” still have clout with the 3rd element of surprise within Article II-Section 4: “The President, Vice President and all civil officers of the United States, shall be removed from office on impeachment for, and conviction of, treason, bribery, or other high crimes and misdemeanors.” It is that TREASON Reason that should be used moving forward to kick the bums out. See, this TREASON is defined by the Founders under 18 U.S. Code § 2381.Treason: “Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere, is guilty of treason and shall suffer death, or shall be imprisoned not less than five years and fined under this title but not less than $10,000; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States.”  Talk about an “Ouch” as this is serious and the Donald Jong-Thong Trump just lifted the ban on “Capital Punishment”. Now the point is no longer moot as TREASON finds reason for an “Impeachment”, as holding back the “military aid” from Ukraine in actuality sanctioned “giving them(enemy) aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere”. That “enemy” is Putin’s Russia that wants to take more and more land rights away from Ukraine and it meets the muster with the “elsewhere” clause. Just by holding back the “military might”, it warrants an “aid” to this enemy by the intent as an element in any “crime”, as there could have come advancements by Putin during this brief period that the Fucking Moron was looking for a favor. He’s GUILITY forget about the ham sandwich, under 18 U.S. Code § 2381. So what penance should the Fucking Moron face with an “Impeachment” within the meaning of this TREASON? OK, I am not in favor of the “suffer death” clause and as far as imprisonment, the Trans-Allegheny Lunatic Asylum is closed. And no worry, as the Moron had enough with the “Office” so we are left with the $10000 fine and that’s fine by me - except a $10000 out-of-pocket fine to this Moron would probably mean a $1000000 rebate from the U.S. Treasury according to how this "Crook" does the tax return thing and that is truly “aid and comfort” to the ENEMY of the PEOPLE!
