Request for a Presidential sanctioned “No Trespass Domestic Terrorist
Watchlist”, the intent as a deterrent which would deny individuals that
participated in the “January 6th Domestic Terrorist Attack on the U.S. Capitol”
- including members of Congress - access denied for any reason within the
confines of the Capitol.
To begin with, it is inspiring
that “We the People” have before us a genuine Commander-in-Chief, an Irish
Patriot we can TRUST! I sleep well at night, after 4-years of insomnia thinking
there was an unauthorized fire sale at the Trump White House, so THANK YOU.
I am corresponding in
efforts to request that you seriously consider what I believe in theory and practice
as a viable means in the “alternative” to hold members of the U.S. Congress,
those that were knowingly involved in the January 6th “Domestic Terrorist
Attack” on the U.S. Capitol, accountable for their participation that which
resulted in a deadly “coup d’scar”.
It is time to sanction “Congressional
members of interest” by advancing a “No Trespass Domestic Terrorist Watchlist”,
like has proven so beneficial with the “No Fly Terrorist Watchlist”. Wherein
any member of Congress that is guilty by association with the “January 6th”
event - that “Domestic Terrorist Attack” as defined under H.Res.503 - through
participation in any way shape or form, such individuals be so included on this
“Watchlist” and banned from entry into the U.S. Capitol. This is an
“alternative” away from any DOJ referrals, as it will definitely act as a
deterrent if members of Congress cannot enter the Capitol to perform business
for their constituency, like in “Taxation without Representation” and that will
cause a fallout at the voting booths for any incumbent that is “Watchlisted”.
Please take this under serious consideration, as it appears all other remedies
that try to invoke either a criminal or civil redress, it has so far proven to
be non-existent.
