116th U.S. Congress - The Senate

The following “Test” was administered to the 100-member in “Hood Standing” 116^th U.S. Senate, as a “simple” in formula “Performance Appraisal”. This “Indicator” was designed at the Phineas J. Whoopee Institute by Sir Stugots Scoregge nella mia testa and endorsed by Theodore John Kaczynski, an honorary PHD under the guidance of Harvard’s Henry Murray. Be it known for sake of validity, that similar “Tests” have been utilized successfully in evaluations for other World Leaders. To name but a few, Vladimir Vladimirobitch Putin, Kim Jong dUNg and Benghazi Netanyahu. In this “Test Case”, it evaluates how that “No Taxation without Representation” body is fulfilling its “sworn to oath” duty envisioned by our Founding Fathers. This “Test” was sent out on January 20^th, 2020.

Question #1: What is the “mission” of the 25^th Amendment? And please define what is meant by “disability” with respect to this “Amendment” and on a scale of 1 to 10, wherein would you grade yourself on that scale, 10 being “unfit for office”.

Question #2☹Picture Test: What is the below tool called and how is it used and when was the last time you as a U.S. Senator had to use such a tool?

Results Are Half In: As far as the February 20^th deadline, all members on the democratic side of the isle have already provided an answer, and all got it right with the “Picture Test” portion of the “Performance Appraisal”. As far as feedback from the GOP side this “Performance Appraisal for Dummies 101”, Majority Leader Mitch McConnell is having difficulties in answering the “picture test” and with respect to the “disability” rating, confused on whether or not it is that “half-full or half-empty” glass question and until such time Mitch allows, no other GOP Senators are allowed to breath so we won’t hold our breath we will ever get a response. Which means, the GOP voters are also “stool stuck”!
