And it will begin the “Constitutional Crisis”. Look, it is some 60-days before the change-of-the-god is supposed to occur, we are headed down that road of a “crisis” in Revolution. But a revolt that boils over to the streets in bloodshed like we had during the Civil WAR, we are more civil this day and age and use the “court” in jurisprudence “justice for all” as the battleground. Only a “sitting” Commander is given this “golden goose” opportunity, to say NO SIR until such time a competent jury can decide if Biden is medically fit and of sound mind condition to take over the helm, all based on a Simple Simon fact, denial of Joe taking over based on National Security in “Interest”. It is the main reason so far two-weeks after Joe was elected that there is “zero” interest in a transition. And without an “Inauguration” where Chief Justice Roberts must administer the “oath”, Trump’s EO will also demonstrate that he maintains control over the “High Court”. And sure Hurricane Kamala will get sworn in, but that merely gives her Pence’s seat and she will for the time-being be at the beckon call of Donald Trump! This may happen, as without the swearing in, Joe is toast! Basically, there is a void in transfer of power, it is that one scenario wherein the to-date argued “Presidential Succession Act” finds an action that does not take priority. It is neither a crime-of-passion, as Trump maintains his Commander-in-Chief role, so is immune from any and all prosecution in vagrancy, all based on transfer-of-power delayed, denied for the time-being. And if Dr. Atlas can convince the powers-to-be that Joe has not the wherewithal to be sworn in so that Kamala can take over as the succession in normalcy so defines, guess what, we have a “Constitutional Crisis” constipated and Donald Trump’s wish comes true, clemency with an extended stay at the White House.
