Lawbreaker for President?

OK. I stand corrected. I was hoping to cast a vote for Mitt & the Misfits come the November election, even though I am in complete disagreement Mitt's ideologies. See, if wealth meant something of power, with his pot verses my pot, I would probably have to shine his shoes! And think about it, some have not a pot to piss in! So I feel safe, whatever that is supposed to mean! Regardless of a no class party, my vote - call it selling out - was to be cast for the GOP nominee, just to see if that party could do any better at the helm, with an economy that is drowning - not to mention a boatload of other pressing problems. Let the bastards make their last best effort attempt at running this country, and when it is all said and done with ruin, it will be the end of the bastard party. Good riddance! But I may have to rethink that vote giveaway policy, as I am sure that the Internal Revenue Service has agents looking into Mitt's methods to swindle away income “offshore” without claiming taxes. I am sure that when it is all said and done with, he will have to plead the 5^th, and be taken away in cuffs – or at least pay up. How much does he place away in an IRA? As a top tax accountant said when asked by the media to respond to speculation upon Mitt's wealth, “Mitt's tax shelters are weird”. What the hell does that mean? What accounting and tax code school did his preparer attend? Look, if laws are made to be broken, then we have found the lawbreaker extraordinaire within Mitt Romney. Funny thing, he doesn't disguise it! And there is the possibility that he hasn't done tax returns for many years, as when no entry of appearance one's wealth is made in front of the revenuers, there can be no real criminal trespass! So even though “no filing” is a bad thing, it doesn't amount to criminal activity if a return is falsified, signed, sealed and delivered. Many wealthy individuals have learned about this “loophole” so purposely hold off on tax returns. Then when they finally get that “Certified Letter” from the IRS, they get their high powered lawyers to perform what is called an “Offer in Compromise”, a ways and means to still only pay up pennies on the dollar, as the IRS is under pressure to “close” cases. They want citizens to be up to date with returns, at any expense to what may be rightfully owed, just so the numbers look good - that we are still afraid of the “Big Bad Wolf”. With limited manpower, what else does one expect? And performance evaluations are based on “closures”. The IRS has become basically a “debt collector”, with a whole lot less harassing powers. So there is an incentive to get some semblance of what is owed, but in the end, much less is recovered. That is why you see all these commercials and billboards about “Tax Problems Solved, Pennies on the Dollar”. Say you haven't entered a return for many years based on the fact that you don't understand the tax code, so are afraid of “falsification” penalties. So they finally catch up with you, and you hire one of those “ex-IRS agents” that understands the urgency to “close” and say you owe $5000, not including penalties. Well the guy working for you tells the IRS that you have $3000, right here and now. The IRS will most likely take the bait. So you are off the hook, pennies on the dollar. You pay the fee to the guy who bailed you out, end of story. Now take that $5k and add a few “zeros”, get the drift! The higher the amount, the more endowed is the guy fighting for you, the less one ends up paying. It may be not the same ratio wise, so for the wealthy, it is a hell of lot more saved by utilizing this allowance. See, with the little guy, $3k is a lot. If the IRS can get $30k from a big account, get the drift. And remember what happened most recently, the IRS had an amnesty program for the wealthy, those that went caught with offshore havens with a sole purpose to defraud Uncle Sam by avoiding U.S. federal income tax. An amnesty program for crooks! They went caught when the banks offshore that handled this “secretive” stash were sent a “cease & desist” from the IRS and tuned over all the names of those enjoying this free-for-some tax shelter. So with amnesty, those criminals could come forward and avoid some of the normal penalties and skirt away any criminal possibilities, pay up with “compromising offers” in efforts to “close” the case. Wow, was Mitt on that list? But the program was frowned upon by the crooks because it was too restrictive, which now that the cat was out of the bag, it started a whole new climate for the ex-IRS agents, to help out the crooks. Maybe that is why Mitt refuses to hand over any tax returns from previous years. Look, the guy is a bonafide tax cheat! It is sinful, that this man can continue to call himself an “American”. Not to mention the money shelters, what about his deferments, to run away from the “duty”? Look, Obama has an out from the Vietnam war era, he was way too young. With Mitt, he was born in 1947, a prime year for the military draft wherein 350000 eligibles went enlisted. Mitt, well he slid away on some “mission”, a religious deferment that was 31-months long, his 4^th such release from military captivity. But he was all for the war, just to petrified and arrogant to engage in combat – for his “Country 'Tis of Thee” that he now wants to own! I didn't get a deferment, as my sentient was if called to duty, then that is what being an American is all about. But my age allowed for a downturn in the troop count, so my number was higher then what was called upon, for my draft year. Not by much, so my bags were packed, just in-case. When I tried to join, well this was a time when it was very difficult to even volunteer. So be it. Anyway, this guy “Mitt” is the epitome of a lousy American. His wealth, it was made on the scam, it is not “fame and fortune” success through an entrepreneur like relationship wherein hard work, sweat and tears finds success - but success in wealth only by finding “loopholes” and making them gapping sinkholes. It is estimated that Mitt cursed the unemployment ranks by +3%, with his outsourcing opportunities for Corporate America. Mitt is a lousy American, said again. But he caters to the wealthy, which brings me to a very simple conclusion, it is a lousy class! And yes, I would go broke and hungry before shinning their shoes. Why so much wealth squandered away, to other countries?Then again, Mitt is for “outsourcing”, which I guess has the definition of sources of income sent “outside”, where it can be nurtured. Here it is in a nutshell. Call it a tax, call it a penalty, it doesn't matter, with respect to Obama's Affordable Health Care Act - the mandate. See, even if Mitt paid a fair share of tax on his wealth, well the 2% penalty that some may be hit with or tax if that satisfies your GOP manic depression, well for the millions that would fall under the umbrella this “socialized” health care plan of attack, Mitt's tax payment would be enough to cover the entire amount for more then a few years! But he intends to prohibit anything close to “socialism”, so say goodbye to something worthwhile, besides more WAR. Matter of fact, from within his campaign's “slippage”, there comes rumors that Mitt will also attack the Bureau of Indian Affairs, that time enough has passed wherein all of present day America is no longer responsible for the “Trail of Tears” and “Wounded Knee” atrocities, that Uncle Sam has proven itself and it is time for the Native American's to go it on their own. No more Uncle Sam handouts is proposed by Mitt. For that reason alone, I cannot cast a vote for Mitt, even if such could mean finally the end of the GOP, as there is no way in hell that Mitt and the Misfits could survive on such a rotten agenda – that of total destruction of “Democracy”. Can you imagine if Chris Christie is the VP and Mitt messes with the Indians, imagine Christie becoming a hostage, on a reservation! Put him on a hunger strike! Wow, a Rolling Stones' tune that sums it all up, with Mitt and his cohorts in wealth:
