Presidential electronic signature from abroad? No way as bills like this use "complimentary pens" and it appears Nancy LousyLollaPelosi will get another one for her "Bad Hair Day" collection...that's the only reason this "bill" is being flown to Korea for Joe's signature, for the pens!
