Just IN

In May, the United States Department of Justice was asked to look into a violation of 18 U.S.C. 2071 by former Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton. This follows an internal report by the U.S. Department of State Inspector General, that which stated: "At a minimum, Secretary Clinton should have surrendered all emails dealing with Department business before leaving government service and, because she did not do so, she did not comply with the Department's policies that were implemented in accordance with the Federal Records Act.”

According to U.S. Code § 2071 - Concealment, removal, or mutilation generally: Whoever, having the custody of any such record, proceeding, map, book, document, paper, or other thing, willfully and unlawfully conceals, removes, mutilates, obliterates, falsifies, or destroys the same, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both; and shall forfeit his office and be disqualified from holding any office under the United States.

Allegations under a violation of this "Code" cannot be denied by the existing evidence and Clinton has already forfeited any denial-of-fact by admitting her mistakes this matter.
