Congress, yes our beloved “Do Nothing” 113^th United States Congress has succeeded in “Doing Something” while AWOL! At last, all hope is not lost. Yes, the United States Congress has been awarded a “Patent Pending”, applied for by some guy named Boehnerfide – spelling was a little fuzzy and the patent was scribbled on a sanitary napkin. But today the U.S. Patent Office issued the following Intellectual Property Certificate: #472562007876 and is titled “Representation” and so defined as “The packing of 2 pounds of shit in a 1 pound bag”!
