4th of July Challenge

I bring to your attention a “Challenge”, a truly American challenge on the eve of this 4th of July, our "Independence Day". Back in 2008, Doyon Utilities was granted a lucrative multi-billion 50-year contract to “Operate & Maintain” the utility infrastructure at several military bases in Alaska. Under the guidelines of “Privatization”, it was vested in the promotion and promise that the “Private Sector” could perform the responsibilities to provide our troops and their families with clean water, centralized heat and sewer commodities cheaper then when it was under the auspices of Uncle Sam. So this "Privatization" had merit. Maybe even a little American spirit, those entities bidding for this responsibility.  It was not a winner take all contract bid, but Doyon was supposedly capable of furnishing the required management and expertise so was awarded 12-certificates that fell under the Regulatory Commission of Alaska – even though it is but for a single customer. So the reason behind a regulatory agency invited to act as a referee was always suspect and should be investigated – yes Challenge #1, I ask why was it allowed? Since inception, Doyon has caused nothing but trouble for the U.S. Government and ARMY.  My other challenge is this. When the ARMY decided to award Doyon the 50-year contract, Doyon signed on the dotted line and was allowed ample time to question any wording of the contract, which was designed by professionals because one thing the government did not want was a "contract dispute". Wow, was that a misleading proposition and today it has been nothing short a pain & suffering upon the U.S. Taxpayers the shenanigans that Doyon has orchestrated and this entity should be held accountable for what it knew then it was getting into with this "contract". To use tactics wherein the RCA is being used for interference a simple “Contract Dispute”, it hurts the system of merits when protection is required. How much is this scam costing the U.S. Taxpayers? I am requesting that the representative body request that the RCA recuse itself away from any further intervention or intervening, and allow the ARMY and Doyon to bring this matter before the courts as a “Contract Dispute”. The courts are much better suited to arbitrate this dispute, as when a state entity becomes involved, the separation finds challenges. There is NO need for RCA oversight this matter, as with a single customer a regulatory body like the RCA can only delay what a competent court would have already decided upon, that Doyon has reneged on the contract. Then we have a way forward, either Doyon takes hold of the matter like a mature business, else the ARMY finds a reputable entity that can do the job without fuss. It may be time for the courts to break up this monopoly as every penny sucked away from the military budget to fight this battle, it takes away from our troops! So, please take this challenge to investigate why Doyon feels it necessary to violate the contract, and using the RCA as a shell of protection. I feel that with such a long show-down, there will come a time wherein the ARMY will release away its obligation to litigate, and Doyon will then laugh all the way to the bank, which is in Canada as Toronto Dominion is where all the U.S. Taxpayers' money is heading - yes the profits are heading across the border. Something else you may have a look at!

Warren Commission Report

Elizabeth Warren remains in the limelight with Hillary Clinton, for a reason. See, Warren would never meet the mustard as a true running companion with Hillary, just too wicked a chemistry between them gals, smells like a "road kill" skunk in heat. But soon enough, Hillary will be facing the sentencing under a violation upon 18 USC 2071, which finds as punishment "Disqualified from holding any office under the United States". So, stick with Warren and commission her to take over when the gavel falls, wherein Hillary will be allowed to work for Warren as an independent consultant, yes, Warren's closest assistant. So, there is a method of madness this partnership. As when Hillary is booted, sure enough her fan base will flock together and take sides with Warren, instead of throwing support for a true American apostle, that guy Bernie. With Hillary out of the picture, Bernie may support Warren, as long as Hillary is not part of the Warren team - so bad blood amongst them as all are volleying for an agenda push position. Look, Bernie has not come an iota of an inch closer to throwing support to Hillary, as time is on Bernie's side so stick with it Mr. Sanders. And of course, when finally the FBI throws the book at Hillary, it gives the Bernie the "Burn" to take on the beast. Team Trump, well the Donald was at it again today, while chastising the fact that American "Steel" jobs have been sold to the lowest bidding foreigner and what used to be built here by Americans is outsourced and then imported? Look, we don't import skyscrapers and bridges and highways, we build them from scratch. There is a disconnect to what this man has to say about that. It's a mental capacity condition. Trump has a condition called JTT - for Jimmy Two-Times. It's a condition wherein the left side of the brain is not in synchrophase with the right, one side is faster or slower than the other, so things are not in phase - the reason behind the double take. See, even though we have a two-sided thinking cap, in reality both sides contribute to a redundancy foundation and we have what is called "virtual" reasoning. Both sides, instead of taking sides works together, wherein the reasoning is double tapped as a cross-check. But when there is a Jimmy Two-Times ailment, well evidence is forthcoming by patients always doubling up on things, like with speech, saying things two-times - thus the reason it is called the Jimmy Two-Times disease, after the mobster in the Goodfellas. And Trump said today he was once rich, but no more so wants to be the "Poor People's President". I wonder what charity he handed over is his $billions$. What you mean it went as back-pay pay back for the servants he employed and screwed over, when he was rich? Look, Trump is the sidearm of the Mafia wannabe, he's a real "shit-man", and today we have two candidates before us with a disapproval rating that surely makes them unqualified, even at attempts for coming across the southern border, especially if trustworthiness was a border-crossing qualifier. But there is no such requirement under the Constitution, wherein "Trustworthiness", or lack of would disqualify an individual from running for the highest office in this land. Hillary is close to getting the "Your Fired" and well, Trump should be given a breathalyzer test, as what is coming from that orifice is drunk. So, I will wager my Jimmy Two-Times that neither Trump or Hillary will be facing the voters come November 8th. If I am wrong, then best give me a breathalyzer, as being drunk being drunk and seeing double seeing double is the only saving grace saving grace our future!

USS Alaska - Sinking

Back in March of 1989 we woke to hear the devastating news, that the EXXON Valdez had discovered "Land Ahoy", when it crashed into Bligh Reef. See, it was set intentionally off course by saboteurs while Captain Joe Hazelwood slept off one-too-many salutes, when enjoying "Bar Ahoy" in Valdez while the giant tanker was taking on a load of Alaska's "Black Gold". Saboteurs? Yes, the untold story, that a disgruntled ex-worker for the Trans-Alaska-Pipeline company was a cohort-in-shame with a disgruntled oil broker named Charlie who was in cahoots with a disgruntled asshole named Dan...well this disgruntlement "togetherness" allowed the ship's navigational systems to be tweaked as the tanker left port - and while everything looked OK on the Coast Guard's radar screen on "Tilt"...soon it was madness as Joe delivered his commencement speech "we are hard aground". Anyway, when the tanker was finally escorted down south and lifted to dry-dock, there came evidence of how well the saboteurs' plan wrecked the mighty EXXON Valdez - Lee Raymond's pride and joy tanker. Giant gashes 35-feet long in the supertanker's shell indicated that the hull hit the reef at full speed ahead, shedding away the crude oil confinement compartments like an orange on the peel. With such a breach, the valuable crude became a nightmare for the surrounding ecosystem and even today some 27-years after, the "Sound" has not faithfully recovered, as the noxious hydrocarbons remain hidden beneath the shoreline rocks. Yet the saboteurs have retreated to the grave and with that their secret kept a "deep dark secret". Look, the evidence was there, is there still today, but no way in hell could EXXON try to convince that is was a sabotage attempt - nobody would buy it! Especially if the blame were upon an environmentalist "gadfly", an ex-oil broker who was screwed by EXXON out of $millions$ in royalties so decided to turn against the Tiger! Look, there was a change of "course" that was controlled by the saboteurs. OK, I saw the plan and was invited to see how a tanker's navigational system could be re-calibrated from the confines of a cellar in Robe Lake, just down the road from where the tankers hung out. Anyway, today we see the USS Alaska headed for the same crash course - by saboteurs in control once again! See, Alaska is having a tough time maintaining its "Reality Show" standing with the price of oil depressed for so long. Oil companies have tried to endure the "blip", but can only hold out for so long and today we see oil field workers being furloughed. But what is really bothersome is how immature the state is when it comes to trying to save for that "rainy day" coming. There have been cracks in the bank vault a long time, so the bleeding has begun in earnest. And the safe's combination is no longer secret, Lisa left it on a note while enjoying one-too-many salutes aboard that Alaska Airline's plane heading out of Juneau. See, I worked for a company that decided to plan a hoist against the state, yes robbery it is called. It wasn't an accounting mistake, just a ways and means to steal away some citizen inheritance as nobody was looking. It worked, and $thousands$ of dollars were misappropriated - money that would be very valuable today to keep the doom & gloom at bay with depressed oil money. But when it was discovered that my name was tied to this activity, I blew the whistle. See, once you discover that you have been named as a saboteur - a.k.a. co-conspirator - best be on the lookout to correct or else it could mean jail time. So the agency that was ripped - the Alaska Oil & Gas Conversation Committee - the committee chair and board took it upon themselves to investigate the "Whistle-Blower" complaint, with the assistance of state lawyers on the gravy-train payroll and well versed in...the jury is still out. But low and behold a state agency admitting a mistake that allowed "theft" upon the citizens of the "Last Frontier", hurry find a rug! So in the end, the agency being afraid to admit defeat was now in cahoots the company that performed the "theft" and a lullaby bribe allowed all to be OK with the "THEFT".  NO, the money was never returned, the "Whistle-Blower" lost his job and nothing happened to the company that thefted the money - remember it was a planned attempt that worked. Other companies should try it out. I think it is called pre-meditated! Anyway, this guy blew the whistle, lost his job and the AOGCC lived on happily ever after - as a breach by a dereliction-to-duty showing incompetence upon the agency that looks after "our" resources, well imagine if it were not doing its job in making sure the oil measuring meters were accurate! Don't count on it, but that's another subject matter of interest a story onto its own. Talk about the EXXON Valdez and Joe's toxic messing around, up north the AOGCC still cannot find out what happened to 42000 gallons of contaminated glycol. I wonder why those baby seal pups in Harrison Bay have deadly lesions and the Eskimos are alarmed? Anyway when it appeared that crime pays for a business entity doing work for the state and at the same time Billy Brown is facing jail time for PFD fraud, well something is not right with this picture. Just like accepting the fact it was Joe Hazelwood to blame for the Bligh Reef wreck when there was evidence enough it was saboteurs. So I decided to blow the whistle some more, as it appeared to be a case of incompetency from the AOGCC and the Department of Law Can Be Broken, by filing a complaint with the state Ombudsman's Office - as this is the state agency that was designed to look into matters that are suspect. According to Linda Lord-Jenkins' web shiisting site: The Office of the Ombudsman is a non-partisan, neutral, fact-finding agency and takes no sides in a dispute. Our job is to determine whether state government actions are fair and reasonable. Now I have worked with "Big Oil" company Ombudsman programs, like for BP that hires reputable ex-Federal judges like Stanley Sporkin to run the show, wherein the Ombudsman gets to the bottom of things and not afraid to call it like it is. But it appears the State of Alaska Ombudsman, well it appears it has the "bottom of the barrel" mandate, as when my complaint was visited by the staff that is supposed to be "neutral" instead of neutered...I lost again, and again and again. When there exists evidence, when I make the tough decision to come forward to right a wrong that which affects all Alaskans yet I am not allowed to testify upon this theft under "oath", it points to a state that is totally out of control "Reality", afraid to do what is right. Sad, as when I first moved North back in 1976, there was still a "North to Alaska" spirit, wherein "theft" like this was a NO-NO. In fact back then, rip off the state and you may get a visit from the "Bush Rat"! Things have changed and that is a bad sign for the 49er. When citizens come forward then are pushed back by the very agencies designed through the statutes to remedy the bullying of state run agencies that think their "shat" don't stink, it goes to show we have placed officials in positions that have blinders and afraid to make waves as that would mean a possible eviction from office - and then maybe they would have to find a real job. So, maybe that is why "honest" people like myself are heading south, as what is moving "North" would make the "Bush Rat" real sad. Maybe a wall has meaning! Update: March 2012, EXXON Valdez sold for scrap. June 2016, Alaska sold for scat, Ombudsman approved!

Paul Krugman Apology

One thing that is needed before January 20th, is an apology to Barack Obama from Nobel laureate Paul Krugman, or else the selection committee should request Paul return the "medal". But Paul's a fan of  Hillary the 8th - Bill has been caught that many times with Monica mistresses - so I won't hold my breath an apology wherein an apology is due. Krugman was awarded the Nobel Memorial Prize in Economic Sciences in 2008. Barack won it for "PEACE" in 2010, something many forget about the 44th Commander-in-Chief as many can't stand peace and still call themselves "American". But why an apology from one Nobelman to another? When Barack Obama instigated and signed into effect the "American Recovery Act", just 6-days into taking over the Oval Office trashed by Bush, many in the so-called "Think Tank Know" said it was a ridiculous move and would throw this nation's financial status into limbo. Krugman was one of the ridiculers and the Clinton camp was still upset, so the goons were already on the attack. The "Recovery Act" invested in the neighborhood of $850-billion here in the "Homeland", instead of using it abroad for war-torn nothings. The infusion of loot for the "American Middle Class" bailout has found success beyond all odds and continues today. How so, because it was directed not only at the salt-of-the-earth working class proletariats - True Americans - but demonstrated that when it comes to making America strong, everybody chips in for a piece of the pie. I remember how Rick Perry - then governor of Texas  - responded to the "Recovery Act". See Texas received the second largest withdrawal from the U.S. Treasury, so Perry - a bonafide Obama hater - had a few things to say about what it meant for Texans; Dear President Barack Obama, I don't agree with the "Act" but will take the money. Same sentiment every damn republican governor from sea-to-shining-sea! It was then a do or die situation, as Bush had left this nation a ransacked economy due his "War Lord" mentality. So, across the nation almost immediately "infrastructure" projects were on the drawing boards. I could go into detail, but as a result we have good highways, good bridges and look around, as our highways are busy with truck traffic. Which means a vibrant economy and when driving along Route 66, there are many "Help Wanted" signs! And the price of oil...need I say more. Regardless of numbers that these so-called economic experts can throw out like Hillary throwing out Bill's infidelity excuses but continues to "Stand by her man", those that gave Obama a bad time about the "Stimulus" should have the balls to come forward and say: Mr. President, we were wrong. Krugman should take the lead on this apology. But the lousy economy is being used as a 2016 campaign grip, when it is a lie. And, well we know how politicians can use lies. See, according to Krugman “Mrs. Clinton isn’t just the most knowledgeable, well-informed candidate in this election, she’s arguably the best-prepared candidate on matters economic ever to run for president.” Need I say more, as when ethics is down in the dumps, so is our economy. And what is this never ending fantasy with Hillary, are so many that naive? But I have no qualms thanking what the 44th did for US. "Dear Mr. Barack Obama, thanks, thanks, thanks so much for that "American Recovery Act", as I still believe in giving credit where credit is due." And of course, one would never expect a sincere apology from a "Distinguished Professor" from New York City and also a columnist with the New York Times, as that goes against the amber waves of grain!

Wow, just in: Hillary picks Mary Elizabeth Aitcheson – a.k.a. Tipper Gore – as the DNC front-runner's VP! Cheating men, look out...

GAIA Working

Since inception of the "Gore Global Warming Warning" initiative, which was caused in part by Al having way too many mistresses, the heat was on the VP to invent the internet, so what is really behind the controversy maybe fantasy we are destroying the environment? I guess the "in heat" is a trait learned from Bill, can't beat them Clintons join them sense of opportunity. Supposedly "Ball Brothers" Bill and “grind control to major Al” have co-authored a memoir called "The Women We Keep - Hidden Away", due out when Hillary retreats and becomes a bonafide candidate for conjugal visitation rights. But the debate on mans' role in global warming was and has and continues to be but for a see-saw moment, back and forth and in between as the earth heats up - well it appears today that nature has performed its own correction course of course. See, a few years ago I started reading up about a not-to-famous yet scientist that became disgruntled when James Lovelock flew-the-coop about his award winning thesis on "GAIA". Which insisted that mankind was no match for the power of "Nature" and even though our ways & means can be environmentally destructive, it was trivial with respect to the big picture show. Lovelock was quoted back in 2014 that “we should give up on saving the planet”! God forsaken, what the hell was Lovelock smoking, ozoni-juana? GAIA had become a movement, embraced by hippies and the environmentally conscious society after a Keith Richards transfusion. It didn't make sense, this abandonment upon a theory that the Mother earth could fend for itself, the proof rested in Lovelock's “Daisy-land” experiment. Accordingly, when the earth heats up beyond recommended dosages it has a built in mechanism that allows white daisies to take over, which in turn will cool things off by reflecting heat back into space, which is a giant “sink”. When too damn cold, the black daisies take a turn at the balancing act to suck it back in – it works in theory. Like ocean waves that cleanse the shore-line every turn of the tide, there exists space waves performing the same, but on a greater time constraint scale. So a Mr. Phineas J. Whoopee started researching the GAIA hypothesis on his own dime, with the help of Cray "Super-Duper" computer, the gift of gab from Uncle Sam. Yes, the most powerful "chip" ahoy is located in Fairbanks, Alaska and can perform 2-gazillion flip=flops per second. OK, it approaches the speed-of-light and is almost as fast as Bill Clinton, when coming up with excuses "I did not have sex with that druid", or whatever was on the "I can tell Hillary a lie" horizon that day. Anyway, Whoopee started experimenting with the color spectrum, like we see exiting a prism when subject to white light. After turning out an algorithm that is in excess 1-million mathematical terms, Whoopee discovered that the “Daisy-land” theory was valid, except the earth never gets to the extremes wherein it is either a black daisy in control or the white behaving like Bill – “nights in white satin”...OK, enough Bill poking. But Whoopee found through experiment that when in control, the earth will produce a yellow variety of daisies, or flowers of that spectrum that will maintain the correct temperature for the earth to survive, and we fall into the same “survival” control zone. Now what was hallucinating about Whoopee's theory, that the color of a bird's feathers is a measure of the health of the earth. When times are tough and nature is under stress, the bird population produces moderate colors and populations fall off – acting as a barometer in flight that something ain't right. When the earth is on a trend to correct, a bird's wing colors are high-lighted and the population increases, as the feather color signals things are safe. It's the way birds advertize! Better colors, better mating, more children. And this is exactly what is happening today! Which means GAIA is working, as we debate the merits of “Global Warming”, things are happening to transform the earth in the way it handles our intrusion. So even though with Lovelock it may have been a miss-judgment, what he meant by “giving up” may have been the fact that mankind is no match for nature – in what we do and how we respond to things we have done, by debates and no traction with action. So, when driving down the highways and byways, look about and you will see a prolific growth of “Yellow” flowers, in accordance with what Whoopee found through experiment and when taking some time out to enjoy nature, the birds are back and the colors they sport a warning, that we are but intruding puppets the power of the GAIA!

Fore What?

Fore score? Fore play? Fore skin? Wow, so Barack Obama cancelled his Sunday golf game, due the horrific massacre down in Orlando, by some irate religious wacko another Zimmerman on the loose caboose. What is with security guys? As the usually quiet weekend Oval Office came alive, Barack gave a very somber speech upon the misery those that become victims through little pricks with assault rifles. I am  a 2nd  Amendment believer, yet I also hold these truths to be self evident that such weapons of mass destruction should be banned and does not affect my unalienable rights. I am sure with this massacre the worst in this nation's history since the signing of the Declaration of Independence, an Executive Order will be forthcoming from the 44th before leaving office, some semblance of a ban. Now during the White House open house briefing, Barack met with FBI director James Comey, the same guy that has not been scared by intimidation tactic attacks that have come from the loudmouth of Hillary Rodham Clinton. Even though Comey was called to attention due the Orlando lone-wolf terrorist like attack at the "Pulse", was something else discussed behind closed doors? Soon after that meeting between the FBI head honcho and the Commander-in-Chief, Hillary cancelled her engagement speech with Obama scheduled for this coming Wednesday in Green Bay? Now, one would think that during times like this wherein our nation is under attack, unity speaks for itself even if a political event brings "So Happy Together" times of solidarity. And Clinton's camp said it was Hillary that cancelled the event, wherein Obama was to sell support for Hillary as the 2016 DNC nominee - as just last week he endorsed her challenging a yet to be named GOP henchman. So, is something rotten coming down the pike? The only way this would occur is the fact that Comey gave Obama the bad news - INDICTMENT time for Hillary. See, if that be not the case, Barack had nothing to lose in light of all things considered. But if so bad news is brewing against Hillary, it could affect Obama's approval rating if he was caught out in public with a crook. OK, Obama cancelled out because he is heading to Yosemite and found out there is a golf course way up in the mountains, and putting around is better than putting up with wannabes like the Clintons. Way to GO Obama, to hell with Clinton. And maybe after a few rounds of golf in the midst of the Sequoias and listening to the winds whispering inspirations from great men of the past like John Muir, yes an order to stop the advancement of retards allowed to purchase such weapons is front and center your attention, and Hillary can fein for herself. Causal connection, contributory negligence? Yes, she is a fein as what if the 120 FBI agents working the Hillary Rodham Clinton "Private Parts Server" case were, well assigned to watch lunatics on the loose, maybe this nation would not be in mourning once again! So yes, she is partially to blame...
