IMMUNITY?

OK, we so despise those that take it upon themselves to boast an “entrepreneur” success story in efforts to theme scam the system, especially when such activity lends itself to the criminal element with an end result of placing a burden upon the U.S. Treasury. Which is in essence a “burden” upon the hard working salt of the earth middle class working heroes we are. Sorry, CEO’s not included in the “hard working” category but acceptable in the criminal ranks – like father like son! See, the government is generous and has for a long time – since Ted Stevens became a U.S. Senator and introduced “porkenomics” as a way of life as a way to get re-elected to a do nothing but politically correct crime acceptable job for life – “our” government finds many programs that are designed to keep the small business climate “small” and successfully treading water. Yes, “our” money given away for the cause. Now that cause comes under attack when the GOP finds itself on the “bad losers” side of the tracks. When they are in the lead, the giveaway is alright! Talk about tracks, those deadly chemical signs are still up along the 628-miles of track claimed to be owned by the Alaska Railroad but in actuality owned for purposes of “missing taxation”, yes claimed by the Koch Brothers for a $4-million dollar write-off. I don't believe this falls under the definition of a subsidy, designed to help a “small” business? Now the government subsidies given away under the guarantee of “Trust” in efforts to help out the mom & pop non-fast food chains, we pay out for this design and to be honest and contrary to popular opinion against government intervention, I have no problem “wanting” to pay my fair share of taxes on income to support such activities. Unfortunately there comes an exception as the system is broke and when fixes come along, it ain’t helping out this guy like it should. It ain’t helping you either, unless you are a member in good standing the 1% Club or a board member of the Alaska Railroad. Anyway, we see once again that “crime” in Alaska continues to pay, until such time one gets caught in the trap. Now that trap seems to have weak links, especially if the crime falls under the auspicies of a political entity, like where’s “My immunity”? Just recently another Alaskan “fairy farmer”, I mean “dairy farmer”, whatever fits, well Mr. Greenjeans was indicted for trying to pull the wool over Uncle Sam, for wire fraud in his efforts to produce cheese and ice cream. So Kyle Beus has been indicted by a Grand Slam Jury for “misuse of Federal Grant Money” and will see what it’s like looking out at the bay in Seward, not through stained-glass windows but through cold steel bars, along with all the other gang members so incarcerated. Does anybody know the existing head count for Alaska politicians still incarcerated? Allen’s a free man. Ted's dead. Too bad Ted didn't have time to write his memoirs as I was hoping for a new comic relief book! Now Beus’ indictment comes about based on evidence supporting “false statements” to the U.S. Department of Agriculture, which allowed Beus to find some $200k in his pocket for “management related reimbursements”. Sorry Kyle, you still not a 1%'er! Hey, WHERE’S DON? See, Dandy Don Young came to the rescue of the Alaska Railroad for the same damn crime, “FRAUD”. The Alaska Railroad ran off with $45-Million of U.S. Taxpayers' loot based on “false statements”, for the last 6-years mind you! And when the track-man got caught and that loot was about to disappear, he ran to Don Young for help or else - by threatening workers’ rights and in the end, there came not only an immunity clause written into the “Public Law” doctrine, but Don was able to smooze the appropriations' wizard to keep the fraud money coming to Alaska for at least another 2-years! This is where justice finds such a weakness, as we become our own worst enemy when we condone such theft upon “OURSELVES”. It was an identical twin crime, and goes to show what happens when crooks have friends in Congress. Why does it go on and on forever? Because the political climate allows “K Street Ass Kissing & K Street Ass Licking” to rise above morals and ethic responsibility, the reason Don has not been indicted himself, for his involvement in the Coconut Grove triangle affair. Look, Alaska seems to have a fantasy, electing crooks time and time again. The fact that the Alaska Railroad used “fraud” to benefit its bottom line, wherein a bail-out from the U.S. Taxpayers allowed for the financial statements to reflect a viable venture wherein the CEO finds comfort in a salary boost, upon a business that is in reality a failed business, hey that‘s what modern day Alaskan politics is all about. What I am getting at in a nutshell. Crime does pay in Alaska, for those belonging to the establishment bent on wrecking America, included in this faction are those so involved in politics of corruption and those that think they are above and beyond the rest of us, those striving to make friends with the Romney’s, in the 1% contest! Problem, that contest failed us a long time ago. Why we cannot learn from our mistakes, it bothers our liberties. Look, the Alaska Railroad knows that it swindled money away from the U.S. Taxpayers, a crime of “fraud” it is. But not a crime when a guy like Don doesn't understand that word, its repurcussions on our honesty and honestly, I can't wait to see Don's memoirs in print! Hey Don, you need a title? How about “Crime My Way Does Indeed Pay”!

The National Rifle Association – Alaska Chapter - will be featuring a new “hands on” training class on how to “Rape Your Wife”. According to NRA board member Wayne Anthony Ross, “If a guy can't rape his wife, who's he gonna rape?”. It is anticipated that Mr. WAR will be teaching the class and maybe his wife will be there also to tell us all how it feels to be “raped”. Sign up now, as with the long dark winter days here too stay for awhile, rape upon your wife may be the cure for that "cabin fever" sydrome. But in his short time amongst us, that lifetime cut short provided still for us a monumental undertaking of goodwill towards mankind. If we didn’t learn from his examples, we are fools. I learned, therefore I am NOT left behind – and YES, WAR is over! Maybe prophets go early. Maybe saints go early. John was a saint and a prophet, so maybe he had a calling somewhere else. Regardless, he left his mark on society then, society now and when the society of the future embraces his vision, credit will be due John’s trials and tribulations. Lennon fostered compassion, with wizardry in an all out effort to tame the human race upon accepting NOT WAR, maybe moving more towards a Socialistic foundation, with a mission of sharing all for an “ALL for ONE” brotherhood and sisterhood – imagine a race acknowledging and accepting love over war! No Laughing Matter

There is a WAR going on, right here in the Homeland. The theater of battle? Just over yonder the beltway, the House of White against the House of Congress, the latter a.k.a. “House of Ill-repuke”. Once upon a time only a conflict, there comes today a declaration of War. Yes WAR, an engagement calling all of us to serve our nation's needs upon a conflict that will be won by those so deserving. It will be NOT victory for the 1% faction but victory for the 47%+52% citizenry. If you have been too busy blinded by the speed of the Rushion right, through spending to much time on a “FOX Twitter Shitter” instead of staying focused on this WAR coming to a manufacturing floor near you, the 1% is composed of the American Wealthy Class - those individuals that live in these United “still” States for its Constitutional freedoms, yet send their wealth overseas wherein taxation protection is afforded. Freedom isn't free, ask any troop in boots or for that matter, ask those weary and teary-eyed parents guarding that casket and waiting in line for that 21-gun salute! The 47%+52% comprises the rest of us, we the tired, we the poor, we the huddled masses yearning to be free some more, this is what Miss Liberty stands still proud upon, this is where she continues to offer protection. She is a die-hard and knows all too well what side of the fence is hers to protect. We shall and will overcome, it is that simple! Yet today Senate Minority Leader “without leadership capabilities” Mitch McConnell burst into laughter – signifying the GOP's declaration that it is WAR – laughter promoted following Obama's proposed legislation that isn't just good for this nation, but necessary. Remember Mitch, Obama now owns that magic pen, called “Executive Privilege”. He has the power to squash you like an elephant on an gnat! Remember that when you are on that “FOX Shitter”. Now I am talking Mitch's dissatisfaction upon Obama's tax hikes on the wealthy that will bring home the bacon, some $1.6-Trillion. A Mr. “T” it is. And there's more! How about long overdue fines upon Medicare Fraud Health Care Providers, some more bacon our way in the tune of $400-Billion. And wait, there's more. Let's then take a strip of that bacon to help the middle class, $50-Billion for a jobs creation bill. History Sidebar: When Obama won his 1^st term, he was handed a ticking time-bomb as the Bush Dysentery Dynasty Doctrine exit strategy called for an attack on this nation's economy, basically a premeditated “crash” causing havoc upon our economy. Look, they even stole away the Oval Office furniture on their way out of Dodge! They no longer gave a rat's ass to what the word “Treason” means! WAR was basically declared on this nation about November 6^th, 2008. We all know it happened, and if it were not for “presidential immunity”, George Bush would be getting conjugal visits from behind bars. He would be today cell mates with Karl Rove, and as Pelosi has warned, the Congress could have indicted Rove and company on contempt of Congress on many occasions. What happened? Where's the guts, as this is not a fantasy reality show. The Bush generals should be behind bars, along with some semblance of penance those that let this aggravated assault continue on. Like said already, they don't give a rat's ass and that sentiment comes from both sides of the isle. Anyway, early on his term as Commander-in-Chief now that the Commander-in-Thief was trying to find out if he was indeed affiliated with that “town in Texas missing an idiot”, Obama realized the only way to get us away from imminent economic ruin, well along came the “Stimulus” project. It was basically a recovery program designed to place a certain amount of workers back into gainful employment - and it worked. See, it used to mean starting a WAR far and away to boost the economy, that worked for many years but things are different today. So, it goes to show that WAR is an outdated technology and can no longer be counted on to help rescue a drowning economy, in fact, it hurts the economy as the money is spent on foreign shores. With only so much to go around because the wealthy have hoarded away 99% of the wealth and believe they can take it with them through the “Gates”, to buy the Creator's freedom, we are at wits end with respect to sharing what wealth remains. Look, 99% of those individuals received that money by stealing from others. Don't believe me, has your 401K rebounded to enjoy what it once earned? Those gains, I mean loses now from such insider attacks promoted by Bush & Company, that loot wasn't burned at the stake! But the WAR here in the states, recently declared such, it is braving new territory. So with the “stimulus” it means shoring up the numbers, which finds credibility as a confidence builder, and it worked before and it will work again. Yet Obama was smart early on his career as the “Chief” as the original program was funded for 4-years, which came to a halt just around November 6^th, this year, right at election time which called for all able-bodied Americans to make a decision, either the “with us or against us doom and gloom” or, hey we are America and can endure tough times some more. The latter seemed to please the Electorate. That was a smart move from Obama, to short term the “stimulus” program, as had the GOP won the race, what would Mitt have done? There are no jobs coming our way soon that could replace the “stimulus” jobs creation. We will rely on the “stimulus” for many more years to come, probably forever until we as a nation realize that “socialism” is where this nation is heading, and accept it willingly. Get over it, it's happening and good for humanitarian reasons. IMAGINE, the “Communist Manifesto” declared dead and for once we may be able to breathe a sigh of relief, wherein sharing is once again that “Brotherly & Sisterly” love us or leave us doctrine. The “Communist Manifesto” is what Lennon's “Imagine” was all about, basically a sugar-coated definition of where “Capitalism” was taking us, hoarded wealth, hoarded power, hope you get the point! So if Mitt was at the helm today and refused to budge as Ryan would have become the gate-keeper of the Treasury keys, this country would be in that “Us verses Them” revolution by the time the swearing in ceremony was set to commence. That inauguration stage, it would be “red” from bloodshed this WAR and Mitt would be hold up in that fancy elevator of his. So today, we see Obama asking to re-up the “stimulus” program, $50-Billion for another 4-years of economic aid, making the John Boehners along with the Mitch McConnells and famed “Water-Boy” Eric Cantor and Mr. Ryan-in-Hiding, well I am sure these guys' blood pressure is soaring to new heights. And it is NOT the goons that should be laughing, as he who laughs last laughs best is in Obama's court. Obama's budget is very simple. Keep the stimulus money stimulating the economy, as it is just enough to make things look good and it behaves with some semblance of a trickle-down side effect – that confidence builder thing that goes a long way. And along with Obama's “KISS”, a tax cut for Miss Liberty and a tax increase for the 1%. Wow, what a concept! And that is the sole and lonely reason Mitch is laughing, as he has been on a “seek & destroy” mission against Obama for at least 4-years by now and realizes it has been all but an exercise in fruitloopility. He lost, he is trying too keep back the tears, trying to inflict some humor in his failures. See, Mitch knows what Obama is up too, and has been “shocked and awed” to a state of insanity – Hannity style. See, this “stimulus” will be a requirement from now on. So every 4-years and right about election time, the money will run out. Indeed a revolution is at hand, as should the GOP get a chance to steal away the helm, for them to commit to the “stimulus”, it would be like “Harry Carry” coup d'etat as they would never stoop to help this country when in dire straits. There “mission accomplished” would not allow for such intervention. And here is the ironic thing. The business owners are doing well with the “stimulus” money, as they are keeping individuals employed and at the same time finding a modest and fair return. They are happy, even though they can't really admit to it as that means caving in to “Democracy”. We have become a “stimulus” nation, as there exists just too much competition from other countries, like China. So it will remain that “Big Government” paves the way away from a total crash our economy, and if we find an administration bent on destroying government assistance, destroying government help, destroying government handouts or entitlements whatever you prefer to call it out as, then it is “IMAGINE-ARMAGDEON” come true and the Communist Manifesto will have by then replaced the Constitution, and what else has Mitch been after all these years?

Don “Nincompoop” Young

“My Fellow Alaskans”, please hear me out this beg for forgiveness as I have over the years cast a vote for a genuine and bonafide nincompoop, likewise many in the same boat – therefore forgiveness is warranted and granted all around. So next time around and coming soon to a voting booth near you, please vote for anybody other then Don Young! Even if a write in due no other choice your political ideals, like Phineas J. Whoopee or Tennessee Tuxedo or even a Chumley, as with Mr. Young a ”change” must occur. See, Mr. Young may be once again that candidate of choice due his antagonistic behavior and the fact he believes in building many “bridges to nowhere” and adamant about continued “Big Government” bounties on the capture of “rabid skunks” - a.k.a. Nancy Pelosi. We all have come to realize that those “bridges” are intended never to see even foot traffic and just his ways and means to robust the local jobs' market – and jobs means the incumbananacy rules. And like he has been heard saying time and time again from underneath the coconut grove tree on fairway #18, “who cares if there are no roads at the other side of that steel beam eyesore”! But there exists a single reason now more then ever to exercise that voting right on somebody we can trust. And with due respect, upon a single all important issue needing your HELP. No it is NOT the Te-Lu Transportation bill sponsored by Young and dubbed the most expensive and wasteful highways' appropriation bill ever at issue. Indeed that “bill” never delivered anything really worthwhile to shore up our aging highways or bridges in disrepair and black-top so wilted away from sea to shining sea, as this bill proved to be what the critics said it would amount to – just more wasteful spending not accomplishing anything close to what it was supposed to render, just spending legislation akin to building “Bridges to Nowhere”. OK, Coconut Grove did get a very expensive highway exit re-make from Don's pork handout, and in return Don....! And No it is NOT the fact that Mr. Young has supported “All” of the U.S. Taxpayers' funded failed projects here in Alaska, which today totals 169 at last count, including the failed “wood chip” facility and MIA MV Susitna, once again akin to “Bridges to Nowhere”. And it is NOT at issue the fact that Don infiltrated the offices of junior representatives with his loaded guns and the excuse he was “hunting for those rabid skunks” - a.k.a. Nancy Pelosi - when the Alaska Railroad was found in contempt of Congress. Yes, through contempt upon the U.S. Taxpayers when the rail bosses fraudulently listed all of its Alaskan track miles as a “commuter service”, wherein Don changed the language of law allowing this “rape” just so the rail could continue to “rape” the U.S. Taxpayers for another 2-years - continuing the ”Pie-eyed Piper's” decree in a “with us or against us” follow-me dance across that “Bridge to....And it is NOT the fact that Don was totally against the Obama Stimulus loot, not to mention that Alaska once again reigned the superior, on a per-capita basis taking in over $1800 per individual citizen when the average elsewhere was more in tune to $800 per household head. The main reason Alaskans with any sense of an IQ should cast a vote towards decency and away from corrupt politics in efforts to NOT afford Young more time, it is the single fact that for some way too many years by now Young has OK'd taxpayer money - your hard earned income confiscated - to reform the “Tax Code”! Yes $billions$ has been spent as a political tool wherein “We the People” think somewhere in that House of War-Lords there exists someone who cares about the “Code” and how it is totally out of tune for the middle class. See, Young knows it is an outdated “code” that bears semblance to a candy counter missing the store clerk and a bunch of kids on summer vacation having nothing better to do then you know what! So our hard earned money is spent to study this “Code”, and the only thing that has been accomplished is the fact that more loopholes for the wealthy in the form of a “Secret Code” finds merit. It is like this with Young's affiliation with the “Tax Code” reform. The dam is leaking so we fund a study on how to fix the leak and are not really adamant or focused on the issue at hand, for a reason finding definition under the auspices of nepotism, as somebody is receiving “free water” and that most likely involves a rancher in disguise of a CEO from a multi-billion dollar scam limited liability firm – an American corporation getting away with “zero” taxable income. In the meantime the efforts to shore up the leak, it weakens another breach, but we continue to concentrate on the original leak, not realizing that the entire exercise is indeed that “pointless exercise in futility” and based on the fact that the “new” leaks are loopholes and we all know who Don shares that back pocket with? It is “pacifying” rhetoric, as we think the money spent to upgrade us to 1^st class has merit. Sorry, not this time around! We are still on that upgrade “waiting list”. So no matter what Don has done over the years with respect to the “bringing home the bacon” fixation, Don has been instrumental in letter you SUFFER the consequences of an antiquated system of merit, yes suffer unless you are on the receiving end – a.k.a. wealthy one - and this is an action unbecoming a U.S. Representative. Ask Don one simpleton question, what has all that “Code” reform loot proven? He knows the answer, as loopholes allowed the wealthy can only bring riches to his “War-Chest”. That's what it is all about nowadays on the beltway, pacify the constituents with a few jobs, make a killing for the lobbyist and Don gets re-elected. See, honesty in politics is “Not the Best Policy”. That is Don's legacy, smiling at us when that smile is truly Don's way of screwing us inside out. If for no other reason, look at Don's record on the “Tax Code” reform and how many loopholes for the corporate giants and the wealthy has advanced forward since he has been vacant Fort Yukon for that house on the Hill. It hasn't helped me, and in fact it has hurt America to the brink of a weakened economy. See, America is a strong nation, so it takes time too take us down. Young's actions or inactions upon legislating a “Tax Code” that is “For the People”, it has hurt this country almost to the point of a no return doomsday scenario. So it is time to have doers, not soothers in D.C. As this is the time to vote Young to retirement and get some new blood that finds truly a representative meaning for the working class and if money is spent once again to fix that leaking dam - the “Tax Code” - and we see some of those loopholes damed up, then such will allow the water level to rise, which would be good for the U.S. Treasury. Imagine, a surplus once again based not on you or I working harder, just fix the damn leaks! Don has failed to fix what is well known, due his close affiliation to crooks and his approximation to K Street. Don had the chance but knew better to NOT make the Treasury secure against the marauders, those K Street bandits he become affiliated with after all those years on the Hill. Sure it is an addiction, wherein he gets hooked and we get crooked. Don, please Go AWAY! In fact, maybe as a retirement gift Alaskans that once trusted your judgment can take up a collection to buy you a van so you can ride the wicked roads and play out a “Where's Waldo”, to see if you can find anything worthwhile the Te-Lu Bill. And maybe in your travels, just maybe you could be on the lookout for the MV Susitna. See, you do have a future, what every senator and congresswoman should be required to perform, hit the roads to see what they have accomplished. Please report back to those that made you so, the voters that were tricked into believing there exists a Congress that gives a rat's ass. And Don, just imagine the fun you could have being a full-time bounty hunter, for that ultimate “Rabid Skunk” you have been after all these years. So please Alaskans with a conscious for a future without corruption, vote not your constipation but through your conscious and vote Don out, and then maybe we will find decency returned to the representative branch. What's that, he won the General Election, by garnishing “All” the votes. Not mine mind you, as I took the Willie Nelson approach this time around. See, we give him that gold plated knife to stab us once again. Alaskans, you are pathetic in your political choice, and it will come back to haunt you, always has and always will. Here it is in a nutshell. Going back to the Alaska Railroad as an example of how and why we cannot trust Don. The bosses of the rail should have been arrested and sent to jail, for ripping off the U.S. Taxpayers. It was a fraudulent attempt to rob the Treasury, so a big fat salary and bonus could be enjoyed, at our expense mind you! And when it was about to come to a screeching halt, Don came to the rescue, by changing a law that would have meant jail time for some and not stopping there, by changing the wording so the abuse could continue on. It is “Grand Theft Larceny” at its best. It is the “Buddy” system gone bananas. And NOT to your benefit, but for his buddies, all at our expense. Is this the kind of monster you see fit to represent you in Washington? What a joke , and that joke is on you! Hey they are robbing us, it's OK cause Don said it was OK as the Pie-eyed Piper reigns for how many more years? Watch your back, as he is back and that tune, it sounds familiar. Teach your children well, I doubt it here in the “Snake Land”...... those two legged snakes I am talking about, creepy crawlers on the loose. Thank you Willie, for teaching this child well! What's that, how many bags of untallied votes from the General Election were found in a crawl space at a building at the corner of 6^th & G in downtown Anchorage? Makes sence, as I didn't believe “All the people could be fooled all of the time”, by casting another vote of confidnce to Don! Maybe there is hope.
