New Jersey Governor Chris "I Love to Eat" Christie was cited by Wisconsin lawmen, after seasonal road weight limit restrictions were put into effect. Christie - tipping the scale at over 300 pounds - was stopped upon leaving the airport due to what police say looked like flattened and unsafe tires on the drivers side of the rented SUV. Christie was on his way to speak at a benefit in support of Governor Scott Walker. Wow, are people really going hungry in America?

Seal Death Update

The Alaska Oil and Gas Conservation Commission issued a Notice of Proposed Enforcement Action on August 20, 2010 stating Pioneer Natural Resources Alaska engaged in improper fluid injection in Oooguruk Unit enhanced recovery well ODSK-38 (Oooguruk ODSK-38). The Commission proposed specific corrective actions and a $10,000 civil penalty under state law. This is not the end of this story!

I was the individual that brought this criminal activity to the authorities attention, as when I was employed by PNR at the Oooguruk oil development project, there appeared a lazare-faire attitude towards environmental stewardship. So after the company CEO denied my allegations, I produced “proof” that indicated some illegal injection was attempted. But here it is in a nutshell. Even though the “Operator Logbook” was testament that a superior wanted to get rid of the unsellable glycol used during start-up - due the fact it was contaminated - my biggest concern when I did bring forward this illegal disposal to the state authorities and the EPA was the fact that the engineering staff would have been able to convince the authorities that even though the “logbook” indicated a desire to get rid of the stuff, it was an ill-fated mission - due the mechanics of pumping against a deadhead. And that was the case, as the pumps utilized during this scam recycling attempt were inferior, the kind you find at Home Depot and could not produce enough head-pressure to overcome the head-pressure already in the pipelines going over to the island, where it could be injected down into the reservoirs. So the mystery remains, what happened to all that glycol? Once again said, the glycol dumping incident in which Pioneer was fined, all 40000 gallons, it did not make it down-hole wherein it would be somewhat safe while captured in the oil pools. So where did the glycol escape? If it were allowed to enter the environment, then with spring breakup it could easily find a convenient run-off into the pristine waters of the Colville River delta, into Harrison Bay, wherein the ecosystem thrives – glycol could be devastating to the livelihood of the delta and upon all species that rely on the food chain, especially seals. And that would have been the summer of 2010, when the following spring the seal deaths started to alarm the local hunters. See, glycol is considered safe because it breaks down to harmless constituents under normal temperatures associated with disassociation, but we do not find that kind of degradation here in Alaska. So any glycol haphazardly released, instead of being rendered harmless, it keeps on its destructive path, contaminating the ecosystem. I believe that the seal deaths are in part a contribution from the “missing” 40000 gallons of glycol let loose at the Pioneer Oooguruk site due crummy management and a total disregard for the environment, with the sentiment that nobody is really looking. In the below picture, this “yellow” free snow zone area is right under the tanks that held thousands of gallons of glycol. Only leaking glycol could cause the snows to disappear when temperatures were in the minus regime. This land based tank farm that held all kinds of nasty chemicals but not under any regulatory jurisdiction was a “Love Canal” just waiting to happen. Wherein the discharge vales on these huge tanks were not protected, and a slight nudge could release a torrent of glycol, it would go unaccounted for until such time we find the seals dieing off and the researchers puzzled as too why! And when the protective barrier finds no oversight and large holes are allowed, we end up with a cesspool mentality and then it is too late, as it accounts for a scorched earth. More to come.....

Pakistani BlackWater?

Before there came an end to “There's a town in Texas missing an idiot” Bush Dysentery Dynasty years - Stardate 2001 through 2009 and lingering fallout invades tranquility even today - wherein this country was sent down a crash course dead end street, this despicable administration of “Monkey Men” proved to the world that Americans have lost touch civility and chosen instead cruelty upon their fellowman. Sure the “monkey” was addicted, to power and wealth. Now Obama is getting a whole lot of hatred from the Limbaugh Rot about taking down Osama Bin Laden, as it is the anniversary of that successful expedition and of course this nation is in heat with the upcoming presidential election. Viagra sales are hitting new highs! And imagine that, the GOP has nothing to throw at Obama except candidates that lie and cheat their way through life. But before the House of Saud was dismantled and the vice without a heart went homeless, Bush killed the $25-million reward – Dead or Alive – upon Bin Laden! Why? For some reason, Bush decided to let the killer go free without a bounty, akin to that 9^th inning “Executive Privilege” pardon. And the conspiracy theorists have reason to believe that Bin Laden was offered protection. Let's face the facts, there still remains many mysterious facts surrounding the 911 attack and how it was pulled off with such success. We must also remember that there is unequivocal evidence that Pat Tillman - a great American hero - had Bin Laden in the gun sight, until he became a casualty from “friendly fire”. And Bin got away? Here is my take on this “oorah” surfacing over Osama and Obama. BlackWater could have easily taken down Bin Laden, and pocketed the $25-Million. But that amount is chump change in this day and age upon the discipline of security for high-end officials. And remember, BlackWater owes no allegiance to the Red, White & Blue as it is a mercenary militia for hire. Now if the Pakistani government wanted Bin kept alive, BlackWater would be the outfit to call upon, for protection and secure transport, as this outfit can trump even our own military with respect to weapons of choice and experienced boots on the ground, plus the mercenaries get paid a whole lot more money then does an American troop. But even though many Americans are on the BlackWater payroll, protection for Bin Laden could be considered treason, through “offering” protection to the enemy. So the bounty was lifted, which meant BlackWater was free and clear to do what it does best, protect for a profit. This is the only reason as to why a sitting president would lift a bounty against a terror subject like Bin Laden. It is a simple fact of the matter! “WAR” has become nothing short a business venture which can reap humongous profits, just ask the Carlyle Group – daddy Bush's venture into the lucrative defense business. Yet, when asked about lifting the ban, the Bush administration provided some lame excuse, that the bounty was focusing too much attention upon a single individual. So Bin Laden was given protection at a cost and the neo-conservatives went into hiding happy, as Bin's plans included an assassination attempt upon Obama. And that was the ultimate going away present from the Bush Dynasty, just what the “neo-riggers” wanted. See, if the assassination would have been pulled off, it could be blamed on Al-Qaeda and at the same time placing blame on the Obama administration for going too soft on terror. So it backfired on the New American Century dream. But this is a following that cannot be trusted. They have money, they have air time and will continue to plan destruction upon an administration that does not fall prey their pathetic “global” takeover plans. I fear for Obama, I fear for this nation as we are not supposed to be proposing Hitler like advancements upon anybody that believes in something other than “Capitalism”. Obama for now is a saving grace “timeout” as we almost ended up in World War III. But that “timeout” is interfering with the neos' plan and we must be vigilant and aware that there is a secret society out there that is plotting against your future, against the future of your sons and daughters, because they believe wealth gives them the voice for all the people.

New Public Recreation Cabin in Alaska

USDA awarded a $158,000 Recovery contract to Channel Construction of Alaska to build a new public recreation cabin in the village of Hoonah in the southeastern part of the state. Furnished with a stove, table, benches, bunks and featuring a full loft, the completed cabin meets Americans with Disabilities Act requirements and is available to Hoonah’s 850 residents. The cabin was built in central Hoonah and then transported via barge to its nearby location along the Eight Fathom Bight shoreline.

But he admits that he doesn't realize the difference between a credit card and a charge card when he had a card belonging to the GOP at his disposal – utilized for personal obligations? It is sad when “White Lies” distract the truth of the matter. Rubio would have been better off telling the truth, that somebody in the GOP said use it and abuse it – the party's motto. Who wants to be an Alaskan Millionaire? According to Mr. Ludicrous Madden, its easy. Just land yourself a job with the outfit that has taken ownership of the M.V. Susitna, testament that when this state's fools cannot fool all the people all the time they can still fool some of the people some of the time, so why not get the U.S. Navy to build an amphibious assault vessel it doesn't want because Don Young said “Do It”, built at a cost of $78-Million taken from the U.S. Treasury which means money taken from the hard working U.S. Taxpayers. Then transfer the boat without a home port or landing in or around Anchorage due concern from the U.S. Coast Guard, send it to the Matanuska Valley Port Authority, so that entity without a responsibility or cause can spend thousands for keeping this genuine piece of crap hold up down in Ketchikan – rusting away and collecting slathering sea gull crap. Out-of-sight out-of-mind I guess! So for the last 5-years maybe more, Mr. Ludicrous has been raking in a $150000 salary, PLUS $45000 for expenses, which means he is a millionaire and we still have not seen the Susitna in action. In fact, the outfit that thinks it can fool the people again, by hiding this waste far and away, it cannot even decide on how much a ticket will cost to ride aboard this doomed venture. There sure won't be any free rides! Now Ludicrous is smart, as he is quick to point out that his out-of-bounds 1%'er salary is not from the state coffers, but comes from $21-million in “Transit Grants”, which is just a fancy name for Federal “pork”, so his salary is courtesy of the U.S. Taxpayers. We are really getting screwed over on the scam. So now I have evidence from Senator Mark Begich that the boat may get sold, to the highest bidder, which means it will become scrap as the recycled scrap market is better off then trying to outfit this crazy looking hull as something that is useful in the commuter circuits. And if it is sold, that $21-million will have to be paid back, and I hope that is not what our delegation is fighting for, letting this crooked deal off the hook, as those behind this doomed venture known about from inception should be held accountable and work off what they have earned - as one despicable thing that can be worse then treason is ripping off the U.S. Treasury for something that has or will not provide anything worthwhile in return. I smell “FRAUD, or is it the stench of a “Rabid Skunk”!
