STORYLINE: This “Documentary” titled “The MARLER PREFECTURE” is in honor of Theodore Fulton Stevens, once-upon-a-time an honorable U.S. Senator from Alaska nicknamed the “Hulk” by his constituency. The breath of this “Tell All” asks the question: Was Theodore “Ted” Fulton Stevens the victim of a well-planned “Assassination” in 2010?

The Snoop Scoop Dawg: Following a contentious and frivolous criminal “campaign violation” charge in 2007, the longtime reigning Senator from Alaska was faced with a re-election scandal, “Sarah Palin” governed by this “guilty until proven innocent” verdict not so silent in the court of public opinion. People in Alaska along with high-ranking politicians from across the “Beltway of life” were asking for Ted’s “head”, good thing hanging was declared “Unconstitutional” after the Confederate’s WAR. And there existed “no reasonable” doubt this charge against Ted Stevens, from the beginning it was all part of a clandestine coup. It was definitely a set-up, as in the end Stevens would be fully exonerated, but it would be too late to save this “Patriotic” WWII veteran from ridicule and scorn. Stevens’ Democratic opponent Mark Begich used the charades against the Republican Senator, and that was the end of a very honorable political calling career, that which lasted many, many moons. Even John McCain found reason to violate the “brotherhood” of military camaraderie and attacked his long-time Congressional colleague, both on the Republican side of the isle. With forced “retirement” away from what Ted Stevens had learned to cherish above all in life - “Serving” his countrymen - such did not sit well with what had gone down to cripple this “statesman” still in his prime, not to mention Pro Tempore assignments. Stevens was a very powerful man, the kind of individual that did not envision becoming wealthy in office and a simple mission statement at hand - dedication to the U.S. Constitution and his Alaska! And the exoneration from Barack Obama’s “Special Counsel Investigation” would not come until Ted Stevens was laid to rest with “Military Honors” in Arlington, years later and only after a Federal Judge overturned the guilty in felony verdict. So in the remaining days of his life, Stevens became disgruntled and was about to reveal a “Tax Scam” enjoyed by wealthy Americans. It was then wherein he encountered that face-to-face with fate once again, in a premeditated doom of a small passenger plane that was “sabotaged” to crash far and away from any help. Sad to say, as the “Hulk” had already survived a runway crash, one that killed his wife back in 1978. Yes, it was all dedicated to “doom” due the soon to be uncovering of a lucrative “safe haven” tax scam Stevens was well acquainted with, not as a participating cheat but as a prosecutor in his younger days defending the U.S. Treasury police. Would the very Internal Revenue Service agency that Stevens defended as a young Federal attorney about to get that iron-pan branding by a brave man, would the fallout sink many wealthy GOP donors? This “Documentary” follows the trials & tribulations of Theodore Fulton Stevens, through his career that made Alaska what it is today until his take down, wherein a two-way street car named revenge was the only relief, and Stevens was silenced through a planned plane wreck in retaliation, an “Assassination”.

Opening Scene: On the morning of July 30^th in the year 2007, a posse of side-arm carrying FBI agents flanked by IRS agents flashing a “Search Warrant” raided the bungalow of Senator Theodore Fulton Stevens, located in Girdwood - Alaska. A time-forsaken off-the-beaten-path hamlet located some 40-miles the way the Raven flies away from Anchorage, more like a ghost town that secluded away a population of about 100, mostly ski bums. It is not a community of wealth and maintains a visibility of “alive & well” only when the ski slopes with fresh snowpack invite “Brain Bucket Bombers” to trespass the slick-rock of winter. This was Steven’s residence-of-record when Congress was not in session, a job Stevens had enjoyed since 1968. Calling it a “bungalow” was a stretch of one’s imagination, more in the category of a “shack”, and a shanty-shack before a simple remodel job a few years back. And that was the reason for this early morning police “raid”, that the “Shanty” addition was secretly funded through campaign corruption. Ted Stevens was not a man of wealth or flamboyance, but a man with unadulterated pride as a “statesman”. Then at 83, Stevens was one of the longest sitting members of the United States Congress. And with the Senate Majority vested in the Republican side of the isle, during the 108 & 109th Congress Stevens had faithfully performed his “sworn” duty the fact-of-the-matter he was the Pro Tempore “designee” in the Presidential line of succession, and did not take that position lightly. This morning’s raid scene that disrupted the “Tranquility” of the “Glacier City” ends with Revenue agents carting off a black trash-bag with the evidence concealed, along with a case of wine. At the same time Steven’s home in Washington, wherein he resides when Congress is in session, was not subject to a “Search Warrant” morning raid. Nor was his satellite office in Anchorage. Hot off the press, “Extra, Extra, Read ALL About It” highlighted this “raid” and the consequences facing Mr. Stevens’ future was demonstrable. Before the printing-press ink was even dry, before the 1^st addition was delivered to the corner news-stand, there came the call for Theodore Fulton Stevens to step down his powerful Senate seat, for campaign violation “allegations”! It was that “Guilty before Proven Innocent” verdict, the gavel had fallen and was taking its toll!

First Scene: It is 1956, and a young Ted Stevens is testing his manhood as a Federal Prosecutor in the role as Alaska’s U.S. District Attorney, appearing before the Honorable Vernon D. Forbes, the case calling U.S. verses Jack Marler. This is when Alaska was still a “Territory”, so it was a rough bunch jury of independent thinking “citizens” that minded their business digging gold and claiming that property through well-armed Hatfield & McCoy conflicts. And this was the second attempt to prosecute Jack Marler on “Tax Evasion” based on a defense of “No Taxation without Representation”. As the 32-year old Ted Stevens tried to convince a jury of 6-men and 6-women that this was the “ultimate test case” that could Aye or Nay future attempts for “Statehood”, Jack seemed to cop an attitude. All the time surrounded by his flamboyant attorney, Edgar Paul Boyko. There was a lot at stake in this case for the U.S. Government, as the well-groomed pink-faced pin-stripe suited Marler was an agent of the Internal Revenue Service, until he was arrested. As the trial went forward, Jack just smiled and rocked the day away, like he knew already how the jury would support his “Tax Evasion”. In the end, it was a unanimous decision and set precedence within the Federal Court’s jurisdiction, that “No Taxation without Representation” is a valid defense supporting “Tax Evasion”. As Ted Stevens left the courtroom following the verdict he is quoted: “In no way shape or form do I believe the jury's verdict is an expression of resistance to taxes or law enforcement or the start of a Boston Tea Party. I do believe, however, that the decision will be a blow to the hopes for Alaska statehood.”

Sub Scene I: “We’re In” headlined the Alaskan news scene on January 3^rd of 1959, with Seward’s Folly finally indoctrinated as the 49^th “State of the Union”, when Dwight D. Eisenhower signed the Alaska Statehood Proclamation. Soon after the celebration winded down, Ted Stevens entered the arena of Congressional politics, in realization that Alaska must find heavy-handed protection from outside interference. Alaska was rich in natural resources, and Ted Stevens was at the forefront to protect the “riches” for the that small population of 224000 “newly” christened U.S. citizens. For those calling this remote land mass of 425-million acres in wilderness and cut off from the contingent lower-48 their home, and yes Alaska was still closer to Russia the way the Albatross flies!

Sub Scene I(n): The date is November 4^th, 2008, just 8-days after Ted Stevens was found guilty on 8-felony counts consistent with “campaign violation” corruption. The conviction could find Ted Stevens facing a 5-year jail term for each count, or the rest of his life behind bars. Sentencing was scheduled for the following February. And on this same cold and dismal November day, the polling places in Alaska were awake with activity, as with the campaign corruption case against Ted Stevens, an opponent surfaced to challenge the statesman that made Alaska what it is today, independent and wealthy from oil revenue. Mark Begich unseated Ted Stevens by a narrow margin, only 3724 votes, as many Alaskans remained skeptical and suspicious upon how the gavel of justice fell with Mr. Stevens’ conviction. By now Theodore “Ted” Stevens was a beaten man, humiliated and no longer carried around that friendly Chinook smile. To see this honorable man’s “Mugshot” when arrested, it was very painful for many Alaskans, both sides of the isle. What made things worse off, Stevens had many “colleague enemies” in the U.S. Senate, like John McCain to name one, as it all had to do with “power” and Ted never once relinquished that power when it came time to protect the Alaskan “interest”. But right before the sentencing for the 8-count felony conviction that was to find jail time for Stevens, after this honorable Patriot lost his senate seat enjoyed for over 40-years, the suspicions that many Alaskans had dreaded came true to life, that Ted Stevens was framed. And Stevens was considered the comeback kid, many hoping he would entertain running against the incumbent in 2014. But at age 85, Ted realized it was the end of his political career, may as well take up fishing for a hobby.

Sub Scene I(nn): What Ted Stevens was about to blow the whistle upon vested its sinister interest on the fact a minority faction of well-dressed Americans were evading taxation by claiming the “Marler Prefecture”, or simply put “No Taxation without Representation”. Americans that claimed “off-shore” havens as a domicile, that which placed their citizenship in jeopardy was but for a reason - a curve ball for purposes of instigating “Tax Evasion”. Such was based on the practice wherein wealthy individuals would purposely fail to file the required income tax returns, year after year and just ignore the IRS inquiries. Then some years later the IRS would finally come knocking. Things are a whole lot different these days, as the IRS has lost a whole lot of its “police state” powers due past actions consistent with inappropriate behavior - in line with the Bush doctrine of a gentler & kinder nation! Case in point, in 1956 when Jack Marler refused to file his returns, he was arrested based on a two-fold reasoning, failure to file and the fact as an agent for the IRS he should have understood the repercussions for such failure. For the IRS and the G-men, it was that “image” thing! Then Mr. Marler was acquitted, based on a defense of “No Taxation without Representation”. And when Ted Stevens’ “crime” saw the IRS raiding his home, there was no arrest. Remember, in this kinder and gentler nation “We the People” are presumed “innocent until proven guilty”, and that is what the “Tax Cheats” use as a smiley face “Get Out of Jail” pass. No doubt the “Revenuers” still maintain that “arresting” preamble, but refrains away from acting stupid, as the merit behind taxation has been gutted. Now then that said, these “evaders” being represented by powerful tax attorneys, they would state their case based on the Jack Marler defense of missing representation - as at any given time throughout history, the lessons learned is that the Congress has been and remains somewhat equally divided, so the validity in such claims finds merit. Especially if one could prove partisan policy increased their individual tax burden, for legislation their side of the isle voted against in Congress. It was full-proof by design to a certain extent, as it still did not relieve one with total immunity under the tax laws. In a nutshell, those with power and money were eliminating a large percentage of their income tax burden based on this verdict reached back in 1956. Yes, individuals testing their “Boston Tea Party” right, what bothered Stevens the most the outcome of that “Trial”. See, Stevens thought that verdict alone - as a “precedence set” - should have denied Alaska its “Statehood”. Once the Territorial Federal Court in Alaska accepted that unanimous verdict, it did not seize on the opportunity to challenge that “now precedence set” in the High Court. So when Alaska was admitted to the “Union”, the “US v. Marler” verdict became the “Law of the Land” and has been used to save $billions$ from taxable income. It is that ultimate “best kept little secret” attack on the U.S. Treasury. Now when caught, the “Tax Evaders” would offer up a lucrative “Offer in Compromise” willing to write a check right there on the spot, that was at a tax rate that squandered the existence of equitable taxation for all. This apparently occurred when the IRS was under heat to settle cases quicker, settling for pennies on the dollar. Yes, the “Marler” case set precedence in the court, it was thus used as a valid means to evade taxation to some extent, or used to buy time and then settlements demonstrated the desired outcome. The reason the “Marler” verdict has never been re-tried in the High Court, as it would have been overturned by now. But that would be very difficult in this day and age, due the fact it has been used by so many with wealth in claiming tax evasion based on “No Representation” based on partisan politics. Remember what the Founding Fathers called out our undivided attention: “Then join hand in hand, brave Americans all! By uniting we stand, by dividing we fall!” and it is that sinful “divide” that summons the culprit behind this “Tax Evasion” scam, as “Representation” is so divided and claims its victim - that being the righteousness behind equitable taxation.

Near Ending Scene: A “May Day Distress” signal is picked up by the U.S. Airforce Base “Early Warning/Flight Command Tower” located in Clear, Alaska. The date is August 9^th, 2010 and the “Command” logged the incoming distress at 1359 Alaska Standard Time, from a remote location in Alaska’s interior. Soon, the wreckage was located, and rumors started hitting the streets that Ted Stevens was amongst the victims of this crash. In the end, the FAA said the cause of the “crash” was inconclusive - in this day and age of airline crash forensics, very odd to say the least. It was a well-planned cover-up, and successful ay silencing the evidence of corruption that was about to reveal corruption that hit hard at the merits of “Taxation”.

But Not the End: Theodore Fulton Stevens was laid to rest with “Military Honors”. The 2009 motion introduced by Eric Holder - as Barack Obama’s Attorney General - to set aside the judgement of conviction against Ted Stevens exonerated this man of honor, based on what Holder considered the “worst case of prosecutorial misconduct” ever witnessed. Along with U.S. District Judge Emmet G. Sullivan reiterating similar concerns, of “shocking and disturbing misconduct” which from a legal and ethical standing warranted a “Special Counsel” to investigate the “misconduct” by government officials assigned to litigate the Stevens case. In 2012 the “Special Counsel” report was made public, with words to the effect that “the investigation and prosecution of U.S. Senator Ted Stevens were permeated by the systematic concealment of significant exculpatory evidence which would have independently corroborated Senator Stevens's defense and his testimony, and seriously damaged the testimony and credibility of the government's key witness”. This came after Ted’s death and burial, but Theodore Fulton “Hulk” Stevens was “exonerated” of any and all wrong doing, as there was nothing of “criminal” consequences with this member of Congress who out-performed that duty without compromise and was allowed his day in court, after-the-fact. Ted never got the opportunity for justice, he was cleared and the “Truth of the Matter” was also silenced.

A statement issued by Stevens' widow Catherine following the “Special Counsel” verdict, "I can say that the Stevens family continues to be shocked by the depth and breadth of the government's misconduct.”

In January of 2019, Congress voted to name a planned “Flight III Arleigh Burke-class guided missile destroyer” the USS Ted Stevens. Attention, “Statesman on the Bridge”, and the “MARLER PREFECTURE” lives on!

John Dingell & Alaska

Alaska was sentenced to a life sentence back in 1959, when it went from “Territory” status to a bonafide state under Richard Nixon. Even though “I Like Ike” was the president in “good standing” with “My Country ‘Tis of Thee” and decided to accept the orphaned child, the Seward “2-cent an acre” Folly found a “Russian Sputnik” link to Alaska. It was wherein Tricky Dicky Nixon “operatives” planned the future assassination of John F. Kennedy, if and when the Hyannisport “Club” kid decided to take up residency in the “Oval Office” with Marilyn ”It’s All Make Believe” Monroe. OK, had the 49er remained a “Territory” instead of a spoiled brautworst puppy dog, and forever still to this day begging for that helping hand bailout from Uncle Sam, it would be today a “wealthy” country onto its own accord. The “Brent Worth” of Alaska with “oil topside” after 40-years of Captain Joe Hazelwood economics sits in the neighborhood of $100-billion. Yes, the EXXON Valdez economic incentive, pollute and profit. See, EXXON’s profits soared by $2-Billion after that Bligh Reef collusion soured Prince William’s Sound, as that wreck was considered a “sabotage” so insurance paid out and we paid up at the gas pump. And EXXON learned that “make spillage spoiled money” from Alaska, from the governor that was impeached. See, the Alaska Railroad had a similar “wreck” and collected a bunch of money from its own insurance broker called FEMA, aka the U.S. Taxpayers. And that money went into the pocket of the rail boss, who resigned without notice because he had a severance tied to the year-end profits. It was the only year this wannabe railroad showed any profit, because of this FEMA relief. See, the sad thing about how our government works, if a state declares an emergency and receives donations from Uncle Sam and in the end if that $loot$ is a surplus it cannot be returned, as the U.S. Treasury has but for a single input - it is called the “Taxpayers”. Yes indeed, even today this RICO like pampering in Alaska continues, as the state tries to run its own discount “Guggenheim” railroad but half the reported income to make it buoyant comes in the form of a welfare check from the U.S. Treasury, courtesy high roller high-way robbery. Amazing how many ways the U.S. Taxpayers get hoodwinked. I work hard for my money, how can someone else just steal it from me and give it away? What happened to “honesty”? Now if that stolen loot was to help my “Buddy can you spare a dime” homeless kid, I don’t mind paying out for a PBJ sandwich. Did you hear about the Donald Trump PBJ fascination? See, the president gets these “Top Secret” PDBs, for Presidential Debriefing Bulletins on a daily basis, a snap-shot the heartbeat of world affairs. He thought it was “Presidential Harassment” so changed that dedicated time for these “briefings” to PBJ time. And instead invites in the White House kindergartener class - that which roams around the White House without escort with “executive privilege” - for peanut-butter and jelly sandwiches and milk then time for a nap. And Trump has made it a mandatory gathering! So easy to go off the beaten track, especially when on a “Bridge to Nowhere”. Look, there are highway bridges in the lower-48 crumbling apart and we as a nation continue to feed the spoiled brat “pork” addiction. But I reserved my parking space on this blog to pay due respect to John David Dingell, Congressmen from Alaska. See, when Alaska heard the news “We’re In” as a state of the Union, that meant “Representation”. And like every other state, it accounted for 2-members for the U.S. Senate and because of the population density, Alaska still didn’t make the grade for a seat in the House. And those 2-Senate seats and a “make believe” House sitter, that alone caused my income tax to sky-rocket and theft my pocket change, as before “Statehood” Alaskan’s refused to pay out based on “No Taxation without Representation”. For real, Alaska had its very own “Boston Tea Party” back in 1956, and that is why “Statehood” came “fast & furious” as Uncle Sam was afraid this “cash cow” was about to go solo and was well aware the valuable resources still hidden away. So Alaska was provided a fictitious character, maybe suspicious, that was named as the “acting” member of the House of Representatives but not until 1972. So we paid for a “ghost”. See, the state had to identify a “seat warmer” as the verdict of US v. Jack Marler was still sending a message, that “No Taxation without Representation” was a “Right to be free” covered by the 1^st Amendment with the  2^nd Amendment Right behind as a “cover me”! OK, even though Alaska was not a “State of the Union”, or more in tune to our “State of the Eunuch” under Donald Trump, because of the “Railroad”, Alaskan’s without a vote as United States citizens were required to pay for that damn “railroad” so were taxed upfront of “Statehood” - and that pissed the “gold diggers” off! Anyway, there was this guy from Meridian, down California way that was “hitch hiking” his way through Alaska and was known around the Yolo County as the “Best of the Beast” by those that posse up to track down “Rabid Skunks”. And that kind of romance with the “skunk” was the only “qualifier” required by Alaskans for its sole member “in good standing” with the House of Representatives the Congress. And that was none other then Don "Coconut Grove" Young, but he was always too busy sneaking around the Halls of Congress instead of meaningful “policy making”. Yes sneaking through the chamber in pursuit of the “chamber maid”, always wearing a “beany hat” with his “rabid skunk” call in hand, hunting with the intent to eradicate the stench that was causing Congress to act incoherently. Some say that “chamber maid” was Nancy Pelosi, as she was from California where “skunks” outnumber…So Alaska was still “orphaned” with respect to “Representation” so found a friend in John Dingell, as a substitute for Alaska so “We the Alaskan People” could have representation in the House. And it paid off, as without the honorable John Dingell along with George Miller keeping Alaska out of trouble, Seward’s Folly would today be another “Love Canal” and EXXON Valdez wrecks would be routine, as would be “train wrecks” for the Alaska Railroad. History tells us that in Alaska, even though Mr. Dingell stood up for Alaska’s “keep clean” awareness, well when the “solution to pollution” is the 49er motto and “rabid skunks” are “drooling with gnashing teeth up and down the Hall’s of Congress”…Dear John, thanks for trying!

Donald Trump & Woody Guthrie?

Wow, the day after, quick a “Mother’s Little Helper” is in order as the “bone spurs” are feeling like self-inflicted pain & agony “rooster spurs”, a flareup. Good God, good thing we are not engaged in a “home-turf” WAR, as this “Militia Maniac” would have to get a “militia defreement” upon that duty as “A well-regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed” and “the President shall be commander-in-Chief of the Militia of the several states, when called into actual Service of the United States.”  - sorry Chief, next time! Yes, we are now starting to see and hear the fallout of Donald John Trump’s “State of the Union”. OK, my normal “Attention Fucking Moron on the bridge” is to address Trump as Donald “JONG” Trump, for his close “Lover Boy” association with the murderer of American Citizen Otto Warmbier. Yes the friends he keeps, Kim Jong “Cortez the KILLER” dUNg, after the torture while in captivity in North Korea a college kid incarcerated for stealing a poster of the “Lover Boy”. And last night, did you see Donald pat himself on the back the success of that NOKO “American Soldier Repatriation” effort? Of course not, because Kim sent back caskets filled with dog and pig bones, not our American kids remains. Of course I am right, as to date only 3-remains recovered from the 55-tombs of the unknown soldiers have been identified. And until today following up to this address before the nation divided, I referenced it as the “State of the Eunuch”. But no matter what the Fucking Moron said or did in the spotlight of attention with the “rabid skunk” breathing down his back and “White Satan” on the other side of the isle of blight, it doesn’t seem to have gained him any “political capital”, as this morning’s Nay is gainfully cancelling the Aye record of approval. “We are Divided”, get the point. Now I missed most of the speech, and only tuned in at the last inning as I was busy listening to “Cortez the KILLER”, with young Neil. And at the final closing note and hearing the lyrics “He came dancing across the water ~ Cortez, Cortez ~ What a killer” then I heard Trump:

Everything that has come since — our triumph over communism, our giant leaps of science and discovery, our unrivaled progress toward equality and justice — all of it is possible thanks to the blood and tears and courage and vision of the Americans who came before.

Think of this Capitol — think of this very chamber, where lawmakers before you voted to end slavery, to build the railroads and the highways, and defeat fascism, to secure civil rights, and to face down evil empires.

Here tonight we have legislators from across this magnificent republic. You have come from the rocky shores of Maine and the volcanic peaks of Hawaii. From the snowy woods of Wisconsin and the red deserts of Arizona. From the green farms of Kentucky and the golden beaches of California.

But here are my takeaways that speech which is finding both negative - not much positive traction and it is already 10am. In 1927, Donald Trump’s father Fred Christ was arrested for provoking hate and mob-like-anger directed at American soldiers during a “Veterans Parade”, wherein Fred was in demand the KKK command promoted through the father’s fascination with FASCISM. Then in 1950, Woody Guthrie coined a song about “Old Man Trump” and at the same time promoted protests against the Trump’s “Beach Haven” ghetto. So hand-in-hand Fascism and Woody have been part of “on the other side” the Trump dynasty. But when Donald John Trump ends his “State of the Union” sounding like Woody Guthrie, it becomes our history lesson regardless who wrote the damn thing. But he said it, loud and clear with words to the effect that “Fascism” was defeated in “this land is my land, this land is your land”! So wow, could maybe, just maybe “Oooo…it’s the Big One, Elizabeth I’m coming” all of Donald John Trump’s Fascism like racism upbringing be coming to a head? Is Melania’s “Be Best” attitude starting to tear down that WALL? To even mention the “FASCISM” word in the sense it was defeated, this is a whole lot different then his attack on “Socialism” targeting Bernie Sanders and Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez. So it appears Trump no longer embraces “FASCISM” learned from his father, and to harmonize his speech with “from here and there” like is found in Woody’s tribute to American Patriotism upon our sacred heritage - to end with what Woody Guthrie taught us in the alternative “National Anthem” WOW! So aside from all the bull-crap in Trump’s speech which is being dissected by  the madman across the water media akin to a bunch of kids in a junior high “biology” class, I am glad I did not waste my time and tuned in just at the right moment to hear something spectacular and maybe just maybe Melania is sticking to her deal, that duty when she swore to uphold that Constitution as a “new citizen” and it is rubbing off. Maybe Barron is learning the Constitution, and at nightly dinner time, maybe that is what the 1^st family finds as a discussion, at the same time the President is learning what it is all about and what the Founding Fathers expected from the Oval Office. So here is my idea of his WALL wherein he doesn’t need permission from nobody, doesn’t require another government shutdown and it doesn’t require any eminent domain stolen property. There is an estimated 350-million gun owners in America. So, all it takes is a phone call to the NRA. Trump declares a “National Emergency” and calls to duty “His Militia” and that personal ARMY use their employee vacation time to patrol the 1500-mile long “Border”. Uncle Sam provides room and board and ammunition. By virtue of his “Oath” to “protect and defend” the Constitution: “The President shall be Commander in Chief of the MILITIA of the States, when called into actual Service; A well-regulated MILITIA, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.” This is what you get when you add together Article 2 and Amendment 2! Simple Simon Math = A Human Border WALL, this MILITIA called to “Service” bearing arms to protect that “Security of a Free State”! Trump has this option at his disposal right now today, and doesn’t need Congressional “Approval” to call up “His Militia”, as such a call into “Service” it is based on the “Security of a Free State” and if the border compromises that “Security” of the states along the southern border, this is an overnight sensation solution. But like in the Little Red Hen I am sure his base would balk - Not I barked the lazy base! Not I pant pissing pathetic base. Not I yawned the yellow-bellied coward base. And Trump knows his base is but for a bunch of loud mouth COWARDS, so is “stool stuck” using this “HIS MILITIA” at his disposal to defend his “National Emergency”! Trump knows it, as he could have by now had a briefing, called to duty all able-bodied gun owners that are indoctrinated in “His  Militia” by virtue of the 2^nd Amendment Right.

Before the State of the Union "Stand My Ground": Why am I beginning to sense a positiveness with Donald John Trump’s thought process? He is different then past U.S. Presidents, but we must face the facts as Democracy witnessed its last “amber waves of grain” during the 8-years of “My President sang Amazing Grace”. Get over it, as it was just a matter of time wherein “Good Old Patriotic Democracy” would sink away into the “sunset clause” abandoned and never be seen or heard about again. Look, of course it is keeling over on our watch, as if it were not so we would not have the defacto replacements of Democracy front and center of attention. “Democracy” is under a premeditated attack, take that back it is on its last leg, crippled by “bone spurs”. In its place? Let it be “Socialism” which “We the People” are so afraid of, because it is equal jurisprudence jurisdiction “sea to shining sea” for all, both in justice and wealth. “This land is my land, this land is your land” in equity of equality if and only if “Socialism” reigns in “so proudly we hailed at the twilight's last gleaming.” But we cannot stand the “social aspect” that form of government because we have this thing that we all want to be rich and that sharing is this “Communism” thing we were so afraid of back in the 50s, when “Air Raid” sirens kept us awake at night ready to fight for our “Democracy”. Pinch yourselves, the 1% own 80% of the “world-wide” wealth and are not about to sacrifice that standing - in fact next year it will be 82%, then 84%! Talk about blood out of a turnip seed! So then, what’s up with Democracy on the other extreme, drum roll please…the choice between Fascism or the Confederacy coming back to haunt. Sad, but rest assured that I enjoyed 66-years under that Democracy and never once felt intimidated, as freedom was mine and yours to cherish. Hey, never forget that all good things come to an end, here we are! It all started down the beaten path of no return back in 1987, when Ronald Reagan gave his famous “Farwell to Democracy” speech, by angering Soviet Union leader Gorbachev with the challenge to “Tear down this WALL”. The Soviet’s caved and so did their “Union” so dissolved in 1991, as that is wherein the crossroads became this nation’s destiny’s child. It meant with the fall of Leningrad like Communism, democracy as we enjoyed would soon erode away and that is what we are seeing before our very own eyes, ears and other orifices today, while feeling the harsh abrasive winds of change. Yes, “My President sang Amazing Grace” and Democracy rested its case as it had finished its guiding light goal. Then came the aftermath fallout, with the 2016 election dysfunctional erection playing field, and it was Hillary Clinton against Donald John Trump. A sure sign that Democracy was DOA! If these two crime syndicate wannabes were not that recipe for disaster, get over it as “bye, bye Miss American Pie Democracy” was destined to fizzle out, and that 2016 election did what it was supposed to do - prove that the system of merits with the popular vote verses the electoral vote sank that Founding Father’s Democracy. That was the precipice of an Apocalypse Now doomsday, dead in its tracks was our once beloved Democracy. It was like an incurable disease with the candidates on both sides of the isle of blight. On the GOP side, came the Jeb Bush posse conjoined as part of the William Kristol PNAC, that “Project for a New American Century’s” last breath, and Bush failed. It was the last hope for Democracy. And Hillary had nothing to offer except a perverted husband. Democracy was so affected as it could not expand our horizons, what we have today is the final inning, and don’t hold your breath that Democracy can be resuscitated back to “good health”. But here is why I am having a change of bowel movements with the sitting president, after the anger hangover lingering constipation for the past two years with Donald Trump sleeping the days away. Yes rightfully so, I am starting to find commonality with some of Trump’s passions. See, we are seeing eye to eye with the bowel movements, it’s a start! First and foremost, Trump is a businessman regardless of failures to success and has but for a single mandate, that Return-on-Investment, that proverbial ROI! So, with respect to the U.S. Military so engaged with the WAR Machine all over the world, well Trump doesn’t need any counseling from the Military Brass to tell which way the wind blows, if the ROI is not beneficial our efforts abroad then castrate that side-business. Same with the “Proliferation Treaties”, Trump sees money wasted and doesn’t have to read a damn thing about what it is all about - as castration is in order. Same with his lackadaisical attitude toward global trade, he doesn’t care about China or Japan, as he sees no gainful interest from such pilferage on our dime, so he wants to bring it all back home. Trump wants to be totally “Independent”, which can be achieved but with many obstacles and sacrifices. Like instead of cheap-skate gadgets that brew the morning Joe, maybe we have to go backwards to even cheaper obligations such a yearning for “Independence”, like a French press. Yes, manual labor. But here is how it will iron out. With Democracy “Dead”, we will see a drastic redefinition of our governance, wherein it will take sacrifice, else we fail. And that is what the other world powers are enjoying today, the demise of that Democracy and how we as a nation react - we are all in this together. So we need to take what is left with the Founding Father’s “Democracy” and take it to heart, put it to good use as that “Divided We Fall” is not an option. And here is one to smoke away the rage. Donald John Trump is NOT a racist, as that gets you nowhere in this day and age. You can think it, but best not put it to practice. But like his father, sonny boy would draw that “colored line” if it meant more money from other folks. OK, it is racism based on a monetary addiction and NOT the color of ones skin. Unfortunately, it was the “black folks” that were turned down for affordable living accommodations at Old Man Trump’s “Beach Haven” because there were others with more money! So it is all about the “money honey” as to how Donald John Trump is monopolizing his reign in the Oval Office. And when the smoke of this "Revolution" signals a retreat an end to our "Democracy" and sneaks away thus clearing free the airways, who knows what we will have as a going forward “My Country ‘Tis of Thee” government. So, “I’m In” with Donald Trump to bring home the troops and stop wasting money on another man’s problem as that money is needed for the WAR right here in the Homeland, it is called the “Homeless” and we do not deserve a “Democracy” if we do not care about our brothers & sisters being ignored when we hear them cough in despair, “Buddy can you spare a dime”. Bring home the troops and the money saved from the WAR Machine furloughed, let’s lend a helping hand for a “Homeward Bound” revival and destroy that Enemy Number 1, by fixing this “shameful homeless” mess. Look, this nation was due a correction course, how it will end up - well if we come together like the Founding Fathers and Patriotic, it will be good, else the divide will destroy US. The sequestered silent priority jury has reached a verdict in the Kangaroo County District Court, hearing the case of Donald John Trump v. Forbes-400. Hear Ye, Hear Ye, that verdict cries in favor of Trump, that he is worth more then what the Forbes-400 has recently published in its yearly listing of the “Wealthiest Americans”. Time for Trump’s parade! What it means, instead of a deadbeat ranking #259 with an ever-diminishing net worth of $3.5-Billion, evidence has surfaced of a concealed conceited net worth closer to $7-Billion - which ranks Donald Trump much closer to Bill Gates and Warren Buffet, to #65. Yes concealed, because only the jury was provided the information it needed to reach the unanimous verdict, behind closed doors wherein financial data could be shared but not publicized. Like Trump’s tax returns that would indeed offer a road-map to his wealth and how he was treated or mistreated by the U.S. Treasury “revenuers”. So even though Trump was right-on his forever arguments with Mr. Forbes, Trump still refuses to release that road-map so it meant taking him at his word on that “True Wealth” - just kidding. And wonder why Trump still refuses to release that road-map - should have seen that detour sign sings out loud and clear! That said, I am glad I placed an off-track wager on Donald Trump, as it was a winning ticket with this “Wealth” issue as today one can bet on anything and everything. OK, for all the “know when to hold um” gamblers that have placed a bet on when the 45^th will be “Impeached”, don’t hold your breath and a losing hand so write it off as a “lose” on that 1040 filing. Yet people are chomping at the bit, on the Newbee kids’ news and in the FAKE news and so many consumed with this “guilty before proven innocent trial”, especially within this fandangle dangling participle “we all Tweet in a subterranean homesick blues Twitter submarine” this “Impeachment” fascination. But the crimes of Mr. Trump do not elevate this sitting U.S. President to that “high crimes and mistreated wieners” state of affairs with Vladimir Putin. Let’s face the facts as one of the obligations of the President is to lie, as we so learned from House of Confederate’s Joe Wilson, so allowed when push comes to shove to maintain tranquility. An “Impeachment” proceeding against a sitting president is very disruptive and weakens the nation - we become vulnerable to sneak attacks. So YES, when elected as the Commander-in-Chief, it comes with the territory as “above the law” this “little white lie fibbing” if its intent is to protect the nation’s sovereignty. Remember, Bill Clinton started it all by lying about an Oval Office affair “I did not have phone sex with that saxophone”. That is NOT to say that we will ever see fireworks in celebration against Trump’s family members, cheap thrills as then Donald gets to exercise his executive authority and “pardon me”. In all honesty, I would like to see Trump use his “executionary” power against Kim Jong dUNg, for the torture and murder of American citizen Otto Warmbier, just a kid with an adventurist’s American spirit. Look, forget about that Rex Tillerson “Fucking Moron” label thing, as Trump is a filthy maggot the way he serenades that North Korean “Lover Boy” as is Mike Pompous Ass a “Turncoat”. Ted started his service to government as a WWII pilot and after surviving the brutal “Flying Tiger” missions over enemy territory it meant a gig as a Federal prosecutor in Alaska that went engaged in one of the best-known cases against the IRS, wherein Ted litigated for the Taxman. Ted lost that case based on “No Taxation without Representation” and the IRS never let it go. So one day some 25-years later, the IRS raided Ted’s shack in Alaska and found a lamp shade that was a gift and not declared so Ted was arrested for a “trumped up” campaign violation charge. With that Ted lost his senate seat and then was assassinated in a plane crash. And then when all the evidence was in and Ted was already 3-feet under, Barack Obama gave the statesman a full pardon. What a crying-out-loud shame that entire fiasco allowed, shame on government such disrespect especially upon the IRS. But the damage was done and Ted was dead. Anyway, Ted left some secret coded language that allowed infiltrating incriminating data…sorry I have been sequestered so can’t share that data. But it gives us insight into Donald John Trump’s financial situation and the reason his case against Forbes now rests its case - Trump is wealthier then what most rank and file “Think Tanks” think and have to this day only guessed upon that wealth. But the verdict is in and rests its case on circumstantial evidence, and yes one can say Forbes gets that “ham sandwich” indictment. So all along Trump has been saying he is worth twice as much as what the Forbes-400 wants us all to believe. Yet Trump is right as his net worth, well it isn’t $10-Billion like he wants us all to believe but not far off that mark, closer to $7.8-Billion and it has been going “UP” not “Down” over the years, another fallacy by the Forbes-400. For real, how much taxation on that wealth? No wonder Trump will not release his tax returns. Here the crux of the matter what is the matter. Ted Stevens lost a critical argument when representing the IRS back in 1956 with US v. Marler. And that verdict “set precedence” and never once challenged by the courts to the higher courts. Yes it set precedence that “No Taxation without Representation” is allowed, and has been a tool against “Taxation” for the last 62-years and enjoyed by the “Wealthy”. And after Ted Stevens was beat up by the very same entity he was once retained by to make sure this nation did not see light at the end of the tunnel another “Boston Tea Party” revolution, well he still had friends in high places. And right before his death, he was about to uncover a major tax scam that was being enjoyed by the wealthiest of Americans and he had the proof - and then he was targeted for assassination and the rest is history. Here we go again, as so so many of that faction of the “Last Losers Society” now lined up to get that 10-minutes claim to fame as a wannabe “Presidential Candidate”. But can’t blame them, especially if you find a good gig and succeed with the credence clearwater survival one can “fool most of the people all of the time” and campaign contributions start flowing in, well then you can quit that 9 to 5 job and leach off the income - learned that from Mike Pence! Dig it, Donald Trump sleeps most of the day away! For real, as a grandpa in front of a TV is zeezeetop time but I would prefer he sleeps it off rather then jerks it off. And that “campaign lunch bucket leaching” could last…for real still 21-months away? You mean we must put up with the Fucking Moron Wimp Coward some more that long? Time-out, time to re-live what that position in the Oval Office is all about and maybe so calm our nerves that playing catch with son Barron using that “nuclear” football is “Presidential”. And no, we do not have to relive the Moron’s dedication as the “Greatest Liar” of all times or even bother listening in on how he pants during sex with Access Hollywood “whores”. Instead, we will relive that presidential “mission” with Bill Clinton it was…OK, “Be Best” stay away from that skanky summit. But in Simple Simon, the President of the United States is merely a “figure head” wherein his ultimate power is the acting “Commander-in-Chief” and serenading us with “Amazing Grace”. So in a nutshell, the sitting President can declare WAR and has the authority to call up the “Militia” which by virtue of the 2^nd Amendment, that “ARMY” of civilians is anybody that owns a forearm firearm of harm, regardless of political affiliation. See, the “Militia” is by decree already a bipartisan faction of society, wherein we don’t need a Congressional vote of approval to “play together we learned it all in kindergarten”!  Over the years, the power invested in that Oval office has ransacked the intent of the Founding Fathers, as a single individual with so much control is a dangerous proposition upon a “Democracy”. Take it away this way. One individual in the White House against 535+6 members in “good standing” the U.S. Taxpayers gives “outnumbered” a reason to believe. Remember “No Taxation without Representation” finds “precedence set” in the High Courts of “this land is my land, this land is your land”. Why the hell cannot we be “brothers & sisters” on the same “mission” instead of this crash course “Divided”, we are in freefall and I can feel the hurt from the hate. Anyway, the “President” is just a figure head in the time of “Peace” and the “Commander-in-Chief” during “bombs away” to sway the opposition. So the checks & balance is fundamental what that Oval Office is all about or on the “right hand of the father” what one in power can get away with. In all honesty, we could probably do away with that “figure head” and let Congress mind the business without the unnecessary interference, as Donald Trump is trying to re-invent “perpetual motion”. And it may have been easy for the Russian Federation FSS to intervene in the 2016 election, but that would be very difficult for the entire Congress to be infiltrated and the reason the election for representation is so staggered with different terms. Yes, today’s Fucking Moron has too much power, not the intent of the Founding Father’s Constitution no castrated with constipation. So if a “Pubic Lice” can join in on the “candidates’ debate” so can I. That said, I am running for that position along with everybody else’s dog wagging tail, for the 2020 circus that is already selling ring side seats. On January 21^st of 2021, at 12:01 after the high-noon swearing in I will execute an “Executive Order” for an immediate “Selective Service Draft”, wherein all able-bodied men and women between that age of 18 and 45 will be required to sign up, tested, evaluated and placed rank & file a strong force to support this WAR, which will be an invasion upon a yet to be determined nation - but it will be close to home. See, we have lost all damn respect the merits of a WAR mission. Just last week the Fucking Moron made fun of a Semper Fi member of the U.S. Senate, more in tune to a Distemper Fi, by calling this statesman “Da Nang Dick”, in reference to the Vietnam War. Sad, when “Da Nang” was the place wherein war-torn casualties were air-lift Medevaced in from the “Killing Fields” and many found Da Nang their final death bed, to die that last breath of “Freedom” at least in comfort a Navy Hospital with an American flag that was not shrapnel ruined with blood stains from American “kids”. Da Nang will always be a special place for many moms & dads that received that horrifying call, that their young son drafted was wounded, now in Da Nang but chances of survival “slim to none” with a final death count Nixon’s War of 58000 Americans!  At least not an MIA/POW, where the remains can be used as “Lover Boy” fodder. Look what is happening between the Fucking Moron and his “lover boy love toy love joy” Kim Jong dUNg of North Korea and the attempted “Repatriation” of American Soldiers. Nothing! Kim sent back 55-boxes of remains, only 3-Americans have been identified because most of the bones are from a dog and pig roast banquet - and that sends a message from a sick individual in love with another sick individual. “We the People” have not a Commander-in-Chief, the reason I am running for the 2020 Presidency and will start a WAR then resign and join the troops in action - in efforts to bring back valor, to bring back a bipartisan commitment, to bring back “My Country ‘Tis of Thee”. In such disrepair, the sovereignty of “Life with Liberty in that Pursuit to Happiness”, it will take a WAR to fix the mess that a conceited Congress has resurrected. Better yet, instead of a WAR a REVOLUTION like the New England Patriots once planned, in efforts to take back what is rightfully “ours”, our dignity. OK, my WAR will be against the 1% that today own all the “Wealth” and I am sure that when I am elected and call for a Lech Walesa “Gdansk Shipyard Strike”, that faction that owns 80% of this nation’s daddy Warbucks, they will be throwing dollars at the U.S. Treasury, because they know it will be a call for a WAR they cannot buy! My party is the “Lousy Hat Solidarity Party”, as it is time to pass the buck this “Lousy Hat” we got and take back the White House for the middle-class. So when I am elected and start that selective service draft, those that bring in a deferment because they still think they can buy their freedom from serving “country”, look the enemy right in the eye and spit!

But I am glad to see the return of the “gavel”, as when Paul Ryan was in charge of the “To the Right Blight Brigade” his passion for the GOP Femdom Freedom Caucus aroused by a MAGA dildo replaced the seriousness of that “Come to Order”! OK, the “Rabid Skunk” is what Representative from Alaska Don Young once-upon-a-time enjoyed chastising his nemesis, Nancy Pelosi. And yes, Don’s “mounted stuffed wildlife museum” at the Rayburn House, there is a “rabid skunk” on display! See, Don was born in Meridian, California. A place time forgot that finds a greater population of “skunks” then grape picking crows. And early in his career as a Cheechako, when Don was tired of Alaska and wanted to move back home, well transplanted Nancy was making major inroads into California politics - and Don was chased away back to the cold and dark of Alaska and never saw his shadow again. In Alaska, Don is considered as honorary “the shadow knows” Punxsutorney “Grumpy Old Man”! So that is where the “rabid skunk” finds its destiny part of the U.S. House of Representatives. And since Don is the senile senior member of the House, he had the honors of presenting Nancy with the “gavel” when the House changed status, it goes with the territory - no hard feelings. But now that Nancy holds that “gavel”, look-out Donald John Trump. So the 1st thing on the agenda, the “TAX RETURNS”! But like everything else, Trump’s tax filings will be demanded front and center of attention, as that request is so allowed: The law specifies that the leaders of the House and Senate tax-writing committees each have the power to request taxpayer information and states that "the secretary shall furnish such committee with any return or return information specified in such request”. Which means Trump will fart his way through more delays coming up with the goods, with court action motions delaying with more inaction and by then it will be just another Superbowl so boring again with Tom Brady at the helm. At least by that time it will also shine a light at the end of the tunnel, that Trump has not annihilated humanity and we will keep our fingers crossed for the last trimester. Trump report card so far in my book? “Oh, Michael. Michael, you are blind. It wasn't a miscarriage. It was an abortion. An abortion, Michael. Just like our marriage is an abortion. Something that's unholy and evil. I didn't want your son, Michael! I wouldn't bring another one of you sons into this world! It was an abortion, Michael! It was a son Michael! A son! Do you have any idea how simple a “Flat Tax” across the board is all about? There is but for a single reason the Congress does not adopt such a simple strategy, it is too fair! The latter would do away with lucrative “loopholes” and then the wealthy, well many would no longer be so proud! And here is the straw that could break the camel’s back. The Trump “tax returns” would reveal a secretive roadmap of unfair taxation utilized by the wealthy - the reason there is so much pressure from onlookers for the Oval Office to disobey Maxine Waters! Anyway, what we know about the man who refuses to let us in on his little family secret recipe, with respect to “Taxation”. We have Trump’s 1995 Tax Return, wherein he wrote-off $915729293 for his business ventures because he is the “Be Best” business man of the year for the last 20-years, ever since he graduated from Trump University. That is so close to a $billion$ bucks - but business as usual!  And when that “almost” $billion$ was exhausted through hand-me-down tax cheetos hood-wanking, well 2005 saw another write-down, because Trump was still the “Be Best” businessman and since Trump University closed, we don’t have brilliant businessmen like Donald entering the mob. See, Trump University was “Open for Business” for a limited time only, as it takes time for the RICO police to pass-up the donut shops and arrest - sorry statute of limitations expired! Look, there is no crime being committed with how the wealthy skate away from that duty to pay fair taxation on their wealth - it is built into the Tax Code. So with what we know, and from data confiscated from a “confidential source”, Donald Trump was correct in telling Forbes to shove its 400 list of the most wealthy, had it all wrong with this 5^th Avenue Mr. Magoo mogul’s “True Grit Wealth”. Remember “True Grit”? Anyhow, from secretly released tax returns that were found on a computer confiscated away by the IRS from Senator Ted Stevens that goes back to the US v. Marler case, the trials and tribulations of Donald Trump’s roadmap to riches is revealed. OK, when Forbes said Mr. Magoo was worth $3-billion and demoted from starting gate #64 all the way down to off-track betting gate #259 in the Bronx boonies, Trump argued that his worth was closer to $10-Billion - and he was off not by much! Yes, Forbes had underestimated the Tower wealth by 252%, it wasn’t $10-Billion, but more like $8-Billion, so a little white lie. It is not a secret recipe, and if and when we do see the Trump “Tax Returns”, it will reveal how the wealthy are “bird dogging dodging” any fairness to the taxation that keeps this nation strong. And then we have but a single choice - it is called the Jack Marler Revolution, that which made Ted Stevens so famous and something he never forgot about, that “No Taxation without Representation” is precedence set in the court of this land is your land this land is my land, as when the “gavel” fell the verdict was set in stone! The wealthy have been using the Jack Marler strategy to cancel out massive amounts of taxable income since 1956 - the reason the verdict was never challenged by the high court, as it was the ultimate in castration upon the U.S. Treasury!
