So troubling, our Independence is today but a Deliverance in sin.
By night fall again, I "Shot the Sheriff" like a "Bombs bursting in air" anthem
and "every cop is a criminal, all the sinners saints".

But when push comes to shove,
America draws on its promise land.
As by the "dawns early light, what so proudly we hailed", united are we,
to find a "Come Together" to "Give Peace a Chance".

From officer to honorable officer to citizens all walks upon life -
We the People, a promise that "Our" courage to unite, was still there.
Then conquer we must, this racism,
"o'er the land of the free and the home of the brave!"

Reasonable Insanity?

No longer is it fashionable, the "dog ate me homework", as the government approved excuse of "Extremely Carless, I'm Sorry" is what Hillary has used to "Trump" the Fiddo late night eating binge. See, Bill was "extremely careless" with Monica and the other Oval Office called-to-their-kneepads women. Bill was "extremely careless" when he boarded the "Pedophile Whore House on High" owned by convicted sex-pervert Jeffrey Epstein.  And it is "extreme careless" that Hillary has put up with this bratoholic swine for so long thus allowing the setting back of "women's rights", way back to the early 70's when John Lennon sang out loud, "Woman is the nigger of the world". It gives the "N" word its true meaning, not a color specific denial of rights, but an atrocity on how we treat the female race that which bear our children, our next generation - so despicable we are this human companion.  Hillary Rodham Clinton, the "poster child" outcome of such abuse, like a Doctor Jekyll experiment gone insane. And now we have reason for continued abuse, as the "Reasonable Person" doctrine finds new meaning today, wherein "Extremely Careless" finds a reasonable excuse acceptable by the G-Men. So, if good enough for Hillary, good enough for us - this cover-your-ass excuse condoned by none other than the FBI, the king-pin crime fighting bossman has compromised the past presence under the "We Always Get Our Man", the J. Edgar Hover mind-over what matters machine. It makes, well crime now an accepted virtue of American life to the point other nations are warning tourists the risks of coming here for a visit, as "crime" is something we can all get away with now that precedence has been set. In fact, I may stop paying taxes, and when Mr. Revenue comes knocking, I will just plead the "New 5th Dimension" of "Extremely Careless, I'm Sorry". And I can say this with confidence even under oath. Thank You Hillary, as being of such influence, being of such wealth, being of such weakness you have a ways and means to make change we all must now abide by, the criminal element finds new meaning. Price of Extremely Careless

It was a Sucker Punch, landed with a blow that seems to have affected us all, still dizzy after all these years, seeing double this jeopardy. So, Hillary Clinton was "Extremely Careless", but not to the point that a "Reasonable Prosecutor" could prove beyond a doubt, some guilt consistent within the criminal arena - a.k.a. cell block OJ. OK, I have talked to 1000 prosecutors that laugh at this comedy from the FBI chief. Anyway, it stems from the "Reasonable Person" doctrine that lawyers learn about in that 1st day in the classroom, so it appears FBI Comey was not absent kindergarten, but out for recess during his jurisprudence college tour. Just like Congress, recess! Accordingly: Reasonable Person Doctrine - A phrase frequently used in the courts to denote a hypothetical person in society who exercises average care, skill, and judgment in conduct and who serves as a competent standard for determining liability with negligence. No, Bill Clinton does not fit the mold, but may have been used as a treaty to exonerate his abused wife - John Deutch ring a bell of guilt? Anyway, in reality the FBI finding Hillary was "Extremely Careless" will bring her "Still NOT Trustworthy After All These Years" effort to the hilt and she will never become this nation's...maybe Commander-in-Thief! So, on the 4th of July a news' hound still "free" went unbiased and offered up a "Test", to see how Constitutional savvy we really are. Questions like how many Senators senile...how many members of Congress AWOL...how many terms for a president...things of that nature. I passed, so it said I was eligible as an immigrant. I was born here. So here is the "True Patriotic Test", and if Hillary can pass it, I rest my case and support her carelessness. It cost the U.S. Taxpayers nearly $15-million for the FBI to investigate the "Private Server", and in the end we ended up with, well the price of carelessness should not be a burden on our kids. So, Hillary is worth $32-Million. By agreeing to pay back the United States "Citizens" for her "Private" shenanigans, that is the True Test of Patriotism. Pay up, or my vote will be...well, "Extremely Careless". I guess we could call it mere "negligence", but I think in Hillary's case it is more in line to un-patriotic behavior, so NO never my vote. And the next time the IRS knocks on your door, just tell them your late tax payment was merely, "Extreme Carelessness", as today we all have a "Get Out of Jail Free", thanks to Hillary. So yes indeed, this was the "Sucker Punch", a greater harm then any indictment could have done, as any criminal citation would have burdened the system even more and today, well her credibility is like that of her husband's romances, as that too was merely "Extreme Carelessness" - the Clinton "Trademark".

Time for States' Rights?

The following "Executive Order Request" was filed before the governor of the State of Alaska, on July 4th, 2016. The intent is to start a "State's Right" nation-wide movement, that which denies Hillary Rodham Clinton's name from appearing on any U.S. Presidential ballot, due her ignorance in following the rules and regulation as promulgated under the U.S. Constitution.

Subject: Request for Consideration for Executive Order - Banning Hillary Rodham Clinton's name from appearing on any State of Alaska Ballot for President of the United States, now and forever.
Date: July 4th, 2016

Dear Honorable Bill Walker;

It is with this correspondence, a request for action through your executive authority  to deliberate and find cause for such action under such authority, such action through an Executive Order that restores order, by denying that Hillary Rodham Clinton's name appear on any state ballot for the Office of the United States Presidency - now and forever. Case in Point: Hillary Rodham Clinton has pled guilty, admitted some semblance of guilt through numerous time tested assurances to the public, a violation under 18 USC 2071. A report from the State Department's Inspector General also finds evidence a violation under this "Code", by Hillary Rodham Clinton. The U.S. Government is investigating these violations through the investigative branch of the FBI, but may be unable to reach a consensus for sentencing Mrs. Clinton under such act due circumstances beyond the government's control - namely political. Even though the latter circumstances may serve to thwart justice by justice not being served, it may be up to the States of the Union to individually try, or deny, for such violations. A violation of 18 USC 2071 finds an individual "Disqualified form holding any office under the United States", this includes the office of the U.S. President. An EO is required through the states, acting in the capacity of "State's Rights", as to allow Hillary Rodham Clinton no sentencing a violation this act in her capacity as Secretary of State, it sets a precedence that could adversely affect the culture those dealing with the Federal government. This action is needed, as if the Federal government cannot promote a policy with ramifications when violations occur, then it is up to the states to reign in on such demonstrated dereliction, in efforts at preserving the dignity and sovereignty of the states, including Alaska. We should not and cannot allow a perpetrator, we cannot condone a violation under 18 USC 2071 with leniency, especially if running for the position as Commander-in-Chief. Said again, when we find that the United States Government is derelict in its orchestrating sentencing for violations, we must resort to order through the states - and that power rests with the governor. Any denial this request could set precedence that could find and allow irreparable damage. Please take this request under serious consideration and sign an Executive Order that bans Hillary Rodham Clinton's name from appearing on the State of Alaska "Presidential Ballot" for 2016 and/or any future appearances, for a violation under 18 USC 2071 - as this would demonstrate the intent of the law, a "Disqualification" on the state level, which you Sir have control upon, and a duty.

Here it is, the 4th of July and "We the People" are swindle busted again! What a disgrace, as this is truly Un-American, please pass the sweet-corn! I am talking the American IQ under duress once again, as the Clinton's just pulled the wool again, and again, and again and again. "Good morning America how are ya", I am a native son but have been cast head-first into the son-of-a-bitch cesspool, into believing the meeting between Bill Clinton and Loretta Lynch was a coincidence, please pass the potato salad. Mind my manners talking while chewing, the Attorney General of the United States was set-up, as the Clinton's have been setting up the Obama administration since inception of the "Homebrew Server". This meeting was not a coincidence by any stretch of the imagination, it was a carefully planned maneuver in efforts to "shat" on the American justice system some more. Watermelon, no thanks! See, castrate the investigation, pollute the investigatory effort, that was the reason this interference by Bill - in efforts to cast doubt upon the Obama administration, as it is all the Clinton's have left - Hail Mary interference. See, it had to be a "Hillary for 2016" plot in front of America's very own eyes. Else it would not have worked, as a phone call doesn't get the fan fare fascination that was required this type of hype plan to heist decency, to be able to boycott any recommendation that comes from the Justice over what Hillary was up too with the use of a dildo dial tone phone, giving Uba an ear-full, whatever her name for saken. Yes, the Bill & Hillary show knows what's at stake, as it is only Obama that holds the "Deck of Thrones" with the "Get Out of Jail Free" card, and I have a feeling that Hillary has not earned such a release as Obama is not stupid. See, it boils down to this. Bill was spying on Hillary, as he had access to her private parts which means Bill was spying on the SOS. Bill and Hillary, a remake of the Rosenberg conspiracy! OK, not that bad but bad enough Bill & Hillary should retire to Area 51. But today we have been given the opportunity once again to test our American IQ, thinking this was not a planned attack upon the decency of the Obama administration. The Clinton's have nothing to lose throwing Obama under their Bozo bus mentality. Anybody, any American that believes this was not a planned attempt to belittle Loretta Lynch and the Justice Department, well please take a bow, as your IQ is nothing short a bowel movement. I would wager my 4th of July over-time pay that the Clinton lawyers have already penned an objection to whatever the Justice Department recommends, as a ways and means to delay any bounty hunter trying to get a subpoena to Hillary. Desperadoes waiting on a plane? Let's hope so, ConAir! Wow it's official, Hillary enjoying 4th at her Chappaqua home, answering to the FBI, where the "Private Server" was located - scene of the crime! And soon we will hear, "Not Guilty" as "We the People" are no longer served, but screwed over, which means the time for "Revolution" is at hand, please pass the mustard!
