I mean, in comparison “Trig” looked about as big as Fido so what pain are the “animal rights” activists complaining about, as I enjoy someone of equal weight during back stabbing therapy. And yes, just ask any professional ventriloquist about this kid climbing upon the dog's spine, it is a violation of Alaska's very own tough “Minimum Standards of Care for Animals” ~ AS 03.55.100 - (2) providing an environment compatible with protecting and maintaining the good health and safety of the animal. If only dogs could...so without delay this SarahCRAP episode should be investigated and the parents should be cited, as how long has it gone on and will it continue? Look, eventually it will weaken Fido's will to remain a Palin fan, then it means joining the “homeless”. But Sarah knows how to promote the fact she's broke through the subliminal messaging, by using animals so we must come to her rescue, at least for her son's sake and the donation will also allow the dog's spine to be spared. But it is amazing, as when she gets caught at anything irregular how quickly her defense mechanism resorts to some how or another getting Barack Obama involved - so he can absorb the blame. She has found the ultimate “curve” ball, and fortunate for us it was one that McCain couldn't even hit. But she is still pretty good, with the “curves”! No, not her body language! Talk about sports, as just what in “spirit” has become of our once great nation? It appears that the “Narcissist Society” is alive and well today, something that was sanctioned with Palin becoming an overweight success and today, even though Sarah's punch-line has found less and less attention, it may take years for some to wean away from using her legacy as a lullaby for animal cruelty. Case in point is the lame decision of Douglass High down in Oklahoma to challenge its game lose with Locus Grove, in a court battle! This is pathetic – and finds the legal definition of “frivolous” being re-conditioned by that Palin “curve”, by faking out decency and respect. This attempt proves all “Trust” has all but vanished. When I grew up, love-it-or-leave-it, the umpire was always “right”. Sure the referees can make mistakes, that is what keeps it somewhat exciting. But at one time I thought it was the “Greed Factor” that was circumcising our philosophy, that sports were supposed to be for the fun of it. When a referee makes a decision based on “The Rule Book” and that causes a team to loose a critical game, so be it. If the “Rule” was broken and causes a penalty which causes a team to loose – time for a good shower! But in the Douglass/Loucus Grove case, the coach along with irate parents decided to take the referees' decision to “Court”? Please, this is not the intent of the “justice” system by any stretch of the imagination. And instead of the “Court” just laughing at the case and rendering a decision consistent with “frivolous”, it rendered an “opinion”, which goes to show even judges feel it necessary to play out their narcissist fantasies. Had I been the “Judge” upon this case, when it hit the bench I would have been very angry and hoped to get some irate parents and or school officials and or coaches so irate, that maybe I could have found reason for “Contempt of Court” citations, just to get the point across that we need to uphold our justice system with some credibility – as it has eroded beyond recognition – especially when “frivolous” crap finds entertainment by the “bench”. But with Sarah Palin, everything is a “calculated” move, especially now with the New Year and the 2016 political drama with the RNC starting to unfold – as she will be left out again. She realizes all too well what kind of posting will arouse and she already has her comeback, in this case with the animal cruelty, “At least Trig didn't eat the dog” - in reference to some absurd story about Barack Obama eating a dead dog? But the digs were at Obama for a reason, as had Sarah been elected along with McCain, maybe it would have been Sarah and Toad on a dinner date at the “Vintage Cave”, while vacationing in Hawaii – it's the jealousy thing as she was stuck in Wasillabilly for the holidays – which is OK if your definition of fine dining is Chick-fil-a “Take-out”! So with this most recent face-off so early in the season, appears that Sarah is still in the running for the title of “Narcissist Queen”, something she has bargained for, well ever since Tammy Faye decided eneough was enough! Wow, it's beginning to sink in...I for one will miss Barack Obama as Commander-in-Chief. I will also miss Michelle, as talk about a woman with charisma for a 1^st Lady she is! See, after so many years – 20 at last count – this nation had been without a Commander-in-Chief, as for some reason the Supreme Court's Chief Jester had been pressured into swearing in impostors or for lack of identity theft – Commander-in-Thief. I used to give credit to George H.W. Bush, but when his Gargoyle conglomerate was caught in the housing bubble burst, he was the 1^st to receive $millions$ in bailout loot from sonny boy, even before Wall Street went alarmed. Sad thing, with that money from the U.S. Taxpayers, it helped foreigners in need, not us – yes part of the untold story of what went on when “Dubya” was aboard the already out-of-control “Lionel Peanut Gang” locomotive. With Bill, he was the one that actually ruined the “Oval Office” which then turned into the “Awful Office” and it wasn't until this nation bit its tongue and retained a “Black Man” to bail us out did we find the derailed train at least restrained and back on-track. Today, “Mine eyes have seen the glory of the coming of a black man; he is trampling out the vintage where the grapes of wrath are stored; he hath loosed the fateful lightning of his terrible swift sword; his truth is marching on.” So the next 2-years will be for me exciting, as Obama has already proved himself a “Statesmen” and maybe we should start using his legacy as a “Litmus Test”, if the next generation of U.S. Presidents meet the “KOOL MAN” standards, then we build the retiree a “Presidential Library” - if not, they get a “Toilet Bowl” monument. And believe it or not, contracts have already been ratified to add another figure-head to Mt. Rushmore. No not Chris Mathews, but our 1^st “Black President”. So the other day while on vacation in Hawaii, Barack & Michelle went to dine at a place called the Advantage Cave, a “Private Society” joint wherein “elevating art, culture and pleasure” are paramount. Sounds more like a Las Vegas "whorehouse"! It looked more like the Skull & Bones “Crypt” as found over at Yale – and we all know what goes on inside the tomb, besides “head cheese” and this place looked rather creepy, it sounded creepy – so I hope the food was tested by security guinea pigs prior to any dining pleasures. Almost said “romantic”, but its a damn “Crypt”, ain't nothing romantic about it so maybe Obama was also combining Halloween with the family Christmas break. Now with any other presidents past, we would not have heard of such an extravagant dinner date – as Monica always refused Bill's extra-marital invitations – except for dining out at the “Oval” during “Happy Hour”, especially when “Weiners” were roasted. So one may ask, why does Obama allow this news to be broadcast that he and Michelle dined at a place 99% of Americans would be banned from ever entering – due the fact they still pay income taxes? Honestly, to get into the “Cave”, one must produce a 1040 that is scrutinized for loopholes taken advantage of! But nothing stopped Obama from making it known he and Michelle were visiting the “Private Society” crypt because Obama is committed and is trying to push forward that what has transpired here in the “Homeland”, it is bad business for the “middle class” and he used this opportunity to instill some semblance of concern. When the 1% faction in fashion with most of the wealth can dish out $500000 just for a membership in a restaurant that advertises “Private Society” - that's what is costs to be able to dine at this “Tomb” of Advantage taking - and then spend upwards a $1000 for a measly meal, there is something wrong with this preferential treatment and must be reckoned with – maybe we have lost the battle in taxation equality because the only way someone has this kind of ”extra” disposable income, it means they have found “loopholes” only the wealthy can take advantage of – like the Clintons, like the Bush dysentery dynasty. Look, I felt guilty paying $10.80 for a box of popcorn and a bottle of water at the thearter the other day – because the movie magnates were trying to recoup the loses by thinking the showing of the “Interview” would be a golden opportunity, it wasn't by any stretch of the imagination profitable – so by taking advantage of innocent victims maybe they can make it up. And this outing with Obama, well it followed Barack enjoying what most of us get by with on a daily basis, like a shaved-ice snow cone. Yes, from flavored ice to “kyushu amadai kabocha pickled garlic escabeche”, the diet of the poor verses the diet of the wealthy. Look, if I can't pronounce it, it ain't worth eating! So I thank Barack & Michelle for taking the opportunity to show us once again the disparity that is hitting America from sea to shining sea – and Hawaii, wherein a class system based on wealth is at the overboard and those without wealth will soon be forced to walk the plank. Here's the sad thing. The menu at the “Cave” was one of them sit you eat what I cook – like my German grandmother used to whip out – and it included “King Salmon”, at $248 a plate. This made me laugh. See, it's winter so there ain't no fresh “King Salmon”, so it would have to be from a frozen lot. And here is the take on that and what fine dining is all about, wherein the “Private Society” is non-existent and finds no preference, at least not yet and as long as Sarah Palin keeps “Reloading”, we in Alaska will be somewhat safe. Salmon is good, right out of the water. I used to catch and freeze, then I went stubborn. Salmon finds no match when it is caught, gutted and cooked right on the banks of the Kenai River – sad thing, once you enjoy that kind of feast, there ain't no turning back. But herein, a piece of frozen salmon at that kind of loot, it isn't done for the palate, but how to impress others with that wallet. At least with shaved ice, I know what I am getting and a tee-shirt is the only attire required over a suit, that may cost in excess of $10k. In ending, if we do not pay attention to what Barack has been trying to “show us”, when shaved ice becomes scarce, then what? And that “Advantage Cave”, by definition of the wealth required to dine out, it adds another credible element to Lawrence Britt's 14-legitimate conditions of “FASCISM”. Yes, we are getting closer and closer to that kind of government, something Obama has tried to show us.

So my dear friend Barack Obama has just wasted an “Executive Order” against North Korea for what still finds skepticism, as the ring-leader over the SONY “cyber-bullying”? Look, if you were about to send a nasty - maybe harmful - letter to a foe, would you place your return address on the envelope? Of course not, in fact put someone else's address just to fake the trail and “Cold Case” any semblance of guilt – we learned this in kindergarten, when we prepared those “Would You Be My Valentine” cards! And in modern day “cyber-bullying”, not only is the “Return To Sender” completely masked with respect to its true identity, the “code” that is embedded to cause an attack, whether destructive of for information gathering purposes, these codes can also infiltrate by seeding incriminating evidence in efforts to finger point at a possible “innocent” victim, different then the actual perpetrator. Which I believe is truly the case with this blame game, unless Flung Dung Phooey wanted to be caught in the act. So Obama's “EO” goes after...wait just a minute, did we have North Korean “gun runners” that maintained financial status here in the United States? So what in hell, as we know that corrupt government has been supplying arms to the very ones bent on cutting down our young kids in boots. There is more then enough evidence that is where ISIS has been getting its booby-traps. Should not we have decapitated this gun running business a long time ago, and didn't we already have sanctions in effect? Yes, it was called H.R. 1771 – North Korean Sanction Enforcement Act of 2014 – passed by Congress in July, just last year! So it appears someone has been derelict in that job responsibility, as now we need an “EO” to accomplish the same damn thing! See, even if Congress does indeed get off its lazy ass, and passes something with merit, how come it gets sidelined? I just don't get it any more, something is seriously wrong with the way...well “mission accomplished”, except we have no idea what the “mission” was to begin with. So, here is my take again on this entire North Korean and SONY brouhaha. The “code” that was used to “cyber-bully” SONY was part of a malicious virus that got into the wrong hands, most likely leaked through a “Defense Contractor” subsidiary that handles “IT” for Uncle Sam and most likely already involved in “cyber-espionage”. If you had any idea what kind of stealth and intrusion Uncle Sam has played with, stuff that can infiltrate any computer “linked”, including your phone – smart or not – you would take the 5^th! But when some idiot collecting a fat paycheck to raise shame went bored and thus decided to play “Games”, it was a hook and whomever was responsible was baited and instead of infiltrating a worthwhile target – they hit SONY. And they didn't know it, due all the finger-prints subject to evidence tampering. So yes, we may have blood on our hands this affair, the reason Obama is being very cautious on how he reacts. Look, defense contractors no longer have loyalty with respect to “Patriotism” and will use everything in their power to, well make more money – it is that simple. This breach was a wake up call, for those entities that will make $millions$ and at the same time they are securing your network, they will also be working on future vulnerabilities as that continues to generate revenue. SONY estimates it loses may settle in at a $billion$ when it is all said and done with. So this “EO” may be meritless as if you knock down the gun runners, the demand will encourage others to take up the slack. And I am sure the reason nothing has been done to capture financial assets sitting in American banks since that bill was passed by Congress – to place a lien on those asset, it appears we gave North Korea more then enough time to escape. By now from when that bill was passed and nothing was done, I am sure all those assets have been removed to safer havanas. Sad thing, that House bill allowed for this program to be self-funded, from financial assets liened upon and it was estimated it may cost $10-million to fund the sanctions. Now, with the assets gone, the U.S. Taxpayers will be on the hook – what a wonderful Congress, and “Patriotism” seems to be a missing element with that body also. See, they have more important things to do, like trying to impeach a great man. How much time did Mitch McConnell use – paid for by the U.S. Taxpayers – in efforts to try and succeed at making Obama a one-term only President? And he was very vocal about this attack – and there ain't no patriotism in that sort of demeaning nonsense. At times, I doubt the Congress will ever recover! Now I am all for Obama taking advantage of his last few years in the “Oval Office”, and let's hope that we see an “EO” that releases Pete Rose from prison – as until such time he continues to be incarcerated and not allowed the honor of indoctrination into the National Baseball Hall of Fame”, this is the kind of stuff that hurts our nation above and beyond “Dung”!

Wow, just watched a movie that makes the “Interview” toilet trash in comparison. Of course, that is where SONY's assassination film belongs in the first place – flushed down the crapper, and flush twice as it is a long way to Seth Rogen's face...book! But a film worth watching is called “The Imitation Games” and all about the efforts of the British MI5 to break Hitler's “Enigma”, the German encryption code that once deciphered allowed for allied troops to put Hitler's “Project for the New Auschwitz Century” - a.k.a. PNAC - to rest for heaven's sake! So I went on-line and found the digital algorithm that was used by Alan Turing in efforts to duplicate the decoding made famous by this “Top Secret” project. Now there exists many rudimentary algorithms that try very hard to duplicate the “code” breaking, but most fall short as it is very complicated and based on serious mathematical permutations. Sure you can today download a “Turing” App, which may be OK for playing around, but don't take the results seriously. So once I had the “Turing Algorithm”, that had remained “Top Secret” until most recently, well I linked into a Cray Super-Computer to see what kind of entertainment I could busy myself with on New Year's Eve, 2014. See, since I am an Alaskan resident, I have access to a super-computer located up at the University of Alaska in Fairbanks, paid for by the U.S. Taxpayers. Once linked in, I set-up the code for the decoding, just to see what it produced when certain words were used as inputs.

Now the odds that another Bush or Clinton would generate equal results, the odds of the “Enigma” generating this result is not a “coincidence” but could it be a “flaw” or a design to “Warn” us upon eminent danger? It means we are leaning towards a “FASCIST” form of government! But this is understandable, but surely not acceptable. See, when the world was stuck in that “Communist verses Capitalist” rut, many realized that one day one or the other would die off sooner then the other. When that occurred, it was realized that those under communism for so long no longer would tend to side towards capitalism – which resulted in the theory that once the Soviet Union started on that road towards “materialistic” behavoirs, it would mean “capitalism” as Americans enjoyed for so long would find also a death blow and another form of “Control” would be shoved down our...well guess what, our only recourse of course is towards “FASCISM”. Get the point, if we continue down this path, with more of the Bush-Clinton dysentery dynasty, we are doomed - as “Fascism” is coming to a gulag near you, once our creative neighborhoods! If this NATION entertains another Bush or Clinton, we are doomed. Obama was our saving grace, don't you get it. Yes, we elected a “Black Man” to show us the way out, as the dysentery dynasty of the Bush & Clintons, it is dangerous – enough is enough! When you take the time to analyze what is going on in this nation, with Congress, with politics – it is unadulterated FASCICM we are bargaining for and it is gaining momentum as we serenade ourselves with gutless politians bent on, well “FASCISM”. Take the “Britt Test”, to evaluate just how close this nation is to established FASCISM:

1. Disdain for the Recognition of Human Rights
   Because of fear of enemies and the need for security, the people in fascist regimes are persuaded that human rights can be ignored in certain cases because of "need." The people tend to look the other way or even approve of torture, summary executions, assassinations, long incarcerations of prisoners. - CIA Torture
2. Identification of Enemies/Scapegoats as a Unifying Cause
   The people are rallied into a unifying patriotic frenzy over the need to eliminate a perceived common threat or foe: racial , ethnic or religious minorities; liberals; communists; socialists, terrorists. - Police killing blacks, blacks killing police
3. Supremacy of the Military
   Even when there are widespread domestic problems, the military is given a disproportionate amount of government funding, and the domestic agenda is neglected. Soldiers and military service are glamorized. - PNAC is alive and well
4. Rampant Sexism
   The governments of fascist nations tend to be almost exclusively male-dominated. Under fascist regimes, traditional gender roles are made more rigid. Opposition to abortion is high, as is homophobia and anti-gay legislation and national policy. - Look around you!
5. Controlled Mass Media
   Sometimes the media is directly controlled by the government, but in other cases, the media is indirectly controlled by government regulation, or sympathetic media spokespeople and executives. Censorship, especially in war time, is very common.
6. Obsession with National Security
   Fear is used as a motivational tool by the government over the masses.
7. Religion and Government are Intertwined
   Governments in fascist nations tend to use the most common religion in the nation as a tool to manipulate public opinion. Religious rhetoric and terminology is common from government leaders, even when the major tenets of the religion are diametrically opposed to the government's policies or actions. - What “Separation”?
8. Corporate Power is Protected
   The industrial and business aristocracy of a fascist nation often are the ones who put the government leaders into power, creating a mutually beneficial business/government relationship and power elite. - Wow, right here in America
9. Labor Power is Suppressed
   Because the organizing power of labor is the only real threat to a fascist government, labor unions are either eliminated entirely, or are severely suppressed .
10. Disdain for Intellectuals and the Arts
    Fascist nations tend to promote and tolerate open hostility to higher education, and academia. It is not uncommon for professors and other academics to be censored or even arrested. Free expression in the arts is openly attacked, and governments often refuse to fund the arts.
11. Obsession with Crime and Punishment
    Under fascist regimes, the police are given almost limitless power to enforce laws. The people are often willing to overlook police abuses and even forgo civil liberties in the name of patriotism. There is often a national police force with virtually unlimited power in fascist nations.
12. Rampant Cronyism and Corruption
    Fascist regimes almost always are governed by groups of friends and associates who appoint each other to government positions and use governmental power and authority to protect their friends from accountability. It is not uncommon in fascist regimes for national resources and even treasures to be appropriated or even outright stolen by government leaders.
13. Fraudulent Elections
    Sometimes elections in fascist nations are a complete sham. Other times elections are manipulated by smear campaigns against or even assassination of opposition candidates, use of legislation to control voting numbers or political district boundaries, and manipulation of the media. Fascist nations also typically use their judiciaries to manipulate or control elections.

So, after spending $millions$ to study just how screwed up we are, by thinking it was feasible to truck LNG from Prudhoe Bay to Fairbanks, well the cat is out of the bag. Yes, this project defiantly lived on through the 9-lives theory, when finally it went exhausted and now keeled over. Look, how many accidents on the Dalton, just this winter? And when you traffic jam that road with an additional “Dirty Dozen Ice Road” cowboy trucks heading back and forth with 35-thousand pound bombs attached, may as well set-up a toll booth – so we could at least re-coup the researching for this non-feasible project that was DOA since inception. What we need is a contraceptive, for the legislature down in Juneau that approves this crap. If we designed a scale that calculated the state's project management IQ based on the projects that have wasted good money, well it would be a sad outcome! Who in hell makes these decisions, to waste money on projects like this – no banks would entertain such ludicrous ideas, so it comes from...drum roll please, good old AIDEA. Yes, the Alaska Idiots Donating Everything Away have once again proved its “mission accomplished” is a statement consistent with “FAILURE”, after the robbery is successful. So we hear today that the LNG trucking project has been placed on hold, due many piss poor excuses. The sad thing, when somebody came up with this bright “lights-out” idea some 3-years ago, those in the know laughed and laughed and are still laughing – but it is no laughing matter now that the state is facing a fiscal meltdown – the price of crude oil is still crashing! But here it is in a nutshell. It all has too do with “Gas Sales Agreements” arranged between the sellers and the buyers of the natural gas. Even though we own the natural gas that would be used for this project, it has been hijacked by “Big Oil” and they aren't about to give it up on the cheap – as they have invested all whole lot in the infrastructure up north and utilize every damn drop of that gas – for oil recovery. So when they are forced to sell it, there exists some pretty rigid guidelines, as that gas must be processed by “Big Oil's” equipment and that comes at a cost. When crude oil was surfing at about a $100 a barrel, all was good. See, the formula for how gas is sold is very complicated, takes all kinds of things into consideration – like profit margins and that processing cost along with delivery, as it takes a pump which takes electricity which takes maintenance...So before the crude oil “wipe-out”, selling gas to outfits like Norgasco – a private entity that buys natural gas from EXXON and ARCO for transport to keep Deadhorse warm – the price of natural gas was earmarked to the price of crude oil based on energy content. Now when crude oil dropped to $80, the profit margins for “Big Oil” started to disappear, but still above what is called the “Hernia Rub“, the bellwether of all natural gas. Even though we are not part of the contiguous lower-48, for some reason they still control us with respect to natural gas indexing. Now when oil rested at $56 on the “Night before Christmas” and all was quiet at Governor Bill's house, all realizable profits were lost and the oil companies were practically giving it away. Not good. So with the “Sky Falling” and no stability in sight for crude oil pricing, there won't be any “Gas Sales Agreements” that make sense, and here's the ticket as too why the times are not good for negotiating. It is called “Force Majeure” which has already been used here in Alaska, to renege on contracts. Yes, one day Aurora Natural Gas decided it wasn't going to sell gas to “Large Consumers” in and around Anchorage – like for the schools. It was November, and cold, so Enstar had to step in and come to the rescue. Which was a “Good Samaritan” gesture until they tried to rob the little guys into paying for gas purchased to cover Aurora's cry baby attitude. See, Enstar had to buy “premium” and tried to sock-it-to-us and did get caught, and we were reimbursed. But precedence has been set, as an easy way out for crooks. When a business finds that what it is delivering crashes with respect to profit margins, it can declare this “Force Majeure”, which basically lets it off the hook. So even though the current crude oil “crash” is lowering the price of natural gas which means with the trickle down spout the cost to sell it in Fairbanks would also find reasonableness – it doesn't work that way as it is all built on “Profits” and today that has evaporated! And if you can't buy natural gas, what good is a project like was sanctioned by AIDEA – except to do a good job at managing “Wanton Waste” to the benefit of the crooks!

I was on a crowded plane returning home from the holidays, when I offered some relief to a husband and wife traveling with way too many kids. Talk about wound up out-of-bounds. So I offered my services to entertain a 7-year old. Wow, amazing what these kids have learned, so I don't know why “education” has been castrated over what it has delivered – as this kid knew all about the “Do Nothing Congress”!
