Bang, Bang...

Appears Alaska may have shot itself in the foot, maybe the groin. Our economic prosperity is limping along on empty and may get worse in the near future as this state realizes cut-backs in military spending – cuts orchestrated by political castration. A natural gas pipeline could fix things, maybe soften the blow, but even today affordable energy is still only a suggestion for the 49er. People ask me why so, as this is Alaska the land of “Big Oil” that finds the largest “Stranded Natural Gas” reservoir in the entire North American continent! How many trillions? Well it is an easy 1,2,3 answer as to why there exists no “natural gas” pipeline “For the People”. Drum roll please...Some learned very well from the “Corrupt Bastard Club” mentality and how too stymie and frustrate the “Public Good” doctrine. Look, we have to remember Uncle Ted for something as he believed in the trickle-down theory – award his corrupt buddies with the “golden goose” egg and the trickle down will deliver the leftovers too the peon class – the hard working salt of the earth. In the case of a gas pipeline to deliver affordable gas to residents in interior Alaska, it is profitable for a few to NOT have cheap gas once “stranded” available for distribution. Look, the state owns the resource and owns a Royalty-in-Share volume of gas enough to satisfy us all for a long, long time. But those in the mood, those in the know practicing the CBC “Omerta”, they realize that building a peon sized gas pipeline from Prudhoe Bay to Fairbanks along a Right-of-Way already cleared and certificated for such an endeavor, it may devastate their cushy position. Yes it is an easy thing to bring gas where it belongs, as we have 30+ years behind us in the field of constructing pipelines in roughed terrain, in inhospitable lands where they said it couldn't be done. But when and if it is ever built, the seat warmers that have delayed this much needed economic savior, they loose out! It is estimated that 1/10 the Alaskan population is some how or another involved in this “Do Nothing” natural gas pipeline scam – and retirement is included? See, it has become an inspirational hand-me-down generational hoax, dad to son or daughter to their next generation kids. Why give up such a good thing. Just like teachers, a good thing that provides nothing in return. OK, it's a tough job with rewards! Just trying too get your attention this serious matter, as when the military goes bye-bye, schools loose enrollment! It is too good a thing to disrupt, those employed in this state supposedly trying to get natural gas where it is needed! Said again, it is not rocket science! Buy some pipe, rent some trenchers, open up the “Union” halls. We did it before, we can do it again. But when the gas flows, many “Do Nothing” jobs will become a thing of the past. That is why in a nutshell we see no pipe being trenched into the tundra today. We have the gas, we have the knowhow, we have the financing as the Alaska Rail Road Corporation has $15-billion in “natural gas pipeline dedicated” leverage it can sell as bonds, guaranteed bonds, yet we see a legislature that refuses to budge. It has nothing to do with nothing except the more jobs that are created by the “Gas Pipeline” dysentery dynasty and funded each and every year through the legislature, the less of a chance we will ever see “cheap” fuel. And I'm serious that this “cush” do nothing job scam has entered phase III, wherein children of the founding fathers - Ted's cigar smoking clan entertained by Bimbo up the pole - they are gearing up to take over – with the same mentality to get paid very well to produce nothing. So let's keep polluting the air we breath with Usebelli coal smog along with electricity that costs 400 times the national average. Now this is something the military brass looks at when it decides which bases to throw darts at. OK, maybe it was a reckless shot from the Alaska delegation trying to play bully against the military brass when due to economic reasons the F-16 squadron from Eielson was on the chopping block – being transferred to JBER down in Anchorage. It was a good move, as the state wasn't really loosing much, in fact it was a gain with respect to the overall “Big” picture show. See, we are now hearing that the F-16 fighter squadron from that base will stay put, after months of crappy negotiating by Mark Begich, MoanaLisa MurCowpie and Don “Snot Head” Young. So is it a good call by the brass or did we go over the edge – that political castration thing? Well it appears the latter is what caved in on the brass to give second thoughts about the move. See, the Alaska delegation was successful in a only “delaying” this move as it was a done deal, based not on politics but sound reasoning. Now what has transpired from the time the squadron move was announced back in 2011 and the most recent “stay put” order, that delay tactic is and will be devastating to the future of the military existence here in Alaska – the bread winner for many civilians that find employment keeping the aging military infrastructure running. See, in the time that the “Three Stooges” used to delay not derail this move based on pure economics, that delay has frustrated the entire military outlook for Alaska. What came into being and is instrumental today in keeping the F-16's protecting the Tea-Party class that resides in North Pole, it is the fact that the JBER cost of service had increased substantially, so it is that factor alone that swayed the brass into leaving the status quo and allowing the Eielson F-16 squadron too stay put – for awhile! But that is not good news on the horizon, as in the end we will loose the entire squadron to a base in Utah. See, during the political castration delaying, the cost of electricity quadrupled for the JBER when the military was forced to buy “Green Energy”, this occurred during the time the “Stooges” saluted the brass with that “middle finger” salute. Look, the brass now what they are doing with respect to our armed forces and deployment coverage to protect us. Interference through political castration – it will backfire. And yes, “Green Energy” is highway robbery these days when it is forced down the military's throat. Down in Anchorage, for JBER, it was the “Green Energy” syndrome that will become and economic dead toad dead blow for keeping the military mission alive and well here in the 49er. Brace yourself, as it is about to cave in. Now this “Greening” rip-off, it all started when the town dump manager teamed up with a native corporation to build a “Green Power Plant” and approach the military with “an offer it couldn't refuse”. Now even though the people in charge are claiming that the “molding baby diaper crap gas” will cost less and save the military “big bucks”, that equation is flawed. The garbage heap gas is sold by the MOA to Doyon Utilities at the cost of “natural gas”, the same price Enstar charges its customers for energy to boil water for brewing morning coffee. And before the “trash gas”, the MOA through ML&P furnished the power to JBER based on the same energy economics, which is based on the price of natural gas! So there is something terribly wrong in the equation of things, as it doesn't compute to equal out what the proponents are saying with respect to cost savings. It's another pipe dream. Something is fishy YES. So the brass have caught on, as when energy costs skyrocket and a military base finds no other option then to purchase inflated electricity to keep the runway lights on, well the energy budget cuts into the stuff needed to protect the troops – and this pisses off the brass. And to make matters worse off, when the brass realized that due the cost of electricity and heat quadrupling warranted a stay for the F-16 squadron, it really put Eielson in a dilemna. See, in 2009 the EPA and the state DEC demanded that Eielson change out its aging coal fired polluting boilers, used to heat the base and generate electricity for its runway lights. So that was one of the reasons for moving the tactical wing fighters, as EAFB was too be shut-down. A mainstay of a base is power costs, and without a “natural gas pipeline”, there came no alternative for Eielson. And try getting a coal permit today! So even though there came Congressional approval for replacing the EAFB boilers back in 2007, due “se-castration” that money has dried up and no way in hell will the inept Congress of today entertain spending another $300-million for new power plants, at Eielson. And today the base is operating under a state “shield” air quality permit, which means it is only a matter of time before it gets an eviction notice, too either replace the old polluters or shut it down. And in today's realistic realm, shut-down is imminent. Said again, we have blown the chance for economic prosperity, due the fact we have assholes making the call for “No Affordable Energy”! Imagine how much good a small diameter natural gas pipeline could have done for our future – soon it will be too late. As bases shut-down, jobs are lost, people move out. Dear EAFB, thanks for keeping us safe, entertained with those summer air shows, as an emergency landing base for the space shuttle program and all the jobs that were created. We could have done better, please don't mind our short-falls or the political castration that you put up with – from this state's delegation.

Being Green

Now for the rest of the story. When the MOA realized that the garbage heap off Highland had matured enough for a “trash gas” fired power plant, with excitement it paid attention to what move to make next. The gas was being vented into the atmosphere, so why not capture it and utilize it to produce electricity. Time to Go Green! This was a trend finding favor all across America. I was all for it, as some of that gas belongs to me, from “MY” garbage. Hey, I never signed a release that said the trash belonged to Mayor Dan! And lets face the facts, after raising a family with 20-years of curbside pickups, hey, I do believe I am a stakeholder this resource. So the city spent the time and money to research the feasibility of using the “trash gas” as a viable alternative fuel source, to generate electricity. The city's research figures indicated that it was pretty good deal if the city were to build and operate the power plant, with indications that it could make about $1.5-Million in yearly profits after capital expenditures, operating and maintenance costs were deducted – by selling the electricity to ML&P, the city owned electrical utility. The MOA was already in the power generation business, so this was right up Dan's alley! What a concept. And the city had looked into piping the “trash gas” to the George Sullivan plant down the road from the dump and use it to fuel the turbine that generates electricity for JBER! And since ML&P already maintains an “electricity sales contract” with JBER, all around this project was a win all proposition. The “economics of scale” was based on a plant that would cost $7.5-Million to build or about the same for a pipeline along with turbine/generator modifications to burn the “crap gas”. Now due the city getting ripped off in the past by unscrupulous business dealings – privatized housing at Elmendorf – it was smart to get a second opinion on this “Trash Gas” extravaganza. So an RFP was generated. The city received a proposal of interest from an Alaskan native engineering corporation that said it would build, manage, operate and maintain a landfill gas project for pretty much the same figures found by the city's bean counters, wherein the city would see somewhat reduced profits in the arena of $680k each year – about half as much realized if the project were an in-house venture, which is in order when considering there is less liability and someone else has to deal with employment issues. What “Union”? So the proposal was sound and in-line with what the city management had expected executing forward this kind of project for the “Greening of America”. But we must realize and never forget that this state along with the municipalities and city propers have been tarnished by the after-effects of the “Corrupt Bastard Club” mentality. So instead of going with a sound ethical economic approach, something got in the way of decency. In steps Doyon Utilities, need I say more? And this misfit outfit didn't bother to deliver an RFP, just somehow cajoled the city into “Sign Here”! A too good too be true scam. Soon we see a project that finds the cost to build-in-place a power plant escalating to $22-Million, along with a $6.5-Million grant from the U.S. Energy Department along with a $2-Million grant from the state coffers. So what was supposed to cost about $7.5-Million, it is now up to $30-Million! So someone had done some pretty bad math, as the cost of such a plant and the payback, it just didn't make economic sense. Well, Doyon is known to have a very mean spirited relationship with the U.S. Military. If you don't believe me, this is what Secretary of Defense Chuck Hagel said most recently in filings with the Regulatory Commission of Alaska, wherein Doyon Utilities is trying its best to rape over the coals the American Taxpayers. “The Secretary of Defense, through duly authorized counsel, on behalf of the consumer interests of the United States Department of Defense, hereby opposes Doyon Utilities. The underlying basis for Doyon's prejudicial revenue delay is caused by Doyon's own omissions and its choice of the regulatory process over the clear and timely relief path of the valid federal contracts governing the Doyon-DoD relationship.” And here is what has happened with this “Trash Gas” thing, which should and could have been a good thing all around. See, the military is forced into buying into this “Green Energy”, something that is forced down their deep throats by the inept U.S. Congress. It is a do or die scenario of sorts. And in Alaska, if the brass upsets Mark Begich, he is quick to stop a military individual from getting promoted, basically Begich knows that holding hostage a military finds the cry baby getting his way in the end. Imagine, holding hostage a man or woman in uniform their chance to advance in a career that is challenging to begin with. Because Mark uses this tactic, he will never ever see my vote his way, unless it is a vote for “Idiot of the Year” award. Look, this “trash gas” folly can only occur by one sad state of affairs reason, how and why did Doyon receive preferential treatment from Dan “Tennis Court” Sullivan. Here it is in a bomb-shell! The electricity that Doyon makes from gas taken from the garbage heap, it is sold to the U.S. military at a premium so outlandishly inflated that it would make your “Grinch” with hate & revenge. There are rumors that in some instances Uncle Sam's military has paid in excess of $68 per gallon of something designated as “Green” fuel. Yes the “Going Green” is a great concept, but in the end the good'ol American taxpayers are getting shafted. Greed has entered the “Greening” picture, and that is what is happening here in Anchorage. Yes, the military is under the gun to buy green, no matter what the costs of doing business demands. It cuts into the local military budget, which allows our troops in boots less of a chance at survival in the theater of WAR! “Sorry, we couldn't afford...” So this was a bad deal all around, as the city is getting money that is above and beyond what should be expected, that is why they signed on the dotted line without a blink, the carrot was just too inviting. The city knew better, as the numbers indicated what was economically feasible and sustainable – and now the city has a lawsuit to contend with. Yes, the city is making too damn much and a neighbor has taken notice. So of course the Eklutna natives are pissed, as Doyon is making a killing also in the Eklutna's own backyard. It boils down to a turf battle royal and with native corporations in competition these days, what else could we expect. The sad thing, why doesn't Eklutna go after Doyon? In fact, all “True Americas” should be concerned about how Doyon Utilities is behaving and trying to rape the ARMY, which in the end if they succeed, we will get shafted again. And with the look of things so far, this ”White Man” run corporation is getting its way in court – a “White Man's Court” chaired by bonafide members of the “CBC”! Yes, the RCA is starting too find in Doyon's favor, and this can only occur if the “Commission” is in Doyon's back pocket, sad it is. Once again, “We the Taxpayers” will find out how it feels to get shafted, by men that smile all the way to their offshore banks! The one good thing about the Eklutna lawsuit against the MOA, we may find out how much Doyon is bilking the military, for “Trash Gas” generated electricity! Please don't laugh.... Eielson NOT a Victory

Now that the Alaska delegation has “Temporarily” stopped the Air Force from moving its Eielson F-15 squadron to Anchorage, originally a smart move orchestrated by the brass in efforts to save the U.S. Taxpayers money at the expense of a few jobs loss for the North Pole Tea-Party goers, here is my take on this issue of importance. It is a short-lived victory! That base outside of Santa's Land, it will soon be on “Lock-Down”. See, the power plant at Eielson is going to shut-down due the fact that it pollutes the air, then the move of the F-15's will take place not by thoughtful penny pinching men in uniform, but through premeditated reasoning followed through by an eviction notice from the EPA. Without polluting power, no runway lights...no lights...no jets. See, that power plant is operating under a “shield”, for its air quality permit. That “shield” allowed for continued operation of the power plant to heat and electrify the base until such time a new plant could be built – the only reason the “shield” permit was issued. That was 5-years ago! And in this day and age of less spending, do you really think the Tea-Party mentality will fork over $300-Million, to build a new power plant. Hell NO. And even so, if money were to become available by Don Young turning on the beanie cap, Obama has said NO MORE coal plant permits. And since we still have no natural gas due the fact that our state political leadership has looked upon this type of resource like a wet dream, a new power plant is DOA. So even though our delegation – through bribery and underhanded disgusting political maneuvering – called the military brass' bluff, just wait a few months – as now it is up to the EPA. And MoanaLisa MurCowpie along with Young, well good luck working with the permit folks. See, MoanaLisa and Don, they think Congress could do a better job at permitting then the EPA, so have made no new friends in that arena. If they had it their way, just write a campaign check and get a permit to pollute the universe. Look, it is only a matter of time wherein we hear once again the news, that for Eielson it means “Lights Out” and many Tea-Party workers will have to look for gainful employment instead of the daily grind of, “Bill the military, deliver nothing” sentiment. That party hates “government”, but when talk comes about taking away that paycheck...mind your manners. They show up for work with this “hate government” attitude, which means they perform like a bunch of slackers. This type of attitude would last about an hour on the “slope” in the oil fields, then it would be a one-way never return ticket home. I guess that is why the Toilet Paper Party likes civilian jobs at our military bases, its the only job they can get. And we will soon hear about another base getting a whack down job. Due the fact that an Alaskan Native Corporation is trying to rape Uncle Sam over the coals – Doyon Utilities through Doyon Limited – by reneging on a $1-Billion dollar contract and insisting it must increase operating costs by 100%. Not a typo, increases in the tune of 100% to be paid for by the U.S. Taxpayers in the tune of an extra $30-Million each and every year for the next 50-years! Well if Doyon gets its way, it will mean “Lights Out” for at least half of Ft. Wainwright. Honestly, why this “battle” has not got the attention of the Alaska delegation, I guess they know what battles to pick sides with. It is a no brainer that the delegation would have too side with the military on this issue and that would promote negative political backlash for the Congressional jerks. Imagine, Don having too work for a living after loosing out his seat on “K” Street because he doesn't get the native vote! Look, there is only so much money to go around these days, so if the jurisdictional courts of Alaska allow for this ridiculous increase requested by Doyon, the brass is already willing to cut out half the foot traffic at Wainwright, send the troops down to an economically friendly base - in Utah. And this will happen like overnight, with C-150's landing and hauling away the troops – as they are always ready to get out of harms way. See, Doyon entered into a lucrative 50-year contract with the DOD wherein it guaranteed “price stability”. That was just a ways and means to trick the DOD into believing Doyon was serious about helping out the U.S. Taxpayers. When the military ran the base infrastructure now owned by Doyon, it estimated that civilian non-privatized labor was about 7% higher then what could be realized under “privatization”. When one realizes the entire U.S. military base utility infrastructure costs, 7% savings means $billions$ in the long run. So it was a good thing – this “privatization – they thought. Today, with Doyon, it is highway robbery. But when you look at the management of Doyon Utilities, you find that it is managed by the Fairbanks “No Real Balls” Mafia. Yes, a small group of pigeons that think they represent the Cosa Nostra, and have delivered to the military “a deal they CAN refuse”. And if you thought a decrease in funding for Eielson was to have adverse effects on the economy, a hit at Wainwright will indeed be devastating. And Doyon's laughing matter request for – once again a 100% increase over what was negotiated through a contract – it is based solely out of greed. The dealings that went on with Fairbanks Sewer & Water – owned by the Fairbanks pigeon mafia and Corix, it is nothing less then rape – beyond blood out of a turnip. And the DOD has tried to work with Doyon, but Doyon continues to use every available political back-door tool of bribery, to pull off this D.B. Cooper style burglary. Why they continue on this doomsday path, it is for their own personal greed – as the mafia stands to make $millions$ no matter what happens! Those that are running this scam are not true "Americans"! Here is my take-down on this out-of-bounds attempt to rape the American Taxpayers. There is a contract in force – and that word “force” has meaning when you are dealing with the ARMY.

Amount of one's life-time spent waiting for Congress to act – 14 years!

Congress, the real “Red Light” district....”K” Street whores and “War Lord” pimps! Wow, so some mad lady imagining Obama was on the stalk, she uses road rage to cause the Capitol into “Lock-down when the government was already in “Shut-down”. Look, that entire area of the United States has been on “Lock-down”, for at least the last 14-years(Bush 4 + 4 + 6 Bush fallout). American's have been locked out of decency in “Representation” for way too long, it is time for a change. Appears the only thing still not in a lock-down, the keys to the Treasury. Take that away from Congress, then watch and see how fast that light turns green – for ethical representation! And did a Texas judge free Tom Delay? Is it time to free the “Looney Rick Perry” state away from the Red, White & Blue? Next thing you know, we will see Don Young getting off the hook....sad it is when immunity runs amuck beyond expectations. And how many truly innocent “Black Men” are still behind bars – in Texas and Tom goes free for deliberately assassinating the “Black Man Vote”. “America, where are you now. Don't you care about your sons and daughters. Don't you know we need you now. We can't fight alone against the MONSTER”. Appears the “Monster” lives on, in disguise as Congress, with immunity to prosecute liberty!
