I am growing suspicious and at the same time somewhat scared, each and every day passing since the Supreme Court found that Obama's Health Care Act passed the muster with respect to its Constitutionality, as the silence from the neo-conservative wing following the high Court's ruling is bothersome. Silence is not this factions “Modus Operandi”! Even though the “spot-lighters” like Limbaugh have not much good to say upon the high Court's opinion, these blow-hard hot-air puppets have not the inside scoop to what may be brewing “underground” with respect to crusades against Obama and his unprecedented win before the supremes. From the Court on high, “Equal Justice Under Law” means a win for the “People”. Yet, there appears to be many disgraced this outcome, so the silence prevails and casts a doubt, the fallout could be devastating. And such silence is something to contend with as a grave concern, as it doesn't fit the past, doesn't fit the PNAC demand mandate. PNAC – Project for the New American Century – now operates under the disguise of the American Enterprise Institute, still the same “club” of wealth lord war whores, still trying to take over the world through a mission statement that “promotes Global American Leadership”. See, when the “Yellow Cake” take us to war lie surfaced, it sent many PNAC followers and believers into hiding, into backyard bomb shelters, due the fact they could have been listed as an accomplice, to war crime acts targeting Bush and Cheney. Realize that many Bush administration appointees cannot visit a foreign country, including George and Dick, as they could be arrested for such crimes, and the U.S. could not come to their rescue. Why should we? So with such threats on the horizon, the PNAC merged with the “Institute” - same war lord mandate. Now AEI was handsomely awarded “think tank” funding under the Bush administration and receives megabucks from EXXON, in efforts to eradicate the hype and scientific database on “Global Warming”. It is a “mind game” institute. And this entity, it also engages in defense contracting opportunities, as war has become a ways and means to bully the U.S. Treasury. Basically, well funded is the “Institute” and its plan of destruction. PNAC started its world takeover movement during the Clinton administration. But Clinton said “no way in Monica hell” to their wishes, until the “killing field” movement saw a reprieve when the Bush dysentery dynasty came into power, as the Bush Doctrine was borrowed from PNAC, but miraculously sidelined when Obama won the election. And with the troops coming home, the entire “mission” is failed. But with 8-years of successful abuse, mind you, this kind of wealth and power doesn't give up so easily, as the momentum stalled for “global takeover” was given a “Charge of the Right Brigade” with the appearance of the Tea-Party. The roots of the present movement can be found right here in the Homeland, forget about foreign soil opportunities for the time being. Those roots, it follows a plan to attack “big government” for being so cowardly in accepting this “global dominance” opportunity, in efforts at eventually advancing the movement. Once the Tea-Party performs and the “government” is so weakened and frustrated, then the PNAC mandate takes over, with the control it needs to further its destructive agenda. It is like a German tank, there may be no stopping the madness. It is very scary, this kind of thinking and mandate. Now with a party-line that has lost all credibility, when the GOP “mission accomplished” was signatory to the PNAC advancement there came an actual neo-movement to take over the world, to ram “Capitalism” down the throat of every unchartered regime through “change”. Even though the PNAC mandate advertised “Democracy”, it was really a ways and means to introduce “Capitalism”, which is socialism's enemy. Well that attempt lost out and an administration bent on civility overthrew the “movement”. But it doesn't mean an end to the “mission”! See, this silence from the Right, from the William Kristols' and likes of the William Kagans' out there, it is an eerie silence! What are they up too, as it is indeed something of no apparent good towards the furtherance of true “Democracy”. And there comes other signs of confusion and dereliction that may be directing this movement into dire traits, shoved into a corner, with an exit strategy that could find this nation on a crash course with itself. They don't give up! The outcome so far may be exciting a self-inflicted revolution. Take the fact that the GOP cannot produce a candidate to go up against Obama, to debate present issues with some semblance of accountability and credibility, all the more nuances of a failed party. With that in mind, when a party has most of the wealth and loosing its power, there is no doubt something evil going on behind closed doors, that if left without trumping and thus finding unhindered success forward, it will unleash a torrent of a storm that will make Hurricane Katrina tame in comparison. To reiterate, there is a plan of attack that will bring this country to its knees, begging for mercy's sake. There is a conspiracy brewing, no doubt about it. I as an American, and most likely share this same sentiment with many fellow Americans, I for one cannot trust what the opposition is up too and fear for what may be in store, what may evolve to fruition from this “silence of the lamb” period until such time my right to vote for the Commander-in-Chief comes too be. There remains about 120-days before we get to exercise that voting right through ritual, plenty of time for the neos' to inflict emotional doom. But if in reality a timeout wherein the PNAC planners are plotting, I have reason to believe - though speculation and a conspiracy inkling - that this country will never see the likes of another election. At least the possibility of “delays” in any outcome exists, as to what party will maintain the helm, or will it be another time wherein it becomes the throne? Look, when the 1% faction wins the title, it is no different that a country as a kingdom, something we fought against by declaring Independence. Alive and well here in the Homeland, there is a faction that bases its beliefs on “discrimination”, on “prejudice”, upon “total contempt and hate” upon this “my government and its fellow men, women and children”. Such filth of insanity is alive and well, wherein religion plays a central role in the “Hatred”. Look, America has one bad habit that may never be resolved, that being the “Land of the Free for All”! It is supposed to work, but why hasn't it? With PNAC, with wealth and greed, with political dereliction, with ethical representation missing in action, with religion to, there is brewing today on this Homeland a very dangerous scenario that if left to prosper, it will mean suffering for all when it is all said and done with. And when we hear and see Mitch McConnell promoting this “hatred” upon the very government that protects our liberties, is there not something wrong with this picture, with the true message at hand? Of course, as it is borderline “Treason”. Why has not the Sergeant of Arms arrested McConnell, for “Treason” like rhetoric? Mitch is using his 1^st Amendment Right to assassinate Obama, it is that simple. While under the umbrella of “Congressional Immunity”, McConnell struts around the nation, voicing that it is his main job as a U.S. Senator is too destroy Obama. Wasn't he “sworn in” to uphold the Constitution? And isn't protection of the Commander-in-Chief paramount that duty? I don't get it, as if allowed to continue, McConnell will succeed in inviting and arousing a “war lord war munger” to take that advice into consideration – Obama's destruction I am getting at! It happened already, with Gabrielle Giffords, when Sarah Palin thought it proper to place the Arizona Congresswoman on the PNAC-undercover “seek & destroy” map, in the cross-hairs. If we loose Obama, well the fallout could be very depressing to Democracy. Like lighting the fuse of destruction. Just how many attempts have there been on Obama's life, liberty and pursuit of happiness, since McConnell went on this rage and rant against a sitting U.S. President? Senator rage at its worse. I bet it would be scary to have such confidential “attempt” statistics, and even not directly connected to McConnell's “Obama Hate Speech”, there is more likely then not a connection. Once again, why has not the Secret Service been over to investigate and interview Mitch, to see if he needs a psychiatric evaluation. How complacent are we when it is right in our faces? Look, an individual from an opposite party in the minority may be inclined to not stand face on face with issues that of the majority, but to use the Congressional pulpit to conceive such rhetoric, to get away with it day in and day out, there is something truly wrong this picture – it shows a very unhealthy America. If a Muslim were overheard saying the same things as Mitch takes liberty upon, what do you think would happen – how about Guantanamo for a vacation? When a U.S. Senator can get way with this type of targeting, this harassment, it is not free speech, it is “Treason” speech. Look, there is nothing secretive about a plan and plot to assassinate Obama's dream! We would be nuts in denial to think otherwise! And the fact of the matter that Obama has the convincing edge for another “Four More Years”, the heat will be on from the Mitch McConnell's and underground “skull clubs” like PNAC and AEI to make sure it doesn't happen, as the GOP cannot stand the fact that a “black man” has control the destiny of America and that they may have to endure another term, without a fix for their addiction, of “Global Dominance”. Of course this is what is going down behind the scenes. With so much money invading the American political system, so much filth, once a system of merit proud of and “For the People, By the People”. So we must start “Today” to bring this calamity in the making to its knees. I plead, as should any righteous American that values what “freedom at last” remains and demand the Sergent at Arms arrest McConnell, regardless of what immunity he enjoys as a bigot. What's that, the Sergent can even arrest the president? Well if McConnell and Eric Cantor and the rest of the PNAC whores continue to attack the decency of the office of the Commander-in-Chief, then Obama is already under “HOUSE ARREST”!

Gutless Voice of the Miner

NGNG...No Guts, No Glory. Why is it that the Fairbanks' Daily News-Miner - the Voice of Interior Alaska - is so afraid to inform the public on issues of importance, with the “guts” of the matter at issue? As if the word hot off the press and “extra, extra, read all about it” is controlled by the political scene, wherein the latter is controlled by what appears to be a local Mafioso. Can't voice a “negative” against a Native Corporation? Why not, especially when the latter may be utilized for “namesake” only and thus taken advantage upon by unscrupulous and unethical businessmen. Case in point. Just recently the “Miner” was obliged to inform that there's money “in them thar hills”! Publishing an article akin to a Don Young bridge, nowhere near the definition of newsworthiness. Just wasting print listing the identity of a few so named to receive rebates, from College Heart Utilities and Golden Heart Utilities - both subsidiaries of Fairbanks Sewer & Water. But nothing was mentioned as to why this “rebate” was giving some hard earned workingmen and workingwomen back a piece of their confiscated wage, back to its rightful owner, some of that hard earned loot taken away not through taxation but taken away by crookedness. Because FS&W got caught with its hand in the cookie jar. Said with some legalese attached, well it's called “Mail Fraud”. Those monthly bills for water and wastewater, tainted with crookedness. Now I am sure that in the past the “Miner” has broadcast the reason as too why FS&W and CEO Dan Gavora were in hot-water, but when the “People” get ripped off, the reason the indictment and rebate “fine” must be drilled in, so we know who the crooks are so as to be on the lookout for future abuse. We are victims, and if abuse is not trumped, we become victims once again. When one looks through the history on record with the Regulatory Commission of Alaska, FS&W should not be allowed to perform as a consumer utility here in Alaska. But with competition limited, we have not many other choices. Look, when you see known crooks or a rapist on the street corner, you avoid and take your wife and kids and find another safe way! Same should be true for these unscrupulous businessmen, bent on tipping the scale when it comes to any ethical business dealings. It's just another chapter in “American Greed”, yes a scam! So, now with that news front and center, to recap that a local business run by the “Fairbanks' Businessman of the Year” was unsuccessful in ripping off the consumers, hey is that award from the University of Alaska School of Business Buffoons retrievable? Well with that said, I am inclined to speak openly on other matters of importance, a very touchy business situation involving the same crookedness, and if you are a U.S. Taxpayer, heed this warning. FS&W was a privately held company, owned by 10-local Fairbanks wannabe entrapment entrepreneurs – which takes money and lots of it yours to begin with. To name the 10 that own the entire Fairbanks' utility system, Dan Gavora along with Andrew S. Warwick  George E. Gordon, William J. Gordon, Lance Parrish, James A. Parrish, O. Nelson Parrish, Albert G. Parrish, Daniel B. Parrish and Gary Wilken. It is a team with wealth and legal experience, a deadly combination. Now though, this entity is getting what is due, and the U.S. ARMY is bringing in the big guns. See, FS&W is 50% owner of Doyon Utilities, an entity that has a monopoly with respect to the “utility privatization” taking place at Ft. Greely, Ft. Wainwright and Ft. Richardosn. So when you hear the brass dishing out words of record that frustrates the concept behind “utility privatization”, basically providing to the ARMY a mandate of reasonableness, but when that mandate is reneged upon by “Greed” it finds once again “unscrupulous unreasonableness”. Get the drift, as something smells rotten in Fairbanks, and it ain't rotting salmon. Bottom-line, the owners of FS&W now think they have found another vulnerable victim, the U.S. Army. Gavora and company is trying to get the ARMY – through the U.S. Taxpayers – to cough up another $25-Million for the next 47-years on top of the $70-Million plus already paid yearly, accounting for a 65% increase in fees. That's NOT 6 dot 5, but a whopping mega-increase, requested by Doyon Utilities for no apparent reason then “but for” the fact that FS&W shareholders want their millions in “preferred stock” to enjoy heftier returns, courtesy the U.S. Taxpayers. According to the “Businessman of the Year” through his legal mouthpiece, “Existing rates are confiscatorily low. The utility(Doyon) will suffer irreparable harm in the event interim relief is not granted.” I think he meant “shareholders” will suffer, including himself, not “utility”! And Gavora complains that the fee rates are not keeping up with the required investment interest payments? The ARMY made it clear and convincing that this “contract” required $81-Million in capital. So Doyon can't pay the bills! Maybe that is what happens when instead of engaging the American banking system in this venture - down-home institutions bent on making this type of venture work for America's best interest - you run off to a Canadian bank. Made in America? The brass have come unglued and sent in their legal team to squash this crookedness, with words to the effect, “significant contract dispute issues, unreasonable and unfounded allegations by Doyon Utilities based on erroneous information, mischaracterization and DOD receiving misleading information or no information from Doyon Utilities“. In fact, in a letter to the “Commission”, the ARMY requested its relationship with Gavora be NOT regulated any longer, as “regulation” was being used as a scam, by Doyon Utilities, as if it provided the ARMY a comfort factor that it would see some semblance of achieving the “Government Should Cost Estimate” goals, the cost to the government to perform the same work. If the latter cannot be achieved, the U.S. Taxpayers loose, and that is herein the case today - as Doyon Utilities wants blood out of the turnip. It smells of fraud, once again! When one looks through the records on file with the “Commission”, why these crooks behind this “privatization” are still not incarcerated or at least denied any business dealings when consumers are at risk, including the U.S. Army as a victim, something is definitely wrong with the business model “regulation”. This is U.S. Taxpayer money they are gambling with, our money. And the ARMY has asked you to get involved, by telling the RCA “NO” with any rate increases upon our military families. Look, these dedicated troop families struggle day in and day out with the fact their loved ones are engaged in the theater of war, why should they have to worry about finding enough money from income for electricity, or water, or for that matter water to flush? So it is every resident of Fairbanks, it is a duty to speak up for the troops. Something the “Miner” appears to be scared away from. Maybe its true motto is the “Silent Voice of Interior Alaska”! Concerned? Write the Regulatory Commission of Alaska, voice your concern. Write and or call Senator Begich and Murkowski. Even try to voice your concern to Don Young. If we let this slide by and Gavora and company gets its way, with $25-Million in refunds plus that same amount in addition for the duration of the contract, be assured that the brass will chalk this up as a loss, and military men don't like to loose, and this may be something that is looked upon with scorn when more military infrastructure hits come to a base near you – due defense budget constraints. If Doyon Utilities gets its way with these highway robbery increases, Ft. Wainwright will be but a BRAC death-wish candidate. Ft. Wainwright will get the AX! But the local Mafioso, the 10 shareholder “Dons” will make and rake in their millions and in the end the Fairbanks' consumers will realize that mortgage is worthless and the stench of sewer gas from FS&W will linger for eternity, as downtown will become but a “ghost town”, wherein a “one” lousy newspaper town will be but a sad memory, that it could have done more to protect the citizens!

Probable Cause

It appears that complacency has once again become Americans' favorite pastime. It starts out as subject denial wherein many still believe that “you cannot fight City Hall”, so retreat away any concerns. Then when those that think differently, that it is possible to take down the empire and find no compromise in efforts to make our voice heard, the politicians enable the “wasted time” gridlock clock – the gift from the “Lobby Reform”. The clock ticks by with civility stalled, the outcome finds this “complacency” as we get fed up thinking that they care about how we care – even though we still pay their retirement. What ever happened to the U.S. Congress? Maybe that is the problem, already retired at the Taxpayers' expense, for nothing in return! But I guess with baseball and barbecue season here in the Homeland once again, we are more in tune to the feeding frenzy then to realize that we have been fed nonsense once again upon nonsense again, by the crooks – the politicians are the guilty. And of course with an election year, we cannot always trust the party “snitch” to follow-up upon what is really happening that could and will burden our freedoms if left unintended. It is so true today, more then ever before through history that “you can fool most of the people most of the time” - just ask Scott Walker! Welcome back, welcome back, wow it is truly amazing what filthy money can buy! Sure it buys a politician's soul, and since they have not a heart to begin with - get the drift as too what “We the People” are up against? But when corrupt money can influence the outcome of an election, especially a re-call election, then this nation has hit bottom – the U.S.S. Titanic is alive and well and on a crash course with the enemy - ourselves! Too bad negative bonus points, based on outside monetary influence, too bad it couldn't be used as a dis-qualifier in any and all “voting” campaigns. Even though there is a not a whole lot of blame to go around now that “money controls”, the Supreme Court takes the cake in Citizens United, for defacing the Lincoln Memorial. I have these nightmares wherein Justice Scalia is running around Lincoln's shrine, in a thong and yielding a can of spray-paint - on a graffiti high. See, Citizen's United was indeed the litmus test, that when given the chance, the Democrats blow it. The guy chosen to defend against Walker's union busting Koch sucker dynasty was a looser. It is like a major league baseball team in the pennant race, you made it this far and the series is tied with the final game set to begin, and the pitching coach puts the worst ERA pitcher out at the mound. What can one expect, except.... The “snitch” you ask? With the Right Wing, the FOX. With the Left Testicle Missing party, MSNBC. As many of us in the know paid undivided attention to what was going down in Wisconsin, well we were blinded by the Right! June will go down in history as the day the “Constitution Died”. So “Bye, bye Miss American high”! And we can blame the United States Supreme Court, for actions unbecoming our civil liberties. Sad fact of the matter, this most recent ruling from the high Court will find fallout on all walks of life. But like most rulings that come in the form of an “opinion”, because this Court is afraid to mandate remedies accept through “speculation” only, this latest “opinion” was designed to target a certain group, a certain following. I am willing to bet that it is the “Left” that will early on see the side effects of this high Court's “opinion”. So here we go, to define this “complacency”. In June, the high Court of Scalia rendered a decision in the case on record titled Reichle v. Howards. This was the case wherein a Mr. Steven Howards was arrested by secret service agents on duty to protect Dick Cheney at a Haliburton Halloween contest, where Dick was competing for the honorary title of most untrustworthy humanoid monster without a heart. Having shot people in the face was a prerequisite as a contestant. See, Mr. Howards thought Dick was having heart palpitations, as Dick's mouth was doing that weird thing again, with the drool – a.k.a. the “Yellow Cake Lie” drawl and twitch. In actuality, Mr. Howards was protesting to Mr. Cheney, when agent Reichle overheard Howards mutter something to the effect of “how many baby's will Dick kill today”. And when Dick went unconscious and aloof, as he has not a conscious either, well Howards responded to the situation at hand and supposedly shoved Cheney – performing a best placed effort ERT heart attack fibrillation – and was thus arrested. No “Good Samaritan” immunity allowed! Now Howards sued the secret service, saying his Constitutional rights were violated, as he was only exercising his free speech against the Bush dysentery dynasty wars. Howards lost out his case before the supremes, based on the speculative opinion of “We conclude that, at the time of Howards' arrest, it was not clearly established that an arrest supported by probable cause could violate the First Amendment.” The verdict means the arrest stands, based on “probable cause”, even if it was an exercise in free speech. So what is this “probable cause”, what does it entitle an individual with respect to being arrested, or being free to exercise a right? According to the “in a nutshell law” guide, “Probable Cause - a reasonable amount of suspicion.” Even hearsay can supply probable cause if it comes from a reliable source or supported by other evidence, according to the Aquilar-Spinelli test. Arrested for “Hearsay”? This high Court ruling allows for more of the same “profiling”, it allows for yet another “shameful” like and wide open form of abuse. It welcomes abuse, especially with respect to this “opinion” so lame. So what, Mr. Complacency may say! Well low and behold, as soon after this early June case before the Court, wherein this new “opinion” went into effect, as even though the high Court only renders an “opinion”, it become law - so it went tested. Low and behold, as a “black” mom was arrested using this “probable cause” theory against her 1^st Amendment “Right”. Sure enough, the local police in attendance a high school graduation down South Carolina, well the “white-man” lawman thought there was probable cause, from Mrs. Shannon Cooper exercising her thought to be right to free speech, by celebrating her daughter's graduation ceremony by cheering loudly! Her response when cuffed, "It all seems like a bad dream, a nightmare of what was to be one of the happiest days of our lives. I cheered for my baby and I got the cuffs. I am a proud mom," said Cooper, a beautician from Florence. "And as soon as they said Christin, I stood up, started praising, woohooing and cheering it up for my baby. I was like 'Go baby! You did it'" Now Florence Police Chief Anson Shells said people attending the ceremony had been warned to “behave during commencement ceremonies. If they failed to do so, they would be escorted out", he said. Cooper was charged with disorderly conduct and booked in Florence County Detention Center, where she stayed for several hours until posting a $225 bond. Two others were arrested during the commencement service. “They were disruptive enough that officers felt they had to be removed and that they had violated the law”, Shells said. So the 1^st Amendment has been targeted, not directly, but it now finds some semblance of control that can be executed by the police, through this “probable cause” thing – with hearsay an element of surprise to incarceration. And an arrest comes not by actions of violence, or inebriation, but by voicing ones “opinion”, which includes acts of celebration! Sad, that this is the outcome, with this precedent set stuff, from an opinion by a minority with other intentions, as the high Court has become a political “whore” for the “split” - the GOP v. Dems. And had not Dick been a Dick while in office, under the Bush administration, this never would have happened and the 1^st would have remained the most powerful weapon we have here in this America, at our disposal to be heard. But Dick doesn't care, as he wines and dines in the class that believes freedom is not free and must be purchased, with the highest bidder the winner. The high Court, why should they care, as they seem to have taken on an Eric Cantor rage. So I ask, what is in it for us, the proletariat class, the hard working salt of the earth race that keeps this country going? Isn't it time for a “GENERAL STRIKE”. Just to prove to ourselves and the 1% faction that we still have the power of the “PEOPLE”, to be “HEARD” and not ignored!
