National Enemy #1

I work out of Fairbanks, Alaska. No I cannot see Russia, even on a clear day. But what I can see, so clearly even on the cloudiest of days, that being the remnants of the George Bush Presidency, 2001 through 2009 - the most destructive and decrepit years for America without a president “With the People”. The other day, Bush was passing time with a beer out at the Texas Rangers' Stadium, sitting in preferential box office seats, along with several rich friends. He didn't look as though he was enjoying himself, matter of fact he looked like he was suffering from deep down depression. Maybe it is starting to sink in, how and what he left this nation and its leaders to contend with, a sinking ship. The joy of a dictatorship was George's back then, now the pain of a nation on “tilt” is his pain of remembrance - it is his to contend with. That pain and suffering he got us into and left us failed as a once great nation, even though not what we voted for, it remains with us as a very sad reminder of what can happen when we allow the “Vote of the People” to be attacked, a coup by the Supreme Court. Then when it was finally over with, Bush and his pathetic administration retired away. George to the “Ranch” to write his memoirs, still “Intentionally Left Blank”, as what is there to write about? It would be self-incrimination, which even to an outlaw, unconstitutional. So what I do see day in and day out is the price of WAR front and center, and I am just a sideliner this tear jerking scene, and see just a smidgen of the true conflict casualties. In Alaska, Fairbanks is home to the 172^nd Stryker Brigade, the foot soldiers that seem to show up to end the conflicts, to police the scene, door-to-door combat sweeping operations. Casualties are many, as it is boots to the ground for the men and women that join the ARMY and become part of this elite assault “Team”. In and around Fairbanks, it is not unusual to see returning troops walking around at 50 below, in shorts. Not that they have become immune to the “heat” of the battle grounds or the “cold” of rugged mountain scouting expeditions when on the look-out for terrorists, the fact of the matter sinks-in that hi-tech limbs do not succumb to the bone chilling cold that is found in interior Alaska. It is a shame to see so many young kids, with the full mobility for life's enjoyment compromised – shrapnel casualties, from something the enemy checked us on, known as “Improved Explosive Devices”! And it is not unusual to see the returning troops lined up at one of the many localities under the umbrella of “Check Mate” - just modern day pawn shops wherein a troop can auction off some of his hard earned pay, auction off some of his danger pay incentive, just to provide bread and milk for his family. Sure there is hunger here in Americas, but why in hell are our troops and family members going hungry? “My belly full but me hungry”, how about that for a new American anthem! It seems that since the Iran Kuwait conflict, these thrift stop loan shark joints have increased. Yes, Mr. Bush senior may be credited to finding a war theater that would bring the troop count up, but I wonder how both George and George would feel if either one had to fish with a “hook” arm! It ain't easy. WAR has casualties, war has unforgiving debilitating results, war threatens the “trinity”, that of life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness for many engaged on the battlefield. Sure it is by choice that the troops brave the camouflaged fatigues and body armer, but isn't it a duty that should find at least a decent pay, wherein their families can live in a somewhat decent lifestyle without worry? Don't the spouses have enough to worry about when their loved ones are far and away, defending the Bush doctrine? But when our troops must resort to “loan sharks” just to make it through, a pay check to pay check existence, it is bothersome this taxpayer. Now when one looks at the defense appropriations budget, its immensity, why in hell is so little going out as a decent wage for those engaged in hand-to-hand combat? They receive such meager pay for such dangerous work. Soldiers for hire with outfits like “Black Stallion”, well they get paid three times as much, have a huge life insurance policy and get time off. And these wannabe GI Joe Rambo soldiers can say no to their boss, if dangerous work beckons the call, just give it to the “grunts” over at Charlie Camp is the sentiment. Now we owe it to these kids that have signed up from those “I WANT YOU” advertisements, at least a decent day's pay for such miserable work. So what gives? Wow, this is so sad. The “cash cow” lobby, through high powered law firms are engaged in doing the bidding, and this “lobby” has time after time opposed any wage increases for the troops. Why? Simple, it interferes with what has become a very lucrative business, once out-lawed, called “Loan Sharking”! These are not fly by night dungeon corner or end alley joints, but a network of wealthy investors, making a killing on those out trying to make a killing. Alarmed, you shouldn't be, as Congress is broke! The list on donations for political contributions those that own this decrepit business, it is mind boggling. But Congress doesn't care, as it has immunity, “What War”? Matter of fact, in Anchorage when due to municipal building codes these “jip joints” were still off limits within so many circular miles of any military base approach, guess what, the laws were changed - with no longer any barriers. That is why you see so many of these outfits that look more like a “whore” hangout then a legitimate business sprouting up at every damn installation entry point, from sea to shinning sea. These outfits are making a killing with our troops and their families. Through the “lobby”, this country has gone down the tubes. When we have a Congress that is under so much pressure from a lobby that it instills a “Treason” like dereliction of duty upon out troops, maybe the kids should turn on the very establishment that places them in harms way. Look, the things happening in Iraq and Afghanistan, these are conflicts, as the real Hatfield & McCoy war is right here in the Homeland. It is close to the 4^th of July, Independence Day. We value our Independence, in that drive for life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. But Independence comes at a cost, and it shouldn't be the cost of getting a loan to survive, wherein some investors are making it rich and continue to control the “Lobby” for their own selfish wellbeing - “Greed” has sickened the very foundation that made this country once so great. The “Great Emancipator” is bloated with disdain, as it has become a class war here in the Homeland. Isn't it time to outlaw the “LOBBY”? I watched an old RAMBO flick the other night, called “RAMBO III”. It is the flick wherein this Vietnam worrier returns to America, when times were tough for soldiers, due the unpopularity of the WAR. When Sylvester meets up with the police chief – Brian Dennehy – the chief makes comments to the worrier like “take a bath, clean your clothes, then get a job... Sound familiar, as this is where Dick Cheney found that same and similar familiar line of attack, “Go get a job right after you take a bath….” Maybe that is what Dick was thinking about, our troops, as he is making a killing, through his affiliation with defense contractors. Anyway with Independence Day upon us, time to highlight what it all means:

Cloak & Dagger Dangles

Wow, the right wing fruitcakes are up in arms! This 4^th of July may be hazardous to the liberals' life, liberty and pursuit of happiness. So stay home lefties, and boycott the oil cartels. Even Sarah Palin – a.k.a. Playboy Magazine's true-to-life “Naughty Granny” wannabe – she has come out of hiding and is providing once again comic fodder for late night entertainment – embarrassing to America. What the hell did she say? It's always worth a good laugh, as is it comical the way some GOP grown-ups are reacting to the realization that Marco Rubio still has his “Illegal Nanny” change his spoiled diapers. If he is the future of the GOP...damn, almost choked with laughter! Still the best medicine, keep it coming. So with the smoke signals of victory fading away, what really happened on the 28^th over at the Supreme Court, on Thursday, T-Day according to Nostradamus Limbaugh. Now that the “High Court” has given Obama the thumbs up, on the legality of socialized health care, the Court and its “opinion” are now indicted as “Traitor” and “Treason” respectfully, by Limbaugh's apocalyptic following. Sure, the justices' majority “opinion” secured the constitutionality of the “Patient Protection & Affordable Health Care Act(PPAHCA)”, but was there more involvement and meaning with Chief Justice Roberts this time around, in proceedings before the Court? Those in attendance this much awaited opinion delivery, well many said that Justice Antonin Scalia was acting like a little kid that dropped his ice cream cone as he knew all too well what was about to come down. But put aside the health care issues, put aside the fact that Rush wants those that sided with the Obama administration hung at high noon on FOX TV, what was the truth of the matter behind this decision to let ObamaCare stand? Look, 26-states of this UNION were behind defeating Obama on this legislation. Mitch McConnell has said time and time again without the slightest remorse that it is his job as a U.S. Senator to defeat and destroy ObamaCare, to defeat and destroy the Obama administration and send the 44th president and his entourage packing come the 2012 election, a “Seek & Destroy Obama” mission campaign – orchestrated by a sitting U.S. Senator? Why the Sargent of Arms has not incarcerated Mitch is unacceptable. Now had the Court ruled against Obama, well it would have set the stage for a Mitt & the Misfits. Hey, maybe that hooker is right, that Mitt has a “BAIN” tattoo on his right testicle and the lefty has been outsourced. Show us the goods Mitt! And many thought they had this “seek and destroy” already tried and tied up, from precedence set by the Bush appointed bench - just like in the outcome of Citizen's United, and not to forget Gore vs. Bush. These major cases before the Court have more political ramifications then do the actual surface proceedings, as the Court has not been able to separate its duties. This decision may be the turning point, that there is hope! It is possible that Robert's saved America! So now that all the brilliant constitutional scholars on both sides of the aisle have provided thoughts as to what went wrong, or what went right this time around, nobody seems to have figured out the underground reason as to why the “Chief” swayed the Court to rule in Obama's favor, on the health care “Act” signed into law back in March, 2010. Is Rush having a heart attack yet? So here is my take on the “opinion”. First and foremost, change the proceeding's syllabus from the “NATIONAL FEDERATION OF INDEPENDENT BUSINESS ET AL. v. SEBELIUS, SECRETARY OF HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES” to “TRUMP BIRTHERS Inc. v. The LEGITAMACY of BARACK OBAMA. When Obama signed, sealed and delivered the “PPAHCA”, his signature meant something. With the Court taking up the case, as to whether or not the “Act” violated the Constitution, it was the first time that evidence of Obama's official “Handcock” had come before the high court. Falsifying records, it is a felony. So the Court had something before it that was undeniable evidence, that signature, and if it were not the official “authority vested” signature, then it could be construed as “Impersonating a President”. Now had the “Court” had even the slightest bit of hesitation that Obama was “NOT” a legitimate U.S. President, by virtue his birthright wherein many believe he was not born in this country, well this was the time that the whole thing could have been put to rest, as the “Court” could have used the opportunity to make it clear and convincing that Obama was “Not” qualified to carry out the powers of the Office. So in essence, this “opinion” sets the “Trump Birther” concern as MOOT. When the “High Court” makes an opinion based on issues of Constitutionality, with Obama's signature on the “Act”, it means it is an order by a legitimate President. End of story! This is what has many on the left upset about, and a reason that Trump and the Koch Brothers have been so quiet this “opinion”. Now Mitch was out beating the liarbush, as the Koch Suckers “Bitch”. So sad it is when we have attacks upon decency, attacks that should not be allowed under any excuse, or under any “immunity” clause, especially when under cover the true meaning and freedom found in the 1^st Amendment. It is NOT free speech, as inherent in many state constitutions under “free speech” is the fact that we may have and rightfully exercise this right, but we are at the same time responsible for the actions orchestrated by that freedom, to be heard. The main reason that Palin left Alaska, as she realized she could be tried for crimes against the state, especially with the “cross-hairs” incident and following a rage attack by a Palin follower upon another representative. Look, had Gabrielle Gifford been an Alaskan representative, Palin would be doing FOX commentary's in a “pink” jumpsuit! So this opinion by the high Court, it has implications far reaching that for many will never be swallowed without a choke. With respect to the “Act”, sure socialism is coming too a health clinic near you, so what I ask? Socialism is the only way of survival, its called “sharing”! Why is that so hard to accept? And as far as the underground movement by the Court, rest assured that Obama is the Commander-in-Chief, and it appears with this most recent victory, the Court has signaled a “mission accomplished”. May the TRUMP BIRTERS RIP!

Wow, Obama wins again, two days in a row! What a 4^th for the Left Wing! The momentum for another 4-years at the helm is becoming an unbeatable reality, as the AYEsavers are leaving Misfit Mitt in the dust. Failure upon the GOP to unseat Obama can be blamed on a corrupt Congress infiltrated by “Traitors”, bearing the GOP insignia. With Congress running on empty with a “reasonableness & responsibility” rating in the negative, who would believe anything they say - can't even trust them as weathermen! See, just yesterday the House wanted to send a message to Obama, following the Supreme Court finally trumping Donald Trump with respect to his endless rant over the “birther” issue, as the high court has ruled that Obama's signature on the health care plan was “Constitutional” - which means we finally have clear cut evidence that Obama is a bonafide U.S. citizen. So with this win, the “House of Horrors” tried to hold U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder in contempt, for the “Fast & Furious” gun peddling operation, a “hoax” fabricated to add insult to injury. Yes a “hoax” orchestrated by the GOP Bigotry Commission. But based on “precedence set” when Reagan was at the helm, well guess what, what goes around comes around. As expected, the Justice Department cannot and will not prosecute Mr. Holder for contempt of Congress, which means the GOP's Issa finds a devastating defeat. Good luck Darrel when your California seat comes up for new upholstery! Accordingly, "The longstanding position of the Department of Justice has been and remains that we will not prosecute an executive branch official under the contempt of Congress statute for withholding subpoenaed documents pursuant to a presidential assertion of executive privilege." This letter made the Tan Man very upset. That letter notes that “during the Reagan administration, DOJ took the position that the contempt statute could not constitutionally be applied to an official who asserts the president's claim of executive privilege. That policy was first articulated in a memo written by Ted Olson when he was at DOJ in 1984.” Go Ted! And Holder knew this was to be the outcome, and socked it too the GOP following the Hitlerstoric “contempt” vote, and mocked the Congressional GOP for the witch-hunt based on the fact that it was an election year. So Issa's rage, it was a waste of time and energy from the beginning, this “hoax”, which seems to be the case in its entirety with the 112^th Congress. AWOL has taken on an entirely different meaning with the Congressional thugs. But we as U.S. Taxpayers should start to be reimbursed because of politics that targets nothing but harassment. So here it is. For the AYES 255, those that voted in favor of this ridiculous resolution promoted by Mr. Issa, those representatives that caved into to this nothingness legislation, you owe us retribution for wasted time. So as officiated on the Roll Call 441, it is estimated that over $500000 in taxpayers' hard earned garnished income went wasted, on a failed “witch hunt”. Each AYEsayer shall immediately hand over to the Sargent of Arms a reimbursement check for $1000, sorry no credit cards allowed. As an alternative, those that cannot afford the out-of-pocket payback due money wasted away on Citizen's United hand outs, “We the People” will also allow community service, in the amount of 4-hours per AYE vote, to be accounted for by shoe-shinning the “Hubbards” worm by the members of the Congressional Black caucus!

Holder, our Attorney General for the U.S. Department of Justice and an Obama administration appointee in good standing the American public, “in contempt of Congress for refusal to comply with a subpoena duly issued by the Committee on Oversight and Government Reform.” I hope now the DJ goes forward to indict Young for his VECO pigsty affairs! Yes, an eye-for-an-eye, tooth-for-a-tooth street fighting man duel.

And talk about a cover-up, how about the Iran Contra Gun Running affair, when Oliver North lied to Congress and was found in contempt and indicted on six felonies? Along with several other top state officials under the Reagan administration, but all set free by the Wally World president - George senior. We have as a nation come to the crossroads, there is no turning back, capitalism is doomed! So make way for socialism - thank God! We have no moral grounds to stand upon any longer. Look, the American flag is being held up by Ben Wa Balls. Really, I ran into a flag maintenance guy the other day, taking care of one of those mighty waving flags, on poles rising well over a hundred feet into the polluted air – what EPA? He tells me that due the “lift & drag” inherent in these massive kites “Made in China”, someone came up with the idea that using the “ball & chain” as a security rope around the pole, well it works. Imagine, Ben Wa Balls securing Liberty! And guess what, it is not “religion” that we should be turning too these dire strait days, it is “music” - like Reggae Music – wisdom that will get us through these trying times. Why so? I went to a Jimmy Cliff concert the other day. Look, old hippie shirts have more staying power then does the eroded foundation of the U.S. Constitution. Abe's roost is tilted! And when we see a place wherein people come together and are rejoicing, with no bipartisan bickering, the young and the old engaged together with “Love is my religion”, we have found a solution to the mayhem created by a representative body with no apparent agenda, then that of “total destruction is the only solution”, Masters of War they are. Maybe we need another “Woodstock”. Maybe it is time to re-visit what Dylan was trying to tell us way back then. Bottom-line, we have become a pathetic political and power-less regime, as the rest of civilization has come to grips that they no longer want to be like us – we are a minority now and survival is questionable. When we see the likes of Eric “Who Can't Be A Man” Cantor along with John “Got a Bonner for Obama” Boehner and Mitch “Turncoat” McConnell finding lemming followers like Mr. Young, to support a nut roll selfish agenda based on discrimination, then we deserve to go down the cesspool. And when the sewage dries up, it is music that we will hear, instead of the verbal explosive diarrhea of a Congressmen delivering disgracing speeches and resolutions bent on the destruction of Liberty.
