Erasing the “N” Word

New Year’s resolution? Timing is right. So now comes before us this movement to challenge modern mankind in an all out effort to erase the “N” word, in 2011. This movement has merit, accept... I will get to that later. I have debated the “N” word with St. Louis cab drivers, both tough and intelligent black men that know what they are talking about, upon the true meaning this word. When used in a derogatory manner, it has been nothing short a pathetic verbal disgrace like disease against our black brothers and sisters, those once thrown into slavery not by choice, only to be rewarded with a branding, that of the “N” word - a nauseating betrayal. So there is merit, to erase the “N” word, maybe long overdue. But are we missing out anything with this all out effort? Maybe from a historical perspective? I believe Yes! And this erasing or cleansing has already made the law books, as in some states it is a misdemeanor to use the word in public. I say it again, hold the press, hold the cuffs! In fact, there is rumor that Mark Twain's books will be corrected, wherein the “N” word will be replaced with “slave”! I wonder what Twain would say about that? So are we going a little too fast a pace to change something that may have merit when utilized correctly, this move on to dismantle the “N” word? Here is my take on it. The greatest philosopher in my time made us aware the true meaning and appropriate use of the “N” word. I am talking John Lennon, in his tribute to “Women”. So for myself, the use of the “N” word finds credibility only in a singular instance, when we use it in vain to support what women of this world still go through – even today, in 2011! The black man slave is a thing of the past, at least for the most part in this country. So the “N” word is appropriate in this singular instance I elaborate upon, for “Women”, as not race, nor color, nor nothing segregates “women” of this earth. Today we have rape out of control. We have sex trafficking, wherein girls are being sold or stolen at birth, only to face a life of statutory rape, mandatory rape, paid for rape and John Boy rape. We have before us today Americans that feel it is OK to travel to foreign lands, wherein the still powerful American buck can buy a cheap “fuck”, to allow rape upon girls still in diapers, then bragging about it back home, which entices others to do the same, like they are missing out on something beyond football tailgating! We have girls sold into slavery at so young an age that the parents have not heard their baby's 1^st words, because they cannot afford to even feed the child. It is pathetic beyond anything Armageddon could dose out. So, to erase the “N” word when there is an appropriate and necessary use still today, I lean towards acceptance, that we can use the word to define abusive malfeasance and defend the child bearing “women” still finding equality just a suggestion. For those of you that didn’t realize Lennon was a prophet, a philosopher of highest degree, then you are still stuck in time warp. In his most celebrated lyric, one that received very little attention outside but a limited audience, “Woman is the Nigger of the World”, it has so much meaning to the malfeasance that women of this world go through, daily, in every country and nation on this earth. Yes, we betrayed the Afro-American race's heritage with slavery, but we must admit that amens have been forthcoming and are working to some extent. But when we realize that women have still an uphill battle, still used in slavery, we must allow the use of this word for this reason, as the word's sufferance attribute gets the point across. And with that in mind, maybe man's wicked ways and means can have started upon it another movement, another resolution, that protecting a women's rights is the ultimate priority today for all mankind. And in paraphrasing Lennon: “Woman is the nigger of the world, do something about it.”

Anchorage Bird Count - Day 16

SPAM Magee News Bullet: This is the Day 16^th update of the follow-up investigation over the devastation which occurred upon the “Big Wild” - a.k.a. Anchorage, Alaska. The devastation herein referenced upon and fall-out came about when the “Big Wild Assembly” got constipation and became total “assholes” and decided it was OK to lift the “No fireworks” ban, for a measly one night stand, on New Year's Eve. It was Shock & Awe beyond! Anyway, “scout” chickadees are starting to show-up, to test the waters. I can hear their stealth like curiosity as they remain hidden away deep within the spruce trees and occasionally see them fly away, not towards the feeder but in the direction of the BLM Campbell Tract. They are still gun-shy, so it appears that maybe the species are slowly moving back where they once could peacefully cherish a secure winter's supply of nourishment. Before the ban, I could easily get the “chicks” to eat from my hand, especially this time of year. The birds that frequented “My Space” recognized me, so were not afraid my presence when filling the feeders. Today, nothing but a frosted over seed pile! I am saving money, as the feeder remains full of sunflower seeds, no takers. In fact when I questioned the feed store guy, he said that sales are down considerably so far this year, like people have stopped filling the feeders? Maybe this is what to expect from a “Shock & Awe” mentality, nothing but a noisy and useless display of lack of human intelligence!

In United States vs. WikiLeaks, according to reliable news bound hounds, “U.S. authorities are currently trying to build a legal case against WikiLeaks and some of its collaborators, claiming the release of the files puts lives at risk.” “Lives at Risk”? So that appears to be the crux the authorities argue to establish enough evidence to prosecute this web-site and its owner. Maybe the “collaborators” will be targeted as an accomplish. What a word these days, “Targeted”. See, by leaking information, it is like providing a road map to terrorists or anybody that may want to use such information to get even, that human revenge thing. So we consider a terrorist organization, which in this day and age could amount to many and any group of individuals bent on giving peace “Not a Chance”. Including the “Tea Party”. So WikiLeaks posts some information one of these organizations can use to its advantage. Then this information becomes the element of a “hit list” or plan of attack. So that is where the U.S. legal scholars' efforts to prosecute WikiLeaks resides, as leaking information becomes a thread that can turn to mayhem if not postponed through intervention. “Intervention”, another good word for today! Now this scenario is no different then what Sarah Palin has done with her so-called “Congressional Hit List”, and today the world knows that it has indeed put lives at risk. WikiLeaks, could put lives at risk. Could is the argument. Sarah Palin has accomplished that already, “mission accomplished”! When Palin published her Congressional Hit List, some crack-pot used it as a guide, targeting Gabbie Gifford, as this honorable U.S. Representative was in the cross-hairs of Sarah Palin's web-based “Hit List”. And to get to that preferential target, 18 innocent people received a bullet, now 6 are 6 feet under – including a nine year old girl. So why the hell has not the U.S. government taken the same approach upon Palin? What is with this evil person that even our own government is afraid to make waves, to intervene, at least make it known that this type of “free speech” hinders this freedom – and people die! I guess because the U.S. did not find “Intervention” a viable option before the fact, that it now has to hide in shame, that an assassin has trumped any security efforts and claimed his 18 bullets to fame. But Palin did intervene, after the fact, by taking the “Hit List” down, after the hit on Gifford was successful. Sarah Palin has some guilt this crime, but we have become so weakened a once strong nation that we cannot even separate the cave-men terrorists from home grown terrorists. If Palin is not a home gown terrorist that is bent on overthrowing decency, then just what the hell is the definition of a “terrorist”? Hey, this government is far from perfect, it takes time, we learned that in the 60's. But Guns and Moses is not the solution. I am talking a weapon in one hand and a Bible the other and twitter in between. The sad thing, if Palin had any guts she could maybe help instead of aiming her sights beyond “Great Expectations”, as she is a voice that could maybe help steer this country in the correct direction, almost said “right direction”! But she has not the spirit to demonstrate that she is a true American, one that would prefer to use 1^st the word of.... Wait, that is exactly what she did, abused the 1^st Amendment and uses the 2^nd as a shelter, for protection, how pathetic. John McCain should receive the Nobel Prize, for success at becoming a modern day “Mad Scientist” and creating Sarahstein. She is a MONSTER on the loose! In fact, lets start a whole new chapter in the prize of the year category, the Mad Scientist of the year award! And you thought the Skull & Crossbones was dangerous collaboration! The present day situation surrounding a stalled Congress, foreign wars of nation occupying and a “Tea Party” mentality armed to insane levels and getting direct orders from Palinites, it has placed the 1^st and 2^nd Amendments at risk, and when these two fundamentals attack each other, we will see the wall come tumbling down, and all the King's men....

Sarah Palin “Hit List” Litmus Test

OK, so many are trying to exonerate Sarah Palin, that her web-site's advertisement of a U.S. Representative Congressional Hit List was innocent the most recent mass murder spree in Tuscon, wherein Representative Gifford was gunned down during a meet-n-greet gathering. See, Gifford was targeted by that “Hit List”. So here is the “Litmus Test” that should put to rest Palin's innocence, that she was indeed guilty of this crime to some degree, by allowing the site to have people - Americans - targeted by inclusion in the cross-hairs of a lethal weapon.

Litmus Test 101: If I were to take a perimeter drawing of the White House, and cut and paste a mug shot of Obama then seal that inside the cross-hairs of a gun sight, say with some Simple Simon rhetoric like “You Bet Cha we'll Get Cha” then published it on a blog or public web-site, do you think I would be targeted? Of course, in no time flat by the G-Men. In fact I would probably be frantically looking for a lawyer, as it would be without a doubt considered threatening an official, in this case the President of the United States. Even if I had no intention of performing something stupid like this on my own, it could and would cause crazy people to act, like a road map. And that is exactly what has happened in this most frightening case. There is no difference in what Sarah Palin was doing. She is well versed in guns, something she brags about. She knows what it means to be captured in the sights of a high-powered weapon. So she could not say there was something else behind the web-site posting. And when Palin rushed to dismantle the “Hit List” after the “hit” was made, if this isn't enough to show a competent jury that she was an accomplish this crime, then something is wrong now the American justice system. Where have all the judges gone? Of all the songs of protest and government bullying that Bob Dylan sang about, Palin is bringing it all back into perspective, she is the one to be afraid of, not the government! So if you don't believe this “Litmus Test” outcome, then try it, go ahead, make a cross-hairs threat upon Obama, and see who comes knocking at your door, it won't be Sarah with that murderous smile! And then when your predicament hits the newscasts, she can brag away another lame excuse. I wonder if Sarah's mom and dad are still proud of her? Murder she wrote...maybe the title of her next laugh!

Anchorage Bird Count – Update Day 14!

SPAM Magee News Bullet: This is the Day 14^th update of the follow-up investigation over the devastation which occurred upon the “Big Wild” - a.k.a. Anchorage, Alaska. The devastation herein referenced upon and fall-out came about when the “Big Wild Assembly” got constipation and became total “assholes” and decided it was OK to lift the “No fireworks” ban, for a measly one night stand, just to see how many Wasillabilly's would come into town, to destroy what had been so far a decent city. OK, there came no Wasi's, but the hillbilly mentality came out of the citizens, wherein idiots thought it OK to spend their kids' savings on bottle rockets, and watch their hard earned paycheck go up in smoke. But that one night of shock & awe, it had dire consequences. It scared away the wildlife. Moose are scarce. And still not a sign that the chickadees, magpies and nuthatch have returned to the neighborhood bird feeders - even with minus temperatures. Small species birds have been observed on the perimeter of the BLM Campbell Tract, an indication that the birds retreated away to dense forested areas when the shock & awe commenced. But their “homecoming” chirp is weakened, disheartening at that, not at all a happy song, more in-line with being scared still from a once friendly domain. Maybe a near-starving chirp. Ravens are returning to the Anchorage bowl following the out-of-control fireworks on New Year's Eve, wherein the “No Works” ban was lifted, and the Raven is trying to lure back the other birds. Hey, when Ravens leave, something is definitely screwed up! But the small ones have lost trust. And the Assembly claims it was a success because only one idiot blew his hand off. In the past, Anchorage gained the title of “Brotherly Love”. Then rape artists and the Bill Allens took over, because they became rich. With rapes making tourists beware, this city started downhill. And now, with the blasting zone a reality, it has become a city of fools high on gun-powder. Of course, when this city failed at a referendum to make it a city of equality, a city of diversity, this started the spiral out-of-control lunacy, so what can you expect but more hot air. And we had enough of that already, from Jerry Prevo! Anyway, the birds seems to be coming back to what was once friendly territory. But that may be short lived, as the “Asshole” mentality of the assembly wants to lift the ban forever. So those that had taken a fancy and enjoyment at feeding our beloved birds, to help them through the winter, well stop, as it is just entrapment. Lure them in with goodies, then obliterate their peace and quiet with a night of nightmares that makes us all appreciate what our young troops are going through. Occupation? I guess so, by a few for a few. Damn, the righteous loose out again!

Yes, there is “Blood on the Tracks” here in Alaska, following Sarah Palin's pathetic journey continuation over that “Bridge to Nowhere” in efforts to destroy this country. She is Hitler in disguise, no doubt about it. Just look at her evil demeanor! Yet, she finds every opportunity to hide and seek revenge, when she once again finds a ways and means to be stupid, her IQ only MO. Why this wicked person has still a following, it goes to show that we live in a country, once a nation, that is on the brink of Harry Carey. People are desperate, so seek snake oil wisdom for temporary relief, and Palin dishes it out with as much fortitude as a politician campaigning with “Trust Me”. I just watched an interview with Gabe Zimmerman's dad, how sad. Gabe was gunned down at the Tuscon shoot-out, an innocent victim of Palin's premeditative motives. That is why such preponderance of guilt found Palin quick to alter her web-site, wherein she tried again her hide and seek revenge tactics. Hey, the proof is in the poison pudding. If not guilty some participation this crime, then why rush to take down the “hit list” that targeted one of the meet-n-greet shoot-out victims? Yes victim, as still alive with half a brain bulletized! And we see today what some say is a miracle, that “Gabbie” is responding to child like inquiries. That is not a miracle! One step forward, a whole life backwards? All because she was on the hit list! Palin's wishes have come true, so sadly. A miracle would be seeing Palin go down for the count. There exists today more than enough pure unadulterated evidence that should have placed Palin in custody, at least detained until she could prove that she was innocent. What about innocent until proven guilty? She has worn out that freedom. In Alaska, the State Constitution trumps the U.S. Constitution under “the right to free speech”. Article 1 Section 5: “Every person may freely speak, write, and publish on all subjects, being responsible for the abuse of that right.” So this law provides the remedy, under the clause “responsible for the abuse of that right”. But the authorities are wimps, as they realize that such a stance – to incarcerate Palin as an accomplice this murderous spree – it would force her prostitute posse of Hitlerites to disrupt what little peace and quiet remains from the mountains to the prairies to the oceans. More blood shed would follow, as she has protection from an idiotic following that cannot count to 10 before Armageddon triggers a reaction, wherein this idiotic following armed above and beyond any sane level can shoot at 10 bystanders - Americans - within a wink of an eye. Another Palin subliminal trait – the wink. Palin is guilty, of exciting a riotous climate here in the states, just because she has failed time and time again. She failed her time as a mayor(Book Banning), failed as a State Regulatory commissioner(Breaking into a co-workers computer), as a governor(Half baked), as a VP potential(Mad Scientist John McCain's Sarahstein creation), as a host of some crap like Alaskan fake show, so she has the mentality with guts and now the power and money to take everybody down that path to fail-dom, including this “My country T'is of Thee”! Again, so much like Hitler, as there is no gain to such fame. She is a “MONSTER”! Wake up America! So now that the smoke has cleared, we find innocent victims her hit list wish list being full-filled, I guess like Bush's “mission accomplished”. Palin in my book will go down as an infidel Hitler accomplish, which makes me ponder that McCain would have been better off as a lifelong POW. Sorry, but what McCain has done for this country by bringing Sarah Palin front and center for his own personal goals is treasonous, and now murderous. People's brains are getting blown away, 9-year old kids are being blown away, innocent people are caught in Palin's cross-hairs and McCain remains silent protected by his wealth and power. We were lucky with Wikeapedia, as there has come no new dictionary's published, with George Bush's mugshot, as a reminder of an out-of-control administration. And we are glad that all time capsules have been sealed, before Palin's reign, as if intelligent life had evidence of a Palin like dynasty disease, following a Bush error(not a typo) dysentery dynasty, then we are doomed for intergalactic friendship as no intelligent life would ever want to befriend us. And what makes it all so sad, this shoot-out, the fact that it comes when we are supposed to be preparing to celebrate Dr. Martin Luthur King's journey, which has a whole different meaning then Palin's pathetic “Nowhere Tour” journey. Think about it, one brings us closer to heaven, the other closer to hell! Things are getting hot, especially when we are looking down the barrel of a loaded gun. So today I urge all my fellow Americans who have had enough of Sarah Palin to write or e-mail the Alaska Attorney General requesting that the law department look into the fact that Palin did indeed go a little too far with free speech, with the publication of a “hit list” and the fact that a member of that hit list has become a victim, and with that, the fact that this is an abuse of Palin's Constitutional freedoms - which is a felony and she should be incarcerated without bail for “risk of fright” and tried before a competent “No Tea Party Allowed” jury. King had a dream, so did Gifford, so do true Americans that have had enough of Palin!

It is unfortunate, the murderous shoot-out in Tuscon, at U.S. Representative Gabrielle Gifford's meet-n-greet. And many of us realize that Sarah Palin's web-site, when it posted Gifford's district in the cross-hairs of a lethal weapon, that Sarah was indeed partially guilty this crime. It was “free speech”! But in Alaska, the constitution warns against “abuse” of that right, and an “abuse” carries a responsibly clause. With that in mind, Sarah could be found guilty of such an abuse and held accountable, as an accomplice this crime. A grass roots effort has begun to put Palin away, but it needs help. Copy the below “investigative request”, sign your name and e-mail to the State of Alaska Attorney General's Office. If enough requests are sent, they will have to act. And one doesn't need to be an Alaskan, as the crime was committed outside, as Palin's cross-hair's hit list was broadcast everywhere, even after Gifford complained about it. So act now, as those not in favor of Palin taking over America, this is our best chance. Please e-mail this effort to the authorities and invite a friend to do the same.

As you are well aware, on Saturday, January 8^th, this year, U.S. Representative Gabrielle Gifford was gunned down during an assassination attempt at a meet-and-greet gathering in Gifford's district, in Tuscon, Arizona. Besides the attempt of assassination on Representative Gifford, 18 other people were wounded, some seriously. Gifford had been on a so-called Sarah Palin publicized web-site hit list, wherein Gifford's name and district was surrounded by what appeared to be the cross-hairs of a deadly weapon. Sarah Palin is well versed in guns, so she was well aware of what the icon represented. Representative Gifford had complained about this hit list, but it remained on the Sarah Palin web-site hit list map, though now and unfortunately, we are seeing the fallout of such rhetoric. Gifford was targeted, and now remains in a comma with half of her brain corrupted by a bullet from an assassin. I guess the cross-hairs were “On Target”. Even though the publication by Sarah Palin of this hit list may be considered free-speech under the U.S. Constitution, in Alaska that freedom is trumped by the State of Alaska Constitution, wherein under Article 1 it is found:

§ 5. Freedom of Speech: Every person may freely speak, write, and publish on all subjects, being responsible for the abuse of that right.

I have reason to believe that the publication of the hit list in what appears to be the cross-hairs of a deadly weapon, now that Gifford has been attacked along with 18 others, this is a violation and falls under the “abuse clause” and Sarah Palin should be held accountable for crimes and punishment inherent in the Alaska Constitution, when such abuse is evidenced, as is the case of the web-site based hit list. With this correspondence I am asking the Attorney General's Office, which is the entity that must uphold Alaska's Constitution, to open up an investigation upon Sarah Palin under the “abuse clause” of Article 1 Section 1.5 and find whether or not this abuse in any way shape or form cataclysmized this event and if so may be determined as an “abuse” and finding Palin guilty under the “abuse clause” sentencing or fines accordingly to discouragement activities that could and would place the lives of Americans in jeopardy. Even though the assassin's crime was committed outside Alaska's jurisdiction, the abuse of free speech did not, and the AG should see to it that the Alaska Constitution is safe, and not in the cross-hairs of abuse with this type of “free speech” wherein innocent victims suffer. This event has created undue pain and suffering this nation, and if by chance such abuse by Sarah Palin upon the free speech doctrine has contributed, no matter how shallow upon this assassination attempt, please act and investigate what appears to be “free speech” abuse and hold Sarah Palin responsible for such. If this is not abuse upon this freedom, then what is? The signatories of the State Constitution placed this in the freedom articles for a reason, and now is the time to test that reason.
