New England Patriot - Judge Carter

On March 28^th, United States District Court Judge David Carter, assigned the John Eastman v. January 6^th Select Committee case, the bench gavel issued an “extraordinary” opine that proves a "New England Patriotism” still exists. The side-bar verdict, which was an additional “existential opine” not the main mission of this case before Judge Carter who was an appointee by Bill Clinton, it resonated in that “Patriotism” needed to hold Donald John Trump accountable for “Treason”. Yes, a genuine “New England Patriotism” as in "you got the bacon I got the beans” as Judge Carter is from Providence Rhode Island, so this “Patriotism” goes with the territory and not to forget service to country as a Marine, recipient of the Bronze Star and the Purple Heart. So this “side-bar” verdict, it is the road-map to hold Donald Trump accountable, for “Treason” and if the Merrick Garland DOJ is still stool-stuck what to do, then “We the People” are also under attack by a Putin like “special military mission” wherein that “military” is replaced by “humiliating” by the Nancy Pelosi “Crazy Psycho Shit” party along with the Kevin McCarthy “Legitimate Political Discourse” party, basically a bunch of street hawking whores afraid to move away from this “must protect the institution” aka members of Congress that enjoy “easy street above the law abiding”!

Herein is that side-bar verdict in recap:

The Court first analyzes whether President Trump likely committed any of the crimes alleged by the Select Committee. The Select Committee alleges that the crime-fraud exception applies based on three offenses:

(1)  President Trump attempted to obstruct “Congress’s proceeding to count the electoral votes on January 6,” in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1512(c)(2);

President Trump attempted to obstruct an official proceeding by launching a pressure campaign to convince Vice President Pence to disrupt the Joint Session on January 6. President Trump and Dr. Eastman justified the plan with allegations of election fraud— but President Trump likely knew the justification was baseless, and therefore that the entire plan was unlawful. The illegality of the plan was obvious. Our nation was founded on the peaceful transition of power, epitomized by George Washington laying down his sword to make way for democratic elections. Ignoring this history, President Trump vigorously campaigned for the Vice President to single-handedly determine the results of the 2020 election. As Vice President Pence stated, “no Vice President in American history has ever asserted such authority.” Every American—and certainly the President of the United States—knows that in a democracy, leaders are elected, not installed. With a plan this “BOLD,” President Trump knowingly tried to subvert this fundamental principle.

Based on the evidence, the Court finds it more likely than not that President Trump corruptly attempted to obstruct the Joint Session of Congress on January 6, 2021.

(2)  “President Trump, Plaintiff [Dr. Eastman], and several others entered into an agreement to defraud the United States by interfering with the election certification process,” in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 371;

Based on these repeated meetings and statements, the evidence shows that an agreement to enact the electoral count plan likely existed between President Trump and Dr. Eastman. The evidence shows that Dr. Eastman was aware that his plan violated the Electoral Count Act. Dr. Eastman likely acted deceitfully and dishonestly each time he pushed an outcome-driven plan that he knew was unsupported by the law. 

Based on the evidence, the Court finds that it is more likely than not that President Trump and Dr. Eastman dishonestly conspired to obstruct the Joint Session of Congress on January 6, 2021. 

(3)  “President [Trump] and members of his Campaign engaged in common law fraud in connection with their efforts to overturn the 2020 election results.” 

Because the memo likely furthered the crimes of obstruction of an official proceeding and conspiracy to defraud the United States, it is subject to the crime-fraud exception and the Court ORDERS it to be disclosed.

Dr. Eastman and President Trump launched a campaign to overturn a democratic election, an action unprecedented in American history. Their campaign was not confined to the ivory tower—it was a coup in search of a legal theory. The plan spurred violent attacks on the seat of our nation’s government, led to the deaths of several law enforcement officers, and deepened public distrust in our political process.

More than a year after the attack on our Capitol, the public is still searching for accountability. This case cannot provide it. The Court is tasked only with deciding a dispute over a handful of emails. This is not a criminal prosecution; this is not even a civil liability suit. At most, this case is a warning about the dangers of “legal theories” gone wrong, the powerful abusing public platforms, and desperation to win at all costs. If Dr. Eastman and President Trump’s plan had worked, it would have permanently ended the peaceful transition of power, undermining American democracy and the Constitution. If the country does not commit to investigating and pursuing accountability for those responsible, the Court fears January 6 will repeat itself.

EXXON Valdez - In the Year 2022

In the early morning of March 24^th back in 1989, the residents of Valdez were awakened with devastating news in horror, that an oil tanker filled with Alaskan oil had been ship-wrecked and leaking its cargo of toxicity upon the surrounding coastal waters of Prince William Sound. Matter of fact, some early risers of this “Little Switzerland of the North” which was the termination point of the Trans-Alaskan-Pipeline, some hinted that there was a scent of something foul smelling in the air that morning - most likely vapors from the oil that was about to turn the “Sound” into an environmental “nightmare”. In scale, an apocalypse in proportions unprecedented for a once pristine ego-system of sea otters and killer whales, not to forget the home for hundreds of eagles, our nation’s symbol of strength and now a death trap to thousands of seabirds that rely on the coastal estuaries for survival, so to with the migrating salmon. Soon that news was what most Alaskan residents were drinking their morning coffee over, in disbelief as “we were told it could not happen” emphasized in “never” with all the safeguards in place to prevent such a catalyst that would unfold such a catastrophe. And soon, it was news circling the “globe”, and just as fast and furious the sad news came the “bad” news that alcohol was to blame. Yes, a drunk’d up sea captain, behind the wheel of a giant vessel filled with Alaska’s “Black Gold” now blackening the “Sound” a forever “spell” of doom with gloom some 10-million gallons of toxicity too damn remote to clean up and now responsibility cast upon the wherewithal of the workers and regulators that were supposed to make sure this…it happened because alcohol has no boundaries when it comes to destruction. And read-on, as it only came to be such a possibility an “oil spill” catastrophe of such magnitude after some 10-years a very good track record, wherein the new people now in charge had decided that “boys will be boys” what’s a little booze in the helm. The alcohol abuse by the tanker crews, once accepted as a normal behavior by the management and oversight, it was well known and grew in an exponential scale of blatancy, you cannot hide such in a small town like Valdez, unknown “bad” habits to the outside world not even hidden away from the regulators - yet the company that maintained “oversight” responsibilities for the tanker operations, it was well aware that the bottle was now an accepted crew pastime in Valdez. And the fact that some of the local workers had close encounters with the inebriated crews returning from shore leave, it was a recipe for such a disaster. The reason the workers assigned to the tanker berthing maintenance operations carried a Rigid pipe wrench, for protection!

Amazing, some 33-years ago bye now that a drunk’d up Captain Joe Hazelwood plowed his fully laden crude oil tanker into the most notorious navigational hazard in Prince William Sound, namely Bligh Reef. The same “Big Rock” hazard that is learned about in kindergarten by the kids that live in Valdez. But alcohol…had the management of the company that operated the Trans-Alaska-Pipeline - the Alyeska Pipeline Service Company - had the executives listened to some of its Valdez worker force so concerned about this abuse with the bottle…yes it was an avoidable incident! One of its most valuable workers that held “Owner Company” endorsements for his efforts to make sure the pipeline’s “Terminal” operation was “safe”, Valdez local vocal Union supporter Sam Kelley - who because of his interest in making sure such a wreck would not happen due the tanker crews being drunk’d up, because of those concerns and being vocal to the management, he was eventually “blacklisted” because he could not leave it alone and that is how the EXXON Valdez would be allowed to frustrate history. Yes, some of the dedicated workers spoke up, and in realization that it could jeopardize their livelihoods - so be it one must take a stand. But by now some 33-years later, no individual no company no nobody has been targeted in the blame game to the degree warranted for such an atrocity unleashed on the “Sound”. Because there was but for a single blame, the “management mindset” of the company that maintained the “Pipeline”, because they were made aware of the “problem” well in advance, yet balked on any remedy and matter in fact reacted with an opposite approach. Yes, made it worse in the area of concern by the local workforce, thus the abuse of the bottle and drinking on the job accepted. But rest assured, all the executives and lower-level management that were warned about those drunk bastards, well bye now also they are enjoying that “golden parachute” in retirement because they gave not a rat-a-tat-tat’s ass about the “Sound” then, don’t care about the kids or families now that had to live through that horrible time, as that is how pedophile perverts hide behind the truth. Yes, it was a management style of “shoot the messenger”, and the one individual that went out on a line to warn the management about the alcohol abuse in the sights of grave financial danger due no “job”, wherein the management did not show any care because it was afraid to confront the problem head-on, well the only thing that could prevent an “EXXON Valdez” like catastrophe was to “Unionize” the Valdez work force. So before Joe Hazelwood decided he could ride out of town with a bottle in one hand and the steering wheel of a tanker in the shaking hand, efforts excited a concerted effort to get a “Union” so that the local Valdez workers had another reach in authority. It was a plan of action that once a “Union” was ratified and certified, the workers could use their maintenance responsibilities to delay things - like not allowing a tanker to take on crude oil if indeed the abuse of alcohol was witnessed, through its crew members returning from shore leave and could not walk a straight line. Such delays would have spoken out loud and for sure the management would then have to react. But instead, all efforts to STOP the “Union” from ever becoming a reality was the priority, by shuffling around the workforce so that it could not legally “Unionize”, especially moving around those that were known to be in support of a “Union” and vocal about their concerns. It had nothing to do with wages or benefits, it was “Big Oil” that paid very well, it was about the drunk’d tanker crews! And that is why the EXXON Valdez made “History”, because Alyeska was successful in disarming the workers an interest in a “Union” and at the same time addicted to allowing that alcohol addiction to prevail. And even the officials that were supposed to be in the position of oversight, when the workers tried to invite some outside interference with the tanker crew binge drinking abuse, those officials had the same rat-a-tat-tat attitude in an out-of-sight out-of-mind mentality just ask Mr. Dan. So it meant the only sure sign to get this abuse under control, long before the EXXON wreck, it was the “Union” that would have introduced some interference to head off an environmental disaster - as alcohol and driving surely don’t mix on the high-seas surely don’t mix when trying to navigate the Valdez "Narrows”! So the Valdez workforce gathered together to talk about a ”Union”, and for that the workers were “spied” upon by the Alyeska management taking names and license plates, as no way was there ever going to be allowed a “Union” presence in the oil industry again - as “Big Oil” had learned what that “worker power” could yield during the construction phase of the 800-mile Trans-Alaska-Pipeline back in the late 70s with the Jesse Carr “Teamsters”. Well Kelley was soon labeled as a trouble-maker, a vocal “Union” supporter, and thus black-listed from any promotions and would eventually be force-fired away from the operating company and in Alaska, in the oil industry, that can be a devastating blow to one’s livelihood. But beware the Alyeska HR “Thungs”, the same individuals that would hug you on church day, then on Monday stabbing you in the back at the “Fifth Floor of Bragaw Street" at the Alyeska headquarters. This is a “True” story, and had the management instead focused its intention of “good will” on the workers’ concerns over the environment instead of the drunk bastards that thought they could navigate the “Sound” while intoxicated, no instead that management focused its attention on making sure a “Union” was never a reality! Because that was the “marching order” from “Big Oil” that at the same time was making a robust $killing$  in Alaska selling its oil at the same time an EXXON Valdez ”wreck” was now imminent. And today as we celebrate the 33-years of  “mistrust” the 800-miles of distrust, as “kill the messenger” worked for the “Thungs” as residual oil still lingers, as was the State of Alaska also part of the “$killing$ so who cares that some pipeline workers had to fend for themselves. It meant job after job and never working long enough for a decent retirement, as soon word would get out and the “black list” would surface as the “Big Oil” is united in Alaska, and would “kill the messenger” before it allowed for a “Union” to control the “pipeline”. In Alaska, once a “Union” advocate always a threat, the management takes note and takes that into account. Have that strike on your employee profile, you will not advance in any career moves, it will stagnate your efforts for advancement - yet the company will use such individuals to its advantage to a point! 

And at the same time, today in retirement some workers are facing memory problems in the aging process, due the fact they were subject to a long term silent killer as part of their jobs, breathing in way to much BETX vapors from the “crude oil” and now live with the long term effects of just another annoying debilitating disaster. Yes, another thing the management was aware of but like so with the threat of a "Union", kill the messenger is what works! That is how the upper management found advancements in their careers! The “THUNGS” that never had to work in the field, never had to touch or smell crude oil, never witnessed the almost brawls between the Alyeska workers and the drunk’d tanker crews, well they could spend their office time killing the workers' morale so that they could enjoy retirement as promotion in wages were geared to how well they could screw over the workers - especially those workers that were “Vocal Union Supporters”. And here we are 33-years after the fact and oil still hangs out in the ”Sound”! It was avoidable as it was not an accident! Had Sam Kelley and his “Union” working friends been successful, there would be no 33-year anniversary of an EXXON Valdez wreck, and there would be no workers that would be suffering from memory loss when trying to just enjoy a few years of retirement, as a “UNION” would have said no way to the workers being subject as guinea pigs in a "Big Oil" lab expirement! Yes, 33-years of mistrust and 800-miles of distrust, the Alyeska United Way!

So the Russian punk’s strategy seems to be a New WAR, wherein the “war crime” troops will soon be on the retreat the reason the surrounding of key city’s has been almost abandoned. Yes, the tanks and troop transport convoys will escape back to the “Fatherland” and the “Nazi” cleansing ritual will continue, as even when the foot soldiers are gone, the bombs will continue to rain down destruction on the Ukraine nation once upon a time only 24-days ago so “free”. Yes, through air-raid destruction wherein no targets are off the table, until such time the citizens’ “surrender”. No food, no clean water, no heat, no nothing, no shelter and bombs falling from the sky! This is that inhumane “thorn in the side” strategy, only possible because of the close proximity these two neighboring nations - well cannot say “enjoys” the nearby company! It is the nature of the Beast-of-Burden. And the sad thing, there is nothing that could protect a nation from this kind of destructive maneuvering, all in efforts for the Vladimirobitch to save face in embarrassment that he is not a “Commander” by any stretch of the imagination in the military sense - which is a scary thought. Yes, just a playground bully with dummy aspirations. And with war-head rockets that can travel at supersonic like speeds with a 2500-mile range, stop and look around you from Moscow and see the potential this kind of “military vision” can wreck-havoc upon. But it gets scarier then that threat alone! As just the other day the Vladimirobitch tried to interject a philosophy of “religion” into his reason behind this unprecedented invasion! It was like in a Jimmy Swaggart “I beg your forgiveness” moment, like Putin putting and thinking he is a savoir? Remember, “God is a concept by which we measure our pain” and the fact Putin is loosing his “Almighty WAR”, he feels the pain of "failure is no success at all”. History being made today is what brings to the forefront the past, all the pieces in place to paint a picture we find an understanding upon things of general interest - like in survival and a future. It tells us the “Truth” of Who, What, Where, When and Why - as a roundup roadmap to understand the “human civilization” of past in hopes it helps for that survival of our children’s future. It is the “scripture” that brings along the bad with the good, in hopes we learn from our mistakes the “bad” we must forfeit and embrace even more the “good”, in efforts to make it a better “society” worldwide. We are all brothers & sisters, may we live in PEACE, yet we don’t always get it right the first go-around, so through time gone bye is wherein we find the invitation for change - towards the better in efforts to exterminate the “Big Bad Wolf”. That will no doubt be the outcome herein, when the smoke clears away and the stench of rotting kids warns us we must do better in eradicating that “Bad” actor - in this case the Putin is a Monster. We have done a pretty good job over time with lessons learned so that “History” can survive another bout, but there is always room for improvement as bad actors like an infiltrating “Traitor” killer bee can spoil the mead. One bee, one monster is all it takes to wreck tranquility.

But the fact that “History” is that singularity a rarity in significance in tradition to document events of the past for our own goodwill, well we also have come to an understanding that some do not take too lightly to what we learn or will learn, what future generations will be taught as an acknowledgment to things that went against the grain of human dignity. Yet, for a long time it was almost impossibly tough to erase away that “History” lesson. I guess when things were cast in stone, that made it tough to squander the existence of what transpired along the way and with modern day hi-tech communications, nothing is secret.  There exists a backup for everything important, which means Putin’s story will be told and classified under “nightmares”. And one day, the Russian citizens that were kept in the dark this “invasion” by their lunatic leader, they will repent in “forgive us we know not what Putin did” and hopefully that will be the torch bearer for their very own future, that such an actor out-of-control is not acceptable and thus not repeated. So even though there is usually a trail, even if of betrayal, it gets documented in “History” and passed on down to the next generation to the next generation it should never end it is part of the human aspect continuum. But today we live in a changed “world” with respect to transparency and responsibility and accountability the only reason this Vladimirobitch thing is happening, as Donald John Trump was well known for not keeping anything that could paint his terms of endangerment as deranged or immoral for “sleeping with the enemy”. It goes beyond “Treason” with Trump! In a somewhat “illegal” ways and means to “scuttle the ship” - a Russian sailor’s term - to erase the evidence that should one day be part of “History” and readily reproduced, so each and every living soul can then form his or her own opinion of fact. It is called a mole, better yet a “Moron” the term Rex Tillerson used soon after Trump held a gang bang in the Oval Office with Putin’s Sergey Labrat. Had that been the case, when the Russian troops set foot in Ukraine, without the U.S. the strongarm of NATO wherein an “invasion on one is an invasion on all”, it would have meant but for one scenario, Ukraine would have found no support from the outside world and that would have meant case closed, WAR is over in “surrender”. But instead, Putin went ahead and here we are, the “History” books will reward Putin with nothing but “failure” and that is one thing this today’s ha-ha-czar cannot stand - so like with Trump it means destroy all the evidence that supports that “failure”. Putin will not allow the “History” books to call it out like it is, that he was a complete failure, let down his own country and that means the ultimate release of the bad news, through a “Nuclear Armageddon”. With words that offer a glimpse of courage “We are with you”, that there is hope so don’t give up. Thus it boils down to one of two things why First Lady 45^th is still a No SHOW. Off beat, Melania continues to flourish in that cesspool of “I Really Don’t care Do U” else she is a Russian SPY? As we are also under attack. It may be so, but don’t look down the avenue for the carnage, as this flank to defeat is through an out-of-sight out-of-mind mentality that is propagating more control over our freedoms, through segregated control, on our very own soil sea to shining sea.

The Inferno in Evidence: So D.C. District Court Judge Carl Nichols has ruled in opposition, in trespass the legal argument in overwhelming agreement already of record by 10 of his in rhythm “robe & gavel” colleagues, in an unusual unprecedented NOT GUILTY verdict. It gives the “cloak & dagger” a whole new dimension, it dangles toward sudden death. To begin with, it involves the terms of endangerment wherein Donald John Trump was acting out Melania’s fascination as the boob-job of the 45^th Imposter President of the United States. OK, back to the serious business. But in cases being tried before the “lower courts” for “Obstruction of Justice” through indictments cast down upon those with involvement during the January 6^th “Domestic Terrorist Attack” on the U.S. Capitol - this trespass by a sitting judge surprisingly finds GUILTY has been suspended with NOT GUILTY! Even for those individuals caught red-handed shitting on Pelosi’s desk. And not because of evidence to the contrary lacking the merits in “you do the crime you pay the fine”, but in what appears to be a vagabond preferential denial of time-tested jurisprudence. Rather at odds, as once upon a time the court brooms sweeping in justice “Prevails”, it was honored by that “Stare Decisis” fascination, that wrong or right past litigation did unite to pave the way in that notion of “binding” and “precedence-set”. It was the roadmap, a guideline that would bring together the courts to be somewhat on the same page in verdicts “united” - as we call it the United States for a reason. But now the gavel resonates in justice “Fails”! It was one of those things with this “stare decisis” like in “have to love it can’t leave it” else the “Court” would be in total chaos, as then each and every Jester could rule as he or she pleased. And to think that then such “preferential treatment” could be weaponized for political corruption, and that is not how jurisprudence is supposed to work and or survive in a…what Democracy? Yes, that “could be weaponized” is today “would be weaponized” with this Nichol’s Court decent away from decency. So what happened? Ok, clarification required this ruling by the Court, in that concept of a “political weapon”, one side of the isle sees it as “Crazy Psycho Shit” and the other side reckons it as “Legitimate Political Discourse”. And this “slip opinion option” by Judge Nichols, well opportunity knocks and it appears as though while we pay attention to what Putin is doing to destroy the Ukraine “democracy”, so is the same destruction happening here “this land is my land this land is your land” - castrate the court system first and the rest is easy pickings as then law and order ceases to exist we are back to the old west and blazing saddles vigilante type justice. And yes, this dismissal of the “Obstruction” element of a January 6^th case before Judge Nichols, for one of Donald John Trump’s “militia maggots” that heard that insurrection-erection “call to duty” by Rudy, well it is an astonishing victory for the Trumpeteers. And it appears the decision rendered by the “lower court”, wherein “binding” and “precedence-set” is now a thing of the past, it is fit to demolish the merits of American jurisprudence. To begin with, this defecation on the “stare decisis” criteria causing castration of justice which once prevailed, well it all began back on January 19^th. That is when Baby Brett Kavanaugh found a reason to abandon this rule of the land in “Stare” and made it a point that even though the “High Court” had ruled against Donald Trump, as payback for the Moron giving in to fill a court vacancy with an illegitimate legal graving punk still in diapers, Brett fashioned an opinion that basically set the stage for the defeat of “stare decisis” - in issuing a “non-binding” verdict that disallows any of that “precedence-set” admiration which could benefit Donald Trump in the future on the same damn merits of “Executive Privilege” in challenge, aka “Obstruction of Justice”! And what we see going on now in the predecessor case wherein the SCOTUS decision in intervention with “Trump v. Bennie Thompson and the Select Committee”, even though the SCOTUS has ruled wherein one would think means “Case Closed”, that case has not been wiped off the slate and the court has allowed Trump 3-time extensions of over 90-days relief “so he can plan his next move”? Yes, I ask also WTF is going on! That “next move” is possible but for the SCOTUS handed down a non-binding decision. Yes, one must read into the SCOTUS opinion pencil whipped by Baby Brett Kavanaugh to get the full ramifications of what the SCOTUS accomplished in getting involved, possibly a roadmap for complete destruction of jurisprudence the way we came to understand its wherewithal in justice served for so many years. When honesty was the best policy. It does not make sense any common denominator except does payback ring a bell? Ever so damning, it indeed was designed to set the “stare decisis” down a dead-end street, wherein we may see over-time that “binding” and the theory accompanying the time-tested relevance of “precedence-set”, the latter legal knowhow will become a thing of the past. And now we see how the trickle-down theory in “payback” works and it will continue to facilitate the eroding away the once upon a time decency with the court’s jurisdiction. And that brings us to Judge Nichols and how we got to where we are today. Well before trespassing on the jurisprudence of the “Court”, he was denied a membership in the “robe & gavel” club during Donald Trump’s terms of endangerment, in a 1st attempt anointment ceremony to appoint Nichols to the district court to fill a vacancy. And it was then shoved down Miss Liberty’s deep throat in an attempt at a reappointment coup, wherein Confederate Mitch waved his Robert E. Lee slave-to-grave wand, and it was said and done. And once seated in a “job for life” and when the time was ripe, use the opportunity to discourage the justice system. Now I am not trying to say there is any “preferential treatment” in this case where the gavel punted away any “binding” or “precedence-set” normalcy, but it will have a drastic effect on other pending litigation…and for those that have been sentenced already under that “Obstruction” clause and facing fines and possibly hard-time, well does “retrial” sing a song and dance? So it appears that the Nichols court gives not a rat’s ass about past performance of “binding” and or the effect the latter should have on “precedence-set”. I can only conclude that this was by reason of payback time, to gavel away the legal reasoning wherewithal of 10-colleages that had already ruled differently and in favor of the United States, not against it, to hold accountable those individuals involved in that “Domestic Terrorist Attack” of January 6^th. And maybe so “Big Payback”! Now guess who is the Judge in the Mark Meadows case? Yours truly! Wherein Meadows is using the “cloak & dagger” to challenge House Speaker Pelosi and the Select Committee interfering with his rights, the reason after some 3-months we still have heard nothing from Merrick Garland’s DOJ the status of a Congressional referral to hold Meadows in “Criminal Contempt of Congress” for being a no-show at a scheduled deposition before the “Select Committee”. The court case is setting precedence over what and what not the DOJ can do to move forward on this case, yes holding up justice and if Meadows gets his way - there is no “Select Committee”! Meadows is trying to convince Judge Nichols that the “Select Committee” is illegal. And the way that case is going, it looks like Meadows could single handedly cause the Select Committee to “cease & desist” any further investigatory functions that which is trying to get to the bottom of who is to blame for that heinous “Domestic Terrorist Attack” on the U.S. Capitol, and that may be what is behind Judge Nichols’ ruling to castrate “stare decisis”. Upon that not guilty in “Obstruction” constituted by the merits of the “Crime Fraud” exception, a verdict which went against several other cases the same elements of criminal activity the same evidence, as a ways and means to pave the way for Meadows’ to be “free at last”. Yes a premeditated “strike” that could reverberate and set free those individuals that sanctioned that “Negligent Infliction of Severe Emotional Distress” upon members of the U.S. Congress during that January 6^th “Attack”. And wait there is more, as that will then pave the way for any and all acquittals resting its case any involvement Donald Trump may find a responsibility for what occurred on January 6th - which will then allow him to run for the “Presidency” once again. Look, the clear path to victory for Trump is in the planning and execution stages, and he has friends in high places that can disrobe Miss Liberty! And if a WAR is still smoldering in Ukraine when Trump declares martial law because the “legitimate political discourse” finds a ways and means to give him more time not behind bars but in the Oval Office latrine Trump's favorite pastime bunker down palace, then Putin will get relief, as I am sure there is already an agreement that the U.S. under Trump 47^th will find that NATO is a waste of energy, time and money. SIXTH AFFIRMATIVE DEFENSE - The Select Committee is properly composed pursuant to House Resolution 503[MEADOWS v. PELOSI (1:21-cv-03217), 3/4/2022].

The above “Defense” in which the Select Committee is party, it is NOT a True Statement and any kindergartener understands 13-members minus 9-members does not equal a “properly composed” balance, as the deficit means there exists “vacancies” of 4-members. It is a “Lie” detected by “Pursuant to the authorities set forth in House Resolution 503”, which is how every subpoena issued by this “Committee” begins, which orchestrates the wherewithal of the “authority” under House Resolution 503 to make sure this Congressional Resolution is maintained to its fullest extent and highest degree of law abiding legislation. And as found in 503, it states “Any vacancy in the Select Committee shall be filled in the same manner as the original appointment.” And according to the “Select Committee’s” website, an official government site so finds no room for “Lies”, only the membership of 9 is listed. So either STOP the “Lie” or cease & desist any further investigatory action until such time Moe, Larry, Curly and Shemp are sworn in and then the “Select Committee” is fit for duty to continue on its mission with a full posse, “pursuant” to the House Resolution 503 - else this is “Premeditated Trespass” on the American Citizens placing faith in the U.S. Congress.

Yes half-baked, as there exists 4-vacancies, and the House Resolution 503 which guides the principals allowing this “Committee” to exist is in denial the inherent “shall(s)” clause which finds but for no excuse. I am ashamed that because you could not get your way with the membership originally decided upon in a bipartisan “Democratic Oath” approach, wherein Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy like it or leave it followed the “rules” therefore should not have mattered what the GOP promised in snake-oil support, that would have allowed for a full posse of members in attendance to address the issues consistent the reason behind this “Committee’s” existence, ashamed that you have reneged and continue on even today in disrespect for that Resolution’s requirements. Like the “law of the land” for you is like a traffic light to an inebriate, just a suggestion.  And to make matters worse off, today because of that dereliction to hide away from the truth of the matter, we get nothing short a LIE. And now that LIE is entered as sworn to testimony, someone could be in serious trouble for this! In brief:

It is NOT so, it is IMproperly composed pursuant to 503! The above “DEFENSE” is that “YOU LIE” and should be reconsidered as the SIXTH UNSURVIVABLE LULABY, as it is now entered before the U.S. District Court in appearance to be a questionable answer - in MEADOWS v. PELOSI (1:21-cv-03217), as the House Resolution which established this “Select Committee” is as follows I suggest you and Mr. Thompson read it out loud, have cookies and warm milk and take an afternoon nap:

H.Res.503 — 117th Congress (2021-2022) Passed House (06/30/2021)

This resolution establishes in the House of Representatives the Select Committee to Investigate the January 6th Attack on the United States Capitol.

The select committee must (1) conduct an investigation of the relevant facts and circumstances relating to the attack on the Capitol; (2) identify, review, and evaluate the causes of and the lessons learned from this attack; and (3) submit a report containing findings, conclusions, and recommendations to prevent future acts of violence, domestic terrorism, and domestic violent extremism, and to improve the security of the U.S. Capitol Complex and other American democratic institutions.

The select committee consists of 13 Members of the House appointed by the Speaker; 5 must be appointed after consultation with the minority leader. The resolution gives the select committee specified powers, including the authority to hold hearings, receive evidence, and issue subpoenas. It also requires other House committees to share relevant records with the select committee within 14 days of the resolution's adoption or receipt of such records.

SEC. 2. COMPOSITION.

(a) Appointment Of Members.—The Speaker shall appoint 13 Members to the Select Committee, 5 of whom shall be appointed after consultation with the minority leader.

(b) Designation Of Chair.—The Speaker shall designate one Member to serve as chair of the Select Committee.

(c) Vacancies.—Any vacancy in the Select Committee shall be filled in the same manner as the original appointment.

And as of this day the “Appointment of Members” only yields a head count of 9, the same headcount since this “Committee” commenced to do business when it was already in violation of its own charter, which means there exists “vacancies”, so the math doesn’t add up to this “properly composed” ask any kindergartener. And to force the legal counsel to throw this “crap” around as a “Fake Defense”, this is truly an UN-American “Douglas” letting us down a dead-end street called desire in dysfunctionality! And Mr. Thompson is also to blame, to convene the investigation and never once taking the time to fill those vacancies along the way in accordance with the 503 rules, as if the intent was to deny the existence of rules which govern important objectives and this kind of dereliction finds a conviction with a single purpose - a give not a rat’s ass attitude. And all this hoopla with your preferential “Speech & Debate”, more like a “Reach & Deceit” bowel movement. But of course the “civil lawsuits” filed by members of Congress, those that survived the January 6^th ordeal but face a grim reality future with “severe emotional distress” so in “Prayer for Relief” they need $punitive$ and $compensatory$ damage awards, sure they are getting their money’s worth already in that “Out-Reach & Deceit”, as Mr. Thompson is doing one heck of a job collecting evidence “that will be used against you in a court of law”, for free the members of Congress will be able to use anything and everything that is collected to make $money$. Yes, using government lawyers so they don’t have to foot the bill! Above the law? No different then Donald Trump’s malignant behaviors! Said again, “We the People” can read and “We the People” can still perform Simple Simon math, so what’s your problem? So please STOP your legal counsel from trying to pull the wool over this patriotic American, and to use the jurisprudence of the Court for “Fake”? I bring this directly to your attention and that of the “Select Committee”, as there is no way I would get any feedback from the legal counsel as I am not party to this lawsuit, yet I am an American Citizen, so in that due respect a “party” that should be able to voice such concerns. Especially when this “Committee” finds that the meaning of “shall” has not any buoyancy, as it is found in the wording of H.Res.503 under “Vacancies” in “shall be filled in the same manner as the original appointment(s)”. Today it finds no adherence, and when such rules are broken, so is Democracy denied a chance to survive. It is pathetic that a person in your position would think otherwise - and I am a Democrat and would want to be on your side if that side was all in favor of saving the Founding Fathers’ Democracy, but with this kind of performance wherein IMAGE over Country is the bounty - it stinks and Democracy sinks to new lows and Donald John Trump continues to Putinize our existence!

With that said, I am asking for your fullest cooperation, that which requests in merit that the Select Committee investigating the January 6^th “Domestic Terrorist Attack” on the U.S. Capitol temporarily “Cease & Desist” any further investigatory obligation, as this is the kind of menace that can spoil a “good faith” intent - that being a disregard for the “rules”. So please STOP any further escalation of unworthiness by the “Select Committee” its vacancies until such time all the “shalls” are in commitment of the “Resolution” binding, fill the vacancies according to the rules. If you cannot find anybody to fill those remaining “Vacancies”, I volunteer my services in efforts to help this investigation move forward and you will not have to worry about this individual making “Crazy Psycho Shit” up, like “must respect the institution” and that “part and parcel guilty” and you will never see my mugshot on the MSNBC prime-time romancing the stool.
