No Laughing Matter

There is a WAR going on, right here in the Homeland. The theater of battle? Just over yonder the beltway, the House of White against the House of Congress, the latter a.k.a. “House of Ill-repuke”. Once upon a time only a conflict, there comes today a declaration of War. Yes WAR, an engagement calling all of us to serve our nation's needs upon a conflict that will be won by those so deserving. It will be NOT victory for the 1% faction but victory for the 47%+52% citizenry. If you have been too busy blinded by the speed of the Rushion right, through spending to much time on a “FOX Twitter Shitter” instead of staying focused on this WAR coming to a manufacturing floor near you, the 1% is composed of the American Wealthy Class - those individuals that live in these United “still” States for its Constitutional freedoms, yet send their wealth overseas wherein taxation protection is afforded. Freedom isn't free, ask any troop in boots or for that matter, ask those weary and teary-eyed parents guarding that casket and waiting in line for that 21-gun salute! The 47%+52% comprises the rest of us, we the tired, we the poor, we the huddled masses yearning to be free some more, this is what Miss Liberty stands still proud upon, this is where she continues to offer protection. She is a die-hard and knows all too well what side of the fence is hers to protect. We shall and will overcome, it is that simple! Yet today Senate Minority Leader “without leadership capabilities” Mitch McConnell burst into laughter – signifying the GOP's declaration that it is WAR – laughter promoted following Obama's proposed legislation that isn't just good for this nation, but necessary. Remember Mitch, Obama now owns that magic pen, called “Executive Privilege”. He has the power to squash you like an elephant on an gnat! Remember that when you are on that “FOX Shitter”. Now I am talking Mitch's dissatisfaction upon Obama's tax hikes on the wealthy that will bring home the bacon, some $1.6-Trillion. A Mr. “T” it is. And there's more! How about long overdue fines upon Medicare Fraud Health Care Providers, some more bacon our way in the tune of $400-Billion. And wait, there's more. Let's then take a strip of that bacon to help the middle class, $50-Billion for a jobs creation bill. History Sidebar: When Obama won his 1^st term, he was handed a ticking time-bomb as the Bush Dysentery Dynasty Doctrine exit strategy called for an attack on this nation's economy, basically a premeditated “crash” causing havoc upon our economy. Look, they even stole away the Oval Office furniture on their way out of Dodge! They no longer gave a rat's ass to what the word “Treason” means! WAR was basically declared on this nation about November 6^th, 2008. We all know it happened, and if it were not for “presidential immunity”, George Bush would be getting conjugal visits from behind bars. He would be today cell mates with Karl Rove, and as Pelosi has warned, the Congress could have indicted Rove and company on contempt of Congress on many occasions. What happened? Where's the guts, as this is not a fantasy reality show. The Bush generals should be behind bars, along with some semblance of penance those that let this aggravated assault continue on. Like said already, they don't give a rat's ass and that sentiment comes from both sides of the isle. Anyway, early on his term as Commander-in-Chief now that the Commander-in-Thief was trying to find out if he was indeed affiliated with that “town in Texas missing an idiot”, Obama realized the only way to get us away from imminent economic ruin, well along came the “Stimulus” project. It was basically a recovery program designed to place a certain amount of workers back into gainful employment - and it worked. See, it used to mean starting a WAR far and away to boost the economy, that worked for many years but things are different today. So, it goes to show that WAR is an outdated technology and can no longer be counted on to help rescue a drowning economy, in fact, it hurts the economy as the money is spent on foreign shores. With only so much to go around because the wealthy have hoarded away 99% of the wealth and believe they can take it with them through the “Gates”, to buy the Creator's freedom, we are at wits end with respect to sharing what wealth remains. Look, 99% of those individuals received that money by stealing from others. Don't believe me, has your 401K rebounded to enjoy what it once earned? Those gains, I mean loses now from such insider attacks promoted by Bush & Company, that loot wasn't burned at the stake! But the WAR here in the states, recently declared such, it is braving new territory. So with the “stimulus” it means shoring up the numbers, which finds credibility as a confidence builder, and it worked before and it will work again. Yet Obama was smart early on his career as the “Chief” as the original program was funded for 4-years, which came to a halt just around November 6^th, this year, right at election time which called for all able-bodied Americans to make a decision, either the “with us or against us doom and gloom” or, hey we are America and can endure tough times some more. The latter seemed to please the Electorate. That was a smart move from Obama, to short term the “stimulus” program, as had the GOP won the race, what would Mitt have done? There are no jobs coming our way soon that could replace the “stimulus” jobs creation. We will rely on the “stimulus” for many more years to come, probably forever until we as a nation realize that “socialism” is where this nation is heading, and accept it willingly. Get over it, it's happening and good for humanitarian reasons. IMAGINE, the “Communist Manifesto” declared dead and for once we may be able to breathe a sigh of relief, wherein sharing is once again that “Brotherly & Sisterly” love us or leave us doctrine. The “Communist Manifesto” is what Lennon's “Imagine” was all about, basically a sugar-coated definition of where “Capitalism” was taking us, hoarded wealth, hoarded power, hope you get the point! So if Mitt was at the helm today and refused to budge as Ryan would have become the gate-keeper of the Treasury keys, this country would be in that “Us verses Them” revolution by the time the swearing in ceremony was set to commence. That inauguration stage, it would be “red” from bloodshed this WAR and Mitt would be hold up in that fancy elevator of his. So today, we see Obama asking to re-up the “stimulus” program, $50-Billion for another 4-years of economic aid, making the John Boehners along with the Mitch McConnells and famed “Water-Boy” Eric Cantor and Mr. Ryan-in-Hiding, well I am sure these guys' blood pressure is soaring to new heights. And it is NOT the goons that should be laughing, as he who laughs last laughs best is in Obama's court. Obama's budget is very simple. Keep the stimulus money stimulating the economy, as it is just enough to make things look good and it behaves with some semblance of a trickle-down side effect – that confidence builder thing that goes a long way. And along with Obama's “KISS”, a tax cut for Miss Liberty and a tax increase for the 1%. Wow, what a concept! And that is the sole and lonely reason Mitch is laughing, as he has been on a “seek & destroy” mission against Obama for at least 4-years by now and realizes it has been all but an exercise in fruitloopility. He lost, he is trying too keep back the tears, trying to inflict some humor in his failures. See, Mitch knows what Obama is up too, and has been “shocked and awed” to a state of insanity – Hannity style. See, this “stimulus” will be a requirement from now on. So every 4-years and right about election time, the money will run out. Indeed a revolution is at hand, as should the GOP get a chance to steal away the helm, for them to commit to the “stimulus”, it would be like “Harry Carry” coup d'etat as they would never stoop to help this country when in dire straits. There “mission accomplished” would not allow for such intervention. And here is the ironic thing. The business owners are doing well with the “stimulus” money, as they are keeping individuals employed and at the same time finding a modest and fair return. They are happy, even though they can't really admit to it as that means caving in to “Democracy”. We have become a “stimulus” nation, as there exists just too much competition from other countries, like China. So it will remain that “Big Government” paves the way away from a total crash our economy, and if we find an administration bent on destroying government assistance, destroying government help, destroying government handouts or entitlements whatever you prefer to call it out as, then it is “IMAGINE-ARMAGDEON” come true and the Communist Manifesto will have by then replaced the Constitution, and what else has Mitch been after all these years?

Don “Nincompoop” Young

“My Fellow Alaskans”, please hear me out this beg for forgiveness as I have over the years cast a vote for a genuine and bonafide nincompoop, likewise many in the same boat – therefore forgiveness is warranted and granted all around. So next time around and coming soon to a voting booth near you, please vote for anybody other then Don Young! Even if a write in due no other choice your political ideals, like Phineas J. Whoopee or Tennessee Tuxedo or even a Chumley, as with Mr. Young a ”change” must occur. See, Mr. Young may be once again that candidate of choice due his antagonistic behavior and the fact he believes in building many “bridges to nowhere” and adamant about continued “Big Government” bounties on the capture of “rabid skunks” - a.k.a. Nancy Pelosi. We all have come to realize that those “bridges” are intended never to see even foot traffic and just his ways and means to robust the local jobs' market – and jobs means the incumbananacy rules. And like he has been heard saying time and time again from underneath the coconut grove tree on fairway #18, “who cares if there are no roads at the other side of that steel beam eyesore”! But there exists a single reason now more then ever to exercise that voting right on somebody we can trust. And with due respect, upon a single all important issue needing your HELP. No it is NOT the Te-Lu Transportation bill sponsored by Young and dubbed the most expensive and wasteful highways' appropriation bill ever at issue. Indeed that “bill” never delivered anything really worthwhile to shore up our aging highways or bridges in disrepair and black-top so wilted away from sea to shining sea, as this bill proved to be what the critics said it would amount to – just more wasteful spending not accomplishing anything close to what it was supposed to render, just spending legislation akin to building “Bridges to Nowhere”. OK, Coconut Grove did get a very expensive highway exit re-make from Don's pork handout, and in return Don....! And No it is NOT the fact that Mr. Young has supported “All” of the U.S. Taxpayers' funded failed projects here in Alaska, which today totals 169 at last count, including the failed “wood chip” facility and MIA MV Susitna, once again akin to “Bridges to Nowhere”. And it is NOT at issue the fact that Don infiltrated the offices of junior representatives with his loaded guns and the excuse he was “hunting for those rabid skunks” - a.k.a. Nancy Pelosi - when the Alaska Railroad was found in contempt of Congress. Yes, through contempt upon the U.S. Taxpayers when the rail bosses fraudulently listed all of its Alaskan track miles as a “commuter service”, wherein Don changed the language of law allowing this “rape” just so the rail could continue to “rape” the U.S. Taxpayers for another 2-years - continuing the ”Pie-eyed Piper's” decree in a “with us or against us” follow-me dance across that “Bridge to....And it is NOT the fact that Don was totally against the Obama Stimulus loot, not to mention that Alaska once again reigned the superior, on a per-capita basis taking in over $1800 per individual citizen when the average elsewhere was more in tune to $800 per household head. The main reason Alaskans with any sense of an IQ should cast a vote towards decency and away from corrupt politics in efforts to NOT afford Young more time, it is the single fact that for some way too many years by now Young has OK'd taxpayer money - your hard earned income confiscated - to reform the “Tax Code”! Yes $billions$ has been spent as a political tool wherein “We the People” think somewhere in that House of War-Lords there exists someone who cares about the “Code” and how it is totally out of tune for the middle class. See, Young knows it is an outdated “code” that bears semblance to a candy counter missing the store clerk and a bunch of kids on summer vacation having nothing better to do then you know what! So our hard earned money is spent to study this “Code”, and the only thing that has been accomplished is the fact that more loopholes for the wealthy in the form of a “Secret Code” finds merit. It is like this with Young's affiliation with the “Tax Code” reform. The dam is leaking so we fund a study on how to fix the leak and are not really adamant or focused on the issue at hand, for a reason finding definition under the auspices of nepotism, as somebody is receiving “free water” and that most likely involves a rancher in disguise of a CEO from a multi-billion dollar scam limited liability firm – an American corporation getting away with “zero” taxable income. In the meantime the efforts to shore up the leak, it weakens another breach, but we continue to concentrate on the original leak, not realizing that the entire exercise is indeed that “pointless exercise in futility” and based on the fact that the “new” leaks are loopholes and we all know who Don shares that back pocket with? It is “pacifying” rhetoric, as we think the money spent to upgrade us to 1^st class has merit. Sorry, not this time around! We are still on that upgrade “waiting list”. So no matter what Don has done over the years with respect to the “bringing home the bacon” fixation, Don has been instrumental in letter you SUFFER the consequences of an antiquated system of merit, yes suffer unless you are on the receiving end – a.k.a. wealthy one - and this is an action unbecoming a U.S. Representative. Ask Don one simpleton question, what has all that “Code” reform loot proven? He knows the answer, as loopholes allowed the wealthy can only bring riches to his “War-Chest”. That's what it is all about nowadays on the beltway, pacify the constituents with a few jobs, make a killing for the lobbyist and Don gets re-elected. See, honesty in politics is “Not the Best Policy”. That is Don's legacy, smiling at us when that smile is truly Don's way of screwing us inside out. If for no other reason, look at Don's record on the “Tax Code” reform and how many loopholes for the corporate giants and the wealthy has advanced forward since he has been vacant Fort Yukon for that house on the Hill. It hasn't helped me, and in fact it has hurt America to the brink of a weakened economy. See, America is a strong nation, so it takes time too take us down. Young's actions or inactions upon legislating a “Tax Code” that is “For the People”, it has hurt this country almost to the point of a no return doomsday scenario. So it is time to have doers, not soothers in D.C. As this is the time to vote Young to retirement and get some new blood that finds truly a representative meaning for the working class and if money is spent once again to fix that leaking dam - the “Tax Code” - and we see some of those loopholes damed up, then such will allow the water level to rise, which would be good for the U.S. Treasury. Imagine, a surplus once again based not on you or I working harder, just fix the damn leaks! Don has failed to fix what is well known, due his close affiliation to crooks and his approximation to K Street. Don had the chance but knew better to NOT make the Treasury secure against the marauders, those K Street bandits he become affiliated with after all those years on the Hill. Sure it is an addiction, wherein he gets hooked and we get crooked. Don, please Go AWAY! In fact, maybe as a retirement gift Alaskans that once trusted your judgment can take up a collection to buy you a van so you can ride the wicked roads and play out a “Where's Waldo”, to see if you can find anything worthwhile the Te-Lu Bill. And maybe in your travels, just maybe you could be on the lookout for the MV Susitna. See, you do have a future, what every senator and congresswoman should be required to perform, hit the roads to see what they have accomplished. Please report back to those that made you so, the voters that were tricked into believing there exists a Congress that gives a rat's ass. And Don, just imagine the fun you could have being a full-time bounty hunter, for that ultimate “Rabid Skunk” you have been after all these years. So please Alaskans with a conscious for a future without corruption, vote not your constipation but through your conscious and vote Don out, and then maybe we will find decency returned to the representative branch. What's that, he won the General Election, by garnishing “All” the votes. Not mine mind you, as I took the Willie Nelson approach this time around. See, we give him that gold plated knife to stab us once again. Alaskans, you are pathetic in your political choice, and it will come back to haunt you, always has and always will. Here it is in a nutshell. Going back to the Alaska Railroad as an example of how and why we cannot trust Don. The bosses of the rail should have been arrested and sent to jail, for ripping off the U.S. Taxpayers. It was a fraudulent attempt to rob the Treasury, so a big fat salary and bonus could be enjoyed, at our expense mind you! And when it was about to come to a screeching halt, Don came to the rescue, by changing a law that would have meant jail time for some and not stopping there, by changing the wording so the abuse could continue on. It is “Grand Theft Larceny” at its best. It is the “Buddy” system gone bananas. And NOT to your benefit, but for his buddies, all at our expense. Is this the kind of monster you see fit to represent you in Washington? What a joke , and that joke is on you! Hey they are robbing us, it's OK cause Don said it was OK as the Pie-eyed Piper reigns for how many more years? Watch your back, as he is back and that tune, it sounds familiar. Teach your children well, I doubt it here in the “Snake Land”...... those two legged snakes I am talking about, creepy crawlers on the loose. Thank you Willie, for teaching this child well! What's that, how many bags of untallied votes from the General Election were found in a crawl space at a building at the corner of 6^th & G in downtown Anchorage? Makes sence, as I didn't believe “All the people could be fooled all of the time”, by casting another vote of confidnce to Don! Maybe there is hope.

Dear ADN's Lisa;

“The $80 million vessel, named the Susitna, was born out of a unique partnership between the U.S. Navy, which wanted a prototype for a fast military landing craft, and the borough, which wanted an ice-breaking ferry to transport commuters across Knik Arm.” ~ ADN 2012, November 29th

The U.S. Navy never ever wanted this craft, not for modern day military exercises or for research. It was an already shelved design before the “crocks” went involved and it has turned out to be yet another waste of U.S. Taxpayers' loot. It was Ted, Don and MoanaLisa that wanted this “waste”, and as many Alaskans have come to acknowledge, another “Bridge to Nowhere”. Ted's legacy? Waste in a state that finds laws upon “waste not want”! Imagine, animal rights above human rights! Your story is very well written, very clear, so clear that one finds no confusion with respect to concluding that nobody is voluntarily taking point-blank responsibility for this $Mega-plus-Million$ boondoggle, so “the U.S. Navy” becomes a very convenient “scapegoat”. The water brass have better things too do then bother themselves with this mess. I have been following the “Susitna” since the money strolled away from the U.S. Treasury, realizing that this was just another Alaskan political project with not so promising a future. But I thought maybe this time around I would be wrong, that it was a viable project that would cerate jobs and then find a future, especially upon its original intent – as a ferry! But delays in the vessel's delivery schedule seemed to be painting a familiar face, failure was imminent. But I was not yet ready to give up, this was our hard-earned money at stake! When the Tohoku earthquake hit Japan in early 2011, I realized that the MV Susitna could be used “right now” to aid rescue in that devastation, as its design fit perfectly with the situation at hand – a coastal disaster wherein the Susitna could provide quick landings and recovery. But I could find no interest from the Mat-Su borough folks I spoke with, as if they had no interest in the hull's use then and must have realized that it was a dud. Talk about frustration! It was a very “laissez faire” response, like they cared not about this “right-now” opportunity. Imagine, this Navy vessel built by and for the U.S. Taxpayers which had already passed “sea trials”, it could have been used to save people, a good Samaritan deed, but those up north in the valley didn't care. I received “zero” help, even though at that time the vessel was seaworthy and only hours away from the scene. Pathetic, as more likely then not, had the people involved with this craft cared about our neighbors, well maybe the MV Susitna would have found a “good home” already! And had it been freed to utilization in Japan, with our relationship with that nation, the FTA burden would not exist, as this is something that could have already been erased. And it would still be in use, as the rebuilding efforts continue today. Imagine how much “rent” money could have already been collected. When one researches how much money EXXON gave out to rent boats in Prince William's Sound during the “Valdez” wreck, well it is possible that the cost to build this now “Ebay” special, maybe today it would be in the “Black” for the Port Authority instead of a steady bleed. Of course, this is the side of the story that goes without merit, as it is truly an embarrassment. Just ask the Mat-Su officials about it, but don't expect the truth about my requests to use the craft when it had a humanitarian mission, a possible future and a meaning! Now, how about “scrap” metal?

The Trial of the 113th

Sure enough, there are many expired cats that would attest to the dissatisfaction over the numeral 13, that “luck run a muck” thing. In fact, Donald Trump the high rise mogul known around the world as a “birther” jerk-off, well according to Charity, he still looks for the 13^th floor on his way up to the top of his daddy's gold pill. Sure it's a “pill”, as wealth is the evil addiction pharmaceutical. “Can't buy me love” ring a bell? Look normal people “despise” Trump, and how much has he wasted away trying to “buy” humane respect? Honestly, would there be “The Donald” if it were not for his daddy's success in the New York skyline real estate business? How many times has sonny boy been down that road to file for bankruptcy? Is this guy for real or just another estate baby, like we see with Mitt Romney's clan, kids that will never ever sweat a days worth of work to experience the true grit American way of life - only to exist and transpire through life of luxury wherein never ever accomplishing anything of merit. What legacy? Has Trump a legacy besides a buffoon and bumbling idiot personality that has helped ruin this country? When outsiders laugh upon this once great nation, they are not laughing with us but at us, due the influence of 1st Amendment destruction from ED – no not MSNBC's Schultz but a.k.a. Explosive Diarrhea - emanating those vocal orifices bent on such destruction, like we get from Trump. Yes, it is a right to be heard protected by the 1^st before the 2^nd, but like in Alaska through the state's constitutional convention bylaws, it is a “right” wherein those enjoying such freedoms are responsible for such speech and its fallout. Bottom-line, I can be heard but if my speech incites a riot, I can be held responsible! The 1^st Amendment is a self-policing freedom, basically think before speaking, else we end up with ED. With the 2^nd, shoot before you.....? This is where a state's rights trumps that of the U.S. Constitution and all states with similar “responsibility clauses” should be using such power to hold responsible ED that possesses an outcome with victims, the lawman should act upon the “responsibility” verdict. Look, I am all for free speech, all for the 1st above the 2^nd, but I also believe with modern day technology and the speed at which news travels, the speed at which bloggers can get out a message, mistakes can be costly as there are many that are walking around like a loaded weapon with a loaded weapon ready to evict tranquility. When Sarah Palin was affiliated with an on-line published map targeting U.S. representatives through the cross-hairs of a hunting rifle and it provoked an attack on Gabrielle Gifford, Palin should have been arrested and charged with contributory negligence – even if so minute that it found her under house arrest for a spell – it would have sent a message to think before sending. And since we are on the subject of lunatics, name one thing Trump has done for America, except make fools of people with less money - talk about intimidation and an UN-American way of life. Look, Trump can't even crap out a smile, leaning towards the proposition that all men are not created equal. And it appears said again, money “Can't buy me love”! I would wager that Trump would like to be like us, a proud member of the proletariat class, the salt-of-the-earth hard working middle class which is what this America is all about - so help me God! Trump may be wealthy, a piece of that 1% pie, but is he happy? Fuck NO, it's a cow-pie mentality we find behaved by the wealthy in this country without fair taxation and unfair representation! Wow, what a motto for the American proletariat class to which I am a member in good standing my fellow working class heroes: “Without Fair Taxation and Unfair Representation”. Now pardon the language barrier mishap, using the “F” word ridicule. But in some instances more often today then when “All our troubles seemed so far away”, it so emphasizes the rage caused by an un-fair system. Yes indeed and without any doubt, in today's world it takes money to make money, but when that start-up loot is handed over on a silver platter without any strings attached accept an attachment through birth and kinship, give me a break. Maybe Trump will eventually find the elevator stopping at the 13^th floor, and when that door opens, please jump! Today, the numeral 13 finds significance, as it is close to the commencement of the 113^th Congress – whoopee doo-dah-day! In fact, one of those fast food-fast to the grave-fast to take away your appetite joints, it is celebrating the 113^th Congress, with a piece of crap on a bun called the “Angry Whopper”! Now the “Angry” could be from the fact that with Bain Madness – akin to a deserted island rat infested disease pandemic – this taking over by corporate indecency, displacing workers rights with slave like work institutes, maybe the anger comes from the cook. A guy who thought maybe he had a career flipping mad-cow burgers, now having to work twice as hard for the same pay, or in other words, the way Mitt Romney does business - taking away the wage to make a buck. He's a bonafide thief! Remember, “we never meet the man whose name is on the label”! I hope that cook's sweat of anger finds its way into the beef, and that salt you taste, it ain't sea salt - but brow salt! Yuck, imagine wasting your taste buds with crap on a bun! Now back some years ago, the 13^th Congress went into session with 181 representatives, 36 senators and 4 non-voting members. It was a time in American history when the call to serve this country's representative needs meant something, those that served did it on a volunteer bases, being paid not a salary but a per-diem amounting to a measly $6.00 a day! It was representation based on a volunteer enthusiasm, feed me and I am content. Now that was before “Angry Whoppers” hit the scene. A whole lot different today with a modern day Congress still dysfunctional, more like $989 dollars per day, paid out without any work-logs, work ethics MIA, without any documentation supporting something delivered in return, not even a time clock in efforts to document if this taxpayers' money went well spent - or washed away as yet another losing proposition. I believe the latter meets all the criteria of wasteful spending, as we all realize that the 112^th has accomplished only a single goal, that automatic pay raise. And about the only thing on the “volunteer” radar screen with today's Congress, it is voluntarily turning their backs when lobbyists show-up to rape the Constitution. In fact, many in Congress assist in the rape, by holding down the kicking legs of Miss Liberty so her vagina can be held wide open, gang rape style and when the fun is done, restraining her from making waves this abuse. Damn Miss Liberty, you could have avoided that rape! Sure its rape. So the 113^th Congress is about to spend another year doing nothing. I am sure the Cantorbelles – the team made up of House Speaker John “Tan Man” Boehner, GOP Senate Minority Leader Mitch “KKK” McConnell and Eric “I'm Their Waterboy” Cantor – I am sure they plan another coup d'etat d'gras against Obama, as four more years has become a reality and no way in hell are the Cantorbelles going to make it easy for Obama. And since they care not about this country, care not about their sworn duties as representatives of the Constitution and care only to act out their desires as traitors with prosecutional immunity, I guess “total destruction the only solution” seems likely. Look, it is stalemate city at that House on the Hill. And being this session has that numeral “13” associated with it, maybe we would be better off as a nation to have not a Congress, let the next Commander-in-Chief handle matters that matter. In fact, here is the reason we need not a Congress. First and foremost, political hypocrisy ruins even the weather, just ask Sandy and Chris. With Obama's re-election cast in concrete by now, and officiated by Karl Rove seen entering a nutcrack institution for substancial loot abuse, soon we will see Barack smiling as he gets out that Executive Order” pen. And it's OK, as Romney had pledged that on day one had he been elected as the 44^th, he would have signed into law 854 “Executive Orders”, more then Bill Clinton and George Bush combined! Yes, number one would have been a tax cheat law for the wealthy so the funding of his campaign could have been forgiven or recovered – how many $billions$ did Rove waste away? So what good is a do nothing insane duck Congress? When sworn to office each and every session, they take an oath that signifies very important responsibilities, like “Support and Defend the Constitution” against “all enemies” foreign and domestic, to “bear true faith and allegiance” without reservation or the purpose of evasion and in a nutshell, to “faithfully discharge the duties of the office”. So what in Grover Conquest hell has happened? This is a sworn oath, not an illusion or suggestion? “Support and Defend” the Constitution, by trying to destroy Obama? But that “Purpose of Evasion” is of interest. According to the Bing Dynasty; “Evasion is defined as avoidance of something, avoidance of something unpleasant, especially a moral or legal obligation, a means of escaping or avoiding something, especially one that involves cunning or deceit, avoiding of issue, failure to give a direct answer to a direct question, usually in order to conceal the truth”. Sound suspicious? Is it any clearer, as the entire Congress is in violation that oath, as it is evasion on steroids. Honestly, the 113^th should show up, swear in and take care of the 1^st day's important matters - like roll call and like giving themselves a “pay raise” - then retiring away. After that, the entire Congress should be held in contempt, under the “Purpose of Evasion” clause. So I have formed an exploratory committee, to place in motion a ways and means petition to hold the Congress responsible, to act as adults and not as morons or else, face the wrath of a bipartisan blitzkrieg from the right and from the left, that the masses are tired and weary of unfaithful shenanigans and we can abolish their patheticness with such a petition. That in modern times, we need not a Congress and can volunteer to represent ourselves – through twitter-ville technologies.

Obama will not have to move out of the Oval Office, which means another four years of hatred from the “birthers” and also allowing George Herbert Walker Bush to reign still as this century's presidential failure – as a single term president. And of course, like father like son… And there is reason enough as to why the “water-boy” hit the podium to raise the truce flag, the white flag of defeat. His concession speech talked about a “Spirit of Cooperation”, something that has been missing in action over at the beltway even though Obama has maintained an open-door-policy. The GOP has found every excuse in the book to maintain a separation between Congress and the Commander-in-Chief, at the same time their dereliction away from Constitutional conviction has allowed for an erosion between that “church and state” separation, so fundamental a healthy society. The religious faction of today has become a pretty annoying obstacle to true American democracy. For those not in the know political shenanigans, Cantor is the official “water-boy” for House Speaker John Boehner and Senate GOP Minority Leader Mitch McConnell. For the last four years wherein Obama has tried to lead this “dust bowl” country out of desperation and at the same time keep us safe and away from attacks upon the “Homeland”, Cantor and crew have been trying to destroy this country, by tactics designed to target and destroy Obama – wherein the trickle down theory affects us all. And McConnell has practiced a “with us or against us” mandate his hooligan colleagues, which means he is a “bastard”. Well Mitch, you failed. And Boehner held the same conviction, to destroy Obama, because ObamaCare placed a tax upon “tanning” booths, which pissed Boehner off big time. So now comes the truce, as they have failed miserably this premeditated attack, after spending well over $58Million$ of taxpayers' loot on a plan of destruction without merit. Sure this is criminal, and the Sergeant of Arms was indeed AWOL his post, maybe black-mailed through intimidation or received a healthy bribe. But Obama has prevailed, so now the goons are coming front and center, for a very good reason. They are scared! See, Obama has 4-years to coast by as he pleases, as another term is not of interest and forbidden by the Constitution. Obama has succeeded above and beyond all expectations, even with “bounty” like rhetoric from American importers like Palin, and the history books will tell future generations all about this success story so far. But a president with “4 more years”, it comes with a very valuable tool more powerful then all of Congress - it is called the “Executive Privilege” or what George “Puppet” Bush declared after being re-elected somehow still suspicious, “Capital earned, capital to spend, so let’s start a WAR”. With the stroke of a pen, without even an iota of a consensus of approval or bipartisan cooperation from the House, Obama can make and break legislation. Basically, he can place into effect “law” that satisfies his goals. Everything he wanted to get done in his 1^st term, a work product “For the People and All the People” that went without any consideration except ridicule by the Cantorbelles, it can now become a reality. See, the Cantorbelles thought there was no way in hell that Obama would ever see the likes of another term, come the 2012 election. Karl Rove was wrong again, and how much did the Koch brothers lose on this gamble? How many close heart attacks did Trump endure while blowing a blood-pressure fuse over Obama's birth certificate? They blew it, as their ideals stink that of a rabid skunk, which is good for America that they ended up in last place. So John, Mitch, Eric and the rest of the traitors that have maintained such attacks upon the Commander-in-Chief over and above the last four years, ha, ha! And I would wager that come next January, when the swearing in ceremony is official that Obama is still at the helm, Donald's blood pressure will sky rocket, and he will blow the main fuse! So maybe somewhere on the Oval Office desk under all of the congratulatory and inaugural ceremony invitations, hopefully there is a law awaiting the stroke of that pen, legislation that will penalize and possibly incarcerate the Cantorbelles, the Trumps, the Roves, and the rest of the Hannity insanity that has engulfed this country like a cow turd on an ant farm. What do you mean there is already a law of such? Yes, there is! It is called the Constitution and with Obama, it goes to show that this great emancipator of freedom is still strong, even after all these years of neglect, abuse and blasphemy from a derelict Congress. It goes too show that “We the People” still have the power to keep this country alive and well, even with a Congress on the lam. And maybe herein exists the gem, that an AWOL congress with an idiot IQ the likes of the Cantorbelles is better off with a “zero” performance mandate wherein a still rational America, can thus through assurances, place our vote with trust to that man at the helm with the hot-pen - to legislate and legalize what is best for this country's future. Like giving PEACE a chance once again along with goals to continue to protect the freedoms for that class that counts, to not cater to that class that has been behind the Cantorbelles’ plan of destruction, a well-funded plan. I am talking about that corporate Mitt Romney mentality “fearmark” that America is a business and the working class is just a bunch of lowlife pawns on a shuffle board. A game played out that consumes our wellbeing, wherein they refuse to lose - knock us out here, knock us around there, disposable we are their thinking. So pathetic it has been with the Congressional misguidance tuned toward the Bain mandate, a quest for success for the wealth lords at the proletariats’ class expense. We are not slaves mind you! The Blame Game

StormZilla Sandy, what a disappointment to the storm chasers and everybody else in between, trying to take advantage this “unprecedented” event. Food store shelf stockers are happy, as are the bottled water companies, Native American casino owners and the Mafia - what a windfall. It’s a rainstorm with some wind! OK, the surfs up. I am stuck here on the east coast, waiting out the storm as the threat that never showed canceled everything, except closing down the casinos. Realize this fact not fiction, that in many locals where gambling is allowed, casinos are the modern day shelters during a storm. Think about it. Plenty of cheap food, heated with lights due the fact these places have their own power generation facilities to assist never-ending gambling, security un-matched even by our own military bases, on-site medical personnel and entertainment. Wow, even during a big storm the pit bosses see fit to take away your money. Cheaper than a bed-bug ridden hotel mattress, a room with no view and a complimentary “Constipation” breakfast! My computer’s “Review & Edit” function changed the “Continental” as there ain't nothing even close that definition a rotten banana and day old bagel. And now that Sandy has disappeared inland and caused only a smidgen of damage north of New York City, the blame game hits the ring – time to duke it out. See, it started out as a storm to watch. But soon jumped lanes as a possible political game changer, so close to the 2012 presidential election, so the media saw the opportunity to make waves. Remember Katrina, that pathetic response by George Bush, that Mr. Brown had it all under control? Well Brown has already entered his 2-cents over Sandy, telling everybody to chill. I guess that is what causes corpses! About the only thing under control during that storm was harassment upon the under-privileged, those city-dwellers with skin color different. Now with Sandy, it was more of the same – the time to take advantage syndrome tied to American politics. Al Roker appeared on the tube trying to cover the storm, but in reality he was hold up at some industrial wind tunnel with a fake backdrop, at least that is what it looked like. About the only credible premeditated eminent domain declaration came from New Jersey Governor Chris Christie, as he was quick to shutdown all the interstate highways so food trucks could get to his unidentified shelter, to feed his fat face. Talk about a pathetic mouth, as what comes from the upper orifice is Rush Limbaugh hot air on Viagra. “If a hard-on lasts longer then….” And Christie is the poster child of American obesity highlighted by a lifestyle missing exercise, so he was quick to ban surfers’ rights during the storm. Interesting, that this storm was a direct hit on Atlanta City. Nothing lost in my book. OK, maybe my opinion this concern is not fair, tough it out. I live in Alaska, have been there since 76, so I have endured “real” storms. Things are changing, with goofy like weather patterns and hopefully a lesson learned in the aftermath of storm Sandy. Hopefully this can be that “straw” that makes us repent, that there is a correction course from mankind's wicked ways and means, the Gore Hypotheses. And no doubt, half the scientific community is wrong with respect to the effects of global warming. Storms have taken on increasing levels of “mystery” over the years – yet global warming continues to be but a hoax to many seriousness missing in action minded individuals. OK, I meant “dumb” minded. I know something is up with nature’s behavior, one can see it so without doubt in the birds’ feeding habits and in the great migrations – somewhat disrupted the last few years. Just look around you, the heat is on! A few weeks ago I was still engaged in repairing damage following the “big blow” in Anchorage, wind gusts tipped the scale at 20 on the Beaufort scale - or strong enough to send aloft Christie’s loaded underwear. Flying objects become dangerous projectiles, especially underwear on the loose. But with Sandy, blame for a botched prediction can be tied too – drum roll please – the United States Congress! See, over the past 200 years, Congress has wasted away $zillions$ in appropriations to “model” the weather. Since mankind is stupid with respect to an understanding of nature’s ways and means, we cannot even during modern times dream up a credible algorithm that predicts what is on the horizon. So in efforts to come close a prediction, we must collect years and years of weather related data then confiscate that data into super-computers, heavy duty number crunching electron jiving machines wherein maybe someday towards the year 9012, maybe we will have collected enough stuff to justify a prediction worth listening to. But when we have “global warming” trying to raise havoc past weather data, it places all efforts into limbo. Just when the weatherman was so close to unveiling a credible “model”, something ruined the equation and it is like starting all over again. We see it now with this latest botched prediction with Sandy. And that is where the Congress fails the grade. By not taking action to calm the weather, by declaring an all out effort to stabilize the data through legislation that proves this body of government is serious its responsibility, like reducing “our” input to the “warming” trend, the money spent trying to outsmart nature is just an exercise in futility. And for anybody that is still dumb after all these years upon this “warming”, take a trip to Alaska. I have witnessed glaciers disappearing, just down the highway from Anchorage - along with unprecedented wind storms, record breaking snow storms and interior warning trends that makes Fairbanks tame with respect to brutal weather patterns found in other parts on this nation. Yet we continue to believe not, that the weather is changing due in part our “industrialized” influence. And with the weather predictors, unfortunately they are still wrong, after years and years of trying. It has to be a crappy job and will never provide any credible output as long as we continue to do things against the environment, things that change things. And in a recent research report that seems to have been shelved without any consideration due it verdict, that “global” something exists, the fact that this information has found no interest is par for the course, as to change our course and bad habits is something nobody wants to hear about. See, this research report places the blame for the “warming” trend on our bad habits and it calls for a tax upon the American drivers. The research report calculated that there exists today many new “man-made” wind currents contributing to wind storms that are generated by a correction course upon nature’s utopia by nature in itself. It isn’t playing out this take sides game with the “warming”, nature is taking corrective action as we speak. And this research paper finds interest in the fact that it is not “industry” that is the direct perpetrator this warming, that it is our driving habits that finds most of the blame. See, over the years we have designed highways and faster cars. As cars meander around this country by the billions each and every day, this moving heat source creates a current that is now changing the natural currents surrounding the near surface of the earth. Totaling up the individual “car” currents, well in the end it creates an un-natural counter-current, which requires another counter-current by nature to combat the side effects. That is why this research has been conveniently shelved, as it ends with a hypotheses instilling the fact that the American drivers are to blame for the “global warming” trends, and should be taxed, in efforts to find a ways and means to combat this “warming” trend and at the same time act as a deterrent, to restrict the driving freedoms. Maybe it was just nature providing a correction, from “your” driving. Now remember, “you don’t need a weathermen to tell which way the wind blows”. Well, all was on course for Sandy to be one for the history books. The storm was a combination of a Nor’easter and a hurricane. It was massive in size, and heading dead smack on course with Atlanta City, until – another drum roll please – until Chris Christie opened his big fat smacker. Honestly, what else could have averted this storm’s disastrous strength? According to the Phineas J. Whoopee Think Tank, that organization’s time-tested 3DBB computer indicates that something in the N.J. area interfered with Sandy, and what else could it have been, but Christie opening his yap for a dozen Big Macs. Remember, to every action there is an equal and opposite reaction. If science can trump that by pre-dawn attacks, then maybe so we can change the course of mighty storms. An eye for an eye, tooth for a tooth mentality. So maybe we have to thank Christie, for speaking up and out, as it appears he has the power to change the course of a mighty storm, and or is well. Some little girl is posted on the “tube” with tears, a sickly looking face, a scared voice and complaining about Obama and Romney commercials - that she is tired of them. Look, this is child abuse as this kid is probably having nightmares! If a mom is so interested in the political landscape but takes away Mr. Rogers' time and Sesame Street time from her kids, just to stay a political junkie, this is child abuse - as politics isn't fit for everyone, especially when we have a Congress that employs a bunch of rapists, con artists and lobby whores. I am sure this kid is not surfing the “tube” on her own accord looking for Karl Rove constipation, diarrhea and erectile dysfunction commercials. Please, arrest this mom for something. Imagine, it is only 4-days away from the 2012 presidential election and George W. Bush has not yet blessed his candidate of choice. Maybe nobody in the running arena wants an endorsement from a pathetic dud, as we still find a town in Texas missing an idiot! Just the other day Jeb Bush went on the defense for little brother, trying to convince an audience of Florida terrorists that you can't blame a rotten economy on his brother's misguided administration. See, had this not been allowed - in reality it should never have been allowed as it is criminal behavior – the Bush name would have been attacked. They don't think they use the services and infrastructure designed for the proletariat class, so why should they pay out their hard earned loot for “our” well being, this is how they think. Do you truly believe a “rich” person knows what happens every-time a faucet is turned on, or a toilet is flushed? Praytell, ask them who picks the vegetables and fruit so fresh! What ever happened to this country? Look, when Jim Baker was acting as the PR person for the Carlyle Group – which has ties bigger then Bain to China – Jim refused to interview with the American flag as a backdrop? Why not, what is he afraid of? See, America is used only in name any longer for many corporations. The jobs have gone offshore as has most of the tax-free looting. Anyway, when the IRS raided the UBS bank accounts down in the Caymans' – which was instrumental in starting the IRS amnesty program for the rich – I am sure the Romney clan was so named in that warrant, the only reason Mitt refuses to publish his tax returns. Basically, Mitt was indicted by the revenuers, but like occurs all to often, the rich used their money to hire powerful Will Street attorneys to run a full court press upon the indictments, and we see leniency with the amnesty program. In fact, many powerful lawyers defending the tax cheats, they are now challenging the amnesty program and telling clients to not cooperate with the IRS agents. Money, it can buy freedom nowadays, just ask Tom Delay. Look, Tom was indicted but remains a free-man. If the system was just, he would be behind bars and not allowed to vote, as he is a felon on the loose. Matter of fact, under the tax-cheat laws, without the amnesty program, Mitt is probably a felon, which menas he could not run for president. No, the “Will” is not a typo, as it is no longer a Wall that anyone can climb to the top. It has become but a rich persons game, a “WILL” that finds estates with estate babies protected from ever paying any taxation. “WILLS” so rich that there comes before us an entire generation of rich kids that will never ever sweat a days worth of work and with that will never realize what the American dream is all about, as it is the silver platter splattering of decency. And when one observes what is looming on the horizon, there is the outline of a skull, not Geronimo's, but an ugly remnant of the “Idiot” that was awakened from the crypt, and it is haunting even little girls who are afraid that “Big Bird” will be murdered at sundown come November 6^th, 2012.
