The "LAW" according to Sid: The finalized public version of the rules under Obama were issued on December 29, 2009 through a document called “Executive Order 13526-Classified National Security Information.” Through that order, a senior official with the authority to deem a document in an agency or department as classified also had the power to declassify it. So the question is moot. Clinton could take a classified State Department document, declare it unclassified and send it to whomever she chose.

So here it is in "black verses white" why Hillary Rodham Clinton - the next Commander-in-Chief - faced NO crime, NO time, NO fine during the FBI conviction of "extremely careless" with respect to U.S. government "Classified Documents" provided to Putin, through that Blumenthal escape hatch clause. Yes, NO nothing even though the FBI "they took twenty-seven 8 x 10 colored glossy photographs with circles and arrows and a paragraph on the back of each one explainin' what each one was, to be used as evidence. Took pictures of the approach, the getaway, the northwest corner, the Southwest corner". And the same reason that underlings not considered a "senior official", like General David Petraeus(xCIA Director, 4-Star General with 61-Distinguished Service Awards and an honorable 37-year career in the military) along with General James "Hoss" Cartwright(Joint Chiefs of Staff under Bush & Obama, 4-Star General with 16-Defense Distinguished Service Awards and an honorable 40-year career in the military), well both have pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor and face fines and jail time - for being honest when questioned that some secret information may have been exchanged through their hands to outside interests. Yes, because they both swore on an oath of honesty when joining the military, now before a military tribunal they are found guilty - no "I can't recalls" allowed as a cop out. And let us not forget lowly 1st Class Seaman Sancier, who snapped a few shots of the "considered secret" engine room of the USS Alexandria to show the kids, and is also facing time - when the preponderance of innocence went obstructed, even though the sailor's lawyer tried to invoke the "Hillary Clinton Defense" without merit - the hierarchy of power crimes - in America!

OK, maybe Boris Johnson was right, that Hillary is a "sadistic nurse in a mental hospital" and Donald Trump is a patient under her disguise and diagnoses - only in America! And the fact that Hillary is up "double digits" against her drooling patient, is this anything to brag about? America, sick we are as a nation when it comes to leaders before the voting public today - as Obama will be the last Great Commander-in-Chief. And let's hope history never repeats itself the 2016 election cycle!
