Too Complicated To Explain?

So Bill Clinton is in the "Dog House", and his penance is to come to Hillary's defense. OK, if else No "makin whoopee" and since Bill has been banned from the "Lolita Express", well he now finds the time to defend her actions as Secretary of State. According to the 42nd in a recent interview:

He also dismissed Comey’s statement that Hillary Clinton was “extremely careless” with the emails and told the questioner that the federal government’s agency-by-agency rules for dealing with classified material is “too complicated to explain.”

Now it's the "Too Complicated To Explain" that finds fascination beyond belief. So here is the "Litmus Test" every damn person that works for the Federal government is sworn upon, this nation's largest employer, what all workers must abide by - made simple so there are NO "complications": Under 18 USC 2071 "We the People" find the following "RULE"!

18 U.S. Code § 2071 - Concealment, removal, or mutilation generally - Whoever, having the custody of any such record, proceeding, map, book, document, paper, or other thing, willfully and unlawfully conceals, removes, mutilates, obliterates, falsifies, or destroys the same, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both; and shall forfeit his office and be disqualified from holding any office under the United States. PERIOD, PERIOD, PERIOD!

So anybody out there that finds this "Too Complicated To Understand", which on the Phineas J. Whoopee intellectual scale is graded as a 4th grade education...OK, do we really want a person in the Oval Office that has such a difficulty understanding "Simple Simon" things?
