“WE the PEOPLE”, finding that Hillary Rodham Clinton
while serving in the capacity of the 67th Secretary of State between
June, 27, 2010 - the effective date of Presidential Executive Order 13526 - and
February 1, 2013, failed to “Demonstrate Personal Commitment” consistent with
Section 5.4. General Responsibilities of said “Order”:

Heads of agencies that originate or handle
classified information shall:
(a) demonstrate personal commitment to the successful implementation of the program established under this order; (c) ensure that agency records systems are designed and maintained to optimize the safeguarding of classified information; (3) establishing and maintaining security education and training programs; (4) establishing and maintaining an ongoing self inspection program and reporting annually to the Director of the Information Security Oversight Office on the agency's self-inspection program; (5) establishing procedures consistent with directives issued pursuant to this order to prevent unnecessary access to classified information, including procedures that: (A) require that a need for access to classified information be established before initiating administrative clearance procedures; and (B) ensure that the number of persons granted access to classified information meets the mission needs of the agency while also satisfying operational and security requirements and needs.

Therefore “WE the PEOPLE” find Hillary Rodham Clinton “Guilty” of violating this EO and demand the following actions consistent with the intent of said “Order”:
Sec. 5.5. Sanctions. Officers of the United States Government shall
be subject to appropriate sanctions if they knowingly, willfully, or
negligently: (4) contravene any other provision of this order or its
implementing directives.
Sanctions demanded, due a reckless disregard the
requirement to “Demonstrate Personal Commitment”, shall include “FOREVER”
termination of classification authority, “FOREVER” loss and “FOREVER” denial of
access to classified information consistent with the standards of “Executive
Order 13526”, signed on December 29, 2009 by Barack Obama, 44th President
of the United States of America.
