Obama Impeachment?

Oh my goddess of green beer could it all be a set-up? Could John Boehner and Mitch McConnell's dream be coming true? Remember, Mitch has been orchestrating a pre-meditated take-down for some 2240 days by now and his time is running short, and did the Congress just pull a good one? Look, the “House” in its majority is all it takes to send Obama and Biden to the unemployment line. Any infraction, no matter how small, it could unite a “Treason Turncoat” attempt to oust what may be this nation's best “Commander-in-Chief” in a long time. And with an election year coming soon, let's muddy the waters as that helps the other party to victory – as an impeachment proceeding disenfranchises the nation and such would make the democratic party look sad – so defeat in 2016 would be imminent. Poor Mr. Obama, he doesn't deserve this lack of respect from the Congress which trickles down to disrespct from too many Americans. Did you hear his speech the other day over in Selma – my, my, tears of joy to the eyes. But as many “True Grit” Americans enjoyed the “March”, missing was the GOP, as they had better things to do - like coming up with a ways and means to destroy this nation by continuing to destroy Obama and his legacy. But that “Lgeay” of greatness is already cast in stone, in the very foundation of the Constitution for future generations to cherish. Maybe we are NOT used to such a statesmen, just waking up each day and doing his damn job for “All America” - Oorah, we can't handle the truth! But the daily interference from the Cruz fringe, the on-going hatred, what gives America? So could John Boehner now be forced to support an “Impeachment” trial upon Barack Obama and Joe Biden, for failing at their “Constitutional” duties? Maybe this is what happens when a “Do Nothing Congress” is so derelict, it backfires on the “Chief” as he is supposed to be the “Gate-Keeper” when push comes to shove. Look, Congress is not doing its job, so imagine if Obama said the hell with it and decided to “lame duck-out” and play golf instead for the rest of his career in the Oval Office! But when 47 U.S. Senate republicans joined together recently and sent an “Interference” letter to Iran, that was indeed a violation of the “Logan Act” - that which disallows any “unauthorized” U.S. citizen to correspond with a foreign government with an intent to influence, especially wherein treaties are in dispute or in the process of negotiations, as the latter is reserved for the U.S. President. So this letter - from almost a “majority” of the U.S. Senate - did interfere with the on-going nuclear threat treaty negotiations between Iran and Obama. And Orrin Hatch signed this letter as the ranking republican senate member, as did the senate “whip”, so this “interference” has been authenticated. It was NOT approved by Obama! So why hasn't the Sergeant-at-Arms arrested the signatories of destruction? Well Congress finds some immunity which exempts members from arrest or prosecution for acts done in their official capacity. A violation of the “Logan Act” is punishable by a felony conviction – which means no more senate seat warming. Those behind this letter are playing a game and know the repurcussions of such dereliction. See that “immunity” fails the test if a member of Congress steps over the inherent boundaries of protection and reneges on the “Oath”, derelict upon the “evasion” clause. Basically speaking, performance unbecoming a member of Congress that evades the oath. “I do solemnly swear that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter. So help me God.” So, by Obama failing to take action upon the “Turncoats”, with Biden as the “President” of the 114th Senate failing to take action, by letting the “Turncoats” off the hook, that leaves no other alternative to House Speaker Boehner then to begin “Impeachment” hearings for dereliction of duty – not upon the senate members, but upon the Commander-in-Chief for being derelict in not arresting the “Turncoats”. Sad, when this could actually become a reality. But, the GOP is too damn “Stupid” to realize a good thing. The reason they find NO respect for Barack Obama!
