Jarred Lee Loughner has been requested to give the “Fringe” rebuttal following President Obama's “State of the Union” address next Tuesday, January 20^th. Loughner is well known and established in the SarahPAC following and his rebuttal will be live from the USMCFP in Springfield, Missouri.
