According to reliable
sources, an Alaskan is being investigated for “Threats
Toward a Government Protectee” under 18
U.S.C. §871. This threat, which was beyond “Free Speech” came
from a social-media “Comment” following a news article published
by the Alaska Dispatch with respect to the Obama Administration
deferring 9.8-million acres of offshore rights away from future oil &
gas development. Here is the on-line threat being questioned:
