It appears that the Massachusetts' Secretary of Commonwealth(SOC)
has filed a “Involuntary Revocation” for Bain Capital, Inc & Bain Capital
Investors VI, both under W. M. Romney, effective 6/18/2012. This
usually occurs when misleading information has been filed by a
business entity!
