Impeachment Hearings!

OK, wake up AMERICA, but for here is what's at stake this nation's “Good Standing”. Heaven forbid the FBI finds wherein Hillary Rodham Clinton, after the fact she has taken office as the 45^th President of the United States is indicted for a simple matter! Praytell if a single document under Hillary's watch when in the position of Secretary Of State was obliterated, destroyed, concealed, removed or mutilated, as then there is evidence that allows the “G-Men” to fine Hillary $2000 bucks – yes chump change. And this has nothing to do with he-said or she-said classified or not information. But there is a catch, as under this same “Public Law” of record 18 U.S. Code §2071 comes the non-money non-incarceration piece of the puzzle. Specifically, this law calls for the following penalty also: “be disqualified from holding any office under the United States”. So, if after the fact the investigators find wherein say the NSA had a stake-out map of the strip joints frequented by Bill & Company – if that was so destroyed during the “Private Server” cleansing ritual and is retrieved by the “Geek Squad”, guess what Hillary? Yes, Bill's 1^st Lady would thus be disqualified from holding “any” office, including seat warming the Oval! Which means “We Americans” would have to endure more hardships with yet another “Clinton Impeachment Hearing”. The law cannot be hidden away this serious matter, and as stated with respect to Hillary's dilemma, “Whoever, having the custody of any such record, proceeding, map, book, document, paper, or other thing, willfully and unlawfully” is a suspect. So why in hell shall this America take the chance, as Hillary has already changed her Pinocchio tune, and under 18 U.S. Code §2071 it doesn't have to be anything close to a “classified” abuse of such for a guilty verdict – as “or other thing” covers a whole lot of ground. And Hillary by virtue her S.O.S. position of authority was the bonafide “Custodian” of record all records before the State Department during her tenure, that is inherently written in the “U.S. Constitution” from way back when it was adopted by the Founding Fathers. And Hillary agreed upon such terms and conditions when sworn in under oath! So, look at what has transpired so far, as if we find that there was a violation upon this “Code” and we forfeit away the penalties, then we have forfeited away what our Founding Fathers set as punishment such behavior wherein the “disqualification” finds merit. But to conveniently ignore this “Law” and the consequences, well that is the beginning of the end of “Our Democracy”. So YES, we are better off to call on Hillary to “Quit” her political aspirations now before it is too late at our expense, and that of our kids. With what we have heard so far from the bag of excuses, we will soon find out that the law may have been broken, with nothing “classified” just stupidity in trying to erase the tracks of “other things” considered...this has nothing to do with character, just a simple violation wherein the perpetrators must face justice and “disqualification” is what it's all about!

Look Mr. Tan Man, since you have boycotted the “True America” spirit for the past years, if the salt-of-the-earth working class heroes of this nation acted according to your bible of work ethics, the day the earth stood still would be a reality. Texas Flag Makeover

Get used to the name “Yantal Xinchao”. When deciphered, it means “Caged Slaves”. I am without nice words today, that there came not a moratorium placing on hold the World Series and the GOP Presidential debates as this nation is under attack! The “People's Communist Party of China” is buying up our oil fields in Texas! This should have alerted the “Militia” to stand-up, as when we see corporate America selling out for cash on the barrel, it is apparent that the neon-conservatives talk big about “Oil” but act like primadonna terrorists when push comes to shove the American Spirit into the cesspool. And because of NO action by the “Tea Party”, it appears that faction is but a pussey-patsy-posse of loudmouths! This takeover is happening right now in the “Lone Star” state, where the citizens despise Obama and his Jade Helm attempts to make sure – well “gave proof through the night that our loyalty was in shambles” and government intervention is today a much needed necessity. Yes, Obama should call up the Texas “Militia” to arrest this takeover, by incarcerating those buisness owners that are on the take to makeover the Texas flag – to include the Communist “sickle”. See, it is our “National Security” resource down-hole and when oil companies finish the business, we recoup but a fraction of our “black gold” worth with respect to being paid off. Yet when American investments control this interest, we gain a full advantage that resource due the trickle-down of reasonable economics. But when the “Commies”.... Hey Mr. Texas Roughneck, do you really want a show & tell at your kid's school wherein you must admit you work for a “Commie” outfit? It is unbelievable, that this is happening! This kind of takeover would never happen in Alaska's oil fields, it would be boycotted. At least I would hope not, but when Yantalinese “WAR” ships were seen recently in the Bearing Strait – well maybe I should have second thoughts about what his happening to “My 'Tis of Thee”. They're up to something no good, the brats that give not a rat's ass about this Union but always displaying an American flag lapel pin when hosting political smörgåsbords for Rick Perry  and Ted Cruz wannabes. In fact, the fact that the Chinese are now purchasing our oil fields, I became aware that when a Congress is “Doing Nothing” then the hen-house gets raided. So when I watched the debates and heard nothing from the FOX this “bad news”, I realized who is on the take this takeover - it's all for the “Mighty Buck” - this selling out. It is so UN-AMERICAN to say the least, and we all sit back engaged in playing games on our “Flat Earth” cell phones. Saving grace, at least Trump understands “eminent domain” theory and maybe if elected would take back what is rightfully ours, same with Bernie Sanders. Come on America, it's happening right before our eyes, ears and noses – yes it stinks of a rabid Don Young Skunk – a.k.a. Nancy Pelosi. And like already eluded upon, when Congress is “AWOL”, the rats, skunks and bed-bugs swarm in and is this what we want to leave as our legacy heritage? Think about it, the “Commies” controlling our “oil fields”, what next our military?
