Tea-Party Fails Test

Where in HELL is the “TRUE” Tea-party? Appears missing in action like maybe December 21^st was their end of the world with the discovery of the “Big Bang Belch” and those that could have barricaded themselves away underground, waiting for the “bad” news - that it was just a liberal hoax. See, we haven't heard a peep from Donald Sump since then, or Tush Limbaugh, how “sweet it is” and it appears that air pollution has hit an all time low from sea to shining sea! Sure has been nice though, with that “Don’t Tread on Me – Live Free or Die” following bent on a “false pretense worship” incarcerated in their own pathetic stool, hopefully drowned by their own ambitions. Now don't take me wrong, as at one time in history a long time ago, I thought this “other” party had merit against the bastards, until Joe the Hummer became Sarah Palin's playmate. BASTARD defined herein: The result of a Congress made up of a majority of bonafide “thieves” that have taken the “Lobby Lobotomy” oath. But just recently an American Patriot finally had his day in court, only to be let down by the justice system and let down by the Tea-Party, the latter being a no show and indicative that this party has lost all credibility its agenda. This “Patriot's” court of law story goes like this. A Mr. Jonathan Frieman has been driving the commuter lanes on California's busy highways for the past decade, trying to get pulled over for a traffic violation, as he is the only individual present in his vehicle traveling along a lane that is reserved for driver & passenger minimum requirements law. Breaking this law designed to smooth move congested traffic can find stiff fines. Now his purpose for intentionally breaking the law has merit. His argument is against the “United States vs. Citizens United”, as it bothers him that the U.S. Supreme Court under the influence of the “Lobby Lobotomy” has ruled that a “corporation is a person” enjoying all the liberties of the 1^st Amendment - namely unrestricted political campaign spending. So Mr. Frieman thought that if the “Supreme Court” was correct in their opinion, then he too could enjoy this liberty and preferential treatment provided to “ghosts”, by forming his own corporation and then his passenger, the “corporation” ghost could enjoy the commuter lanes, as his theory fit the present law of record! I would say Mr. Frieman missed his true calling, as a Constitutional law scholar. But unfortunately for Mr. Frieman and unfortunately for “America”, the judge would not touch this predicament with any leniency and ruled against Mr. Frieman through some outlandish ruling, that this was not the intent of the California law, which reads like this: “Person is defined as a natural person or corporation” and stated so in the California road driving manual under commuter lane rules and regulations! Look, the judge was afraid to rule with righteousness, as this is “Big Government” intervention fostered by a “Bigger Secret Government”, that “Lobby Lobotomy Party”. Even though many scorn “Big Government”, it is being used against us by those that want less government interaction – and it works for them through the proverbial Mobius Strip, what goes around comes around. And like everything else, some issues of importance attracts attention, others don't based on a popularity contest gamble. Had the “TRUE” Tea-Party been still excited, they would have helped send this litigation where it is supposed to be, right back in the face of the Supreme Court that made an unprecedented ruling, in favor of “Corporations over People”. Like already mentioned and reiterated, the “TRUE” Tea-Party showed worthiness early on its creation, but due to premature infiltration by Koch suckers looking for a vulnerable base in efforts to shove aside more wealth through corporate loopholes and tax shelters, which seeds more power and an addiction for more control towards their estates and takes away freedom from the “People”, this party has lost all credibility and is on the verge of collapse. Look, if Donald Trump was driving his gas-guzzling limo by himself in one of those reserved commuter lanes, and used the same augment with his cast of expensive attorneys we would probably see a different outcome. But Trump is one who gains through rulings that stymie the “People’s” freedoms. Look, the justice system is as weak as Congress! But we all know the truth of the matter, that “Trump” never learned to drive – how un-American! Maybe that should be the new qualifier for the wealthy – if you don't drive yourself to the market or to work each and every day except weekends, you have lost all negotiable power so surrender your Social Security Card. What you mean most rich people have not this Government ID? True to fact, most wealthy people never signed up as that is against their grain, since they see it as “government welfare” and don't pay into this system to begin with. It is the main reason that there exists members of Congress that are trying to dismantle the S.S. America, so they can give away more of our hard earned wages held still somewhat secrure – but it is just a matter of time before it is given away. Look, Mitt Romney – due the fact he pays ½ in taxable income the rest of us pay and still uses the taxpayer paid for infrastructure – he can give that money away to his kids who will never ever have to work a day in their lives! Not only is the justice system on “Tilt”, so is the tax system, but with a do nothing Congress, the henhouse continues to get raided and “We the People” suffer the consequences. That “Fiscal Clift” thing that Biden dreamed up with Mitch McConnell, it is more like a “Fiscal Gift” for yours truly – that 1%! The more we become a two-party nation, the wealthy and the rest, we will find out more and more of how un-American wealth has become and with that, we begin to see the “why & how” there exists an erosion melt-down like virus upon the very foundation that made this nation once so great a nation. Today, we are heckled and speckled upon by other nations around the globe, as what is going on in America today is NOT the “American” way, but Lucifer’s agenda made possible by a majority of lawmakers camouflaged into tricking us into thinking they represent us, their true identity being “lawbreakers”. I am tired of being Cantorized, that's when Eric “Little Runt” Cantor shoves a hot iron prod up Miss Liberty's butt and laughs as she weeps with pain – as we also feel that pain and shame. Honestly, we should coin a new word that defines “Homegrown Treason”, like “Cantorized” as this guy is as far away a true American as was the outlaw Osama Bin laden. Why? Because Cantor enjoys causing havoc on the “Hill”, and I guess Bob Dylan was right, that the “Sergeant of Arms was blackmailed into leaving his post”, as if that were not the case, when January 3^rd came around a few days ago the “Hill” would have been empty - as the lawmaking lawbreakers would have been feasting on a bread and water diet and looking through cold steel bars at the Potomac! Fact of the matter, I went a little disappointed, as they all should have just stayed home, my sentiment along with many more than ever Americans - sorry to say - this nation being better off without them anywhere near the U.S. Treasury. Say you were a CEO and had 534 workers that constantly fort and showed up for work never on time and only half the time? That's what it amounts to and made convincing through the Congressional report card and scorecard – below grade and “ugly”. And “We the People” are that CEO, yet we must have been blinded by the might of the right, and today we suffer. It is not a matter of surrounding ourselves with incompetence, or is it? I didn't vote for Obama, as I decided to take the Willie Nelson approach – that we can't trust any existing party. But I still have hope, that maybe if I embrace the Tea-Party ¼ of the way, the GOP another ¼, the Pelosi regime yet another ¼ and the Bernie Sanders party the remaining ¼ of my allegiance, at least the latter shows hope that the star like spangled banner will still wave, even though weakened, torn and shreaded almost to the point of disgrace, as it only takes a single individual like Bernie to make a difference to what has become a real live “Deliverance”. Yes, individuals can do it, like that statesmen like Mr. Friemen trying to make a difference in a David vs. Goliath arena, and even with such an imbalance of power, nothing stopping his convictions, except an entire posse of misfits that we can no longer trust. Yet, we cannot give up, as there comes before us nobody else to FIX the “Big Wig-Out”. Our nation, only 200-something years young, and it appears we have failed. Maybe we should start over, but since we learn not from our mistakes, maybe we should give it all back to the Native American Indians and brave their culture, their ways and means and realize that there was a right way to live, something they tried to teach us and when they gained our trust, we assasinated thieir culture – just like is happening today upon the middle class by our very own representation!

Big Bang Belch?

So how much money have the U.S. Taxpayers handed over to “Peon Scientists” in efforts to dream up yet another “wet dream”? I am talking the discovery of the “Big Bang Belch”, wherein scientists with nothing better to do then to spend our hard earned taxed income because they are afraid of a real job where they might have to get their hands dirty, well they now believe that the “Big Bang” was followed by a burp! What the fudge? Next thing you know after spending another $billion$ on nothing, maybe the “Burp” will be trumped by the “Fart”, maybe the entire universe was caused by indigestion! So we have pissing contests, burps, farts, ED – a.k.a. as Explosive Diarrhea – sounds like a normal America fast food addict at work! Want to discover the rest of the theory on cheap, just follow a fast-food junkie - but from a distance! No, that isn't pigeon waste, it is “Peon” waste! Hey, why not just turn your TV to the discovery channel, for the same damn crap, it's called the FOX news' network. With Bill O'Reilly, Sean Hannity, still the ghost of the “Bubonic Plague” Glenn Beck, it is “Peon” science at its best in the making, live and in color with true definition sound effects.

Alaska Cliff Walk

With a two-party system so far apart and party training still a necessity, it weakens the entire “E Pluribus Unum” mandate as it allows for a weakening of the 1^st Amendment Right, as “the whole truth and nothing but the truth” missing in action blinds the right. When everybody on the “Hill” broke out the champagne sweat because a fiscal cliff negotiation was bargained for just before the stroke of midnight sang in the New Year, we had already gone hell and high water over the cliff and what came to be was, well pretty silly legislation. But at least Obama was allowed to fly back to Bowling Green Hawaii, to finish the 18^th hole. But we ended up with something, what is still questionable to most Americans. And I am sure that only 1% of Americans took the time out to read through this legislation that will soon become “Public Law”, once it finds Obama's signature of approval. See, it was football day, mind you spending time trying to discipher how we had been Cantorized when tailgating was the important “American” thing to do. But what went on with the maddening crowd, it has not my signature of approval, for many reasons. First off, it is like a Nancy Pelosi “botox” fix, temporarily hiding the true problem at hand – proof being that today before us we have “treason” amongst us, preached and practiced. Could be your neighbor? Yes, this “facial stiff” bill is a mediocre win for the middle class but a super-bowl Sunday win for the wealthy. If you don't believe me, my assessment as to who is in 1^st place this pilferage promoting bill, let me try to place it into perspective, at least for Alaska. One of the tax savings that was extended with the “Biden Screwed Us” plan was the “Railroad Track Maintenance Tax Deduction”. Basically, it is a very good way for a business to save on Uncle Sam taxes, especially if a side-line track is required to move freight for a business – off the beaten track sort of “track”. So if I have a mineral mine in the middle of nowhere and rely on that weed over-grown track to transport my goods to market but the main railroad doesn't maintain that track, I can foot the bill and receive a 50% direct corporate tax write-down, so this is a very good rule making decision and I applaud the Senate for making an extension possible, as rail has become a very efficient and environmentally sound ways & means to get bread and beer to my table. But in Alaska, where the rail is still but a feeble resemblance of a professional and realistic rail-line system, this is where the misfit agenda finds corruption this sort of law. Like an attitude that we must take advantage every loophole possible – all at the taxpayers' expense. Alaska has never found the rail to be successful. When it went up for sale away from the Federal Railroad Administration – a condition of the Alaska Statehood Act – there came no interested transportation companies, private that is, because it just couldn't prove itself as a worthwhile business entity with past or future success. The return for the investment said “bankrupt” so the interested buyers ran away. Now in steps the state legislatures, and behind closed doors they form a “Private” enterprise, still belonging to the state, but enjoying all the luxuries any other “corporation” enjoys - namely privacy and secrecy. Now when that occurs, we must realize that corruption will find a back-door and infiltrate righteousness, as even though we citizens of Alaska are responsible for the “ARR”, we have no control. It sucks, and goes against the grain of this state's “Constitution”, but we have come to learn that our legislative branch is stupid when it comes to understanding that stealing is a crime in some states. The reason Alaska enjoys the record for the most political officials facing indictments, trials and possible jail time. Has anybody seen Ben Stevens lately? And with the ARR, as citizens we are all accomplices, so guilty by association makes me not proud. Now the Alaska Railroad has approximately 628-miles of track that can enjoy this Uncle Sam “tax haven” - for the maintenance. But being a “state corporation”, it pays no taxes, so it can't really and honestly utilize this tax write-off afforded all other rail lines similarly situated in the lower-48 and under private ownership. So in steps the Koch Brother's dysentery dynasty - or maybe it is Joe Uselessbelli, the coal magnate - but whomever it is, one private entity operating in Alaska hands over a $5-million dollar check to the Alaska Railroad board of directors, in efforts for the Alaska Railroad to provide track maintenance, for the entire infrastructure of cold steel rail from Seward through Anchorage up into Fairbanks. Now the lawman's formula allows $2.5-million in direct write-off, to compensate for the expenditures for the “assigned” track maintenance. That is the key word herein, as the track must be “assigned” to an entity as to confront double-dipping. Now remember, this is not sideline track, but main track we are talking about here in the “Last Frontier”, the same track that we tell Uncle Sam is for commuter rail service only - so we can receive another $45-million in Federal subsidies – through “fraud”! Remember, this venture once under the dictatorship of Bill Sheffield – until that nosebleed – it cannot survive without a “Big Wild” handout from the U.S. Taxpayers. So whomever takes advantage this $2.5-million in tax relief, well they also receive a bonus award of $2.7M in transport cost offsets coutesy the ARR board of directors. If I were an hourly worker for the railroad, beware as we know how the Koch suckers feel about “Unions”! So someone is paying for the difference, as nothing is for free. Look, the math doesn't work out with the honesty equation which means for “favors” this state is ripping off Uncle Sam and ripping off the state coffers, basically throwing away money – and aiding as an accomplice for “corporate fraud”. This is what happens when Uncle Sam and Congress finds good stuff for America but in the end it runs hard aground into Righteousness Reef. It is not the “Spending” that is out of control as that finds some semblance of a checks & balance, but the giveaway programs that are dissected by corporate board member crooks, because with this form of abuse, everyone just looks the other way – hit me some more! Like we are afraid to confront the cowards that seem to mind not to act in reality as “treasonists” - that is what it amounts too. When Ted was still enjoying the “Hulk” image, he once told me that he has no control over the money “requested” he fights so hard for once it gets to Alaska – if it is abused outside its intended criteria, it is NOT his problem to contend with. Like he believed that “honesty” is a self-governing attribute and it should be! Now the entire “TRACK Maintenance” tax forgiveness amounts to about a meager $300-million lose to the U.S. Treasury, a pimple on a gnat's ass on a Chris Christie sized ass, so it is meager in the “Big Picture” show. But a penny saved is a penny earned, and this is how we have to begin looking at things - from the penny perspective. We must start to infiltrate the crookedness which accounts for the waste, and today more then ever before we must get a grip on those that think it is OK to rip off “OUR” government for their own bottom-line. Using the ARR once again as an example, half of the operating budget comes form Uncle Sam, wherein someone in the upper echelon has committed “fraud” in efforts to fool Uncle Sam and at the same time we find abuse in the “taxation” arena. And they can still salute the Red, White and Blue? Now money is indeed the root of all evil as this “fraud” money and the money from the KOCH suckers, it is used to bailout very high executive salaries, basically it pays for individuals to perform crookedness like behavior, so they can pump up their own bottom-line – all said again at the U.S. Taxpayers' expense. If government fraud was eliminated, if we listened to what John F. Kennedy preached “ask not...and ask what” then we would see NO deficit and our taxable income would be cut in half, over-night! Yes, we do indeed need a vigilante to shake up this sort of behavior. It is “Treason” in its simplest form, and works away at the very foundation this country was founded upon – trust. It is that simple and I hope this simple case gets the point across. If it doesn't, then please pack your bags and jump that cliff as you have been duped into believing that CEO is credible as he smiles all the way to that “golden parachute” retirement on “YOUR” buck. Just think how hard you worked for that money, that was taken away and then thrown away. Pathetic? NO more like Treason is alive and well here, there and everywhere, especially in those gated communities with hardly any American made cars! Hire Hitler....

New Year's Resolution

NO, I won't fork over $79.95 to become a member of the Alaska Daily News' on-line creep show following. Maybe “freak” show is a better defining moment attribute. Why? Because I can sign up to MAD Magazine for far less and get a better picture of what is going on in Alaska, wherein true laughter the issues and situations at hand allow it as a “bonafide” laughing matter. I feel really sorry for the folks in Fairbanks, as that is definitely a town without a paper! And it appears that the “Golden Heart” has inferior communicating skills, like maybe still using Morse Code to communicate with the Governor's mansion down in Juneau. See, Golden Valley doesn't want to build an LNG trucking facility, so please, don't send any more loot that way! But with Anchorage, which is closer to Juneau, the coverage is mediocre at best with the rest of the story fizzled out and we never get “The Rest of the Story” so important as a follow up. Look, has anybody spoken up and out with “Extra, Extra Read All About It” upon the fuel contamination problems that have plagued SHELL's exploration venture since last August, which was never remedied and now has caused the Aviq to loose power and loose its grip on the “Kulluk” - another wreck on Alaska's pristine shoreline and Joe Hazlewood was no where around! But to pay for on-line “crap”, no thanks. In fact, “Prison Publications”, a syndicate made up of this state's politicians still incarcerated provides a better picture as to what is going on in this state then does the entire cast-away part-time journalist just waiting for a call from Rachel Madcow. I understand the “Prison Publications” may be funded by Bill. Anyway, when I received an application for the ADN on-line waste, it did bring a good laugh. But with “Gubber Search”, which infiltrates Twitter Dah and Twitter Dumb and all those other side-tracking hi-tech lobotomy devices - “what road lanes” - I don't need to waste money some more – as Congress is better than I at that. And instead the penny saved is a penny earned can buy a decent bottle of wine, wherein I stand – maybe – to enjoy the news the way I want it, with a buzz as more often today than yesterday with the sad state of affairs all around, a Mother's little helper seems to be reminding me of a resolution – more wine in that glass please!

Why is a Raven like a writing desk? Trick question, there is No association as a Raven has better things to do with time then write Chris Matthew romance novels. What you mean he’s a political historian? OK, but with ED – explosive diarrhea – already coming out of the FOX orifice only 2-days into 2013, as they cannot tend to a New Year’s resolution for even a single second, that being “If you can’t say something nice…”, well I ask NOT a trick question to none other than the FOX’s Laura Ingrasham: Dear Laura, you farted in an empty subway car..yes you did and no other human was around to smell it, does it still stink?

Meat for the PRESS

Today, Meat for the PRESS announced the 2012 “Lazy-To-Lame Pundits” Award. Bum roll please:

Chuck Todd, David Brooks and Tom Brokaw are this year’s recipients for this coveted award. While appearing on David “Extended Clip” Gregory’s Meet the Press – not to be confused with “Meat for the PRESS” – these men committed to “Lazy-To-Lame” journalism tried to paint Barack Obama into that corner, with “lazy to lame” excuses as to why he was so far “failing” the American Dream. Look guys, so your vote to Romney was a waste, please don’t use the woolly mammoth pulpit as a road rage outlet just because you think your status on the “Beltway” gives immunity your stupidity. Mitt was a looser. Not once during this televised “lazy to lame” Sunday critique did you bring up “The town in Texas missing and Idiot” president, George “Dubya” Bush. Remember, and I am sure you do, when he somehow finagled in a second term, his acceptance speech another term was highlighted by “I have earned capital and I intend to spend it”! So today we see murderers on the loose, that “communicable” disease that every president seems to walk away from the White House with. Not to mention selling out this nation's once vibrant economy. Want to know where a whole lot of stolen U.S. Taxpayer money is still hiding, ask George senior about his affiliation with the Carlyle Group – the only investment firm that was allowed direct bailout from sonny boy. There remains so many “ghosts” still with the Bush family dysentery dynasty, that it is unfair to Obama too not indict Dubya in any presidential comparison, debate or discussion past presidents. So let’s be fair and not “lazy to lame” and give credit where it is due. Chuck, David, Tom, if you believe you have “lasting” power to out-perform Obama, then have at it or forever hold your opinionated orgasms hostage. Look, Dumbo Bush was handed over a thriving “America”, due to Bill using his magic wand – the Monica cigar – to make sure the American dream was appreciated. Yet due to his upbringing - the silver platter that accompanies wealth - Bush trashed decency and left Obama with a plugged up sewer not even Mr. Roto Rooter would entertain fixing. It was a tough turnover for Obama, the new chief in town with such a dysfunctional everything – not just a tanking economy. So, Obama has earned that “capital” above and beyond, but maybe because he is black, maybe that is where the “short changing” comes into effect. When we have a Commander-in-Chief that understands Constitutional Law and realizes that there is give and take even for an amendment naming a cow turd, but doesn’t let prejudice enter the arena as that would prejudice the system of merit surrounding our “Constitutional” fortitude, bottom-line we win. Yet we see “lazy to lame” journalist prejudicing the system and this year’s recipients of this award are not speaking for America, but for a select audience, those that believe no matter what Obama does it is not for the good of this country – and that my friend is what treason is all about. Dear Chuck, Dear David, Dear Tom, take this award and shove it, as what you have shoved out the past year, well “crap” comes to mind really quick!

M.V. Susitna

OK, so I stand corrected and admit my initial and past assessment of the M.V. Susitna as another failed “Ted & Don” congressional hard-on pork-us moment was premature. As today we can really enjoy that champagne that MoanaLisa enjoyed while down in Ketchikan during christening ceremonies this so far useless hull paid for by the U.S. Held Hostage Taxpayers. That was 4-years ago and the vessel is still without a home – the champagne has aged. See, the M.V. Susitna is an amphibious assault vessel the NAVY didn’t want but was forced to cough up its design & construction because Ted & Don demanded so. It was in line to that “Bridge to Nowhere” mentality, Ted and Don’s leprosy – I meant legacy. It was not intended for actual use after the welding fumes blew away, just make jobs for the locals which equates to votes. The Susitna comes equipped with powerful engines and other technologies that make it ideal for emergency response type situations, especially with near-shore accidents. But after this vessel pass the sea-trials, it could not find a home as its original intent was to ferry passengers from somewhere to nowhere with a depot drop-off in Anchorage. But when it was calculated that a one-way ticket from somewhere to nowhere was $10000 dollars and would take twice as long as the Alaska Railroad’s “High Speed” Commuter - in which Alaska receives $45-million a year for this experimental train called the “Ghost” - and four-times as long as a passenger car, well the laughter can still be heard. But today with SHELL’s drilling rig now part of the Kodiak Island shoreline landscape, the so far MIA M.V. Susitna has an opportunity to show Rachel Maddow a thing or two! And what other vessel with nothing better to do is so well suited for this adventure? It means national press coverage! So finally, we may recoup some of our loses and I am sure glad that the over-paid officers over at Don Young’s failed wood chip facility - the M.V. Susitna Port Authority - were not asleep at the wheel and have found at least part-time employment for this so far waste of steel rusting away. So, bravo, bravo this disaster and the fact the M.V. Susitna will have something to be proud upon – helping SHELL out of a ridiculous situation. But here is my take on it all. Line the M.V. Susitna up with the Kulluk, abandon both vessels then call on the Kodiak Launch Facility to launch a dud rogue rocket named “SARAH” towards that ugly blue eyesore on Sitkalidak Island and if the timing is right, we can test out the Missile Defense Shield and if all goes well, annihilate forever the Kulluk and Susitna, and at the same time target the attacker, the KLF – another wasteful money consuming dud. Take them all out at the same time, and thus my friend will see the 1^st sign of decreased government spending now that the 113^th is in session. Wow, maybe we can thank SHELL for getting us out of a mess!
