Here is my take on another pathetic, so sinful like pathetic, Alaskan style rip-off and a definite crime scene - extraordinaire. Newly ordained crook Corey “Head Hunter” Rossi and Not so-Reverend Jerry Prevo can share a jail cell down in Seward! And on the sidelines Jerry can preach the advantages of gay wedding crashing to the incarcerated population while Rossi spends time culling the rat population that has infested the prison. Kill two birds with one stone! Now Jerry Prevo has been a property tax cheat way too long. He is getting away with murder! Look, had he paid his fare share of tax, then maybe the city could have hired a few more police to police the crime ridden streets of Anchorage. Maybe it would have meant less murdering marauders, so he is an accomplice these crime sprees and is in essence getting away with murder. Guilty by association he is. But low and behold, just like how Ben Stevens took down daddy Ted for the count when the going got rough, so is Prevo’s son spilling the beans upon this illegal tax fraud franchise run by daddy dearest and made possible under the umbrella of religious freedom, that separation of state from church wherein there appears today no separation left between church to state. So this time around, Prevo was engaged in a scam designed to purposely cheat the tax system, yet he enjoyed all the benefits of taxation paid out by the citizens for the citizens, like street maintenance and snow removal. See, he relies on the municipality maintaining the roads, clearing a way to his temple of devil worship. It takes taxation to accomplish this feat, especially here in Alaska. And since this is his second go around with the tax assessor, he is guilty of tax evasion and should be evicted away from freedom and held accountable this crime against the citizens, with a deterrent sentence and punishment behind bars that will forever send a message to other podium pushing snake oil salesmen that corruption will not be tolerated, even when under the veil. I mean sickle in Prevo’s case. This guy is so far removed a religious icon that he makes George Bush appear intelligent in comparison, even though it is well known that George was an experiment gone awry wherein grandpa Prescott paid for a brain transfer, and somehow George ended up with the brain of an amoeba, a single cell. It was all part of a secret society experiment, wherein the Skull & Bones club tried to transfer Geronimo’s intelligence to George, but Apache Indians are smart and rejected the offer, so George was left with a void, as an amoeba doesn’t take up much room and has very little to offer, except “mission accomplished”! In actuality, we would have been better off with an amoeba at the helm. Back to Alaska. Now along with Prevo testing out the ball and chain, Corey Rossi should be put away for life as a member of the Seward chain gang. How many Class A misdemeanors for illegal hunting and then becoming the acting head honcho for Alaska’s Wildlife Conservation, as director? The judge in this case should throw the book at Rossi, one year is appropriate for each crime demanding 12-years behind bars with Prevo as a running mate and the maximum fine allowed by law, $120,000 big ones. Which means garnishing his retirement, state retirement! About time we get back some of the waste! And yes “Running Mates”, as they will be sought after by the inmates, for various reasons inhumane. These two idiots continue to pollute the Alaskan scene with apocalyptic shenanigans wherein they think they can do as they please, that the laws are just suggestions and not for them to worry about. This goes to show that we have been infected maybe forever with the Corrupt Bastards Club filth and mentality, practicing and preaching that corruption is acceptable for those in power positions. It may be one of those things we may never free ourselves away from, like a leprosy, and it smells like crap and sticks like crap. So I hope to see Rossi and Prevo behind bars, sooner than later, as any other punishment will just allow more of the same, and when is enough truly enough? Dear Jerry, if enjoying the comfort of the Seward chain gang life and next Christmas comes along without time off for good behavior, please don’t worry about sending me a Christmas card as that unsolicited “Hate Mail” greeting thing that showed up in my mailbox had your fingerprints of guilt all over, it looked like a crime scene and smelled like. . . Don Young's Vomit

History will show that Don Young left vomit as his legacy upon this state. See a Fairbanks' magistrate has ended the battle, between the National Park Service and the Wilde man. He is the guy that fingered and cursed the wildlife agents and was then forcibly arrested for disobeying an order, when the agents wanted to board his boat – for a simple safety check as allowed by the present day law upon “navigable” waters. This arrest occurred while he and his wife were maneuvering along the Yukon River and when approached by the officers, the Wilde man decided to go joy riding until captured through pursuit – basically evading arrest! In fact, it caught the attention of national news, as it appeared that it was indeed an overbooking of force upon an American citizen by a government law enforcement entity, which is being scrutinized today more then ever with the Tea-Party following. Look, government agents are up and down the Kenai river, and never have a problem with those out enjoying the river. Sure we may not like it, but if it's for a safety check, then it is well worth the effort and my taxpayer money is going toward a good use. But the State of Alaska magistrate has found the Wilde man guilty, and justice served by a $2500 dollar fine, which is fine by me, even when the defendant was defended by one of Fairbanks' best civil litigators - at a cost of $40,000. Wow, what a waste and imagine what kind of boat engine that waste could have purchased! And sure U.S. Senator MoanaLisa MurCowski and Congressman Don Young went angry over this matter, voicing concern that the “navigable waters” are jurisdiction the state, not the federal agencies like the National Park Service. Trying to opinion the fact that the Park Service was orchestrating law outside its respective domain. But in retrospect, we can thank Young for the reach that “Big Brother” has now upon us, especially here in Alaska from the mountains to the oceans! Yes, Don “Coconut Grove” Young is too blame this intrusion upon our peace and quiet when floating down our rivers. See, Don worked the system well when he was a member of the Three-Stooges, along with Ted Stevens and Frank MurCowski. Anything that could be manipulated in efforts to get more government “pork” headed towards Alaska was “manipulated”. In the case of “navigable waters” so defined by Uncle Sam, if not “navigable”, then there could be no “pork” associated with such as it was not under federal jurisdiction and under the auspices of state laws only. Like when Don wanted money to fix the bridge to nowhere, that eyesore that was supposed to link Cordova with the mainland. See, one section of the trestle fell into the water after many years of neglect. So to create jobs in the wilderness, Don wanted money appropriated to fix the bridge that still goes to nowhere. But in order to get the “pork”, it had to be defined as a navigable waterway, which would then be under the oversight of the Coast Guard and if something was treacherous to navigation, like a trestle submerged, then it could find funding to fix things up to standards, courtesy of Uncle Sam through an appropriations' bill rider – a.k.a. “Hidden Pork”. So Don was quick to get “all” waters in Alaska under the “Navigable” umbrella, as it opened up an entire avenue for more loot. This state has seen and enjoyed millions in the form of “pork” due this redefining moment. It worked, and is how the “Bridge to Nowhere” concept took off. And today we suffer the consequences, as before this interference which was outlawed since statehood, very few waterways throughout Alaska fell under this domain, of “navigable”. Basically, the Fed.'s didn't care as it was a state of Alaska only problem, therefore fell under the rules, laws and regulations of Alaska's statutes. Then it all changed, and not for the good of freedom. So it is like a shot in the foot. Sure we have benefited tremendously with the waterways re-defined as “navigable”, but at the same time we have been hand-cuffed, as that is what goes with the territory. The saying “you can't have your cake and eat it too”, it is catching up on us here in Alaska, because we have continued to vote back in representatives that could bring home the bacon yet have also brought onto this once “Last Frontier” law enforcement interference. So remember this little tidbit when comes before us another Don Young running away from reality and seeking re-election. We can have the money for jobs - even if it constructs a bridge going nowhere - or we can have freedom, but one comes with a crucifix. And this my friend is political “vomit” the fallout of a hangover for too much forsaken greed! Yes that vote counts, but is it worth voting in someone that will forever find a ways and means to ruin freedom's sake?

“Ugly Duckling”

Wow, Alaska made the national news' scene, even during the GOP slug fest and without Sarah Palin's help. And that notoriety, to be once again recognized for something other than corrupt politics, it surfaced on two different fronts. Not really, as both were weather related fronts. In Alaska's Prince William's Sound, a pounding by wet and heavy snowfall averaging 20-inches a day was due to break early on this season any previous records set, like the total white ground cover found during the winter of 1989 - the year I left Valdez! I said enough was enough when it required snow to be shoveled upwards, higher then the roof line, in efforts to protect the roof loading from overload! While in Valdez, I left for work one morning with an empty driveway, after a 12-hour shift, came home to find a least 6-feet needing removal. And over in the Bering Strait, wherein the confluence of the Bering Sea and the Chukchi Sea strive for dominance, heavy ice from a colder then normal winter was causing delay problems for a late season sea-lift of much needed heating fuel for the coastal city of Nome, wherein the Russian fuel tanker “Renda” was being escorted by the only U.S. icebreaker now in service, the U.S.S. Healy. Most of this country's breakers are in dry-dock and its winter-time? See, Congress allocated money to dry-dock the ice-breakers, so it could find a convenient excuse that we need to build new breakers, because of the disappearing ice up north and the fact that a slug-fest is brewing as to ownership this polar region, an unexplored area of interest that may hold valuable and recoverable resources. I guess it's due to global warming, the disappearing ice, except for what is happening in the Bering Sea. Now ice breakers and the Sound find a place in Alaska's recent history. For years, the “ugliest of ducklings” in the oil tanker fleet visited the port of Valdez, to take on valuable North Slope crude oil sent south from Prudhoe Bay down the Trans-Alaska-Pipeline, so it could be delivered to refineries on the west coast. This “Ugly Duckling” was called the U.S. Manhattan. It was a rust bucket of a ship, and with once-upon-a-time painted hull panels seasoned different shades, when not rusted, it appeared like it was a heap rescued from a junk yard. With low lying fog hungover the Sound, when this ship would appear through a clearing it reminded one of a ghost like ship wreck mobilized for attention. Some panels wore a coat of graffiti, before this gang slang went popular. The Manhattan was recognizable not only from its lack of luster, as it had a modified “bow”, looking more like a beak of a wild bird. But it was old faithful, due its powerful design and construction, all the time accompanied by an able-bodied seaman crew. I worked in Valdez, for the pipeline company, so had the opportunity to see the Manhattan call on the loading berths on many an occasion. And weather didn't bother this ship, also known as the “Steamroller”. The Manhattan was modified as an “Ice-Breaker Tanker” for a transport experiment, to see if it could be used to carry crude oil from Alaska's “North Slope” before a pipeline was built. There came several different transport considerations other than a pipeline, like Boeing's modified 747s with the wings and fuselage outfitted with crude oil storage bladders to the idea proposed by General Dynamics to build shallow water transport submarines, as a pipeline across 800-miles of wilderness was the most expensive route - not to mention the controversy element - yet the safest in comparison. In the end, it was the “safety” of a pipeline that won out and claimed victory. When the Manhattan experiment was in progress back in the late 60's early 70's era, on a sea voyage to Prudhoe Bay the “Ugly Duckling” was escorted by two of the most powerful icebreakers in the U.S. Coast Guard fleet, just in-case there came thick-ice difficulties along the way. Guess what got stuck? So after it was decided to mothball this project, when the pipeline became a reality, the Manhattan was placed back in service to deliver Alaskan crude oil from Valdez to the west coast. But it still went missing a paint job. Once again, it was a very powerful ship and equipped with hi-tech navigation equipment, due its experimental days. So even though is was “ugly” on the outside, it was a modern day marvel of navel architecture and safely sailed the Sound for many years. But it acquired a place in history still, as it was called upon as a bail out during several critical situations at hand in the Sound. On one particular brutal and snow flying day in March of 85, wherein it was difficult to see one's own hand extended at reach, it was the Manhattan that made its way safely into port to rescue the oil industry. The pipeline was getting ready to shutdown due over inventories from treacherous high seas in the Gulf and out-of-the-ordinary rough waters in the protected bay that surrounded the city of Valdez and the TAPS 9-million barrel crude oil storage facility. So once again, it was the Manhattan that saved the day. It was scary, as it was dark and “white-out” conditions hampered every move forward in efforts to get a tanker to relieve the strain on the pipeline. As the tanker captain communicated with the berth's scout, you could hear the hull vibrate and resonate the surrounding waters due the engines' moaning, but not see the monstrosity sliding sideways towards the dock, and soon it was “bang” as the ship hit the huge shock absorbers and was quickly secured. And there were other tankers waiting out the storm, but tankers that would not be considered this delicate operation. See most of the tankers had black hulls, with white topsides. So when a tanker came in through the narrows, especially when there came rough seas outside of Montague and Hinchinbrook, it meant full ballast, which sank the hull with only a few feet of free-board. So what was left of the black hull, it contrasted with the “deep black” water hue and with the topside being so white, it was indistinguishable in bad weather, because of the blowing snow's affinity to confuse any contrast, usually snow of large diameter flakes so well known this part of Alaska. So it was difficult for a modern day tanker to pull up to the loading docks, when inclement weather was a factor. But not for the rust bucket, as it could deliver even in a blinding snowstorm. And then came the time a cruise ship went disabled after leaving the Valdez city berth, when the Alaska cruise ship business was at its infancy. Sure enough, a lose of power had stranded the luxury liner in cold water outside the “Narrows” in almost open seas with no escort available. And Valdez was not equipped to handle an emergency of this magnitude and this was way before Joe stranded the EXXON Valdez on the rocks, so there was not even an oil spill escort contingency available to assist this serious dilemma! And like already mentioned, it was at a time when the cruise ship industry was still trying to find out what it meant to operate in waters that were still wild and far and removed from civilization. Where a Mayday signal may be just a suggestion! Now the Manhattan was heading out of the Sound, loaded up with crude oil, when that Mayday was received. The Manhattan went to assist the disabled cruiser, that is the rule of the road. Not even did it require assistance from the Coast Guard, except for maybe some communications back and forth. There was no cutter around, so it was a very serious situation, especially with a disabled ship with no electricity, as sitting upon water that is a go between ice and slush, it could have gotten ugly pretty quick. But with the “ugly duckling” responding, there came hope. And the cruise ship commander had already radioed in that some elderly folks were succumbing to hypothermia like conditions. But with the Manhattan so close and a crew with a history of being able-bodied, the ship and crew was able to transfer the cruise ship's guests onto the deck of “ugly duckling” and sail back into port, at the TAPS dock, where a line of rescue vehicles waited to take the clientèle to safety. It's always cold on the waters of the Sound, so what could have been a serious matter was quickly eliminated by the Manhattan responding and lending a helping hand. It was another success story for the Manhattan. So today we have another history lesson, as I would bet that if the Manhattan was still plowing the waters of the Sound, the “Ugly Duckling” would be heading towards Nome, to deliver fuel and maybe escort the Russian tanker “Renda” and the U.S.S. Healy both back to safety and be able to chalk up another success story for the “SteamRoller”. But, with restrictions on single hull ships taken over by “double-hulling”, the Manhattan was finally mothballed to scrap. Now there is something of a lesson to be learned here. As we delay any reasonable debate on whether our ways and means are cause for concern this “Global Warming” trend or not, Mother Earth has already reacted. When one looks at the “Big Picture Show” with respect to the current weather patterns, why are we so puzzled and amazed when we see different weather patterns hitting and “tilting” the norm? Look. Mother Earth started a long time ago to realize that its own domain was changing due our trespass, and reacted without delay as she has an approval rating that is no match for our present representation. We need to respect this action, as we are no match for nature and how the latter reacts to human dereliction. Some things have not the time, or inclined to waste of time, to offer debate. It is simple, we have trespassed on the tranquility of the Mother Earth and she is responding, not to deal a blow upon our tranquility, but a correction course. So in ending, we are seeing more snow in some areas and less in other areas, the same with ice and cold. We are seeing glaciers disappear at the same time glaciers seeded in areas that never had the chance to name such after a senator, good thing in my book. As the only thing they should be named in honor of is a pit toilet!

Now that the Iowa state Ca-Ca - a.k.a. dog poo - fest is over with, it appears that the GOP's only trick left in its deflated bag of tricks came from the “Bottom of the Barrel”. The choice is pathetic, and is a clear-cut indicator that Tom Delay did a hell of a lot more damage to the GOP party than had been previously reported. Is Tom in jail yet? Maybe he is being allowed to dance his way towards incarceration. What do you mean authorities cannot find a jail in Tom's home district he can attend to serve time due to “redistricting”? So today we see Looney Tunes Mitt at the front of the Soylent Green revival, followed by Rick “Sanitarium Bound” Santorum followed by Ron Paulmageddon then Rick “Apocalypse Now” Perry ending with MissHell “Wackwhore” Bachmann winning the caboose award. Yes, I take credit for coining the latter! Feels good, to come up with a new name, Palin style! The only viable candidate was Huntsmen, but he isn't a pushover that could be controlled by the neo-conservative wiping boys so had not a chance. I still think Palin will enter this comic book charmer. I can see it now, Palin picks Alfred E. Newman for a running mate. In fact rumors abound speculating that MAD's Alfred may get many chances at becoming the GOP's choice for VP. And what is with this Trump goon? He's the smart one, as he knows “reality” TV is what's hot and is doing everything he can to make sure the entire race is nothing short a fanfare comic affair. See, he knows this country's republican political agenda is still on the doomsday dead-beat track, so why not take advantage of such. He's not after money, but laughter central is what his political aspirations are all about, and he is taking the GOP presidential race in stride as laughter fodder. Obama is a shoe in! That roar you here from the Capital, it's not a flyover by an F-18 security escort detail, its the administration letting off laughter. Why not have the election today, get it over with. Now don't go mistaken, as the laughter keeps on giving me cheer, crying out loud attacks, even a close call nosebleed. And if laughter is still the best medicine, we may become a very healthy nation this time around following the 2012 erection. I'm just spending too much time in front of the tube, which means my Sam Adams intake is on the rise. With the Iowa hangover now upon us, the rest of the fruit-cakes are coming front and center, to get their 5-seconds claim to fame. John “I am a Black Prisoner” McCain, has thrown his support for the Looney Tune's candidate. Look, I wouldn't let this madman McCain endorse a roll of used toilet paper. But the greatest laugh of the entire Iowa Ca-Ca fest came when MSNBC's panel went into a tizzy fit. This panel was being chaired by Rachel Maddow. It went excited when Ed spoke out in favor of the Sanitarium Man and was immediately attacked by Lawrence O'Donnell. Hey Lawrence, Ed can kick your ass! It was evident that these news' hounds have been at it too long this Iowa Ca-Ca slug fest, and the rage-on showed its pathetic ugliness on national TV. Once again, placated by a Jerry Springer mentality. In fact, I was waiting for Jerry to show, to referee the entire “liberal” coverage of the Ca-Ca event. It was getting nasty, especially true again when Rachel interrupted Chris Wallace, who was on a “Tilt” raging fit and seemed out of sorts when Rachel grabbed the camera, then when it was his turn back on the tube, he was aloof and wasted about 3-seconds of air time, or $3-million dollars of comic relief stalled. We do miss Olbermann and Tim Russert. What the hell, its all part of politics today, more comic relief and it is available 24/7, which means I don't have to wait up late for the closing skits from comedy central. For now, the real fun begins as the 2012 erection election is how many months away? Hey Chuck Todd, please get a new hat!

Once upon a time, American workers were bound to honesty for hours worked by punching a “Time Clock”. It was one of those veiled things - a Big Brother bother - that clocked tardiness or early release, but it documented with accuracy how much time we worked on the factory floor and “Never met the man whose name is on the label”. As we demonstrated “honesty & ethics”, there came a point in time wherein the “Time Clock” disappeared away from the work scene, replaced by “Time Cards”, wherein the workers were tasked to document their work habits. Even though some industries still require this “Time Clock” guardian approach, today it is more for accounting purposes then for espionage, as we gained and deserved the “right” to self-police our own work habits, with respect to showing up on time, working the entire shift and leaving only when the day was done. The American middle class likes to work, as it is our lifeline. So herein was an instrument that served its purpose, and that experience is what is needed today upon Congress. All members of Congress should be required to punch in. Look, how in hell is MissHell Bachmann or Wrong Way Ron Paul allowed to gallivant around the country for their own greed filled political aspirations on our dime? They still garnish a paycheck, even when so far removed their official duties in D.C. And if they get sick and tired, from a little too much paparazzi truth serum, they can use their government sponsored “On the Job” health care to provide relief. See how unjust this system is, as it is so easy to take advantage. If I wanted to run for office, it would mean a sabbatical or quitting time, or a rich uncle. If I quit, I have to dish out for medical coverage. A sabbatical, it means a place holder, yet no pay. And that rich uncle, only if a Rubio Rubicon. Can this guy be what's ahead for American politics? I thought we got rid of the Dan “Potatoe Head” Quayle impostors? And the Bachmanns and the Pauls, when AWOL they say they can keep in touch through modern day hi-teach communication gadgets. Guess who is paying for that? Even Obama is breaking the law, when it comes to campaigning. Look, read between the lines of the Constitution. It has built in “Term Limits”. There is no such thing as re-election. Once in office, through the voting process of “with us or against us”, a representative becomes the “Power of the People”, wherein party affiliation dissolves. It's a tough thing to swallow, but that is the way it is. There are no sides to be taken. Do the time, then respectfully resign! The same with the Presidency. The Constitution honors just one term, else it diminishes the separation clause, not only between church and state but between party affiliation and human greed. Look, a representative may not have garnished my vote, so what, he or she still works for me - especially when that oath is recited. It is supposed to be a 50/50 proposition built on trust and “Love it or Leave it”. There was built into the Constitution assurances that Congress would practice obedience and we would get our monies worth out of representation. Now mind you, another term in office is allowed, but only after leaving office and campaigning on one's own time. Said again, when in office they are not free to campaign, it is one of those self-sacrifices that goes with the territory. But like most things civil, it is taken advantage of. What a cop out, to how the Constitution is shat upon by our elected officials. We have a good system, take that back, we had a good system, but overtime loss of ethics has eroded away any semblance of loyalty. So “Time Clocks” could be installed, along with “Parking Meters”, for the time when a Senator or Congressmen is in the office and the parking meter utilized by and for a lobbyist's visit. The parking meter is reserved for the latter. Now with this stuff installed, the representative body's worth can be tied to what we pay those involved in Congress. At $175,000 a year, for each day clocked in, we would pay out what is due their contributions. Considering that last year alone they only worked 5-days, as tallied from bills passed, look how this could help solve the “Tax Gap” problem! It means the U.S. Treasury would have enjoyed $90-million more, put another way, less theft. Look, do you get paid if you are a no-show? Fake that “Time Sheet”, it's considered falsification and punishable by termination! In fact, the Sargent-of-Arms should be this time around called the “Truant Officer”, and go after the dead-beat representatives. Add that to the leftovers then what is leftover, that could go into a kitty, wherein a bonus for the sitting representatives could be tied to the Congress Approval rating. Anything below 50%, they pay yet another fine, say like detention. For every day wasted, they owe us a day's time. They are supposed to be working for us! Yet with preferential immunity, like that allowed for “Insider Trading”, we are getting screwed over by the very body that is supposed to be looking out for our right to liberty and that pursuit to happiness. And since they approve their own salary requirements, that is in the neighborhood of what makes them feel comfortable to attain that “right”, then that should be wherein the tax brackets are set in motion. If you don't make the grade and your wages are less then the congressional pay, you owe no Federal Income Tax - it is that simple. Anything over, 100% goes to Uncle Sam. It's not Socialism, but somebody must draw the line, and it is Congress supposedly. What is good for them, is good for us. There exists today simple solutions for the mess we are in, yet it keeps getting messier. And think of the jobs that would be created installing “Time Clocks” in the office of the derelicts, along with “Parking Meters”. And while we are at it, surrounding the entire K Street block party mentality with “Crime Scene” tape! There appears to be a grave and growing sentiment that the United States Congress is on a crash course – especially the 112th! The approval rating of Alaska's delegation, Mark Begich in nose-to-ass formation with MoanaLisa MurCowski in nose-to-ass formation with Don Young, it is breaking new ground and could end up in the negative and make the 80^th – the Do Nothing Congress – look brilliant. Wasn't Don part of the 80^th? For wanderers, Nose-to-Ass formation priority is a seniority thing. Now the only action accomplished so far half way through this congressional session's terms of endangerment is the fact that all members of the 112^th are getting richer, so the “insider trading” option is not broke and working too their advantage. Why should they care about their constituents, its money that counts after the votes are counted. I believe that Latin ritual, the Congressional swearing in ceremony, it must have a subliminal message of “get rich quick”. It is agreed upon by most of us hard working Americans that Congress is nothing short a complicated mess, at the same time testament that “politics” in America is broke - maybe beyond repair according to the Tea-Party aficionados. GOP candidate Perry advocates Congress meet once every two years, to save money, as this everyday assembly accomplishes nothing in return – in actuality a sitting session lasts about 150-days a year and costs the American taxpayers a whooping $175,000 per member, not including air-time on corporate jets. The “extended” time off for bad behavior allows free-time, to lobby, or in John Boehner's case, tanning time. Went off focus, as I am supposed to stay on track Alaska's delegation. For Begich, the time off means “insider trading” time. For MoanaLisa, land dealing swindling. For Don, managing his Coconut Grove account. Look, name one representative that didn't leave the Hill better off? On the mark they are “better off” for a single reason, they side with the other side, the lobbyist. If one sides with the “People”, it means the end! And in Simple Simon talk, what is good for the few equates to a travesty upon the rest. So it is not due the fact that our elected officials are overworked or underfed that causes panic and stalemate progress on the Hill. Ron Paul wants to abolish the IRS and the Congress. The list of American rage upon American governance goes on and on. These are fighting words, and to voice such discontent during the Hoover years, it would have meant confinement. Things are different today, we love the 1^st Amendment. Congress is indeed inept, impotent, maybe Viagra would help. But Congress - upon its true visionary mission - is not broke, it is the membership that is broke, through corruption. Ethics is outweighed, over-ruled and over-hauled by corruption. Every elected representative is infected by “corruption”, as if it is a bonafide trait to follow. If the latter were not true, this “every”, then the Sargent of Arms would have arrested by now this corruption – but he has his hands tied up in his own cuffs. So to simplify things, to get a glimpse of the “Big Picture” mess from a “snapshot” like bird's eye view, one needs to look no further or deeper then the Alaskan political scene. Alaska has always been a bellwether indicator of injustice with respect to “politics”. Now low and behold, this “snapshot” does not include Sarah Palin, only true to the bone corruption! Palin actually tried to sort out some of the Alaskan corruption, maybe not for the good and something aspired by her own ambitions, regardless, she did attack the GOP. So for today, it is Alaska's Bill Sheffield as the one individual that personifies the heinous mentality and dereliction of duty bestowed by political officials, which has sent this country down a dead-beat road. And since Bill is once again in the news, I can pick on Bill, as idiots need friendship. To start off, Bill's memoirs will be but a blank cover with the contents “Intentionally Left Blank”. Bill was at a fund raiser the other day, for closet bigot Dan Sullivan – like father like son Mayor of Anchorage. Boy, would his dad be not proud! Now talk about nose-to-ass formation with Bill and Dan in the same sweat-shop! Turncoat Bill thinks he represents the democratic view, as he is a registered liberal, but he still maintains the VECO barbecue at his multi-million dollar home, and that thing has Don Young's finger-prints cast all over in pork grease forever. Now Bill is a unique crock. Yes crock and is front and center the “Corrupt Bastards Club”. See, many think this “club” and its bonafide membership - including once upon a time U.S. Senator Pro-Temper Ted Stevens - was taken down by the FBI when several Alaskan legislators woke up out of a stupor and realized what “Most Wanted” mugshots were all about, when Bill Allen turned rat-fink so he wouldn't have to face pervert charges and go down in Alaska's history as another Josef Boehm. But the “Club” lives on, as there were many that didn't get caught. Those caught may have merely signaled the tip of the iceberg, the easy pickings, the scapegoats. Now Anchorage Port Director Bill was once upon a time Alaska's governor, until he found himself on the impeachment run. With the “throw the bum out” fallout, Bill found himself unemployed and was mysteriously named chief of the so far failed Alaska Railroad, and that is why we have a depot wearing Bill's namesake out at the airport that wasted a bunch of taxpayer money and remains “Closed for Business”. It would make a good jail! Now for those not in the know, Bill is rich, as he owned a bunch of hotels before political aspirations conceded his ethical thinking. So he doesn't need the money and there were more deserving individuals that could have resumed the helm control at the rail yard. Once again, this is Alaska and we are far and removed from ethics, just ask the Alaska delegation. How much did Begich make on “insider trading”? Now the ARR never made much money, so Bill settled on a salary that was mediocre in comparison to what a real Casey Jones CEO would have enjoyed – it goes with the territory. And since the ARR was a train wreck to begin with, there is only so much to go around. Yes train wreck from the beginning! When the state was forced to divest the 100% Federally subsidized railroad, as part of this state's statehood weening agreement, there came only one interested party. Now due the fact that the railroad property from Seward to Fairbanks is considered eligible for Super-fund oversight, there came no guarantees from the state that a new owner would be exempt and find immunity from past environmental crimes – due hundreds of miles of contaminated soils, from years of coal dust spoils, DEET spraying and fuel spills along the tracks. So the interested bidder walked away and with no other interested takers, it meant the state soon found itself wearing an engineer's hat and in the rail business. For years the only way the ARR could stay afloat was through subsidies courtesy the U.S. Taxpayers, and that “pork” continues on to this day. Without it the railroad would sink, which means it would cease to exist, go bankrupt and the major environmental cleanup chore would begin. See, as long as the railroad is still in business, there is no rush to clean up the mess. It is estimated that cleanup costs would swallow up a good portion of the Constitutional Budget Reserve, the main reason we cannot use that money to build a natural gas pipeline to deliver low cost energy to this state's major cities, like Fairbanks and Anchorage. So the railroad subsidies continue, and that is the reason in summer you will see empty coal cars, hundreds of cars long, traversing the rail line from Anchorage to Whittier, just so they can book subsidy value. One of those loopholes, wherein it doesn't specify the cars have to be loaded, just counted. So it takes a little fuel, a little loot for labor and the state can garnish millions in income from the U.S. Treasury. Don't you just love loopholes? Are loopholes intentional or driven by pure stupidity? Anyway, Casey Jones never saw a profit, until the year when under Bill's refinement there came a train wreck – a bad train wreck. Now the railroad bosses responded and cleaned up the mess, spilled diesel fuel in low lying salmon rearing stream-beds, using insurance money to cover the cleanup costs. But this wreck was declared a disaster, so the state applied for FEMA relief. Now come the end of the year, that $15-Million request was honored and was listed as a profit for the railroad, as the cleanup was complete and the insurance gift covered the costs, so the FEMA check wasn't necessary. Another loophole is the fact you cannot give the money back, just save it for something else! Wow, finally the ARR yearly financial report showed a profit. So Bill decided to retire, not due to pressure because of the spill, remember the railroad ROW was already a polluted mess, but resign, I mean retire because his CEO position's golden handshake was tied to the year end profits! So here is a state entity, incorporated so it can hide things from public scrutiny, an entity that never once showed a decent profit, and Bill gets a windfall going away present courtesy the U.S. Taxpayers. That profit was from FEMA relief! That is my money! That is your money! So Bill skated off with millions, while CEO of the railroad's worst environmental nightmare since the 1^st rail spike was pounded south. Loophole? Just pure unadulterated corruption and testament some more as to why Alaska is “King” when it comes to rip off con artists filling the ranks of “statesmen” supposedly. Now one of the best calls from Bill occurred when he was vacationing down in Mexico. Bad weather was causing several days delays at the airport, for many Alaskans trying to get back from the beach to Alaska during the holidays. Not to worry, as Bill had a premium insurance policy, courtesy the state - so used this loophole to get out of Dodge. According to such “Gold Plated” policies only affordable by crocks, if in a foreign country, if the MD staff did not meet expectations, then Bill had the option of calling for a private medi-vac and taking a freebie back home - supposedly to see his family practitioner. All for a damn nosebleed! Yes indeed, Bill and the Mrs. hoped aboard a private jet and jetted back to Alaska – because of a nosebleed! See, Bill had important business back home, what that amounted too is still questionable when at the same time thousands of Alaskans that lose pay if not at work went stranded. But now Bill is under pressure, to resign as the Anchorage Port Director, not because of OSHA violations and death of a worker or for exorbitant cost overruns engaged upon during his crookedness reign, but due he was given a job he couldn't refuse - from Mayor Dan Sullivan. And it's the end of the year, wherein the state has already forked over zillions to finish this Bill Sheffield Abortion. I wonder what's in his wallet, what kind of contract did he have? And with resignation retirement comes a $60,000 consultant job, to oversee the same damn ruins at the port! See, Sullivan is giving away these $60k's gigs like wildfire, just ask Coffey as he resigned his assembly seat for the same damn reason. It's money saved by cutting down on sidewalk maintenance and cutting the People Mover schedule, the transportation network utilized by the low income – basically it is Sullivan's way to limit the majority from voting come the next election. What goes on in Alaska is a crying out loud shame, yet those that shame decency, like Sheffield, like Sullivan, like the Hickels, they continue on basking in corruption – for greed. Sure Hickel was corrupt, just look into why a new courthouse was built on downtown land that was in the “red” zone, defined as earthquake unstable ground. It was worthless property, fit only for a dog crap. But low and behold, have the Stanford University scientists design a super-expensive floating foundation, and as governor just OK such an expenditure, then your property becomes the most valued piece of property in downtown Anchorage. From dog crap city to mega-millions. It happened, this Alaskan style corruption, on Sheffield's watch, on Hickel's watch, on Sullivan's watch and it continues today. The “Corrupt Bastards Club” is alive and well, so well armed that it has infiltrated the lower-48 states. There must be a coaching manual, with Ted Steven's endorsement. This snapshot, capturing a few individuals in the political landscape, it is testament to what is going on all over this country. Take this little crookedness and multiply it a million-fold, and you start to see the “Big Picture Show”. This is the 1% faction dismantling the 99%'s nest egg. When will ethics once again enter the picture? When will there once again come a time wherein individuals stop and listen before acting with selfishness, when they once again police their own actions, when “Ask not what your country can do for you, ask what you can do for your country” rings out more then just a warning and instills a heart felt warming message we can all take ownership upon - wherein it doesn't include treasonous activity. Yes treason, so defined as this: “Betrayal or disloyalty of country; a violation of the allegiance owed by somebody to his or her own country.” Name a single sitting Senator or Congressmen that is not guilty this “disloyalty” clause? They are guilty by association, even if not getting rich. There is a thing called “Handcuffs”! And loopholes have treason written all over. I am sick and tired of the bastards, like Bill and Dan, taking advantage our heritage. Yes, just a snapshot of what goes on, but a simple snapshot of what is going on when the hen-house is told and sold one thing, yet receives vomit in return! And here is the press release wherein Bill finds a convenient way to retreat his failed project, yet continue to benefit with income:

In a letter to Mayor Sullivan, Port Director Bill Sheffield announced his plans to retire from his position effective January 15, 2012. “My service over the last decade at the Port of Anchorage, Alaska’s Port, represents some of the best years of my life” stated Sheffield. “It has been an honor to continue my commitment to the Municipality, the State and to Alaskans. Serving Alaskans in multiple capacities over the past 30 years has been one of the highest honors of my life.” I am confident that I leave the port a more profitable, vibrant, and thriving facility. It is the lifeline for nearly all of Alaska. It is our lifeline for today and the key to economic growth for tomorrow.” “I hope to enjoy more time with my dear friends while investing in the philanthropies and non-profits that mean so much to me.”

The wording, like “My service”, “best years of my life”, or “confident that I leave the port more profitable” then ending with “investing in philanthropies” is just another showing that some are totally out-of-touch what is going on today, or creative accounting to sift out their egregious behaviors. Look today the word “philanthropy” is tainted, as it is blood-money that is given away, given away not out of respect the true “mission” that of a philanthropist, but as a tax shelter benefit. Bill is far removed a true philanthropist. Then bigot Sullivan adds his 2-cents:

Mayor Sullivan stated, “I join Alaskans from all over the state thanking Governor Sheffield for his many years of public service. His passion for the Port of Anchorage is unmatched and his recognition and vision that we must plan for the decades ahead by improving this critical facility is solid. He is a true gentleman and has been a great part of our team.”

“A great part of our team”, yes indeed, the 1% alive and well and growing strong, on our dime when they deserve doing some time. What do you mean the bus isn't coming?

Even though there appears to be a Boehner and McConnell mutiny upon the “Middle Class”, with respect to “No way in tanning booth hell” will they mutually agree on extending the tax cuts for anyone except their buddies - the rich - I guess one could say we have pirates as law-breaking lawmakers. Now I don’t really care, as I am totally “Fed-Up” with the 112th Congress. Let’s face the facts, the approval rating tells it all. I would be embarrassed to be embedded in a cesspool, so you won’t see me getting sworn in as a representative now or in the near future, wherein somebody like myself would be a valuable asset for America - as honesty is still my best kept secret policy. And it will take about 200-years to get Congress back to an approval rating that today enjoys in comparison that equal to North Korea’s Kim the Junky’s Ill - or whatever they call this nutcase majesty. So my sentiment, so what with the tax break extension! How come we are only now hearing about and getting an understanding of the Bush Tax Cuts? When did it happen? It must have been done in secrecy, as had it been something to write home about, the media would have made it so. And what’s a $1000 loss really worth, if the tax cuts are not extended? Sure it would help out the economy, but the GOP wants failure! When one looks at the time these idiots on the “Hill” waste trying to pick fights with each-other, we would be better off just cutting our loses early on and paying them their full salary come January then closing the door of Congress. Think of how much money we would save in energy, but maybe with all the hot-air, energy isn’t a problem. In Alaska we have a crime for “Want & Waste” violations, no different than how Congress behaves, except for a minority that seems to want to do good, but have the burden of proof trying to instill upon the others the Simple Simon fact that Congress is supposed to work “For the People”, and not providing preferential treatment to the “K Street” whores. I hit the wrong button on my remote, after one too many Sam Adam’s Wintertime lagers and ended up on the U.S. Senate channel, talk about a soap opera reality show. They must get paid by the word, not by the message. And they are always looking for ways to enrich their position. Like for instance, how come that little runt Eric Cantor hasn’t been subject to a gang bang wedgie? See, I wasn’t hoping for any worthwhile legislation this week, so close to Christmas it is, but I was also hoping that Congress remained on guard. Joe Lieberman held a hearing exactly two short weeks ago in which “Congress” itself found it being investigated by its own, with regards to this “insider” trading stuff that has been rampant with our representatives, their staffs, their families, everybody enriching themselves except the American Public! I am starting to feel excluded in what goes on with this thing called “congress”. I respect the Constitution, but find it harder and harder to accept the fact that I must pay out a hefty portion of my income taxed so members of Congress can cheat their way though life – on my dime. It’s filthy, as I may be an accomplice their crimes, and they have immunity! So come this Wednesday, the 1st day of the 12-days before Christmas commences, maybe just maybe we could see some righteous legislation come the “Middle Class” way, just for once. This is the day we as Americans were guaranteed that there would come some form of legislation that would ban this Congressional “Insider Trading”. Look, so far this year it is pathetic, what Congress has agreed upon. Nothing, accept their own pay increase, the Defense Budget and the re-categorizing of “Pizza” as a “vegetable”. For reasons of insanity! Anyway, Eric Cantor is trying to stall a bill that would allow John Lawman to arrest members of Congress for “insider” trading. Congress admits it happens all the time, this scam. See, right now they have an edge, as they know what is happening with respect to regulations before it actually takes place. So if something comes along that requires Congressional approval, the money is waged on the stock market, as it becomes a win-on-win situation. They have that influence, that clout, to steer things in their favor. But I can see where Cantor is coming from. Right now, Congress enjoys “immunity”, free from prosecution for all and any crimes committed as part of their obligation - unless it is treason. If this immunity didn’t exist, believe me they would all be behind bars. So to make a single iota of change that maybe breaks down that “immunity” clause and sets future precedent, then Congress would be forced to mind their “P’s & Q’s” or else, as any change may lead to other immunities disappearing. Imagine that, if Congress had to start policing their ways and means? Wow, what a concept. Now this brings me to the subject of Alaska’s Honorable U.S. Senator Mark Begich. The “Honorable” thing is something they like, not US. See, he topped the scale with respect to “rich” in comparison to the rest of the Alaska’s delegation, which includes MoanaLisa Murkowski and Don Young. Now Don says he is broke. And Murkowski, she spends a whole lot of money on speculative land swindling. But Begich, he is just another individual that will leave the “House” a richer man. See, I pick on Begich also because he was a member of the commission that was grilling Congress over this illegal for everybody else “insider trading” scam. He went on record that “full disclosure” would be appropriate, just like is required from SOX already, with respect to the Sarbanes Oxley act passed by Congress a long time ago. It calls for quick disclosure, within a few days upon allowed for “insider trading”, like when a CEO makes a move. See, the SOX already has rules and regulations that prohibit all kinds of questionable stock moves, exception? Yes indeed, this law amended and approved by Congress also finds language that provides “immunity” to members of Congress. See, we as Americans have not the time to track-down what is coming from this “House” of ill refute. They just keep pulling the wool! And disclosure, what does it prove? See, with a volatile type stock market, with one side making gains while the other side looses out – sounds like Congress and “We the People” guess who is wining – a few days can have a whole lot of negative offsets. Instead of “Disclosure”, how about recusal for a few days? But Mark may enjoy this “insider” trading junket. See, in his financial disclosure on record - which for some odd reason a member of Congress doesn’t have to disclose the value of a home because most have a home, another home and a vacation home while 1/3rd of Americans are being foreclosed upon – well anyway, Begich claimed he had between $50,000 and $100,000 in stock, with an entity that is about to get approval for a very exciting pill, one that fights cancer! Too bad he couldn’t nail his actual stock value with more accuracy as that is a pretty wide spread. But that is how they play the game, following their own rules and regulations. Now this loot was for stock in a venture that was placed on the FDA “Fast Track” for approval. Here is what the investment professionals have to say:

So if Mark used this knowledge, the fact of the “Fast Track” and realizing the FDA is controlled by the Congress, he could have enjoyed a “windfall” just by plopping down $50k and if the FDA does indeed approve this drug, with an expected sell-out would mean the golden goose has done its thing - keeping with tradition that if not rich when entering Congress, on the way out it means financial freedom. Let’s take a drive down “Immunity Free Lane” and see what this means for those in the know, being in the right place at the right time. For laughs, we will use the middle ground financial disclosure investment of $75k in stock with KERX. That grows to about $100k in one month’s time. If a sitting-pretty sell-out, that $100k will grow to $500k. On a single bet! That means that the Begich Estate is half way too “I made my millions while a U.S. Senator” and once he leaves Congress, another millionaire statistic on our dime. Sure it is on “OUR” dime, as this “insider trading” crap, its “criminal”! And let’s hope that his departure comes around during his next re-election attempt. OK, yes I hold a grudge, not because he is getting rich, as that is the Number 1 reason to become a representative in the U.S. Congress. We know it, but what else can we do? It doesn’t matter who we vote into office, as to leave the “House” broke, like Ted did and like Don may, it means a failure. Now if you don’t get into trouble and have to spend all your cash on defense lawyers, then you can leave the “Hill” well off. Look, I wouldn’t vote “again” for Begich. Not because of the possibility that he engaged in “insider” trading and didn’t tell me in his Quarterly Newsletter, so as one of his constituents he could finally pay me back for that vote, it is because he refuses to investigate the “Privatization” of the military base utility infrastructure here in Alaska. Talk about a “crime spree scene”! It was supposed to be less of a burden on the taxpayers, turning over the civil servant responsibilities to the private sector. It hasn’t worked and it is estimated that the “privatization” label is costing upwards 3-times as much. And in Alaska, what is going on is surely criminal, as the outfit that received a $Billion dollar “privatization” contract was supposed to utilize American lending institutions for improvement investment capital, instead it became a “trader” and is using Canadian investment bucks. In fact, half of the privatized infrastructure has been sold to the Canadians! We are selling the military infrastructure to a foreigner and Congress doesn’t even realize it is happening? And when home grown banks could be realizing an investment profit, by supplying loot to the “privatization” venture, it loses out which hurts the bottom-line for all of us – especially with this economy just limping along wherein anything will help. Anyway, I hope something can come out of conference with respect to a ban on this “Congressional Insider Trading Option”, but I seriously doubt it and if anything, it will not have claws - as Congress has been de-clawed!

With the 112th Congressional session coming to a close, here it is in a nutshell the reason the current Congress finds an approval rating equal to the combined IQ of George “I’m a Puppet Mannnnn” Bush and Dan “Mr. Potatoe Head” Quayle. Now I had already rested my case, at least I thought so, on what was the most ridiculous motion approved by the gang on the “Hill”, that being the recategorizing of “Pizza” as a “vegetable”! So it can pass as a healthy alternative on school lunch programs and at the same time defining “spices” under junk food! But as the session gets close to ending, it appears that the cesspool of fools is trying to outdo any semblance of ethical governance. This newest craze is called a name change, as the “House” has “yeah’d” in a measure that changes the name of “Lobbying“ to “Political Intelligence” and for “Lobbying Activity”, how about “Political Intelligence Activity” and along with that we will no longer hear the word “Lobbyist”, as reference to a corporate sponsored congressional briber will now be defined as “Political Intelligence Consultant”. This is no joke, but a bonafide measure taken up in the “House” chambers then when it was said and done, they “blackmailed the Sergeant of Arms into leaving his post”, so it became “Public Law” S. 1903. And this is what they get accomplished, not “For the People”, but a ways and means to try and fool us through deliberate distraction espionage. There is also rumor of another name change soon to come, calling “Capitalism” something like “Murdochism! What’s in a name? Regardless, “Lobby” to “Lobbyist” is a filthy string of events that yields ugly results, so should never be changed or erased, as future generations need to realize the harm this “K Street” creature has created, through deliberate disenfranchising, deliberate prejudice and all-time wealth hoarding. Like Elliot Spitzer - the Sheriff of Wall Street - was quoted recently, “Bifurcation” best defines what is occurring today upon the American class system. Now with respect to changing the “filth” industry to something that sounds “intelligent”, it still stinks. It would be better to change this fascination to something more deserving, like “Crap Artist” and for any activity along “K Street”, how about “Fuck the People“, for the street that hates the America value system. In fact, how about a resolution that calls for using “K Street” as a test ground for nuclear weapons! It finds a scorched earth mentality, so there would come no significant deterioration, something the EPA could approve today! And we learn in kindergarten about that “Separation” between church and state, just how important a distance makes. The 112th Congress along with the Supreme Court under control of not-Chief Justice Antonin, together it is making sure it goes done in history as a corrupt force, when combined, destructive upon the very foundation this country has been able to thrive towards greatness upon. How do future generations explain to their children what went wrong! What do you mean elected officials screwed things up? Yes, at one time we enjoyed “Greatness”. And here is yet another mind-boggling episode of what goes on up on the “Hill” when the idiots assemble to enjoy their lawless society. Yes lawless, as the “immunity” they get for swearing in to uphold the Constitution provides for no laws they respect. Anyway, they approved to repeal the 1954 Johnson Act Amendment, which was a pseudo-ban on the “free speech” and 1st Amendment Rights of “Church”. In the “Act” a church, religious organization or non-profit “could not participate in, or intervene – including the publishing or distributing of statements – any political campaign on behalf – or in opposition to – any candidate for public office”. Disobey this law, and it meant the IRS agents could pull the “tax free” status. See, in efforts to keep the “Separation” alive and well, as we cannot allow such interference as it is known to corrupt government as documented through history, it was through the wallet that protected the “clause” as Congress realized that a church with its snake-oil preachers would if given the chance become traders in treason upon Democracy. So today we see less and less separation, which is like run-away water eating away at the foundation. And the money that “religion” has at its disposal, because of the “tax exempt” status enjoyed, it’s a game changer now that they have taken 2nd position. See, the Supreme Court gave into “Corporations” a preferential blessing, to spend it all on campaign control. Now “We the People” have to contend with the “Church”. So why is it that we pay the most on taxable income yet we have less and less control upon “OUR” government? Our voting power has again been diminished through “Acts” of Congress. And then they are corny enough to establish as a law, allowing for a commemorative coin honoring Mark Twain. Now Clemens was one of the most outspoken critics of Congress and of his most famous quotes on Senators: “There are many Senators whom I hold in a certain respect and would not think of declining to meet socially, if I believed it was the will of God. We have lately sent a United States Senator to the penitentiary, but I am quite well aware that of those who have escaped this promotion there are several who are in some regards guiltless of crime--not guiltless of all crimes, for that cannot be said of any United States Senator, I think, but guiltless of some kinds of crimes.” Senator: “A person who makes laws in Washington when not doing time.” So this “coin” is either another of Congress’ ways and means to disrespect, or maybe it has something to do with their combined IQ, equal to their approval rating! Then again, if nothing else it should send a clear cut message, that we are on to the “crookedness”!

Damn, I should have known better. Good thing it was an attack on my “junk” computer that acts as a “buffer” between the “wired to wireless” and that of my private parts! The same kind of buffer we find from “K Street” lobbyists, sheltering Congress from US. Sure enough, an E-mail was quarantined by my Internet provider with the option of “Open” if daring. But it was a correspondence sent over the “Tube” from the Office of Don Young – Congressmen for All Alaskans. So why for this “quarantine” action? I think he is pissed at me because I put out an APB - All Points Bulletin - in search of the long overdue Missing-In-Action M.V. Susitna – a hunk of junk wannabe ferry paid for by the U.S. Taxpayers in the tune of $70-million plus. Don was instrumental in getting the NAVY to build something they didn’t even want in their arsenal of “Amphibious Assault Vessels”. I guess you could say it is indeed an “assault” on the taxpayers, to get something that has no apparent value once the jobs go away. Do you realize it costs this state about $5-million a year to maintain the Pt. McKenzie port authority, and the only thing that goes on over there is keeping a light bulb lit? I guess as a search light for the MIA Susitna. In fact, now that the Kodiak Launch Facility has no rockets to launch – a.k.a. “Another failed Alaskan project Number 799 we still haven’t learned” - maybe we can use some of these mothballed waste upon the Taxpayers’ projects as target practice. And at Pt McKenzie, we could double the enjoyment, by taking out the “Port” and the failed Don Young Wood Chip Export facility at the same time - instead of New Year’s Eve fireworks! The “wood chipper” is that “eyesore” you can see from downtown Anchorage. Let’s see, we have the Anchorage “Port” authority, the Pt. McKenzie “Port” authority and the Alaska Natural Gas Pipeline “Port” authority. I do believe in these cases the “Port” has had an influence on any intelligent decision making. Talk about a bunch of drunken fools. And Bill Sheffield is the acting “Port” Captain Crook for the entire cast of pirates, unless under the influence a nosebleed! Anyway, I do believe Don is pissed and retaliated with the “virus” because I placed a “For Sale” add for the “Ferry to Nowhere” on E-Bay. Received a single bid of interest from an outfit running a garbage barge out of Coconut Grove, down Florida way. Anyway, this quarantined E-mail was of interest, so I hit the “Open Suspicious” key and that was the end of things, but entertaining. This virus posts a picture of Don sitting on Santa’s lap, asking for the “God Particle” and then when St. Nick explains that it hasn’t been discovered yet even though science has spent over $10-Trillion bucks for something that isn’t even defined on Wikipedia, Don goes foolish. A temper tantrum followed by a "Trojan Horse" attack hijacking what is left of your computer, by changing the “Administrator” password to "Imagod” along with the virus taking over the sound system, with Don’s voice in the background repeating, “You listen to me you rabid skunk”. Now I called Don’s office and the on duty Congressional aide – a sub-aide because the real office workers are MIA due the holidays – she was adamant that this was indeed Don’s Christmas present. What can I say!

“Good morning America how are ya?” Here is something that typifies the “Class” warfare that has brought this nation to its knees begging, with the 1% hoarding 99.99999% of the wealth and the rest of us trying to share what is leftover. We all love “leftovers”! The begging finds a double identity crisis, the rich begging for more in that .99999 category – blood out of that turnip - and begging for extended protection upon their riches through “more taxation loopholes” while the rest of us beg for a better tomorrow. My sentiment to the wealthy: “Beggar Beware”! With the holidays upon us, we would expect TV ads to reflect the “Season Greetings”, as ads sell through that subliminal addiction. But this time-out from reality can also be used as the proverbial “Bellwether”, with respect to real “Reality”. Campbell Soup commercials are on the rise, not in efforts as a celebratory gesture, but more in tune to what Americans from sea to shining sea struggle with these days - putting food on the table. So these commercials instill upon the consumer a heck of a deal, that for $4-bucks and some cheap rice, a can of the Campbell's soup can go a long way – that budget stretching thing. Now budget “stretching” used to be common ground for the “Middle Class”, back in the 50's, but overtime we pulled ourselves up by the bootstraps and started to enjoy that “American Dream” on high, things were good. That was a time when the rich folks, few and far between, maintained a safe distance away, as they knew better then to interference. They were happy, we were happy. When a family business didn't have to cater to the “Shareholders” mentality of “more for less”. When the family business owner realized that without the “factory workers”, the business didn't produce. It was a pretty good balancing act that worked, with liberty and justice for all. Soon, America was sold and bought through fraud misrepresentation, as all good things come to an end. And since then “We the People” have been relentlessly held hostage by a “new class” of wealth hoarders with a different vision – maybe blurred. Gone are the “family” run businesses, now replaced by a “corporate” mentality, wherein the “more for less” finds an exponential run on the equality clause, which means take a little here, loose a little there. Mind you, with the “exponential” function thrown into the equation that “little” soon finds an out of control train wreck upon civility. See, when the new age business owners saw that the “proletariat class” was enjoying that right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness, they went jealous and angry, and today we must once again fight for these Constitutional given “rights”. The rich were successful, as they attacked “K Street” which then attacked the Congress - with a greenback virus - and today we feel the fallout of that vicious unending bite. So it is back to pinching pennies, using whatever to maybe find a smile by the end of a hard day's night. It has come to “They eat Fillet Mignon”, we get buy with “Hamburger Helper”. Wow, I guess it will work, these table fare stretching gimmicks. I guess it is time to visit a used book store, in efforts to purchase one of those “Meal Stretching” cookbooks that became so valuable to our parents' generation, so they could feed us kids. They worked hard, because they wanted us to enjoy more. Their hard work was a success, until the “Greediness” found out we were having a good time, on our dime, as they wanted that dime for paving their own destiny. Yup, they wanted to save their loot and use ours. It ain't easy, it takes a little to a lot more time these days as the “proletariat” class has to work more hours, for the same outcome. Here is something for Congress to consider to get the economy rolling again for the “Salt of the Earth”. Since we are working more hours just to get by, consider a tax break just for the overtime hours. Face the facts, if I have to work extra hours, it is time away from my family. That in itself is a “tax”. And when overtime has too be included in the overall income, because Congress believes in loopholes for the rich and a screw job for the rest of us, sometimes it takes one into a higher tax bracket. So we may see a little extra loot this week, but in the end, we have too dig deep. No taxation on “overtime” would be a worthwhile thing for Congress to consider. What do you mean employers no longer have too pay for “Overtime”? Yes indeed, it is now legal to work a 12-hour day without any recorded “Overtime”! Of course this has to be agreed upon by the worker and the boss. And since when do you try and trump the boss? If he wants you to work a 12-hour shift, then after 40-hours he says take a break, so your work-week can start all over again, there is no “Overtime”. Who OK's this legislation? What has happened to worker rights? Enough of the “Soup” commercials as right now, right after the food stretching commentary there comes another ad, this time around for Jaguar! Yes indeed, from begging to plushing. So we have the ad for the $4-dollar meal and then an ad for a $40,000 toy, thats for a single tire alone! Equal access? Maybe so, but more in tune to the “Class” warfare we see and feel running rampant like a rabid fox. The agony of that bite...I ran into a Chef, he was telling me some interesting “15-second stories”. It used to be a “3-second rule”, but ever since “Big Business” took over the restaurants and wherein new rules force overboard food the responsibility of the server, who works on wages lower then minimum as the wage law doesn't include “food service” workers, well instead of taking the blame, just pick up the food. Um, feels like fresh ground pepper! Anyway, I guess there was this rich bitch that would always complain about the daily soup special, because of what the special was. So this chef purchased a case of “Campbell's”, as she was a regular. So when she asked for soup, it meant can-opener time! She never knew the difference and this is what has happened to America. It was the fact that she powered the moment by strutting her wealth card. The rich don't know the difference, as the takeover has allowed the trickle down theory to become our pain and suffering. To the point it is “unusual”, which is against the Constitution. See, kids born into wealth, they find that success is not a requirement or importance and feel their only occupation is cutting our throats some more, as that is what made daddy rich! It is sad day upon America, when during the Holidays we have not the time to enjoy such, as we know that behind closed doors the rich are contriving a ways and means for us to pay for their holiday cheer, for the caviar and Don Perignon. So stay tuned to the commercials, to get a grip on what is “Up” and who is “Down”, which means we “Don't need a weather man to tell which way the wind blows”. Amen, Happy Holidays. Wow, that's some good soup and the starch fills the cavity and with the change leftover, maybe I can help out my fellow man, that guy down on the corner begging for a living. Wow, those millions missing from Jon “I simply do not know no where the money is” Corzine's MF Global gambling escapades has been recovered. Corzine did not take the 5th when subpoenaed to testify about this theft before Congress, like had been the norm with crooks! It goes too show that the justice system is broke, just plead “I don't know”. But the missing loot has been recovered. We should have known it all along, as New Jersey is the Organized Crime Capital, so money never goes missing, it just disappears into someone else's grave-side donation box. In this case, the money was used to buy grub for Governor Chris Christie. See, state's are struggling these days, so money for important things like fixing up education and fixing up ruthless rutted roads is being shifted around. In Corzine's case, the money was just on the borrow, to be paid back at a later date. See the loot was used to buy groceries, for Chris Christie. This guy is “Humongous”, just how many calories does it take to get his fat ass out of bed. Look, I'm not trying to pick on the “Obese”. Yes I am, especially the “Political Obese”. Now Christie is gallivanting around the New Jersey Pine Barrens defending Mitch Romney. So what! Look, carting around 5-people in one, it takes a whole lot of extra energy, it takes a whole lot of extra calories. But we must look towards the future, and that is exactly what is happening behind closed doors. The White-House caretakers are preparing, for all possible showdowns. It is preparing now for what modifications are required come the outcome of the 2012 $Billion dollar attack upon “ObamaCares”. Look, there are secret tunnels under the green green grass of home. Just ask Dick Cheney. According to reliable sources, the redesign of the White-House has begun in earnest, with special interest should Romney be given the joy stick – through hook or through crook – and Christie is the VP running mate. This is no joke, just a fact of the matter. In fact, there is concern about the airworthiness of Air Force II, the helicopter that flies the dignitaries around, including the vice. And the W-H caretaker must prepare for the worst, like if something were to disable the Commander-in-Chief. In the case of a Romney term of endangerment, then it means Christie would take over the helm. On the list of modifications to the “Presidential Administration Infrastructure”, all the toilets would have to be changed out, for oversize “crappers” trimmed with handicap access safeguards. This is no joke, just a fact of the matter wherein preferential treatment is again a burden upon the taxpayers. The doorways would have to be enlarged and there is concern that some of the flooring cannot take the excessive loading. “CAUTION: Wide Load”. Maybe they will have to install a bunch of those flashing yellow lights, maybe a mini pilot car! I hope no one is laughing at this coverage, as it is not a laughing matter. We must get a grip on the “Obesity” issue, as it is at the point of a pandemic here in America. And think about it, do you really think this issue would be front and center if we find that next January there is a Romney & Christie entourage taking over Washington? The “Fat Cat” lobbyist, the same idiots that persuaded the Congress to re-categorize “Pizza” as a vegetable so it could be offered to kids, 3-squares a day, they are hoping for a “Christie” VP ticket, as it will allow even more outrageous food items to be re-categorized as “Healthy”. But the sad fact of the matter today is this. Eric Cantor, he has enough power to postpone next Wednesday's showdown, wherein there was supposed to be approved legislation that “forbids” “Congressional Insider Trading”. What gives? More time for the crooks to cash in, right before Christmas. “Fat Cats”, appears it comes in different disguises these days.

Alaska Goes Broke

Wow, only $21-Million during this state's latest “Slope” oil lease sale. A sale that included the Beaufort Sea nearshore and offshore area leases! Am I the only one laughing? In comparison, the original Prudhoe Bay lease sale garnished over $900-Million, in 1970 dollars! With the conversion, that 21-Million today amounts to “Busted”! So I am sure it is not laughter heard from on high and I am sure that it is crying I hear from Parnell's office. And with an Alaskan natural gas pipeline turning out to be nothing short a $500-million Ponzi & Abramoff & Rothstein scam, he is not the only one crying. Ponzi is a well-known con-artist, Abramoff is a well-known acquaintance of Don Young and Rothstein is a well-known acquaintance of Sarah Palin. Guilty by association is what I am getting at! And Harold Heinze has already run for cover. Don't ask, don't tell? Why not. Heinze is the goof-ball that believed he could build a bridge from Prudhoe Bay to Norway, across the North Pole! That was when he was the head honcho for ARCO, soon after that delusion he was unemployable, so was hired by the state! That is where this state was branded the “Bridge to Nowhere” state. Anyway, with the Department of Natural Resource's “December Oil Lease Sale”, the results so far indicate a pathetic showing and goes to show that the oil development era is over with for the “Lost Resource” state. Hey, we still have some “Frontier” left, as long as SHELL goes to Hell! Look, we cannot be so stubborn, foolhardy and naïve to believe oil development in whale country can be done when we find a guy like Ben Stevens at the helm of an oil rig escort vessel. Would you trust him on any environmental detail? As oil was leaking away from a pipe, he would be waiting for that “consultant's” retainer – a.k.a. bribery! But this poor showing has the DNR chief saying, “What went wrong”? Well this is just another fallout of Sarah Palin's reign of terror as this state's governor. It takes time to tango, so we may be seeing what she really had in mind for this state. And it is spelled, D,O,O,M. Not her intent, but goes to show when lacking knowledge, there may come serious repercussions. Of course someone's lack of knowledge is another's sack of cash, just ask Trans-Canada! Look, she packed up and left for Arizona – what does that tell you about sincerity. She messed with “Big Oil” and there exists a grudge even today. Now this poor showing of hands still interested in the North Slope potential, it doesn't mean that the “Big Players” are packing their bags and heading to gooier pastures, it means they are here to stay a little longer but with no intent to extend their domain. Maybe a little creep here and there, but basically a time for hibernation. But this lease sale that had excited all the state bureaucrats, it is the poorest showing on record. I believe that things poor relate and reflect to how well the representatives are doing – POOR. Now even the National Petroleum Reserve, which was supposed to be an area of excitement amongst the geological “Cretaceous” society, it also had a “busted” showing. The good old days are over with, face the facts. Gone are the 2-million barrels a day days! Sure this state reaped the benefits of oil development, with royalty and taxes, but we were screwed, from day one with respect to what we should have exploited from oil men exploiting the “Black Gold” resource. If “We the Citizens” enjoy ownership of that resource as dictated through this state's Constitution, then how come when that black goop came topside we only enjoyed 12-cents on the dollar? For how many years? With how many barrels? Look, it is a very simple equation, this goes for the “Big Players”, like EXXON, SOHIO and ARCO. Hey, I like the old names! In fact one can still see the outline of the SOHIO logo at the BOC base camp. Like what happens when the tundra is disturbed, its mark is forever! Now the 30-year old and still in good health infrastructure is paid for, clear title. The pipelines, the gathering stations, along with the Trans-Alaska-Pipeline - TAPS, it is all fully paid for. And for 30-years by now, “Big Oil” has been stuffing into an escrow account 5-cents on every barrel transported south, for the D&D fund, which acts as a deterrent to just pack up and leave, as the task to pull apart 800-miles of oil contaminated pipe along 800-miles of fragile ecosystem, this pipe will be forever in service, as this “D&D” account makes for millions in interest – why spend it? So “Big Oil” is smart, as they find an oil production flow-rate that basically costs them “zero”. And with a most recent realignment of the main infrastructure based on sound economic reasoning, the TAPS was “reconfigured” in what was tilted the “Strategic Reconfiguration” project, just a fancy name for a brilliant marketing scam – all legal! Look, there exists only a single pipeline south, so guess what? So with a system that is paid for and a system that was reconfigured to take advantage “blood out of a turnip”, we have today front and center the “new age” of oil development here in Alaska, which appears “Busted”, with respect to any worthwhile growth. For “Big Oil”, it is something for nothing, as when oil had dropped too $7.50 a barrel back in the late 90's, the “Lifting Cost” for Prudhoe Bay oil was at $2.75, less then what is cost the Saudis to extract oil. This is confidential so please don't tell Parnell, as it could be information used behind closed door tax assessment meetings. So with an infrastructure paid for in full, with the existing tax rate structure something to still write home about, simple subtraction paints the picture of how much profit “Big Oil” makes on a barrel of oil pumped south. With present day speculation, possibly over $100 a barrel when considering the corporate tax rate and other deductions. Yes free! Like already mentioned, “Big Oil” has learned very valuable lessons over the past 30-years here in Alaska and are not about to let anybody disturb this “Golden Goose”, or as U.S. Congressmen John Dingle once said, “The Cash cow of all cash cows“! Now things are different today, as there comes encroaching upon this brave and wild land a new player, so-called the “Independents”. In fact, a majority of the money spent on this “Busted” lease sale, it came about from interest these scavengers. Yes scavengers, as these outfits are using old and outdated geological data from “Big Oil” to re-track earlier exploration attempts, on leases deemed exploitable but due the difficulties of the environment, out of reach. It hasn't worked, it won't work. And it won't work for many reasons. Today, the true “lifting costs” as well as infrastructure development, it means for a bankrupt venture right off the bat. In comparison, how about closer to $48.00 dollars a barrel “lifting costs”. And then when that oil finally gets to topside, it must find a way to market. This little piggy went to market, this little piggy stayed home...” And the complicated economics of the TAPS is a stranglehold to further any “Independent” development attempts. Like already mentioned, “Big Oil” is in it for themselves, no Mr. Good Samaritan” exists, which spells once again “DOOM, as the little guys cannot survive. It is trespassing! And if you want to get “Big Oil” pissed off, remember they own the only way oil can get to market, offer “royalty relief” or talk about tax breaks for the “Independents”! The only way it works is if “Big Oil” was given amnesty and could re-capture back to day one the tax advantages given today to the “Independents”. It is the only fair way to deal with today's situation, decreased oil throughput which means decreased state revenues. Aren't you glad Sarah embraced and accepted Obama's $2-Billion dollar “stimulus” gift. Yes indeed, Sarah had too sign for it. And any amnesty to “Big Oil”, based on fairness, that would bankrupt this state's Constitutional Budget Reserve. So “Big Oil” is happy and doesn't give a rat's ass about this state's economics. We my as well get used too it, and before we let these “Independents” loose upon the tundra, or loose upon the waters of the Beaufort Sea, maybe we need to collect a ransom, just like the D&D, to make sure they can clean up after themselves. An accident will happen. Take that back, intentional hazardous discharges will become a reality, as it already has with Pioneer Natural Resources' illegal discharging of 49,000 gallons of contaminated glycol – the largest illegal discharge on record for Alaska's North Slope. As far as SHELL, you don't see Alaska's experienced “Big Oil” getting involved with SHELL”S intent to go digging where no reasonable corporations has gone before, as experience so far with under-sea pipelines and drilling inhospitable climates, it costs just too damn much. Which means for this venture to be profitable, any produced oil would have to be offloaded onto awaiting tankers, and what we don't need is another reality TV show about a bunch of pathetic boat people, especially if Ben gets a leading role!

It appears that Newt Gingrich is trying out not only for the kingpin position as the GOP presidential nominee, but also enjoying a class act stand on Comedy Central. According to Newt, he is the one that made Romney “Rich”, by steering legislation Romney's direction when Newt was in the Congress, wherein Romney's vise to the hoarding of the riches this country once shared, it meant “job” killing would became the Number 1 killer of the American Dream. What the hell gives when the criminals are no longer afraid to admit “criminal activity”? When is enough evidence enough, their admittance is credible, not entered through force, just downright guilty! And it comes not as guilty “plea” bargaining to reduce sentencing, just a smack down slap in the face. For Newt to take a bow along with a self-inflicted pat on the back for such shenanigans, where are the cuffs? It is called “Congressional Immunity”. In fact if this day goes by without Joe Leiberman announcing strict new laws of guidance that forbids a Senator or Congressmen from exercising “Insider Trading” without any violation of law, the same laws that would place you and I behind bars if we tried it, if silence is golden this atrocity windfall through ethics missing in action then we have indeed a “House” of crooks! As chairman of the U.S. Senate committee investigating what appears to be widespread and a genuine violation of the Racketeering Influenced and Corrupt Organization act, with respect to this “Congressional” insider trading scam, I was very excited when from that hearing you said that by this day's end - Wednesday, December 7^th - that you would have moved a bill out of committee that would abolish this egregious behavior. Oh, I stand corrected, as the official date for something constructive this issue was December 15^th, not today. Give me a break, what does it take or for that matter how long does it take to make legislation that says “Congressmen” fall under the same laws, rules and regulations as all Americans? Even the Wall Streeters don't get away with this type of thievery. Look, one man's gain is another man's loss. To not have a law front and center by now, it points to a culture of corruption. Why is it taking so long, or is it a ways and means to construct very complicated legislation that doesn't do anything to ban this practice and allows it to be enjoyed by those that missed out on the opportunity? This is what we know is going down, for sure, as you guys don't give a rat's ass what we think. Just because we found out what was going on, and called your bluff, now you sit behind closed doors thinking up a way just to fool Americans into believing you guys care. Who in hell is bombing Iran? Just a few weeks ago, a missile test facility was destroyed and now we find out that a top secret U.S. drone took a wrong “hard right” turn and augured into the Iranian desert, and was soon apprehended by the Iran government for trespassing. No big deal, as there isn't much they can do with the junk. It's a small plane without a pilot and some camera equipment. Look, if it were indeed “Top Secret” stuff, it would have been equipped with on-board destruct instructions. Loss of communications, boom! Loss of flight maneuverability, boom! It is well known that “espionage efforts” in the form of a “Siemen's S7 computer virus” have been infiltrating the “back-door” sovereignty of Iran, in efforts to cause chaos upon industrial processing equipment – underwear making plants, etc. Look, want to cause a nation to revolt, take away the underwear! Now that kind of Spy vs. Spy stuff makes for good movie making and goes on, boys will be boys! But it appears things are starting to escalate in that theater, a hot-bed with respect to Israel's peace and quiet. So who is behind this escalation, as surely it is not the Obama administration, as too get involved now with 2012 on the horizon, not a good game plan? Then again, no secret and not a tough question with answer as too who is behind this escalation. See, it is the American made “War Machine” that is getting scared so involved, wherein it should just mind its own business. But when no laws are present to prevent it, as it is not treason, there is no stopping this Casey Jones extravaganza. And this “secret” involvement is not promulgated upon the fact that Iran is close to producing a deterrent, its own nuclear warhead, but the “War Machine” is running scared because the “golden goose” is going home. With the Iraq conflict's closing arguments finished and the jury verdict sentencing the American troops home, it won't be long before the NATO conflict in Afghanistan finds the same “Happy” ending. “Ding Dong the...” In Afghanistan, like occurred in Iraq, the American “War Machine” has received a hefty-helping handout, from Uncle Sam. What is still awaiting approval by Congress as an “Act of War”, the overseas conflicts generate over $350-Billion yearly in revenues for the “private” entities engaged in the “fight”. With that said, the defense contractors can not come to grips the realization that what has been feeding their addiction to money for profits is about to take a breather - that scenario the wives' of the CEOs cannot stand. Gone will be the $10-million dollar bonus, for husbands that work all day long trying to keep the war efforts going then go home at night to their gated communities and hug their “piggy banks”, what family? With “privatized” military men armed with the same weapons as found carried around by an American troop and the “privates” not armed by any Code of Conduct when in theater, they have all the reasons in their unsupervised play book to let the American “Occupation” and military presence fall under the auspices of “Mission Creep”. Paid for Soldiers and their subordinates are getting filthy rich upon this “New Age” war, a.k.a. Soldiers of Fortune! And when one considers the fact that besides no beds for our returning troops at the dilapidated military bases around this nation, gone to ruins due the fact the money has been spent abroad to defend something that is still questionable and the fact that the jobs' market for kids only qualified to carry out reconnaissance missions is dwindling here in the states, there isn't much future hope for the troops coming home. They have served their time and now they face the ugly facts of what to do for the rest of their lives, if they still have their limbs in tact. So with the “Billionaires' War”, it is easy too see not only a “privatized” army excited about their next “mission”, but from the executive ranks a secret agent agenda, to keep the heat on, like secretly attacking Iran to raise the blood pressure. And if they have it their way, it will continue as they know they have a qualified and unemployed workforce at their disposal. How sick this mentality, that “War” is for profit only these days. See, that is what is so wrong with “War” today. It is honored as a profit making scene, wherein “death” and “collateral damage” is but the accepted fallout of a sick society. Look, we all know that we have no control, as these private militias are armed to the gill and are today a match upon our own men in uniform. War, shame on US! It has created a “monster” and to be honest with you, war is outdated! In honor of John Lennon, “War is over if you want it”, how true! War had its chance, it proved its point, now maybe it is time to give “Peace” a chance, just too see the outcome of smiles over death stares between the eyes. So here it is in a nutshell, let Iran acquire a nuclear warhead, for two reasons. Our country has been haunted for years over its participation in the “Little Boy” singeing of the Hiroshima landscape and the “Fat Man” singeing of the Nagasaki landscape and leaving behind radioactive contaminated destruction, which is something we will never be allowed to forget, a scar that we will never forget in which 200,000 victims were burned alive. Secondly, if Iran is stupid enough to attack any other country with a nuke, think of the wrath attack from neighboring nations, including the U.S. The history books will be able to inform future generations that there was at one time an “Under-wear” factory in a place that will for years be a super landscaped “glass onion”, as the entire desert will be fused together. But reasoning to the contrary pushes us in that direction, because of another kind of “greed”, that of “Power”. When PNAC - Project for the New American Century - tried to engage then U.S. President Bill Clinton upon its selfish agenda, Iran was the target. Bill laughed and they were forever banned from the White-house, until Bush was given the keys. Since then the neo-Conservatives have been using Iraq as a testing grounds, so there is pressure, not upon the administration, but pressure on these “private” defense agents that can carry out the PNAC secret agenda. It boils down to “greed”, America's greatest disease, as we realize today that it is not an individual nation that predicates war upon others, it is fostered through internal factions, like the Taliban and Al Qaeda, no different then the players behind the present day American “War Machine”. Outfits like “Blackwater” have gotten too damn big and powerful as a “War Machine” instigator, a 20,000 plus army and its own air force. And since they have the means and dedication, it becomes a convenient outlet for someone within an organization that has the money to buy their service. They are only in it for the money, the power brokers only in it for the power, a couple made for each-other. In the case of PNAC, which now hides under the umbrella of the Foreign Policy Initiative, there comes a wealth of wealth, and since they do not like Obama, we will see an escalation. The War Machine continues to profit, through the PNAC agenda, that of taking over the world because of our "Democratic Republic” and its appearance second to none. Sure, make us all the same, a cloned nation. Just ask the Native American Indians what they think about this plan of attack?

In this day and age of a “do nothing” Congress enjoying an approval rating providing a “Divide by Zero” error output to the rating's community computer algorithm, I must admit one specialty Congress plays favor with, our health! Especially if it is something that poses a risk, wherein Congress finds it necessary to provide coverage. Now this doesn't involve ObamaCare! But when something comes along and for a longtime we become the guinea pigs, then we find out it is something of an addiction hazardous to our health, Uncle Sam realizes that the “Addiction” aspect means money - through heavy taxation upon this crutch. Take cigarettes for instance. The present day Federal Excise Tax per pack is $1.05, or about 20% of total cost. Designed in efforts to reduce consumer demand – kicking the habit – it brings in approximately $10-Billion dollars of extra income to the U.S. Treasury. Wow! Take motor gasoline for instance. With an 18-cent per gallon Federal Excise Tax, designed in efforts to reduce consumer demands – kicking the habit – the U.S. Treasury enjoys about $30-Billion in extra income had not this commodity been taxed. Wow some more! Take alcohol for instance. With a 58-cent Federal Excise Tax on a bottle of beer, along with a $1.00 FET to enjoy a bottle of vino, along with $13.50 FET on the Jack, an additional $10-Billion makes its way to the vault. Wow again! So habit forming things that prove to be detrimental upon this country's social order, it finds a tax burden, once again all designed in efforts to “Reduce Consumer Demands”. The demand thing never works, but the money keeps on coming. Why should Congress get overly involved with the real problem, as that may mean reduced taxation, which means less money for the “pork” giveaway promises. So it can be said that “habit” forming things makes money, for the “pushers” and the Tax-man. Now we have before us today like yesterday another thing upon which we have played the guinea pig foolhardy roll for way too long, something that has proven to be hazardous to our wellbeing, and something that needs one of those taxation fixations applied. It is called the “Lobbyists” as the “pusher-man” and our representatives as the addicts – an addiction for the lobbyists' boot full of loot. Look, Congress bends way down to kiss their feet, so yes “Boot” loot. So it is a simple fix. Look we can't even get the Supreme Court Justices to realize America has and continues to be sold to the highest donation of campaign bucks, for the politicians' RICO war-chests! RICO, for Racketeering Influenced and Corrupt Organization act. If the “K Street” hoodlums ain't crooks and our representatives ain't cohorts in crime, then Newt Gingrich is an American! We my as well take advantage this “hazard” associated with Congress by the “House's” affiliation with this scumbag buyout favoritism legislation. It is allowed because of the “legislation” the “lawbreaking lawmakers” insist upon their own actions – or inactions! From now on all campaign donations should be taxed, just like we find has been done with tobacco products, for motor gasoline and for alcohol. Just think of the opportunities to generate much needed income, through this taxation that “We the People” find immunity, someone else's dime this time around. And maybe, maybe just for once, this “New” taxation designed to “Reduce Demand” will be something that finds success upon the “demand” aspect. If not, it is estimated that the U.S. Treasury could take in an extra $350-Billion, when the campaign donations are subject to the same degree of taxation as TAG – tobacco, alcohol and gasoline, this income during routine years. And during a Presidential election year? How about an amount that “tilts” the collectors register. Bottom-line, it could be used to lower the existing deficit then some. And when those responsible for the tax, the pursuers and recipients - Congress - when they see the tax bill, maybe some of them will think not once but twice too who they are supposed to represent, without the burden of campaign donation taxation. But then again, the Congress continues to show its bad habit traits that are passed down for generations, especially when nepotism enters to extinguish righteousness, like occurs way too often in Alaska, but maybe “We the People” can benefit financially this one particular bad habit, through “Demand Taxation” upon the Lobby's “Buy Them” program.

America's Report Card #2

The #2 rings a bell of stench, with respect to how America is fairing. Everywhere I turn during these holiday times, there is indeed overwhelming evidence of a near pandemic in the making and well on its way out-of-control, as outreach for helping those in need is reaching way out of bounds. It appears that the Grinch and Scrooge have been successful, as what other fathomable reason promotes panhandling and begging to become a national pastime for many one time prosperous Americans? Street corners are no longer reserved for somebody trying to hock some extra change for a bottle of MD20/20, as family men must resort to this dangerous occupation just to enjoy a warm bath once a week. It is dangerous, as not only is there stiff competition from the back alley Bowery Boys, but the road rage from irate “please don't bother me” drivers can have its toll. See, drivers are in a hurry to get to the market, or liquor store, or get back to that warm home after a day at the office! Wow, what a concept, a job, a shelter, food, booze and a car that runs – the essentials? In Anchorage, with Dan Sullivan's new and approved “SideWalk-er” eviction policy - as Dan is a fan of Scott Walker's insensitive political disenfranchising laws - sitting down while panhandling could bring a fine, maybe jail time. I just don't get it, that “voice” that is not hearing the “voice” - of destitution for those of us on “Desolation Row”. It is loud and clear, so it is selective hearing as to give a little away means less squandered away. In America, It used to be when somebody yelled “Help”, assistance was front and center above and around any hurdles, when “brother can you spare a dime” was something we as Americans could be proud upon and that great tune rang with pride. And other nations respected that fact, even nations that were not on our side, it was something even our enemies found appreciation with. Today, we have lost a whole lot that was gained form our parents' generation, following the world wars and the re-constructive era. It appears they may have put in all that hard work for nothing. Whose fault is it? I began a conversation with a gentlemen up in Fairbanks, at a local wash-a-teria that also provides showers for rent. He had his entire family in tow, to do laundry and also for the hygiene duty. That was this family's Saturday night out! What happened to the good old days when families went out for pizza, or a good burger? Sad, as here was this dedicated dad, a carpenter by trade, a mom and 7-siblings all tucked into a dilapidated cab-over camper as their primary residence, wherein dad goes form day job to no job then back to a day job, just to get enough loot for a meal and a shower once a week and maybe some laundry duty. After searching every pocket several times, many pockets as it was winter here in the interior, he couldn't find enough spare change to give himself a bath, so I handed over some spare change. Count my blessings, I can still afford the American dream - with limitations. It is not like it used too be or how it is supposed too be. Let's face the facts, as the Congress continues to feed their fat faces with caviar and washing it down to their over-bloated guts with Don Perignon, courtesy of the “Lobby Transform”, they are being treated as 1^st Class passengers, so why should they care about reality on the streets of America? They don't, because if that sentiment was false - that they don't care - then we would not have this dilemma facing us today, especially during the holidays. Even the pet stores are accepting donations, for pets needing assistance. The strangulation that Mitch McConnell and the John Boehner society have designed and bombarded us with, from help their wealthy friends, it is treason and they are traitors. If we could set the clock back to 1800 and the Congress acted this way then, we would all be out on the street on Saturday night, for a stoning! I have no other reaction or definition, it is pure “Treason” from turncoats, with the “Lobby Transform” helping to “transform” America into the likes of a nuclear fallout zone – a dead desert wherein the only thing that survives are the “scorpions”. What Congress has done for America the past few sessions is nothing short a nuclear attack! I call it the “Lobby Transform” as it is indeed like one of those toy transformers, all so innocent on the outside, but when provoked, we find a monster in disguise. Lobbyist look like Americans, but they do not act like Americans. It is a sickness that continuous to wreck havoc on civility. The fact that they have no conscious so pay out to buy the conscious of Congress places this nation at risk, as once down that “Lobby Transform” detour dead-end, there is no turning back. Just like if they were in bed with the Mafia, and if they don't perform accordingly, then their families may be targeted. Look, the drug lords provide better living condition south of the border then to what we are finding in some state's cities here in America. While traveling across America on Turkey Day and listening to Alice's Restaurant, I was angry when a roadside turnoff directed me to a squatters camp, and this used to be a motorist's rest area. Not anymore, as America has been chastised and disenfranchised beyond decency, all because of a Congress that is AWOL. From food drives to clothing drives, it appears that America the great has found its enemy, one that has taken it down for the count. And that enemy of the ”People”, we all understand who the culprits are. It is not the “Lobbyist Transform” movement, as there is only a single entity that holds the reigns of blame and that is the Congress. Congress-of-Corruption? Sure appears to be what has caused this dreadful era, one that I am ashamed upon and in reality a real embarrassment. To sum it all up, take this with you the next time you enter that voting booth. Down in the lower-48, some tire salesmen guy has this commercial worth mentioning, as it has meaning. It starts off with doctors conversing about some guy who isn't going to make it, with the camera now showing some bed-ridden “Mummy” lookalike with a zillion tubes protruding from every God given orifice then some, and all these electronic gizmo's monitoring his pulse, which is but a luke warm “blip”. He looks like a vegetable. Then we hear the commercial on the bedside radio, a great tire sale and this guy thought to be dead gets up and runs out the room, with all these tubes dangling behind, the doctors smile and run with him, as this is one hell of a sale. In the case that mirrors association, that dead guy almost is Congress, and that call for a sale that provokes “new life” into the almost dead, “K Street” offering up a Christmas bonus, money for giving away liberty! In ending, what could be more appropriate then to re-visit Dylan's Desolation Row, maybe America's new National anthem:

And you cannot stand the fact, that he is a ”Black Man”. So you stoop low, taking shots when surrounded by your wealthy bigot friends. Stooping oh so low, with subliminal message name calling, your latest, the “Food Stamp President”. So go on, say it again, get your pathetic prejudices front and center, say it loud and clear, “Nigger”. Wow, you are getting applause and a standing ovation, from your pathetic following at that $5000 a plate gathering. They like it! Happy now? You pick on the ghetto, you pick on the ghetto children, you pick on cancer victims, you believe being faithful is just a suggestion, you believe you can have your cake and mine and theirs and eat it to. Wow, maybe the name calling has found an appropriate subject. It is called a Newt! About the only thing a fat slob of your character is fit for, the poster child for American Obesity. Your campaign manager should purchase a full length mirror, have you followed around for just one day, so you can see for yourself a reflection of your pathetic self, and then maybe you will realize that you are a loser, and Real America - or what is left of it - hates your kind! America's Report Card #1

So what is truly today's bellwether indicator that paints a picture fair and clear upon this nation's health and welfare rating? Just how is today's economic climate allowing or hindering that right to life, liberty and pursuit of happiness? Sure there exists reams of data routinely published from the numerous government oversight gurus, like the Congressional Budget Office, what worth is it? As in efforts to understand all that stuff, it means getting a Gingrich PHD or a Congressional lobotomy - no real difference is there! I continue to get sidetracked to this “congressional” aspect, like that body supposedly responsible for righteous representation has something to do with something. See, a lobotomy means “brainless”, and no representative today on the taxpayers' payroll can deny that attribute. Back to the subject. Is there anything more down to earth that can suffice to gage this country's overall well-being? Sure, it is the newspaper front and center this “bellwether” indicator. Or what is left this once upon a time thriving industry as with dwindling support, it is the ad owners that shows who is up and who is down. Since reader subscriptions are way down, due in part the Internet providing news and weather available at one's fingertips, with a simple “Send” keystroke, the ads are paying and paving the way for this once indestructible American icon's survival. So who still reads the paper? Hey, some of us have bad habits! And isn't it still a freebie in 1^st Class? But it is the advertisement income that keeps a paper afloat. So lets take a gander. We find full page ads from the major health care providers, as the Medicare sign-up period is about to expire. In Sundays edition hot off the press, Section A had a total of four full-stretch ads. Now for every signatu obtained from the elderly ranks - over 65 - it means a double dip sensation feature. Money received from Uncle Sam for the administration of this social health care plan allows the providers to recoup every penny spent plus a generous allowance called a “finder's fee”. It comes from “Finder's keepers, loser's weepers” and guess who art thou losers are? See, the provider estimates an hour's worth of sit-down drive by shooting to support their efforts, when in reality it takes about 3-seconds, so simple multiplication finds this a very lucrative train robbery. And those that sign on the dotted line though voice recognition technologies, through “This call may be monitored or recorded to better serve our goals”, they are usually duped into purchasing a plan that is above and beyond any saneness and costly, by the providers using the “fear” tactic. Reminds me of the “Pusher” lyrics:

It is a definite co-pay relationship. We pay once, twice and maybe again with that deductible thing. Now wait just a minute, didn't we already pay out for our premiums? Isn't it all part of the IOU contract, that Contract with America? What the hell have I been working for all these years, paying not only income taxes but FICA and yes, money to cover my health care needs come retirement! The more I dig into the present day state of affairs, with respect to this country's economic formula, the more I get angry. It doesn't balance. We are not getting our money's worth. It used to be that auto dealers captured the limelight of advertisement, not today as car sales are way down. It is sad day in America today when we as citizens find more trust with used car salesmen then we do upon our elected representation. Then we have these massive and costly ads for the Internet! In todays read, two full pages dedicated to “Texting” and driving and eating at the same time. I hope when Dr. Mad gets permission to clone, future generations come equipped with an extra arm with hand – for driving dedication! So it is these full-page ads that provides a very good indicator of what factions of the business community are fairing well. Of course there are the scam ads, with those outfits trying to dupe the elderly into selling their gold jewelry at rock bottom prices and what is with this “Reverse Mortgage” scamming? So in todays paper gab, in Section A alone there came 6.5 pages of crap ads, a half page of DUI listings, just from Saturday night, which allows for a single page to shed light on real McCoy news! See, it is well known that it is the aging generation that grew up with the paper in hand along with the morning Joe, so these ads pay off. Why else the large print! So we have before us the health care industry and the telecommunications industry that seem to have a whole lot of disposable income to justify costly colored ads in print. Now Medicare continues to be the greatest rip-off upon the checks & balance criteria inherent in taxation upon your hard earned income. Sure there is supposed to be a watchdog, but Congress believes the money they “play” with is by law their's to play with once it is wrestled away. If that is what the Constitution recommends, it is at fault. Everybody is on the take these days. Bottom-line, it is not only the Bush “wars” extended that have caused this once great nation to look forward to 3^rd world status with respect to economics of scale, as George the “puppet” allowed this country to head down that detour, down that dead-end street. Bush held basically one belief, enact legislation that would allow the wealth to be squandered away. Now Bush didn't really use this position to wreck havoc on his own accord, but due weaknesses in the administration's back door policy and train wrecking imposter's, through controlled carelessness the crooks were allowed to infiltrate and hijack almost every government entity, just to pillage and plunder. “Handout Sam” our government has become. Like this, it has gone down. Place a bunch of kids in a candy store without any supervision and a sleeping store clerk, guess what happens! So no wonder Bush cannot write his own memoirs, as what went on under his watch was someone else's agenda succeeding and Bush was basically asleep at the wheel, asleep at the cash register when the candy store was being robed. And when all the candy was stolen away, Bush was tired, so retired, but the store owner had to replenish what was stolen, or claim bankruptcy - which is not an option unless we decided to sell out. When one looks at the deficit interest payments being swindled away today from the U.S. Treasury, it is a mind-boggling rip-off. Who is getting these extra billions? I am sure the Bush family has something in it for themselves. Look, believe it or not, Bush created more billionaires then could ever be imagined. And it is scary, as other countries own some of this debt, but are not on the mandatory interest benefit plan. Why is it that people don't care or give a rat's ass and continue to rip-off Uncle, or is it the fact that “American Greed” is such a pathetic disease that they believe this is what one deserves when granted “American Citizenship”. Like what you can steal away is OK? So we have before us today a health care provider industry being provided for courtesy the U.S. Taxpayers and at the same time Obama is throwing huge sums of loot to hook-up every nook-n cranny across America. But that may be good, as once we get all this hi-speed infrastructure in place, then we no longer have to send representatives to fend for our sovereignty, we can do it with our hands, with our fingers, as it is ours, not theirs! Remember, Congress was housed in Washington only because the Constitution required a central place to debate, this was before Campbell Soup can phones, before Morse code, before the Pony Express, so today we have the means to change things to “We the People”, not “Me the Senator”. And here is another thing, wherein stupid representation seems to be prominent with the representative branch. The U.S. Postal Service was having money problems, just like everybody else. So they decided to do what's right, and eliminate some of the more costly “pork” addictive routes, remote locations that have been on the welfare bandwagon way too long. But no, no, as this could cause the Alaskan delegation a loss of confidence, which equates to a loss of votes which equates to a loss of a “job for life” and even though sound management it was from the mail carrier, the bad dog was called off, so things remained status quo and at the same time Congress didn't offer any help. So now the money scarcity burdens us all, as it is estimated that because of righteous cuts now protected by insane representatives, it will take an additional day to deliver mail as we all must suffer because of this preferential treatment. So we continue to allow the representation to shoot Uncle Sam in the foot, its called the Webb Initiative – in honor of Jim Webb who likes bringing loaded guns to the “House”. If guns are outlawed, only outlaws and representatives will own guns! It is scary, when we find upon America an all out attempt to “penalize”, as that is not what the Bill of Rights allows. Nor does the Constitution adhere too thievery. So what has happened, when the Congress sees not their evil ways and means so destructive? It gets back to that self-centered “greed”. Maybe like obesity it should be classified a “disease”! Even when Congress tried doing thing right, greed got in the way. Example, cost cutting measures that called upon “Privatization” as the saving grace. That has backfired and does not work. Yet I believe there is a solution. Look, we the middle class faces the burden of taxation, it is ours to contend with. I have no qualms paying my fair share, but that is where we find the trouble spots today. Look, we have mandatory spending and discretionary spending. Believe it or not, the defense budget is defined under “Discretionary” instead of under “Mandatory”. Why? Because the money going to defense contractors is un-Constitutional. Sure it is up to Congress to fund the troops, but nothing else defense related. So the billions spent to fund the Bush wars, it finds forgiveness under these obscure funding initiatives. The only “Mandatory” capture is for Medicare, Medicaid, Social Security and that “Deficit Interest”. And the defense doesn't have too worry about a penny, as there exists only a handful that would indeed protest the yearly funding mandate. Why so? It has nothing to do with the troops. Look, the troops work for the Commander-in-Chief and would continue to fight even if their paychecks were lost, in the mail, or delayed due to new restrictions imposed by the Post Master General. A majority of the defense budget finds that dreaded “greed” disease. We have become a ship of fools, as the fools have taken over the ship. The representative body has been muzzled, tied-up and bent over, almost to the point they have presumed the fetal position, the same position one should find when attacked by an angry brown bear. No different, as yes indeed this nation is under attack. Not by Al Qaeda, not by the Muslin Brotherhood, not by Helter Skelter Palinites going after decent American's like Gabrielle Gifford, but under attack by “Greed”. And we are so quick to blame someone else, as that just shines and refreshes the spigot of gold, for more access to the fruits of greed's labor, our heritage crapped upon! Wow, I forgot to call out a very appropriate ad in this morning's paper, just a little blurb, for “Escort Service”! And that is what we really need, “Escort Service”, too escort the crooks away from the U.S. Treasury! And that begins with prohibition upon run a-muck spending spree. Like already mentioned in many of my blogs, it is not the spending itself, but the “greed” factor allowed by Congress that deflates that bang for the buck. Pure unadulterated greed wherein it is so easy to scam. Look the prohibition era was due to lunatics on the loose with a bottle, no different today with the addiction our representatives have upon our incomes - our dwindling incomes. So a prohibition is what we need, and the only way that can be accomplished is through sincere civil disobedience. It is this simple, stop paying that weekly paycheck garnishment called “Income Tax”. Send the Secretary of the Treasury an IOU. When at the end of the year you have not enough to pay for the shenanigans, just tell the bill collectors that you have re-invested in America, your way, by spending that loot on the local economy and didn't hide any of it away for safe keeping, and you'll be surprised at the outcome! As this is truly the way it should be, instead of the way it is.

ALASKA goes to Obama

In early polling, it appears that Obama will enjoy a 2^nd term as President of the United States. It appears this “United” of the states throwing support behind Obama is something to pay attention upon. And it all boils down to the “Stimulus”, as the voters have taken the time too see what this program did for their own pursuit to happiness during such dire strait times. In Alaska, it accounted for approximately $3,000 dollars per capita. In fact, this alone allowed for the state to still issue the residents a yearly PFD check, as that giveaway program was under indefinite suspension had it not been for the “ObamaCares” program coming to the rescue, not to be confused with the “ObamaCare” program. Alaska enjoyed taking in $2.5-Billion, endorsed “For the People” by Governor Sarah Palin! Of that amount $252-million went to road construction, which accounted for over 3,000 jobs per reporting quarter with completion of the projects slated for 2012. So unemployment should remain in check for at least another round of applause. The University of Alaska scientists are behind Obama, as research bucks from the American Recovery & Reinvestment Act totaled $190-million and of course the Alaskan Native vote was strong for Obama, as there came a barrage of funding for native health care projects, like $95-million for a new hospital in Nome. And for the outskirts of Alaska, the remote towns once thought to be Tea-Party domain, with the “Stimulus” program spending to bring high-speed Internet to every nook'n, cranny, well Joe's team has shifted to the “Left”. So it appears that the ARRA program and the jobs creation reality is what has changed many an opinion and the early “Slug Fest” polling indicates an easy victory for Obama. So spare the Cain pain, as last time around it was the McCain pain – with his running mate Palin – and my as well just continue with the GOP hopefuls for late night entertainment. And like mentioned before, many states are “United” with that re-election vote for Obama. California received $35-Billion, endorsed by Governor Arnold, 70,000 jobs created. For those still indecisive and leaning toward the “Right”, if from a “Red” state, consider this: Texas $17-Billion, endorsed “For the People” by Governor Rick Perry, 50,000 jobs created. Utah $2-Billion with 2,500 jobs. Wyoming, $665-Million, 1,700 jobs. Nebraska $1.3-Billion, 4,500 jobs. Arizona $8-Billion, endorsed “For the People” by Governor Janice Brewer. The list goes on, the endorsements go on, so do the jobs created. This plan has worked beyond the wishes of the opponents and is the reason the GOP hopefuls have not a platform to challenge Obama. So look to a landslide victory for Obama, unless there comes a premeditated assassination upon Obama's plan of attack to get this GOP economic mess turned around.

I was in the local bookstore, looking for a book titled “Profiles in Courage”, thought it would be a good book of warning to send as a “shared” Christmas present to that “House on the Hill” occupied by Congress. I wonder if they could even share a book? With the cost of living creeping away from reality for the middle class, I cannot afford to buy gifts for all the representatives. Last year I sent baby pacifiers, but the cost of postage stamps discouraged that ever again. Now this read, “Profiles in Courage”, was authored by John F. Kennedy, and describes how ethical Senators should act in their efforts to uphold and protect the Constitution. I hope it is passed around instead of burned. But during my search for the “Courage”, I came across another book I had to examine, to see how it starts off, that planting of the seed that makes readers excited - to read on. What can I say, as the “Wack-Whore” keeps on giving. MissHell Bachmann's book, “Core of Conviction: My Story” it goes like this: IT was April Fools Day 2003. No further reading, no further explanation needed as to why she is the ultimate American Wack-Whore as her campaign and presidential aspiration is nothing short an April Fools Joke!

Could be that December 3^rd will go down in history as Black & Blue Saturday. In line with “Black Monday” and “Black Friday” and all the other days so colored to gain notoriety. But if it goes according to plans, Cain will retire his aspiration for a chance in the so far hilarious GOP presidential “Chumpster” race, thus saving the taxpayers some loot, as why in hell does he need security detail from the Secret Service so early on this race? What's that, because his wife is pissed. Look out Herman, here comes the pizza pan! Anyway, the news' media has been successful in taking down a viable candidate that could have challenged Barack Obama, it would have meant “black against black”, wow. Last time that happened was with Mohammad Ali and Joe Frazier. Today, the news' media is used as a vice, cheap thrills destruction, just plant the “Right” seed! Anyway, Cain had an affair, maybe more then one, but so did Newt. In fact. Newt held an affair with an office aide at the same time his 2^nd wife was receiving cancer treatment. And Romney, he's a Morman, a religious following that believes in Polygamy. Even if Mitch was unfaithful, silence is golden this fantasy. So we can throw out the infidelity issues, as there is enough guilt to go around. What remains to access the top running candidates is job creation and wealth. Cain was a very successful businessman all on his own doing, and being the Godfather of Pizza, sure he created jobs. Maybe not high paying, but income for many that understand what “minimum wage” is all about. Mitch, he became filthy rich by cutting jobs, take that back, sending jobs to our enemies overseas. And Newt, he created a deficit and became a millionaire as a “Historian” for FreddieMAC. These supposedly successes stories, Cain's low paying jobs, Romney's job axing extravaganza and Newt's crookedness, because these idiots think it is a success to be proud upon, they will use it again if either one is successful in reaching George Bush status. So with Cain about to throw in the towel, it leaves “No man” that could challenge Obama. Mitch is toast, Newt has too much baggage. The other contenders, like the wack-whore, not a chance. Huntsmen, just too intelligent for the GOP mentality. So guess what, the Palin PAC is installing phones and high-speed Internet access equipment, right as we speak. Supposedly a van full of computers with technicians was seen unloading at what could soon be “Palin 2012” campaign headquarters. And Toad, Palin's trophy, he was seen conversing with Secret Service agents down in McCain country. At a strip club? Face the facts, it is a 3-party race. Sure we have the age old and failed GOP trying its best to make a comeback along with the failed and age old Democratic party wishing the same, so there is room for a 3^rd party, like the Tea-Party. And that party of “Don't Tread On Me”, a motto stolen away without permission from the state of New Hampshire, this party has money, that is another reason Cain was such a threat and was taken down for the count. Cain is not what the Neo-Conservative think tank still controlled by PNAC wants at the helm, as they realize they have a lot more stroke when they can elect a “Puppet” to man the helm. What do you mean Puppet? George Bush was controlled by Dick Cheney who was controlled by Don Rumsfeld who was controlled by Paul Wolforitz who was controlled by William Kristol who was controlled by the “Doctor of Doom” who was controlled by the signatories of PNAC, a conglomeration of power composed of the wealthiest Americans alive today, then some. It is all part of history, so someday it will be learned. And Newt is not a puppet, and did not sign on to the PNAC as a signatory supporting this groups “Take over the World” directive, so he may be next on the slander attack, but we all know that “K Street sway lubricant”, a.k.a. money, can buy his ass. And he did support some of the PNAC initiative, but may have hesitations to further that agenda now that the troops are finally coming home. So this finds guess who to fill in the void, her Hienous Sarah Palin. Look, the Tea-Party realizes that the GOP cannot survive this election if the Tea-Party decides against Newt or Romney. The vote count held by that party is paramount for success, so it is the Tea-Party that is holding onto the reigns of success, through those “Puppet” control ropes, that second as strangulation mechanism for anybody that gets in the way. And Cain has brewed a storm like atmosphere upon the so far circus atmosphere, like those storm winds have provoked the dead, the Palin crypt has come alive. Somebody is behind this falling out with Cain, as it cannot be self-deserving destruction. And with the holidays upon us and once 2012 gets here, there is not much time left for Palin to find interest in the upcoming debates, as she will have the excuse she must campaign, with her “Witch's Broom Tour” bus, or whatever it is called. Bottom-line, the Neo-Conservatives want a puppet, as that worked in their favor with Bush, except they did not finish their business. PNAC has been taken over by the Foreign Policy Institute, basically the PNAC in hiding, but it is the same damn destructive mechanism trying to shove American democracy down the throats of citizens of other nations. It hasn't worked too well, but that doesn't mean this institute's “mission accomplished” mentality is sane enough to realize failure. So it is Palin, that is what the KOCH Brothers want, someone that appears to be in control, but is manipulated behind the scenes, a Sarah Palin trait. And that is what has happened to the Tea-Party. It started off with a message, but was soon taken over by other interests as a ways and means platform to further another “Hidden” agenda. It is like a leach or blood sucker catching a ride on a victim. And with room for more “leaches”, room for more “blood suckers”, the Palin campaign may find support, not only from the Tea-Party, but behind the scenes endorsement from the “doomsdayers”, the PNAC, as they know she lacks a whole lot and will infiltrate that weakness to “seed” their agenda forward. So with Cain more likely then not telling the world that he was a fool for not paying Mrs. White a million to stay quiet, he now must tell the world he loves his wife and the affair was nothing more than leach like behavior, like that “blood sucker”, catching a ride that ended up nowhere. In ending, if Palin does re-enter the circus, this carnival atmosphere makes me feel black and blue all over, as it appears America has been beat up once again by the wealthy class. Wherein the “think tank” knows what is best, for themselves, as we appear to be but a bunch of leaches and blood suckers hindering their movement, in their efforts to confiscate all the wealth, with that all the power to take over the World as they see fit!

Wanted: Janitor Named Newt

Newt by definition: “A small amphibian of the salamander family with short legs and a well-developed gut along with a demonstrated talent to smile and laugh when tearing another amphibian's head off.” So Newt Gingrich continues to play games with the Janitors of America, convinced that those individuals who are not gainfully employed should just pick up a broom and toilet bush and take the initiative to clean up America. Sounds like the Soviet Union, wherein the women at one time in history found the same chores. Here is my take on it. Newt suffers from janitorphile, in love with little kids slaving away with mops and brooms, as he has nightmares wherein he thinks he must clean up after Washington. Newt was part of the culture of corruption that has this nation embarrassed upon a tanked approval rating, so he feels responsible for what has happened. It is no different then what a pedophile goes through. This guy is sick and should be retired away. See, Congress 104 through 112 has “shit” on America, so there is indeed a need for a big sweep. But “We the People” didn't mess our pants, so why should we be the ones to clean up the mess? And like a snowfall, don't waste time yet with the elbow grease, as what's plopping down upon civility, not only does it stink, like the energizer bunny Congress keeps on giving! But wait theres more. Today the senate held a hearing on their own “legal” but questionable insider trading. It was entertaining watching the members pick on themselves. But it was just a hearing without any sacrifices, nothing accomplished for a reason. While this hearing was in session, at the same time most senators that practice this preferential eavesdropping on the stock market in efforts to enrich themselves - an illegal activity for those of us on the outside – some Congressional members were taking recess away from the hearing to swap stock options - as it was on this same day at the stroke of midnight that Congress allowed “Obesity” to be covered by Medicare. See, Bill Frist is still at it, as his family now owns and operates the biggest health care provider in the universe, not so until his reign as the Senate Majority Leader wherein he made convenient loopholes to promote the family business. Bill's family didn't need a lobbyist, he was that and a U.S. Senator all at the same time, how convenient and convincing! Like there is a difference? Now with that “mission accomplished” he vacated his seat and with all the loot now directed to his estate, he became a philanthropist! Look, he's as close to a “Good Samaritan” as Newt is too an “Honest Samaritan”. Had this country employed equitable taxation, the Frist family could not shine in the humanitarian circle of friends, as a majority of the money confiscated by the Frist generation comes from Medicare and Medicaid payments, which is still the most abused system of all wherein U.S. Taxpayers' are scammed, loot abused greater then the FreddieMAC scandal when Newt was involved and employed as a “Historian”. But the time has come for “Obesity” to enter into the “Greed Foundation”. Yes indeed, “Obesity” has found a way to make a profit. So with Uncle Sam now footing the bill for “Obesity”, with Medicare, it will only be a matter of time that it is covered by all providers wherein out of fairness Medicaid will also find a piece of this action. So HMO stocks fueled the stock market to its biggest gain in 3-years, because of the American overweight problem that hits a record breaking mind-boggling 60% of Americans. And it is close to being considered a handicap, eat more, get more - America's new motto. Now with an estimated 65% of the 52-million qualified recipients of Medicare welfare, that means treatment for 30-million, wherein weekly visits to the doctor will find reimbursement courtesy Uncle Sam. Yes indeed, where billing attendants find the lucrative Medicare formula that allows a 5-minute visit to be treated as an hour's long visit, as MD's get paid by the visit, not the actual time performing something that is in actuality nothing upon this “Obesity” training. Here we go again, more suffrage upon the taxpayers. Look, obesity should not be considered a health risk but a Ponzi scheme. See, while the senate was voting on the “Obesity” issues, that Uncle Sam is responsible for this pandemic, at the same time Michelle Obama - as chair of the “Partnership for a Healthier America” - she had teamed up with industry leaders, like Walmart, to find a ways and means to lower the price of healthy foods, like field greens and heirloom tomatoes. But the Colonel and Ronald McDonald, they know how to sabotage any good attempt to make America healthy, as you can now buy crap on a bun or deep fried road kill for 2-bucks a meal! And if the clown can now sell the kid choking toys instead of giving this landfill junk away, if it only cost 10-cents, there has got to be Chinese slave labor behind this cheap thrills. And with Congress allowing “Pizza” to be re-categorized a “vegetable”, junket food is here to stay, because we have an AWOL Congress. Today, we find that Congress has the controlling whip and gavel but have become crippled upon any righteous behavior that helps Americans, as what comes out of the Mitch McConnell and Sun Tan Man Boehner's orifice, it is pure “crap”. Does anybody know of the existence of a “Congressional Warranty”, as we need to get our money back! We are today paying the bastards to make our lives more miserable. Are we that weak a society, wherein we continue to allow this self-inflicted punishment? What happened to America? It is simple. As most Americans continued to have faith in the system of merits, faith and hope upon ethical representation, while we were busy trying to employ our services to enjoy the American dream, the robbers raided the hen house and instead of putting up a fight, the Congress bent over and said take it all and if not enough we will find a ways and means to get that “blood out of that poor turnip”, which means abuse. Congress has become a dysfunctional institute and there isn't a whole lot “We the People” can do about it! Why? Because the originators of this institute that was supposed to be in it for America along with the inherent power bestowed, they never thought it could come to this, as they realized early on that “Revolutions” work wonders, so devised a system that should have prevented AWOL and dysfunctional representation. When a Senator or House member takes that oath, it states upholding the Constitution, it doesn't say anything about bending over for lobbyists. So why is Congress wasting valuable time placating the enemy of the people, as it never should have gotten to the state it is in today. Something has gone terribly wrong with the representative body that is supposed to be looking out for the good of America. Now here is an interesting Wikipedia moment: “When Congress returned for its regular session in December 1861, members who believed that the Union had as much to fear from northern traitors as southern soldiers again revised the oath, adding a new first section known as the "Ironclad Test Oath." The war-inspired Test Oath, signed into law on July 2, 1862, required "every person elected or appointed to any office ... under the Government of the United States ... excepting the President of the United States" to swear or affirm that they had never previously engaged in criminal or disloyal conduct. Those government employees who failed to take the 1862 Test Oath would not receive a salary; those who swore falsely would be prosecuted for perjury and forever denied federal employment”. Wow, what a concept this “Ironclad Test Oath”. Then what the hell happened? Maybe it is time again to breath life into this “Ironclad” oath, as the oath taken nowadays seems to be but a suggestion, forgotten about! Here is another thing. There should be a law against an individual calling himself or herself a philanthropist if the money they give away came about through thievery! Using this “Mr. & Mrs. Do Good” title as do so many crooks in efforts to paint a righteous image, many that held the “House “ hostage as a representative, it is but a ways and means of false advertising. Look at what is happening today with NPR, time outs for Jaguar commercials? Look, the price of an uppity-up vehicle like this could provide affordable living for a few American families having to scrounge for street corner liberty. So this again is one of those deals wherein people with wealth have too much disposable loot, and it is disposed of as a “gift” only because their tax accountants have it figured out, as it is done for no other reason then to protect other assets. It is such a fake us out mentality these days, with crooks thinking they have humanitarian instincts. Bar Humbug is my sentiment. So I guess it doesn't pay to be healthy as I know my health care premiums will increase, to cover the obesity issues. And my taxes may stay the same, to cover this problem, but the money spent too cover this scam is money taken away from areas I find interest upon, like the construction of bike trails. And like anything else, it means money will be spent by the health care lobbyists to find a ways and means protected by Congress to make all Americans unhealthy. Just like the prison system was infiltrated, it became a business in which the wealthy realized that keeping the cells filled meant income, so came the 3-strikes your in for life factor, as it meant uneasy time for easy crimes and no freedom forever, just no vacancies allowed. Yes indeed, “No prison cell bed left behind”, so build another incarceration facility, and if vacancies disrupt the flow of that Don Perignon & caviar income, just shove a little payola down the prison lobby's throat to get Congress to incite new legislation, like maybe a 2-strikes your in for life law. And maybe one day we will see “Obesity” a crime. I received a bunch of E-mail threats over a recent blog wherein I tried instilling some fascination over what it costs “government” to do business these days, as business has over time found a ways and means to get “blood out of a turnip” - especially when Uncle Sam is footing the bill. I believe most of the threats received originated from sitting representatives, as my E-mail Guardian sent these threats to quarantine. And the only thing that usually finds its way to this safety bin, it is either “Penis Enlargement” stuff or Congressmen Don Young's newsletter. Now with that in mind, I do not hesitate to convince that this “blood out of a turnip” act is nothing shy the up and up, as the “lobbyists” have infiltrated common sense, by forcing the Congress to manipulate the rules so what was once upon a time illegal, it is now acceptable. That is the ultimate lobbyists' “Saturday Night Special”. Case in point is this light-bulb replacement example. Since much of the government infrastructure has been “Privatized”, it means sending the bill to Uncle Sam for anything and everything, even the time spent unclogging a toilet. So Utility Joe has to change a burnt out light-bulb in the crapper at the utility plant. He runs over to Home depot and purchases a replacement bulb for $1.00. Now according to “government approved” procurement reimbursement rules and regulations in effect today, Utility Joe can sub-contract out the bulb replacement, as he is busy with the latrine duty. But in doing so, he gets to apply what is called a “Sub-Contractor Markup”, so now the $1.00 bulb has escalated in cost to a $1.45. Now the task is turned over to the Prime Contractor Project Manager, the guy Joe retains and hires to change the bulb and who likes donuts, so the “Prime” adds a “Management Fee” of 14% along with a “Time Development Fee” of 16% and of course the task wouldn't be complete without a documented “Test & Commissioning Fee” of an additional 5% and wait there's more, a 20% “Prime Contractor Markup”, which brings the $1.00 Home Depot light-bulb to $2.25! Yet it is still dark in the “crapper”. With that, there comes a “Scope Allowance” of 30%, an “Engineering Fee” of 2%, a “Contingency Fee” of 5% and in ending, an “Escalation Fee” of 5.5%. Which brings this gifted light-bulb to $3.00, installed and turned on, just so Utility Joe can crap with some light! So in this simple case, a $1.00 dollar light-bulb escalates to $3.00 dollars, billed to Uncle Sam and paid without any questions or objections. No different for anything procured by Uncle Sam, which is everything, as “government” does not provide anything but a “service”, an expensive service according to even this simple light-bulb replacement example, as all contracts follow the same “Allowed For” costs mentality. So if a jet fighter indeed costs Uncle Sam $75-million delivered, in reality the cost to the Defense Contractor is more likely 1/3^rd that amount, or $25-million. That extra $50-million pocketed by the crooks, it is “Pure Profit” that allows for shinning bonuses for the CEOs and those in the executive ranks, thus a confiscation of wealth to those at the top. Look, that “extra” is not reflected in the paychecks of the production line workers! See, if we just policed the greed factor, we could lower this “our” government's operating costs by a factor of 2/3rds – it is that simple Simon. With the most recent defense contract approved by Congress, in the tune of $882-billion, it would mean a whopping $588-billion left in the Treasury. See, that is what is wrong with the wealth hoarders. This money could be used to create jobs, instead of finding its way towards an offshore shelter and wherein things like the “Bush Tax Haven Cuts” hinder this country's growth. Money held captive by the wealthy does not circulate, it stagnates the recovery. Matter of fact, it is what caused the economic turmoil we face today. It is simple math providing a simple solution to this country's economic woes, but when we have a Congress that is controlled not by the people, this is the outcome, even for a light-bulb!

So U.S. Senator Lisa Murkowski wants to initiate a probe upon the U.S. Justice Department as to why this law abiding Taxpayer funded institute will not investigate Alaska's Bill Allen, over confident and credible charges of deviant sexual behavior upon little girls! And with the JD showing no interest this pedophile like activity, it places any state action against this crime on hold, as Bill has been rewarded with prosecutionaltory immunity – as a whistle-blower while aiding and abetting the JD's investigation into Alaska's corrupt political scene. Now Bill is on the loose and does not have to register as a sex offender having already served his time and fine, for his affiliation as the ring leader for the well known but still as of yet abolished “Corrupt Bastards' Club”. This was a conglomerate of wealthy Alaskans made wealthy through political affiliations, local politicians on the take along with the Alaskan delegation on the make that tried in effort to demolish Alaska's political scene, through corrupt cronyism and nepotism like tactics which included bribery, money laundering, Cuban cigars, fine wine, drugs, whores and underage victims. And when one looks at the fallout, when this club's membership was taken down for the count, some finding jail time away from their cohorts in crime, all told the entire investigative caper stinks of a conspiracy. The fallout was but a minuscule blow deterrent to the damage that was done with political favoritism, before the “Club” was raided by the authorities. I just happened to be on a plane headed back to Alaska one evening and there was a count of 86 Special Agents being reassigned to handle the evidence gathered during the raids. It was a big deal that ended up with but a luke warm smoldering ember like conviction. I am not a conspiracy theory follower or exciter of such, yet every so often something comes along that seems out of whack. In this case gone cold, the entire criminal investigation by the Justice Department found credibility gaps since the day the Fed.'s went involved and raided Ted's villa down in Girdwood, like that was a turning point of something gone haywire. Now it wasn't due to the Justice Department's incompetence that some of the criminals' cases were forfeited, it was due because of something “ugly”, to which we as citizens should be but have not as of yet been privied with such knowledge. Even with all the government transparency supposedly in effect today, like through Freedom of Information Act requests, there is something not quite right the outcome of this investigation. And if we don't know what to ask for or how to ask for with respect to a certain subject matter, like this investigation's history and withheld information that could clear any controversy, it is more likely then not that something has been covered up to the point it may be impossible to recall. So not even a Freedom of Information Act would suffice to shed light on “what went so wrong”. Of course, maybe that is it, as what may have gone wrong may mean that something has gone right in efforts to hide something of value away for safe keeping. So Uncle Sam has become smart upon this transparency, with the FOIA burden and its inherent at their convenience obstacles when the public tries to gather information that is better off concealed, as it can have bothersome ramifications if that certain information were to be made public. Now most of the Corrupt Bastards' Club member crooks that were indicted, most of their convictions have been scrubbed. Ben Stevens is a free man and from what we are gathering from bits and pieces let loose by the guy at the helm of the law here in America, U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder, Ben will always be a free man. Like already mentioned, Bill Allen became a state's witness, so he plea bargained a pettily time behind bars, and is now free to enjoy his life and millions made as the kingpin of the VECO Corporation. He deserves it, the loot that is, as he was a good business man, even though he let that power go to his head, or other body extremities! All told, Bill spent most of his plea bargain basement sentencing under “House Arrest” and when the ball, chain and stripes became his friend, it was but for a minimal time of incarceration at a facility in New Mexico that sounds more in tune to a retirement home. And some in the know will tell you his time away from freedom was not at all a deterrent, consistent with like crimes – preferential treatment it was, courtesy the U.S. Justice Department. And now that he is free at last, Senator Lisa wants too take on the Justice Department to see if Bill can be sent away again. A word of warning to Lisa, “Be careful”! Better yet, “Don't go there”. I will get to why this hands-off approach is appropriate this case further on this writing. Yes, there is something rotten written in invisible ink all over this case, but there comes a reason to let it all disappear into thin air. When this “government” is at risk due to activity with criminal intent gone way overboard, strange things occur in efforts not to bring justice where justice is due, as a ways and means to protect this “government”. I guess it can be likened to the “Cat out of the bag” scenario or the proverbial “Can of worms”. In challenging criminal behavior that may inflict harm to the government, the government may be justified in calming the situation through preferential treatment upon those that cheated with criminal intent, as image is so very, very important. Repercussions for a system infiltrated through weakness can be devastating, so the government must access what it can withhold and what it can divulge, based on damage control tactics. Regardless of what we are taught with respect to any freedom of information clause still Constitutional. Government in some respects is a very fragile institute, and some things made public could have a chilling effect to the point of rebellion if all out transparency was paramount. So yes, government plays games with some things when it determines that the game option is too the best interest of continued control or wherein secrecy is required. That may be the case with this case. And then we have U.S. Senator for a long time Ted Stevens, his criminal indictment, the conviction almost then the case was thrown out, for what we were led to believe was inappropriate behavior by the Federal prosecutors, for withholding evidence. That seems to be the “Ticket to Freedom”, this evidence boondoggle, like a premeditated act of weakness to make sure things went screwed up, which means cases overturned! The withholding of evidence excuse is a textbook ways and means to turn a case bold to a case cold. So what was so valuable to the government that allowed criminal activity sentencing to be watered down from time behind bars for time already served? And with Scott Free Ben, it appears just a waste of time and taxpayers' money looking into what Ted's son may have been involved with along with a little help from “Dad”. Look, if even today some 5-years after Ben was placed under the investigator's microscope a poll vote were held, wherein the public acted as the jury, Ben would find a vote of no confidence, a guilty verdict on all counts. Look, we still to this day have no clear or definitive picture as to why that plane crashed, with Ted on-board as a passenger. That plane belonged to long time friend and Alaska communication's icon Ron Duncan, a pilot himself, so this plane was most likely in great shape. And it wasn't no ordinary “Alaska Bush” plane, but a Cadillac Coup de Ville type of “bush” plane. A millionaires dream! The pilot of the doomed plane was a long time aviator and well respected in the flying community, with many hours in the cockpit, in Alaska. The weather was normal marginal, but not suspect in this crash scene. In this day and age of aircraft crash forensics, especially here in Alaska, there is no excuse to see an FAA report that claims “inconclusive” as the conclusion. And the FAA usually takes a whole lot of time to complete with assurances an investigation, years in the making sometimes, so to investigate then close a case so quickly - it is bothersome towards suspect. If a “Conspiracy Theory” evolves around “suspect” outcomes in numbers, this case finds itself just that, as it tilts the scale with inaccuracies. I guess silence is golden all around this entire state of affairs with the CBC. And just when Bill was to testify in the Kott and Kohring bribery trials, with Bill still under control of Holder's Worriers, all of a sudden these two clowns plead guilty, and get leniency sentencing – basically set free! Bill knows a little too much and with Ted dead and gone, Bill holds the Ace! He is a free man, with no threat of intimidation, even through calls of concern from Lisa Murkowski, a U.S. Senator! And did you see that smile of Bill's when he was released from the New Mexico country club? So Allen may know what went on behind closed doors, besides bribery with state of Alaska legislators, but now that he is a free man, there is no way he is going to deny that benefit to himself, by talking out of line and spilling the beans. If he were to say the wrong thing, it would mean more time behind bars. Ted is gone, so his knowledge of what really went down, that also is gone forever. And since he didn't have time to write his own memoirs? It brings us to this conclusion, there is little evidence so far made public as to what really went on, or too what the Justice Department found out that chilled this investigation to nothing more then what appears to be a farce waste of time. Hey, one investigator hung himself! Has that been investigated fully? Others have been reassigned, to forever hold their peace. Let's face the facts, you don't mess with Uncle Sam when it comes to keeping quiet. Ted may have found himself augered into a mountainside grave due his knowledge. When one looks at where this investigation has come and gone, of course it raises that eyebrow of suspicion. And the Fed.'s are smart, using the time element to make sure citizens let time deal a blow, making the entire ordeal “old and forgotten” information wherein nobody really cares anymore. And this should be that “Red Flag” that makes us not forget, but overly suspicious to what really went down during the investigation. They found something “ugly”, and like already eluded upon, it meant an outcome of silence is golden. Now about the only thread of evidence that points to the fact that something really rotten was going on with Allen and the CBC, was the fact that a piece of government property was found way up north with a VECO property sticker, at the same time it bore a property sticker of the United States government, the kind that are indestructible and are so removed if and when such equipment is auctioned off to the general public. If you have ever been to a government auction, it is done right, every “i” dotted and every “t” crossed. Wouldn't want to give away a secret! So many may ask, what in hell can a property sticker have to do with anything credible this investigation? Well one tries to figure out the puzzle, this relationship between VECO and Uncle Sam. For some reason VECO had acquired U.S. Government property that was not properly disposed of. Like maybe VECO had access to something it was not supposed to have privilege upon. And herein finds the call of suspicion upon this entire case of affairs. Now those of us that are familiar with Alaska, familiar with Anchorage, we realize the money that Ted Stevens swayed this way, for just about everything. Some of that money went towards crazed things, like to study the penis size of the male Musk Ox, the results are still AWOL! Then again, there came money well deserved for genuine and responsible reasonable projects. Downtown Anchorage sports many new Federal buildings. Like the Federal courthouse and jail, the FBI crime facility that is hidden away on Tudor. The many Land Management facilities. The list goes on and on, as securing taxpayers' money through the various appropriation bills approved by Congress for building Federal asset value, it is an easy thing to accomplish, as it is money well spent to increase Uncle Sam's assets at the same time creating construction jobs. It is probably the greatest of “stimulus” motives, as all local businesses also benefit, by supplying materials. And it is a well known psychological fact that people in positions in new surroundings, they put out more. So building new facilities was a win-on-win situation, not only here but everywhere. But there was a single entity that never saw the likes of a new facility and remained operating in a run-down almost dilapidated facility for way too long during this build anew era, when Ted and Don held the reigns of seniority in the U.S. Congress. The Internal Revenue Service was crammed into a modest sized building of old located on 36^th Avenue, called the VECO Building. This property was owned and controlled by Bill Allen as it was the main headquarters of VECO, nothing else, except the IRS. So it meant that Bill collected a yearly revenue, for renting space to the revenue collectors - the auditors. And it appears that the 2^nd rate accommodation goes along with the territory, as this agency is very low on almost everyone's radar. And why the IRS never saw a Real McCoy facility it could call home like every other agency was gifted with, wherein utmost security would be paramount considering the information available and instead wasted away taxpayers' loot for rental and at the mercy of the “Landlord”, it raises the possibility that Bill Allen had ties to something else. Think of the possibilities if somebody had unrestricted access to individual tax records wherein that access also meant the possibility of manipulating things. I cannot at this time go into what other evidence I have at my disposal that points to the possibility that members or confidants of the CBC had access to the IRS offices and files, thus access to critical computers that held information that could be manipulated. That will be forthcoming in a report titled “1st and Goal”. But here is some evidence to consider that supports the ultimate “Conspiracy Theory”, Alaskan style corruption that will one day make the CBC historically equal to “Jesse James' Gang”. Since the entire communications infrastructure for this building was controlled by VECO, it is more likely then not that outsiders had access to this critical infrastructure and private taxpayers information, as today networking is how business is done. The access may have been utilized as a clearing house to clear records of tax problems for privileged individuals. And that is the reason that this case is so well protected. With the slightest scent that this Allen & Stevens relationship could lead to opening up a can of worms, one that could not be contested as the statute of limitations ceases to exist any past problems for taxpayers, and since it was done as a favor, wherein there is no criminal behavior attributable to those that may have found convenient loopholes to settle tax matters, there is no smoking gun available! Except that it would paint such an ugly picture upon an institute that has commonality all Americans, an institute that has over-time made great headway in trying to be fair. I have the proof that indicates that tax problems were cleared outside what is available through the existing “Tax Code” and it could only happen wherein there was a back-door available, and that back-door was right there in Anchorage. And it may not have been just a clearing house for Alaskans in bed with the CBC, as when this case started gaining momentum, there was just too damn much commingling evidence between the state and the Fed.'s. So if this information could be released, if an individual knew what to ask for and the force of destruction has not invaded, we may find that the worst thing that ever occurred when the CBC was in session, not when it was trying to change local government with preferential treatment toward resource taxation and corrections institute policies, but something even more corrupt, the devastation of a system that is the baseline for America. If a single individual tax return found preferential treatment – outside manipulation inconsistent with the tax code – if forces the entire system to “Tilt”. It happened, but the truth remains silent and we may never find out the truth, that through all the years that Ted & Don were applauding that money was being spent to upgrade the IRS and its mission, behind the scenes changes were indeed taking place, for the privileged as tax problems are probably the worse enemy a politician can carry along as baggage! If the evidence is gone, we will never know! So in ending, it is my belief through discovery that there came a scam wherein preferential treatment was administered to the tax accounts of the privileged, those with connections to the Corrupt Bastards' Club. It happened, and it is something that points to a sad state of affairs, consistent with the preferential treatment that today brings us the “Occupy” movement, as why is it that some things benefit a few, when we are supposed to be in this all together. So Bill may hold more than an ACE, as with Ted dead and gone, who else is there to believe, or not believe? By the way, that bookshelf that held a VECO property tag along with a U.S. Government property tag, it was found in an abandoned VECO construction trailer up in Prudhoe Bay, and yes, there were discarded tax returns also in this book shelf! The IRS is not this careless, unless there came a security breach, and that is the only way something like this could occur. So I ask, just how safe is the tax system if we have evidence eluding to the fact that the system has security risks, wherein it may have been manipulated by outsiders for a select audience in bed with powerful U.S. Senators and Congressmen?

It's here, the Quarterly Review of the AUGH, I mean ARRA – a.k.a. American Recovery & Reinvestment Act and its a free publication courtesy Barack Obama. Now when finding nothing better to do with one's time, try to sort through and analyze this “Obama Stimulus” plan to date, as it is rather amusing, yet seems to be a valuable piece of Presidential legislation with historical merit. Consuming a few Sam Adams beforehand helps meander through the mob mentality documentation. Matter of fact, if you are having doubts about your Presidential preference for the upcoming 2012 slug-fest, a read of this “bailout” plan may erase any doubts, as this plan of attack has merit and if nothing else, it points to a plan that is redistributing the wealth without approval from Mitch McConnell. Take that back, it is redistributing the American working class' sweat equity instead of allowing it to be amassed as wealth some more to the wealthy already. So now we have before us enough credible transparency data to understand what the “Recovery” means along with why it was considered a “Reinvestment” act at the same time. I can only speak for Alaska, as that is where I still see nothing different, business as usual. And please, will the person that is hiding the M.V. Susitna please come forward! Honestly, I had a proposition from the Japanese consulate to lease out this amphibious landing craft with nothing else to do, in efforts to help that country's recovery following the devastating earthquake. But now that the Review has been published, it gives me something else to solve, instead of trying to find an AWOL boat that cost the taxpayers how many millions? This review upon the ARRA is complicated and it can be used as a road-map to investigate how this program is fairing or fondling here in the “Lost Frontier”. Yes, we changed the motto due the fact Don Young wants to sell-out the wilderness, to the evilest bidder. Anyway, Alaska has so far to date been the recipient of $2.4-Billion dollars from the “ObamaCares” project. Even though Alaska was listed as the 35^th state when it came to regurgitated Taxpayer loot doled out in the “Per Capita” scale ranking, like usual, this state tipped the scale as the highest $$ recipient totaling close to $3,000 bucks per person still breathing. Damn, we know Don is still breathing, heavily! Now the national average was closer to $1000 per capita, and that is why the GOP wants to let the working class tax credits expire, as they want “their” money back that was given back by Obama, given back to its rightful owner. A big thanks to Barack. Look, politicians truly believe that once your weekly paycheck is garnished for that income tax, that they own it? Along with the sentiment that they own us due the IRS's mightier then Thou attitude. It is your hard working money, not theirs! Wouldn't it be nice to see Congress work hard, for once. Imagine a job wherein all you have to worry about is giving away someone else's loot! Now with those billions delivered to Juneau under the auspices of the ARRA, which is nothing more then a typical Ted Stevens' bacon wrapped pork chop giveaway, the top pan handler was the DOT, raking in about $252-Million, and you thought the “Bridge To Nowhere” was just a thought? The highway robbery was followed by the University of Alaska, raking in $190-Million for research, which may include expenditures for a 2^nd attempt to measure the penis size of the male Musk Ox and $140-Million went to the Carol Comeau School District. Now the list goes on forever, but of those billions delivered to Juneau, about $1-billion is earmarked to the “Broad-Band”, wherein every nook and cranny nationwide will realize high-speed data exchange capabilities, so no wonder FaceBook is going “Public”. But this project may have merit, get to that later in this broadcast! Look, everybody that owns a business license in Alaska has benefited from this “ObamaCares” program. And here is where one finds that the money has contributed to “Economic Recovery” efforts and at the same time has acted as a deterrent to the wealth hoarders. Since this program came fast and furious after the run-amuck GOP fantasized destroying Obama through economic turmoil, it means the loot is provided in the category of Grants, Contracts and Loans. The latter is supposed to be paid back, but the verdict seekers are still trying to find a competent jury to access the payback. So basically speaking, the money is given away, but through the “Bid” process which has some merit with respect to a coordinated effort to track each and every penny spent - it finds some credibility this process. It's not perfect by any stretch of the imagination, but something with loose teeth that could bite if provoked. At least that was the intent. Now anybody familiar with “government contracting”, it is a very lucrative concept once you get through the bureaucratic paperwork, even with the “Paper Work Reduction Act” still in effect. Inherent in every government bid or contract is a “mission creep” additive, to lubricate the gears of commerce past neutral. Before the ARRA era, the “ObamaCares” program, most government contracts were controlled and out-of-reach the normal checks and balance criteria, especially true with the “Big Defense Contractor Contracts”, those that rely on the “War Machine” as a means to continued profit margins better then that of a Senator turned lobbyist. Especially even truer, the lucrative “No-Bid” contracts made famous by the Alaska delegation, wherein an entity didn't even need to be qualified, just “disadvantaged”. That is the key, as an entity can bid on a project, say to build a road yet have not a shovel at its disposal, but can subcontract out for that shovel and the labor, at the same time realize there is a profit to be had, through the escalation clause. That “clause” allows for a rapid “Over Estimation” according to a 25% “Mock-up” factor, a 30% “Scope Allowance”, a 5% “Government Contingency” factor topped off with a 6% “Escalation” factor, so factor all this into the “Outcome Equation”. That is why a gold plated toilet seat can be found in every U.S. Senate Office crapateria! What do you mean a gift? So the executives understand how much they can legally charge Uncle Sam, for anything and everything as these escalation factors are allowed, without any questions and are usually taken to the maximum strength. Now even though “monopolizing” is against government regulations and Qui Tam legislation is supposed to eliminate such racketeering, it doesn't always work so well, as that demarcation between a monopoly and fair play is cloudy. Regardless, if there comes a jet fighter that costs Uncle Sam $75-Million, the defense contractor gets approximately $39-million above and beyond. And it is like a trickle down theory, as subcontractors enjoy the same exclusive escalation costs. So, using the same jet fighter principle, in reality without the “mission creep” monies built into the contracts, a $75-Million dollar bird's true cost is something closer to 1/3rd or for reasons of sanity this “mission”, $26-Million! But to behave honestly and only take the dip into the “escalation clause” when necessary, that hurts the bottom line, especially with the CEOs, as extra profit is what makes that year end bonus so inviting. Bottom-line, good intention “mission creep” has been taken advantage of and that is costing the U.S. Taxpayer above and beyond, so someone else can enjoy the wealth and these same crooks cry out loud when someone sees it fit and proper to raise taxes upon the wealthy. Do you realize how many “millionaires” the war machine has generated? You don't want to know. So overtime, it is the “Big Government Contractors” that have amassed a fortune and even though the wage earners may have benefited from these contracts, not at the same degree as the executable branch. There's crooks and workers. So with the “ObamaCares” project in full swing, the “BGCs” are losing out, as this program is for everyone. As an example, in Alaska there came a contract to supply military housing at the tune of $52-million. Now in the past, this “contract” would have been reserved for an entity well versed in political piracy, a.k.a. lobbying and a direct link tunnel that ends under a senator's desk. But under the “ObamaCares” program, this project was available to a podunk outfit which was quick to find acceptance for delivering the goods. This “Fast Track” project was implemented through ARRA for the troops coming home, as somebody forgot to realize they need a place to sleep! There are not enough beds for the troops coming home because Congress thought they would never return! See if not deployed for a war approved by Congress, it is “What war”? Now the recipient of this contract had not the resources to perform even building a chicken coop, so subcontracted out the project at a cost of $48-Million. Which means the “General Contractor” retained approximately $4-million to create 1.5 jobs and because of “transparency” we find out that it accounts to paying some jerk off artist handsomely, to do nothing except file a monthly blurb about “Progress”. Now with transparency, we see that the “General” pays itself for four executive salaries free-ranging from $328,000 for the top dog and $265,000 for the water boy and being a job estimated to take 4-years, it will provide wealth like income for these bastards with a responsibility to do nothing but gain financially, just like what has been going down too damn long – wherein Uncle Sam continues to be victimized. As a nation once enjoying great statute, we have become our own worst enemy, as greed seems to be the bible of choice. Maybe the sentiment “Can't beat them, Join them” is what future generations will aspire upon. But I am glad to see that the Alaska Railroad benefits this “ObamaCares” program, taking in $26-million, for important things like a $1.6-million foot bridge across the Placer River. Just don't let Don know we are spending Obama bucks to build trail bridges! Lord help us. But here is my take in a nutshell. Eliminate the Corporate Tax, as that will be the litmus test to see if the GOP likes to lie. Elimination of the CIT should allow the business environment to reinvest, which should create jobs. On top of that, demand a stop-gap measure provision in which there comes reasonable wages from the top down, especially for the Defense Contractors. For the janitor - those 5-year olds that the Newt wants to put to work - and the guy at the helm, the CEOs, a wage difference that is not a Helter Skelter like disenfranchising of the wealth. Look, where would a defense contractor be without the generosity of Uncle Sam? Is it fit and proper that a war machine CEO benefit above and beyond any other hard working American? NO. If we can have Congress vote-in a minimum wage, so be it a maximum wage also. And come the end of the year, the corporate balance sheet must balance as any money not re-invested will be “painfully” distributed as a dividend. But before that money can be loophole laundered to the stakeholders' secret piggy-bank or shareholders' offshore tax shelters, it “shall” be taxed at 50% by the corporation and the proceeds delivered to the Treasury. And with this, eliminate the “mission creep” upon “government” contracts that has become the norm and just a ways and means for the wealth to be confiscated by a few at the top. If a “government” contract falls behind, then it is up to the contractor to dip into his insurers pockets for a bailout. It is a simple economic model, one that allows the GOP to have it their way, one that allows the liberal party to have it their way and at the same time allows for a fair and equitable recovery as the strangulation upon America is so far by now nauseating, sickening, and I am sick and tired of research that finds a continued “mission accomplished” by performing abuse upon the U.S. Treasury, which is supposed to protect my money! Why do some Americans feel that the opportunistic like attitude to steal is vogue, to take advantage thy fellow man, as an acceptable American trait and maybe tradition? It isn't and whomever tells you differently, he or she must be a senator or congressional buffoon. In ending, the solutions to this country's economic woes are not complicated, but simple, yet unfortunately therein exists the problem, as that makes it too easy and “Equitable” a solution and that my friend is the true meaning of Socialism. If we only had a Congress that cared! And what is so wrong with an equitable society, wherein we all have a shelter to call home and not have to worry about getting an eviction notice signed by a clown named Gingrich, how happy for a non-leaking roof over our heads in efforts to enjoy that little “freedom” time left over after a long day at the mine or in the fields, with warm food on the table that nourishes instead of providing a generation of obesity because we cannot afford the decency that is enjoyed by the wealthy class and maybe once in a while a sniff of Don Perignon. As no matter what, there will always remain a class system, call it the good and the bad, us against them, you pick as right now the picking on is ripe! And with that “Broad-Band” plan as part of the “ObamaCares” project becoming a reality allowing service on demand all across America, from the mountains to the prairies to the oceans, why not demand service from Congress? Better yet, abolish Congress and let “The People” vote on each and every issue, a direct connection to the guy at the helm. Wow, imagine a day without a Congress, nothing lost, everything to gain, as when nothing is accomplished due bipartisan bickering, we are basically on our own - just like it has been for a pretty long time by now! So we must give credit where credit is due, as the “ObamaCares” project is something that came to fruition not through friendly relationships across the isles, but because this country was invaded, by “House” hypocrites. And if we all just started off tomorrow by asking ourselves what John Kennedy targeted attention upon, “Ask not what your country can do for you, ask what you can do for your country” and realized that ripping off Uncle Sam has done enough damage and those guilty can except leniency and change such evil ways, then maybe we have something to look forward too, besides the doom and gloom climate of a dysfunctional Congress. Imagine, not enough beds for our returning military men and women? That is why Congress is looking for another “war” and the “War Machine” generals, the Defense Contractor CEOs, are busily working overtime to convince this option, as their pot of gold may be a thing of the past!

Don Young, Shut Up Again

I was recently under relentless road rage attacks, while driving through conservative controlled country during the time that Don Young was under the influence – from lingering side effects caused by getting hit on the head with a coconut a few years back while lobbying down in Florida. Don is Alaska’s lone-star congressmen, and due this behavior promoting fits of rage against his fellow men and women, he is considered alarmed and cantankerous, so approach with caution. Do not try waving a peace sign to calm things down as the “Don” thinks that retreat means “Target Practice”! Do not try to comprehend, leave that to the TSA. Now these attacks upon my wellbeing, it was promoted by numskull Don’s ego gone wild, wherein he pissed off the “Conservatives” because he pissed on a righteous American citizen trying to opinion true facts of the matter under consideration during a Congressional debate on ANWR. So the conservatives put out a subliminal APB to harass Alaskans, to get back at Don, as it appears guilty by association wins favor. See, with every vote counting these days, even little outbursts can cause a party crash. Wow this harassment, it must work and is cheap political assassination! It meant a whole bunch of close calls, dodging cow pies and all kinds of rotting fruit thrown my way, due the fact my vehicle sports Alaskan “Last Frontier” plates and I was traveling in the lower-48. Enough is enough, as why the hell should I have to suffer for Don’s ignorant ignoramus like behavior? Now in efforts to fend off this truly unprovoked harassment, as I am not in any way shape or form a Don Young apostle, it meant an on the sneak creeping back to Alaska, through the back woods back roads of America. Wow, this is true America, like an Alice in Wonderland adventure. Was it an LSD flashback? No! This is for real. Thanks Don, as had you remained cool, calm and collective, I never would have found this “American Secret”! Fertile like lands embracing a breadbasket of fruits and vegetables as far as the eye could see, then some. So that is what finds meaning by “Free Range”! And people wore smiles! It was truly an agricultural society in harmony with Nature. See, Don and his cohorts in crime – environmental crimes – think preserving nature is for pussies, thus ANWR in their vision is nothing but a wasteland so who really cares if we attack it with over-flowing “Porta-Johns”. Look, when men assemble to exploit natural resources, there comes a whole lot of bull-shit and “thy cup do runneth over”! But here in the back country of America, one can see that nature is something we need to preserve, away from oil development and today's crusade to over developing. With the “Good Earth”, soil and water from the heavens, and the seeds of time still on our side, good flourishes, providing a cornucopia of nourishment. Wow, it is autumn still here in God's country - that sentiment according to the “natural” sign - and the great migration is in full bloom. And a whole lot of these winged ones came back from Alaska, from ANWR, as this refuge still under protection acts as a Serengeti for a very short birthing season. So why in hell do we plan to disrupt this beauty, there or here? Now besides food network central, here before my very eyes was a work of art with the varying colors from the varying species of all living things, from the legged species to the winged resting their wary wings. And the bird life that exists, mind-boggling to say the least, like a never tiring symphony. Maybe herein exists the answer to modern day mans’ future. No chaos around here, as life revolves around the seasons which revolves around fields of gold. And with winter time, it meant a slow down time. As far as my well-being, it appeared that I was now out of harms way, from the previous attacks fostered by my affiliation with Alaska and Don Young's outrageous rage on behaviors - how humiliating an experience that was! Imagine, a congressional hearing rage wherein he attacked decency to the point that it boiled over and people, good American citizens, went on the warpath. And those on the warpath are the conservative right, realizing that when idiots like Don go on the warpath, it derails the entire system of merits. Wow, this is nice. I haven’t read a paper for a few days or listened in to the news, so maybe Young was placed under “House” arrest and that is the reason for the calming. Then again, maybe it has something to do with my where-abouts. Wow, there are all these fruit stands and vegetable stands offering all kinds of fresh and succulent varieties, the bounty's last round as nature begins to dig in for winter. And being a Sunday, it is all on an “Honor System” basis, to purchase this God given resource. Honestly, in this day and age of gang warfare and bipartisan warfare, here in the cornucopia we find people still insisting on the “Honor System”. Wow, fresh eggs for a dollar. I felt bad, so I left 2-dollars! And that rings a bell and brings up a very interesting subject matter. The “Honor System”. What happened to the U.S. Congress with respect to “Honor”? That is in effect what we expect isn't it when these supposedly statesmen with some semblance of home-grown ethics and honor make it to the “House”, instead of the end-around massacre, that affiliation with lobbyists that continues to derail our freedoms. Look at what is coming out of Wall Street, now that “whistle-blowers” are running scared their occupations with the “Occupy” movement. There is an un-written rule that a WS investment meeting cannot allow more then 3-blacks at any given time? And it is well established that any trader that doesn't change party affiliation to that of the GOP, he or she is a trader and gets paid less and is scared into believing that the democrats want to tax the yearly bonus awards. And it is Congress that allows this egregious behavior to continue on, no different that what the Sargent of Arms allows Don Young to get away with. I am sure that somewhere in the rule making book there is something that protects American's from the likes of Don and such outrageous behavior – it is called censuring! But it has become a ship of fools, this “House” and they all defend themselves, because of all the skeletons! We vote the idiots in, then we expect them to abide by some semblance of honor, but that becomes just a suggestion. There is only one thing that the representative body preys upon, a job for life is the game. Look, we don’t ask for a report card before we pay out big bucks for their honor gone missing. We don’t look at the goods delivered before we disperse their pay. And maybe that is where we as Americans have gone wrong. Maybe it is time to hold back paying the representative body until such time they produce. It is a contract isn't it? Maybe they should have to send every voting citizen a report card, and that is where we can rate their performance, thus their pay. Say a scale of 1 to 10, and the average of all ratings cast determines their worth, wherein a 10 gets the maximum allowed Congressional payout, a 1 finds a minimum wage payment. Yes, they will be on trial until they can prove that they have done something constructive. With todays ratings so bad, the money we taxpayers would save, it would help eliminate some of that deficit they allowed, by being AWOL! Yes indeed, it would be nice to be able to use an honor system, but we can see that doesn’t work any longer and even if we did demand something in return, they would just make more “immunity” legislation, behind our backs to protect their interests - which has “In Bed with the Lobby” written all over. Lost cause, it appears so as nowadays an AWOL 112^th is all we see. It is nothing short a pathetic slug-fest, bent on no accountability whatsoever. So maybe we need to dig deep into America, to see what is still working for this country. Like this “Honor System” that appears to work, in an agricultural scene that is, that is “Socialistic”, as that is the outcome of a system that works with such “Honor”. But for now, I need to pay attention to road rage, as the honey moon is done with and I am back in enemy territory, thanks to Don, for being so stupid upon his fellow man! And Don, you do work for us as it is the taxpayers that puts bread on your table, don't forget it. And if you disagree, then credit to Tom Delay for teaching you how to disenfranchise American decency and transforming the “House of Honor” into a “House” full of fools, with yours truly a member in good standing!

Something Stinks!

What the hell is that stench? Wow, there goes Newt Gingrich and his entourage in a hurry through the airport, must be body guard generated body odor from his recent engagements and in a hurry to get to Tiffany's – for the “Black Friday” sales extravaganza. Then again, it appears that Newt is walking crooked with a limp, like something is stuck to the bottom of his shoes? Dog crap it is and he is tracking it everywhere he goes. It stinks, this trail assassination of his, left behind for the “servants” to contend with. Maybe that's what he was talking about, that rift about taking a bath and allowing 9-year young kids to become janitors! See, the news' media re-defined this ED out of context, as Newt was complaining about himself with the odor ordeal. Can you imagine this “statesmen” supposedly, once upon a time Speaker of the House complaining about other American citizens “stinking”? People have problems, but don’t use this handicap as a political advantage. And Newt went on a rage about getting a job as he hasn't been gainfully employed since his days as a historian for Fredrick's of Hollywood, or whatever it was that paid him handsomely, in the tune of a few million for nothing. So besides a bath, he yearns for a job that does something for this country, other than rape thy neighbor. But getting paid for nothing? Par for the course with ex-politicians on the loose and on a trail of abuse. I would have to say that incarceration is a bonafide post-requisite for all politicians once they leave or loose office, just so they can re-learn how to contain their egos back to normal. For real, this Newt relationship with FreddieMAC scandal stinks its own stench, just how many foreclosures could have been avoided with this loot Newt confiscated, had it been used on righteousness instead of aiding and abetting the “right”? “Take it with you”, the GOP motto. I hope the Pearly Gate has a tax collector present or a confiscation policy. Honestly, if a single penny ever makes it past the Master, Heaven is doomed. What is a historian needed for anyway, for a federal institute that should survive and thrive not by sending people to the homeless ranks, but polices that American spirit to own a home? So his position was nothing short a scam, courtesy in part the U.S. Taxpayers loot – getting taken again! If Newt thinks he has what it takes to lead this country, we all know what road he will take us down – Doomsday Alley, just follow the dog crap. And what is with this “Red Tag” concept Newt embraces, wherein illegal aliens will be given a chance to stay in America, if one has been here 25-years, has paid income taxes, has not broken the law and is a member in good standing with a local church. What the hell does religion have to do with it? But it is pretty pathetic, with the GOP run for the Presidency contenders. In reality, look at the money we save from not having to buy comic books! In fact with all the available political fodder behind the runners, SNL is thinking about show-time every other night instead of just on the weekends. And if laughter is the best medicine, this phenomenon before us fresh could make Americans healthy again, so stay tuned. Honestly, I can hear Twain rolling with laughter in his grave over what is going down with the GOP candidates. Now what is funny but at the same time bothersome is the fact that these runners are true grit liars. They lie to cover up lies and don't even realize that lies covered up by another lie can only lead to the attribute of a Congressional member. Just think of the “Not the whole truth, so help me God” qualifier for a U.S. Senator then multiply that times ten and you get the true picture of GOP available presidential material. That is why these goons are making waves in the polls, all told together it accounts for an approval rating of George Bush's IQ. Really, “Mission Accomplished” finds an IQ equal to that of a “peon” – measurement impossible. I understand that George is in deep, deep desperado depression, as nobody read his book - his pathetic memoirs - and the fact that Dick Cheney “Dicked” him. I hope Dick tries smoking marijuana some day, as that was his downfall, when instead of enjoying life as a college kid he was plotting against America during the “Assemble Peacefully” Vietnam era, and that is why we have Gingrich off-springs running around with crap on their shoes, as they were never taught to clean up after themselves. I did take a gander at George's memoirs, but every page was “Intentionally left Blank”? Maybe it was a misprint, but is was a signed copy, in Pig Latin! I do believe that the GOP is trying to help George’s approval rating, for history’s sake, by finding numskulls to lead the party. So far they make George a genius in comparison. Now Godfather Cain doesn't have anything to sweat with all the money he is spending to convince the world he is a moron and no sweat not only because he has the taxpayers footing the bill for “Security” detail, as the Congress has come to his aid, with Pizza now a bonafide “vegetable” that can be served at schools - in efforts to eradicate child obesity? Yes indeed, Congress doesn't have anything better to do but must do something to collect their $175,000 dollar salary, so decided to waste time debating the merits of including “Pizza” in the list of “healthy” things allowed in a school lunch program. Congress gets involved in junk food approval because the taxpayers foot the bill for nutrition AWOL from homes. It appears Congress can't get anything right. And then there is Rick Perry, reminds me of roll playing Colonel Kurtz of Apocalypse Now – move over Brando! Romney is living proof that when a man is desperate, try to buy your way to the top. Look, if Romney makes it to the helm, get used to “Minimum Wage”, as it will become a reality. Servants we will become at his beckon call and within reach through class-warfare and freedoms restricted. He must have Hitler DNA! Buchmann, lost for words of advice as nothing could help this fruit-case nut-case. Is she really a member of the Congressional “Intelligence Committee”? And how in hell does she get so much time off her job as a wack-whore and still get paid? Bottom-line, she should have taken a sabbatical, just like all the other members of Congress practice with pay. I feel sorry for her husband, but maybe he is happy, “Freedom at last” on the road again. Sabbatical, yes indeed. Congress is on a paid Sabbatical, as they cannot get anything accomplished, except redefining “Pizza” in the vegetable category. Hey, you got any pizza seeds? And here is the sad fact of the matter. There is a guy named Huntsman in the running but he is getting “zero” traction as that stench attacking decency is the GOP rotting to death. Why you may ask this ignoring? Because he has some intelligence, not that he would garnish my vote, but let’s get real this Presidential aspiration instead of showing the rest of the world more laughter. But it all boils down to misfit politics that over-time by now is showing its patheticness. This party lost, by allowing the likes of Tom Delay and others to disenfranchise the American spirit and destroy all party credibility. The Delay Era was the time when the “Plumber” saw to it that America was not the home of the brave, but the paradise of the lobby-reform-movement and had all his buddies rallied around his lost cause. I hope his buddies, those on that sabbatical or in hiding, visit his sorry ass when the bars & stripes become his retirement time. It backfired and now the GOP is desperate and trying to save face by ruining the other party, and eye-for-an-eye mentality and this comes about at the expense of our kids and their future, which is on hold because of what is happening. In the mean time, fill up on “Pizza”! But the sad fact of the matter, the other party was derailed when Bill Clinton ruined the office of the Presidency, by LYING! Since then this country ends up with individuals not even fit for a position as an ambulance chaser, take George Bush for instance. Obama, well he tells us things that are borderline fibbing, not quite to the “Liar, liar pants on fire” stage, so there is hope. Maybe we all need to be placed in detention, a kindergarten refresher, just so this county can get back to a baseline decency wherein we care about each-other, regardless of one's beliefs. And yes, religion has a whole lot to do with what is going on and down today. Wherein we as Americans once upon a time a nation not of lemmings but of individuals, could awaken each and every morning to not find more and more homegrown turmoil, it stinks. Snake oil medicine at its best utilizing the power of the pulpit to further a segregated agenda has become a ways and means to justify “No” separation, and that is a dangerous proposition. But we find no one willing to take on this domain, a hands off approach it is, when in reality it is time to defend the “Separation” clause - at any expense. If it takes a revolution, so be it. Religion has become the damning factor upon this nation, and instead of nation building, it is destroying decency and allowing this once great nation to slide down the scale, almost to the status of a 3^rd world nation with respect to liberties. And when it came to pass, when this nation was at its weakest period, when the Presidential helm was under attack that the pulpit attacked and today we find freedom is at risk. Religion, get out of politics! Politics, get out of religion. To all those preachers, mind your own business. Get a life and get out of our lives and if bored, go pray for sanity, as the GOP candidates need something besides wealth to prophetize their portfolios. For those that are still trying to figure out what the ED is all about? Explosive Diarrhea, defined as opening ones mouth and letting out not intelligent thought, but premeditated hate, and it stinks.

Don Young, Shut Up!

It has been only a few days by now since Alaska’s Congressmen extortionaire Don “Shut Up I’m Right Your Wrong” Young started a fight in the House, trying to duke it out with a genuine U.S. citizen minding his own business. Don went ballistic when this citizen reminded Mr. Congressmen that it is the taxpayers’ that pays out a representative’s salary, when the “Don” tried to act as this citizen’s superior. Way out of line it was for Don and has provoked another “Occupy” movement, called WOODY, for “What’s Occupying Old Don Young? People are outraged over this pirate like road rage, a trait of Young’s, not a real good example to set being a longstanding member of Congress, a genuine abuse of power it appears. In fact, the “Approval” polling officials said this outburst of patheticism by Don Young right before Thanksgiving has allowed the Congressional Approval Rating to slip another 5-points into the weeds, which means the Dunce Clock has hit “Zero”. Now I had to travel across America during the Turkey Day, through ultra-conservative front and back country, and I never had so many threats of intimidation cast my way. And I wasn’t driving a Subaru with an Obama 2012 sticker advertising my preference! People in the lower-48 are angry at Young. People are pissed off over this Congressional member’s behavior, directed upon another American called to testify in good faith – more like a pissed on citizen! Maybe the next time someone is called before Congress to spill the beans, take the 5th, just like occurs when CEOs of large corporations are asked if their corporation paid any income taxes. Look, I had a vehicle try to run me off the road, after a high speed bumper to bumper cat & mouse chase, and when this guy finally passed me by realizing he won the California verses Alaska showdown, he slowed down enough for me to catch his campaign bumper sticker - McCain Palin 2008! See, I have Alaska plates on my car, so it has become a target of interest following Young’s mental state questionable outburst and an affair being used as a hot topic broadcast by the news’ media. And when in line at the stores and checking-out, I get the same old treatment when the secret is out, that I am a resident of Alaska, like people in the lower-48 do not want to associate themselves with Alaskans - like we have a dreaded disease from that affiliation with Don Young as our representative. In fact the check-out person told me to fill my own bags, after he found out I was from Alaska! Now things were pretty quiet for a while, ever since the Palin Follies lost sponsorship, but Don has rekindled the hate upon Alaska, due in part to the cesspool politics that has been an icon of Alaska since Ted Stevens was asked to represent the “Last Frontier”. Bottom-line, when a member of Congress acts like this, wherein he should be sent home and censured until he receives anger management coaching, we see yet another ways and means that a misfit Congress disenfranchises the American spirit. In fact, the Committee Chairperson present during Young’s outrageous behavior, Doc Hastings, instead of trying to remind the now irate citizen belittled by Young about mannerism and “Ethics” when appearing before Congress, the Doc should have slammed the gavel down hard on Young’s outburst. The Sergeant of Arms should have been called upon to arrest Young – for citizen abuse, no different than domestic violence. To try and turn this outburst around with blame upon an American that has an opinion that differs from Young’s about opening up ANWR, it is just another indication that there is a “Bastard’s Club” mentality alive and well amongst the cohorts in crime of the 112th Congress, and in this case, reminiscent of the Alaskan “Corrupt Bastards’ Club” reign. Look, I didn’t vote ever once for this moron Young, but the fallout derails my right to life, my right to liberty and my right in that pursuit of happiness. Don Young and his nasty mentality fosters an interference upon our freedoms, which is no different than a mad-man terrorist on the loose. And what happened to being left alone, with these indecent attacks upon my well-being because of misfit representation? Guilty by association sucks. But this is what we have front and center today with a mismanaged Congress wherein the membership thinks their you know what doesn’t stink, when it is in reality sending a stench beyond decency from sea to shining sea, and they just continue to waddle around pleasantly in their own filth and disgust and as a whole gets worse off than ever every passing day that Congress is in session. It is like Congress in no longer the “Servant” of the people, and instead they take the stand they own us. Pathetic it is beyond real. And had Citizen Caine performed inappropriately by “correcting the record” with Young, Hastings could have found him in “Contempt of Congress”, but that would be a sad day and a tough thing to prove from the way Young was behaving. Young deserved to be talked down upon. So to come to Young’s defense and try to paint Mr. Citizen in the wrong light, Hastings should step down his position. Doc Hastings, like Don Young, both stooges were completely wrong in the way this matter was handled. Wow, someone just pounded my car with a rotten pomegranate. And it looks like there’s a cow pie heading my way. And what do you mean you don’t take credit cards from Alaskans, I need gas to get back home to Alaska where it may be safe? So thanks Mr. Don “I need anger management” Young, for making me a target of your pathetic ways and means that is in no way shape or form helping this country survive, but diminishing its standing in the category of “Trust”, as it appears the concept of trust is today and always was just a suggestion in your book of moral and ethical behavior. 2011 Alice’s Restaurant Award

Each year on Thanksgiving and in honor of Alice’s Restaurant Massacree, wherein the story-line finds a true American hero arrested for littering, an annual survey takes place. Like the Christmas Day bird count that tries an attempt to get an accurate bird count through volunteers spread out across America from sea to shining sea, in efforts to access the health of the winged population through numbers counted, this Turkey Day Special survey in honor of Alice makes an attempt to access the litter abuse across our highways upon our byways - since this day finds more travelers road bound than any other day of the year. One year this award went to Budweiser, for discarded cans counted, until it was learned that Madman McCain’s old-lady is the Budweiser Queen, and sales tumbled like a rambling weed lost across the windswept desert landscape of Arizona. And since road side rest areas have become a place for the homeless to hang their belongings, discarded aluminum cans mean income, so the litter is self-policed. Sorry Bud! Then it was the Mac attack litter that elevated Ronald the Clown to the high honors of America’s worst road-side litter enemy violator. It’s really no joke this attack upon the roadside attractions. Look even Raven’s can’t digest this Mac crap on a bun. Have a neighbor that you need to get even with prank wise? Just place a Big Mac on the hood of Mr. & Mrs. Neighbor’s car and let the Ravens indulge, then crap away. It’s a great paint remover and it takes dynamite to remove it dried over and those stains left behind? Forget it! Now diapers made the headlines one year in the Alice’s litter award, but with the economy in the weeds, it appears that this nation’s birthrate has tanked, so diapers lost out this time around. But low and behold, this year’s results are in and the winner is - bum roll please - “Red Bull”. The volunteer count is mind boggling, as it finds enough discarded “Red Bull” cans that paints a sad picture of what Americans are investing in, ingesting to fuel their handicaps. So for those individuals preferring this beverage over stuff that invites a DUI award and tastes like piss, BRAVO. Wait, there’s more. And for those who indulge this “Bull Crap” and at the same time believe that littering away the empty can of caffeine high on Viagra is OK, drink on and throw down! So in honor of Thanksgiving and another successful litter count across America from the mountains to the prairies to the oceans, “You can get anything you want at Alice’s Restaurant. August 2^nd of 2011 is another historical date that should not be remembered by any sane brain inventory. No, it was not the date wherein Congress was to be abolished, due record breaking approval ratings in the dirt, as they have fallen to even lower levels of mistrust since then. Blame it on the holidays? The 2nd was the inaugural date for the Super Debt Committee following the Congress finally passing a long and over-due debt limit ceiling. And it has been three long months since the bill's inception, and the single priority effort of this committee is supposed to enlighten our Thanksgiving holiday spirit, as the day before we gouge ourselves on the bird and all the fixings, this committee is supposed to have a “fix” for the debt, deficit, lack of taxation upon the wealthy, whatever it is called. Yet low and behold, it appears that this bipartisan bickering committee is still trying to define its own “mission”. Does “Mission Accomplished” ring a bell of patriotism gone astray? But did we really expect to see a compromise from an equal opportunity committee, made up of 3-reds from the Senate, 3-reds from the House, and the same defense for the other side? And all that was heard all weekend long was this horrible outcome of doom, if there came no compromise to cutting $1.2-Trillion dollars away from special interests. Now I blame a whole lot of tensions these days on the news' media, as in efforts to make things interesting to the few souls that still try and keep informed, which means either a link to FOX or a link to MSNBC, since this stuff is boring, there comes this effort to make it exciting. Talk about spin, it is out of control. Here it is in a nutshell, and a realistic bipartisan approach to erasing the woes of too much debt. First and foremost, eliminate all “Corporate” taxes! Just do it, as then there would be no excuses for a pathetic employment picture. If it is the “Corporate” tax burden that is causing a strain on jobs creation, do away with it, or at least suspend any collection of taxes upon corporations to see if the GOP was on to something. It would indeed be a litmus test and it is something that the Mitch McConnell race could indeed shed tears upon with joy, “I did it MY way”! And Grover Norquist could go into retirement. So this doing away with “Corporate” taxation satisfies the Republican ego, it is that simple. Now we have eliminated half of the “Super” committee and they can go back to work, as they have a job to perform as members of Congress – trying to keep the pig sty afloat. With that in mind, since “Corporations” are known to get rebates from Uncle Sam when the “Balance Sheet” is manipulated, thus doing away with the “Corporate” taxation would be a windfall for the U.S. Treasury, as there would then be no need for this “Corporate Welfare”. That would account for an increase of about $600-Billion to the Treasury, according to Phineas J. Whoopee. That eliminates half of the cuts required under law! Wow, we are making headway and nobody is complaining, so far it appears to be a credible cost cutting program. Now this next option is what allows all of us to enjoy across the board cuts, as the “Corporation” has received its fair share, so should the individual taxpayers. Every American taxpayer then has to decide what to give, just like going to church, how much is it worth? Now this may bring out some dishonesty, but all in all, it may provoke some true patriotism, as when one has met the desires, has succeeded in the goals promulgated with life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness, what is leftover should be consumed by the tax collectors. So that is why it is not an across the board “Tax Rate”, as everybody's goals are different. If after the 1^st attempt at this, if there is not enough to run government, then Uncle Sam passes the hat. Now here is where I get serious to make sure there comes enough income to fuel government. Tax the income from the shareholders of these corporations at a 50% rate! Eliminate all the existing “Tax Code” preferential treatment to “shareholders” income. In this working plan, a model of a new-age system dealing with taxation, a corporation makes money and if there comes no taxation upon that “income” due this new structure, then that money must be continuously re-invested, for new equipment, which creates jobs all around. Yes, it is spent or else! And it could and would support new wage structures. Now any income that is not part of the “Balance To Zero” - the leftovers - then those profits must be stockpiled away, as dividends to the shareholders and before it is distributed, it is taxed at the 50% rate, that is the only responsibility afforded a “Corporation” with respect to Taxation under this plan. And most CEO's get paid through “Stock Options”, as do many of those in the executive ranks when it comes to retirement and “Golden Parachute” type binges, that excess in “Options” will be no different then taxation upon the “Over Balance”. So the American corporations make out, as they will no longer be required to hire creative accountants, as the money saved, it will be re-invested to do what a business is supposed to do, grow. And as a business grows, so does the entire infrastructure. And Americans, now enjoying a bonafide system of taxation upon their own income based on “merit”, after the “Trinity” is accomplished for themselves and family, then the leftovers are sent to the Treasury. See, this works because it is well proven that Americans love to spend, so it keeps the economy bailed out, something we can feel good about instead of Uncle Sam coming to the rescue. It affords us the ways and means to have control our destiny with respect to what takes “loot” to accomplish, be it war or highways. What would you rather pay for, a highway renewal project over here or a highway robbery project in some other country? It is a simple answer when you see what condition our transportation system is under. So if a business must send money outside, it can only end up in one other place, the shareholders, and with this legislation, it will be taxed at 50% and sent directly to the U.S. Treasury. Look, shareholders don't read the yearly statements, so they won't know what hit them. And according to Phineas, this will bring in an extra $2.1-Trillion, which will easily offset the taxation on income for the working class. And since corporations are growing and thriving under the plan, there is a lack of workers, which means a future for this country, as our kids will have something to look forward too, instead of the un-employment line. And without that line, it is even more money for the Treasury's safekeeping. This plan works, for the Corporations, for the working class and it also works for the shareholders. But it doesn't work for Wall Street, and therein my friends exists the biggest excuse for liberty being degraded each and everyday through greed! Tear down that Wall, let's do it sooner then later! Bottom-line, we can not have it both ways any longer, it is US or THEM. But there is a saving grace outcome to look forward too, soon. The Wall is a self-destructive mechanism, we are seeing that occur today and it is beyond a fix, just like Humpty Dumpty found out. The “Wall”, it served its purpose, and we should all be thankful for that, but like anything else good, it must come to an end. And in that end, we will see a new value system arise - For the People - wherein “Honesty” finds itself back in check, as the “best” policy above all to live by!

Don Young & Pizza

Just how can the crooked class stand crediting more crookedness to their portfolio? When is enough, enough? I guess it goes along with to whom one chums around with. Today's Congress-of-Corruption is trying to break new ground with respect to doing nothing and still receiving a paycheck. I am talking the Congress that is supposed to be the ”Servant” for the America people but whose membership from corrupt leadership has decided to become slaves for the crooked that dish out the loot of corruption. For our Senators and Congressmen, it has become an addiction - this Bogyman money - no different then the addiction aroused by “crack”. Look, today the main maiming problem upon America is not low employment opportunities, it is not the fact we have Obama at the helm, it is not due entirely from the Wall Street and K Street influence or from the Koch suckers, but it is the dysfunctional Congress in itself that should take all the blame for a disenfranchised nation. The buck stops there, so when things get out-of-civil-control, look no further for the cause and culprit. It is front and center stage, that ugly face of reality staring us all in the face, once again the ugly face of an “addiction”. Just the other day Don Young performed a 1st class act conniption fit when a well respected historian being grilled before Congress about the Arctic National Wildlife Reserve informed Young that it is the taxpayers that pays his salary. This followed some unintelligible questioning by Young who becomes supper aggravated and road rage furious towards anyone that believes the refuge is other than a wasteland. Just like he gets irritated towards those that believe bike paths are a necessity. Now this clearing the record by the historian provoked Don into a rage that was better then the time he called Pelosi a rabid skunk. Don couldn't take the “Disrespect” by someone questioning his position as “Alaska's Congressmen” and vacated the hearing – maybe due withdrawal symptoms and needing a fix. K Street is where all the pushers hang out, so getting the drugs of addiction is only a stone's throw away from the House. Now that is the common place exit strategy practiced by the crooks when the heat is on and somebody in the civilian ranks has the guts to call a Congressional bluff. But this retreat is practiced all too often nowadays, especially when the approval rating for Congress is stalled at the lowest rating allowed by law. In fact, with the leftist margin of error, today Congress enjoys a “Negative” approval rating. That ranking in itself, like the automatic debt reduction triggers coming your way with the Super-Committee asleep at the wheel, it should mean time for incarceration. So like a bunch of crybabies when they can't get their own way, they can excuse themselves anytime, just so they don't have to face reality, or confront a citizen that is right. The truth hurts! And John McCain performed the same kind of conniption fit during a Senate Armed Service hearing, when he tried to take down Leon Panetta. The Secretary of Defense read McCain the riot act. Sorry no match and soon Mad John was excusing himself, just couldn't take the heat of disrespect from an Obama appointee. And with Young's fit to be tried rage, the Chairman of the hearing, an idiot by the name of Doc Hastings, he tried to instill the fact that those called before Congress must act with manners, trying his best to defend Young. While Young was wearing some ridiculous “Beanie” hat, something proclaiming Obama's energy policy was a failure. Talk about disrespect! Look Mr. Congressman, you cannot have it both ways! Hey Doc, find then fine the PHD Historian in contempt of Congress if he did something wrong, and to come to Young's aid, to side with a moron like mentality wherein Don thinks his age old shit doesn't stink, it is evident that those in Congress should not be allowed to eat! What a waste of the earth's bounty that could be used to help starve off starvation. Look, if a dreaded disease hovered over the House and inflicted an outcome that revealed with living proof that these two faced idiots that swear on the grave of distrust, if indeed the two-faces were revealed and they had to pick one or the other, we all know what direction they would side with. What we have in front of us today is the corruptness gone way beyond return. If I were associated with a gang of misfits that held an approval rating lower then Richard Nixon, I would sneak away to a hiding place far and removed and well stocked by the lobbyist. This is what they do, then continue to practice their “predator” like existence. And when the news' media recently published the top ten family owned “wealthiest” business establishments, guess what, there came a picture of Alaska's Ted Stevens presenting Bill Frist the Senate Majority gavel. His family owns the biggest health-care provider in the universe. And guess what he accomplished during his reign as a U.S. Senator? Besides being voted in as a member of the “Most Corrupt Members of Congress” club by a Washington watchdog association, he payed special attention to changing the rules and regulations so the family business would thrive and he is now in favor of “Health Care” for all. Frist's family owned operation made billions when he held the gavel and continues to this day reaping the benefits of “disenfranchising”. See, when Obama's - the President Who Cares - Health Care plan went into effect, the health care providers saw an opportunity, to profit, not to help! That is why today a flue shot still costs only 10-bucks, as it is subsidized by Uncle Sam. But it costs another 20-bucks to have someone administer the shot. A 2-second chore, which amounts to the hourly wage of a lobbyist. See, they are all in it together. And that is what happened with ObamaCare, the crooks took advantage something that would have been good for this nation. And now that ObamaCare is being tried before the Supreme Beings, if they decide it is un-Constitutional, do you think the prices will ever return back to normal? Of course not, because Congress has more important things to do, like checking their “insider trading” stock option plan or wasting time voting on whether or not “Pizza” is a vegetable! Honestly, “Pizza” was about to find no place on a school lunch program that costs the taxpayers over $18-billion a year, in efforts to eradicate or at least control childhood obesity, by demanding this welfare food program finds more “vegetables” then French Fries on the daily menu. Pizza would have become a no-no. Guess what, now kids can enjoy pizza for breakfast! OUR Congress has voted Pizza in as a Vegetable! With the “stock” option crookedness, there came a ways and means wherein our representatives performed an act that was “insider” trading, for any of us outsiders that tried it, but not illegal for themselves. Why? They make the laws and find convenient loopholes called “immunity”. See, when legislation found in favor of a business or venture or licensing, it meant the stock would most likely surge upward, so the congressional aids made sure that Uncle Ted made out like a bandit. Uncle Ted is the official nomenclature for a Corrupt Congress following its origins from Alaska, as Ted Stevens was a bonafide member of the Corrupt Bastards Club, which had ties to D.C. Let us never forget Ted, not for his accomplishments in Alaska, but for his power of corruption that has made this country a sad state of affairs. This state of mistrust didn't start on Obama's watch, as a strong nation takes years to crumble. So in ending, here are some words of warning – courtesy Bob Dylan - to those that must get up every morning and realize that they were voted in by the people, for the people, but refuse to perform and continue to hold out their hands to the opposition, bribery it is and the result a continued attempt with contempt assassination upon liberty – wherein they seem to be winning:

More Alaskan Comic Relief

I guess we change with age. So instead of getting excited about the upcoming addition of Mad Magazine, like already blogged upon the significance this read, I have found a substitute – Alaskan style comic relief at its best. Once again, it is called the Petroleum News. I don’t know if this is a national publication, but for sure the Alaskan edition is primed with laughable materials galore and in the running to win the coveted Uncle Eddie Award, for doing dumb things with a smile. Just how many gas pipeline export projects are wasting away this state’s future? Look, read Lincoln’s lips: Chapter 15C – Alaska Natural Gas Transportation Act, §719J – EXPORT LIMITATIONS: Any exports of Alaska natural gas shall be subject to the requirements of the Natural Gas Act[15 U.S.C. 717 et seq.] and section 103 of the Energy Policy and Conservation Act[42 U.S.C. 6212], except that in addition to the requirements of such Acts, before any Alaska natural gas in excess of 1,000 Mcf per day may be exported to any nation other than Canada or Mexico, the President must make and publish an express finding that such exports will not diminish the total quantity or quality nor increase the total price of energy available to the United States.” Get it Paul Jenkins! Confused this one man attack? Well Paul at one time was Bill Allen’s side kick for Voice of the Times, another comic. But the Petroleum News comic relief goes into boring detail in almost every edition about this state’s pie in the sky pipe-dream wet-dreams, about a big pipeline idea that has about as much credibility for success as did Bill Sheffield’s train depot. And they placed him in charge of the Anchorage Port? I guess having a failed project named in your honor is vogue here in the “Lost Frontier”. Yes Don Young can boast this fame and lost fortune, for the failed Pt. McKenzie wood chip export run amuk project along with the M.V. Susitna. It appears that in Alaska incompetence with respect to useless projects breeds a lucrative future for some. “Well son, I had a job for life with no responsibilities”! And it is easy to realize that these “Big” pipe wet-dreams will always remain just that, as instead of hiring engineers, most stalled projects are hiring lawyers! I wonder what may be hiding in the shadows. See they gladly excepted the money and have nothing to show for it. So far, all the money wasted could have purchased pipe and shovels and gas would be on its way! So when the Petroleum News goes overboard and tries to instill some semblance of accomplishment such projects, when in reality the only “mission accomplished” is wasted resources, it is nothing short a joke. And it is laugh after laugh, publication after publication from the Petroleum News, with respect to Pioneer Natural Resources’ predicament. This “Independent” seems to be going under with production declines averaging a negative 40% for this year alone, and they just started this venture! Glad I am not a shareholder holding nothing. It's a new oil field. Not really, as the majors walked away from these reservoirs a long time ago realizing it was not worth the risk. There is something to be said about the “Majors” and their thinking! At that rate of lost production, Pioneer cannot even pay for the daily costs of the drilling rig. So instead of sending 20,000 barrels each day to market, the target goal, it is losing ground and daily production is declining - down to a pathetic 4,000 barrels each losing day. And the royalty relief COO wants to place blame on Conoco, for shying Pioneer on water injection? Maybe that is why HailBurton is teaming up with the biggest pipe dream of them all, Great Bear, an outfit that thinks it can punch 200 wells a year into the permafrost to reach shale bearing reservoirs. And all that hoopla in efforts to produce about 5,000 barrels a day? Let’s just ask Phineas J. Whoopee for help, assisted by his 3D Magical Board to access if this pie-in-the-sky pipe-dream risk is worth it, or maybe the possibility it is all a smoke screen to woo the politicians – those that continue to get a failing grade on “Resource Economics 101”. It would cost about $2-billion just to poke the holes. And with the price of crude less production costs, royalty and fines for having to ship it down the only pipeline available, it will take about 1000 days to break even, or about three years, but by that time the production will most likely die down, less income. So we have before us just another “pipe-dream” romance which is in reality a “ridiculous” endeavor. And Yukon Pacific finally released its ownership of the Trans-Alaska-Pipeline ROW, as the original corridor was designed for two pipelines. See YP held the Right-of-Way along the Trans-Alaska-Pipeline for many years, in hopes that one of the major’s would become interested in a natural gas pipeline, that was 30-years ago, still just a pipe-dream. Look, as it was once explained, natural gas is the enemy to “Oil” companies, as it is a marketable commodity out of the ground. Take a Coleman stove to a gas producing well and in no time flat you can boil water, which means this commodity has very little hidden cost opportunities.
